Round Three: Aryn Vs Kyukaku

Aryn had managed to catch a few more minutes of break time, her fight having finished somewhere in the last half of the allotted ten minutes. To Aryn, it was a blessing in disguise. Most of the other fights lasted longer, meaning Aryn had at least two to three minutes extra to rest. Something that Aryn intended on taking advantage of in her next fight. In the locker room, she'd watched as the fighters that had lost the previous round changed, some leaving, others staying to spectate, perhaps...or else they were leaving shortly. Either way, it didn't matter.

Stretching her arms over her head, water bottle clasped in one, Aryn yawned, pacing slowly around the room to keep her muscles from stiffening up.

'So, the first two rounds have obviously been put in place to weed out some of the weaker fighters. Semi-finals...I'm going to have to be on my toes if I want even a shot of winning.' Aryn thought, glancing at the three males remaining. She was to be paired up against one of them, and instinct told her that she wanted one of the larger ones. Despite the fact that his punches would be hell for her to get through if she was hit, she knew that she could get around quickly...perhaps even fast enough that she could avoid major blows.

However, she wasn't gifted with her wish, but had a slightly smaller opponent, unbeknownst to her.

Her match was called, along with the other semi-final. Aryn took a breath, striding out of the room after shutting her bottle of water in the locker she'd been using. She slid into the ring with an easy grace, watching for her opponent. When he made his appearance, her eyebrows shot up slightly. It wasn't what she was hoping for; Aryn felt a moment of slight panic, but calmed herself, studying him a moment before giving him a saucy wink as she slid into the same stance as she had in the first and second matches. Her right foot in front of the left, hands raised slightly to just near her chest, her hands curled loosely. This opponent would prove to be more unpredictable than the last, and she needed the mobility the stance provided.

He was cute, even rather handsome. And Aryn was guessing he wasn't going to run around the ring like the pansy that her 'luchador' opponent was in her last match.

"So then...Kyukaku, huh?" It was easy enough to know his name, what with the announcement of their match and opponent. "Don't go too easy on me, or I might end up straddling you in the middle of the ring to give you kisses. And then where would the match be?"

Of course, she might have been serious, but 'kisses' had been emphasised in a rather...odd way. The wink she'd given him before could be adding to the possible misleading she was doing. But she needed to gain the upper hand in some way, whether it was through mind games first... It didn't matter. An advantage was an advantage. And Aryn planned to make use of the fact she was a rather...attractive teen.

[Kyukaku]

Two complete round of the tournament and my total fighting time would be what, five minutes? If that...

While it could be said that both of Kyukaku's opponents showed some potential, it couldn't be denied that he had one both matches from his initial move. Now that he was in the semi finals he really hoped his opponent would give him a challenge. After seeing the other matches, Kyu got a rush that both Dain and Adam had advanced, along with some girl he hadn't met before. So by playing the odds, there was a good chance Kyu would be fighting one of the guys...

But just like his luck usually got him, he wouldn't get quite what he asked for.

He stepped into the ring in what he wore last round, gi pants, belt and headband. He was glad he ended up bringing his gloves again, for now he wouldn't cause the girl to bleed at least from bare knuckles in case he needed to punch her.

"Ohh, uh..." Kyukaku trailed off, the unexpected flirting catching him off guard and embarassing him to the point where he hadn't even begun to suspect the hinting of the word 'kisses.' "I got a girlfriend." While the statement seemed very random and blunt, Kyu felt it necessary to announce that in a way where he wouldn't be betraying Audrey in any way.

"I'm not a sexist or anything, in fact if you can beat my ass thats pretty hot. But are you sure you wouldn't rather just call it quits here? Either way, next round I have one of two guys that I need to beat up, and I'd rather not have to hit a girl."

Kyu assumed the girl would refuse, possibly be insulted, by his question. It couldn't be helped though, Kyukaku never liked to hit girls, even the crazy ones. He would if he had to, but he was certainly hoping he wouldn't right now.

If she refused and made no attack first, Kyukaku would slowly inch towards here, allowing herself more than enough time to prep. Once in range he would send out his left palm which what would appear to be a palm strike to Aryn's face. It would stop a few inches before however, blocking her line of sight as Kyu swept his right foot behind Aryn's leading foot, intent on tripping her to the ground.

His blunt statement had Aryn grinning. She was no whore by any means and knew better than to try and weasel in when someone was in a relationship already...but her opponent didn't know that.

"Oh, but Kyu, I never said anything about you kissing back, nor had I said anything about where I'd be kissing you." For his sake, she'd toned it down about...oh, half a notch. Of course, she hadn't said where...but could think of some interesting places to plant her lips on him. His next words surprised her, but she found them intriguing.

"Then I'll be sure to beat your ass. And even if you'd rather not hit me, boy-o, you're going to have to if you wanna fight either one of them." She said, gesturing to the other ring with a slight flick of her head. "Besides, if you do advance, I don't intend on having you being fresh and spry for the finals. If I may say, you look like you've had some easy matches before me."

She wasn't too insulted by the opportunity he'd given her. The little itch of annoyance was there, though, at apparently being taken lightly. She was nearly as fresh as he was, despite a bump or bruise here and there. She waited...and he stepped forwards obligingly.

'Good Kyu, come to Aryn...' She taunted mentally, shifting lightly on her feet. As he drew closer, there was a small shift to Aryn's weight as she grew slightly nervous, the adrenaline beginning to pound through her veins as the excitement of the match to come began to creep over her. Instead of being balanced evenly, her weight was shifted to her back left foot.

Nerves and instinct had her taking a step back, her eyes riveted on her opponent as he sent the palm-strike to her face. Her right foot had been moved back so it was more even with her left foot, but the direction was easy to reverse and set down after his foot had swept by. Almost simultaneously, she reached to grab his extended wrist with her opposite hand, her other hand coming in to hook onto his elbow as she sidestepped around him quickly enough. If she'd managed each of her grasps, she could push on his elbow and bring his wrist in to lock his arm behind his back. Upon her set up, she added pressure to the lock, hopefully forcing him to bend forwards slightly in attempt to relieve some of the pressure.

Her outside knee was shot up to the outside of his leg in a quick 'jab' of sorts. If she was lucky, she might hit a prime muscle and cause it to cramp...which could enable her to bring him to his knees, but it all depended on him.

[Kyukaku]

"....That's naughty."

Kyukaku might have actually blushed, a smirk forming to his lips as he laughed inwardly at the whole situation. It was definately a thought he didn't mind, but also one he wouldn't dare to show. He proceded to ask Aryn to reconsider, but to be turned down as expected. Kyu's next train of thought however came to a screeching halt as a shout from the other ring came into earshot, from none other than a certain Dain Gavyns. Kyukaku lowered and shook his head, sighing from the embarassment Dain most certainly planned to send his way.

"All right then Aryn." Kyu stated, raising his head to make eye contact with the attractive teen. "You were right, I've had some easy matches. Make that streak end for me. From this point on in this match you aren't a girl to me, you're a fighter. Let's see if that persona stays."

For once, his first move hadn't finished the match as Aryn had successfully avoided the first strike opposed to his other opponents. Kyu's foot hit air, swiping forward. The motion of the sweep would pull Kyu's body to the left, facing Aryn as she attempted to move the same way. Both of her hands had begun to grasp his arm, Kyu bending in at the elbow just before she could establish a handhold, effectively bringing their upper bodies closer together.

Kyu's right foot planted quickly in front, his left leg immediately rising. The left knee rose up, aiming to strike Aryn directly in her abdomen, possibly winding her as it wouldn't be in her line of sight. Both her arms were occupied, and it would be a pretty likely hit. If Aryn still chose to raise her knee even without her intended target, Kyu's would end up going to the inside of hers, possibly striking the higher pelvic bone instead if her leg prevented Kyu's from getting the preferred height.

The shout they'd heard before beginning the match had both amused and irritated the young woman, who considered it to be both encouragement to her...because if she won, she'd be facing either one of the two in the opposite ring, which would really put her at a disadvantage, depending on how badly she was hurt from this match. Kyu had quickly drawn her attention back onto him with a few simple words, however, and she debated momentarily upon replying.

'Dare I even say he should think of me as both...?' She had questioned mentally. 'Nah, I'll just have to remind him.'

Her green eyes had flickered as instead of locking his arm behind his back, Kyukaku pulled her forwards slightly after they'd attempted their opening moves. Wary of being so close, yet so far away, Aryn stepped forwards, her knee rising anyway in an attempt at hitting his leg. In doing so, Kyukaku did hit her pelvic...region, and rather sharply at that. It raised her slightly off the floor, to the tips of her toes as her leg was lowered so she could support and balance herself. The gasp she uttered was one of surprised pain, but even that could be twisted as she leaned in slightly while blinking away the pain that became a dull ache, her chin tilting upwards the tiniest bit.

"Oooh, you know I like it rough, huh?" She purred at him in a whisper, a not so subtle reminder that she wasn't merely a fighter, hoping to work it to her advantage.

Still, her eyes flickered slightly, watching for a possible incoming punch as she released his left arm at the elbow with her right hand. Hopefully her words would be enough of a distraction - coupled with her digging her nails into his wrist, which seemed to be a favoured tactic - as she pulled back the arm to send a fairly strong, quick punch to the left side of his face; up a bit higher yet just below the temple. Her feet would have been planted firmly yet again after his knee-strike, but she was still smarting from it, and could only hope it wouldn't effect her movement too much, if at all.

If she was lucky and her punch connected, maybe he would be dazed enough to enable her to take another quick jab, but otherwise Aryn tried to stay as close as she could, despite her strength disadvantage. She wasn't sure she wanted to be at range with him, but there would come a time in the match where she would be.

[Zeniro]

Zeniro had paced slowly through the crowd, his movements almost mirroring that of a Lioness as it stalks through the tall grass. There were two rings surrounded by a mass of bodies...Only one ring would attract Zeniro's attention. And it wasn't the ring that housed his one time Ally PainKiller. No it was the ring that held the female and the male. Zeniro's eyes glittered dangerously...he imagined simply clambering into that ring and surprising the two fighters. One he knew would be more surprised than the other. He smirked to himself as he wawtched the attractive female flirt with Kyu. Mind games were always excellent, something Zeniro had tried to use against Kyu...Kyu however seemed unusually resistant to them. Turning his back to the fight for now Zeniro would head toward the nearest set of raised seating. A young couple had the best seats in the house, they had the clearest view of the ring...to the combatents the couple would be in plain sight...Once the couple had been shifted it would be Zeniro who was in plain sight. Sitting their, his predatory gaze locked on the two fighters in the ring. Watching every move each one of them made with a hungry interest.

Violence, the one language Zeniro spoke fluently. The one language he understood and could read as if it were a poem written on a page. And the two before him were clearly adept in the language as well. Zeniro was in for a treat he was quite sure. And if Kyu ever looked his way, he would see Zeniro perched their like a vulture watching him. Perhaps he would even give him a wave or just smile at him with that unsettling smirk.

[Kyukaku]

Kyu's knee had involuntarily struck Aryn's pelvic area, causing the fighter to feel slightly bad for it. All guilt washed away however as Aryn once again made it sexual. If she was watching him, Aryn would see Kyu's eyes flash with a wave of a surprise for just a moment, the fighter trying to keep focused in spite of the blatant sex appeal of his opponent.

Aryn released her grip on the elbow, likely realizing it would be too much trouble to fight against Kyu's strength without the proper leverage. She reared her arm back to punch Kyu, and while this would be necessary to gain the power to do any actual damage, it also gave Kyu time to defend. With his elbow released, he was able ot angle his arm up, taking the punch to his inner bicep. The nails were hardly more than merely uncomfortable, and the punch to muscle wouldn't be damaging either.

All this while, Kyu's right arm had not been in use. He held it at his hip, awaiting the right moment to present itself. Immediately after taking the hit to the arm, Kyu's right fist went out in a short haymaker punch. With both arms occupied, the fist would likely crash directly into the left cheekbone of Aryn. If she chose to hold her ground, she might be knocked out from the force, though if she let go she would likely crash to the ground with a bruise on her pretty face.

In either case, Kyukaku would likely find himself free of Aryn's grasp. He would take one step back, allowing her to get up if she indeed fell. At this time a cold shiver ran up Kyu's back. It was a familiar feeling of dread, though he couldn't quite place what. He turned his head slightly, taking a glance around with his peripheals while simultaneously keeping his main focus on his opponent. He followed where his instincts told him to look, bringing his gaze directly behind Aryn. It would appear that he was looking at her, though Zeniro would certainly know otherwise by the grim look on his face. Kyu's features grew more intense, as they usually did when Zeniro was around. To Aryn, it would likely appear that he was getting more aggressive in their match, but whether this was the case or not would remain to be seen.

[Aryn Valcoph]

When Kyukaku had raised his arm to defend himself from Aryn's strike, her hand followed. Her brow furrowed in frustration, but her flickering eyes caught the sudden tension in his arm, and the beginnings of motion. In mere seconds, she leaned forwards, using her own arm as a shield against the force of his punch. Gritting her teeth as she swore in an array of colourful curses at the pain, she lowered her other arm as she released his wrist, sending her right fist quickly into his side, aiming for the kidneys; with his arm still up from her previous punch, he'd really have to snap it down for it to be in time to block as there'd been little warning of the hit. Taking her own step back, Aryn huffed lightly even as she found movement wasn't too painful.

Her arm throbbed, seeming to share her own opinion of pain. But she kept her clear green eyes upon her opponent as he seemed to be distracted momentarily. His eyes were on her...but something was off. Instead of attempting to take advantage of the situation, she straightened up and tilted her head.

She shook her arm lightly, attempting to loosen the muscle and ease the pain so she could carry on effectively. Soon enough, like her lower region, the pain became a dull ache and she found herself focusing on her combatant's intense expression. His eyes, though looking in her direction, were not entirely focused on her. The best way she could describe it was that he was driving a car, looking up ahead but still seeing what was going on nearby.

She put a hand on her hip, tilting her head to the side a moment. "Hey, boy-o. What seems to have you so uptight? Surely you'd have a more pleasant expression if all my...suggestions...finally soaked through that thick head of yours? So, what's got your feathers ruffled?"

Aryn took a moment to glance over her shoulder and into the crowd, eyeballing where Kyukaku seemed to be looking. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until her eyes passed over someone she could only term as 'dark'. An eyebrow was raised in an elegant arch before she turned her head back upon the teen she was facing.

"If it's Mr. Tall, Dark, and Intense you can't seem to take your eyes off of, all I have to say is that he's not in the ring with you. I am. Of course, if you'd rather tuck your tail between your legs and make a run for it, be my guest."

[Kyukaku]

Aryn had managed to protect her face from Kyu's punch, though it would come at a price. She had a light frame, and by taking the punch to her arm it would cramp up and throb, likely becomming numb for a remainder of time. It was true Kyukaku's arm was up, and therefore unable to block the kidney punch in time. However, that did not mean he wouldn't be able to stop it, as Kyu decided to pick up the old saying 'the best defense is a good offense.'

With his arm completely free, Kyu's elbow simply moved forward, striking the cheekbone after crossing the short distance of air to her face. This would likely snap Aryn's head back, and if she got her punch to his body still it would be devoid of power, at least any to cause any real harm to the fighter.

He paid little attention to Aryn as they were seperated, since she made no quick or large movements to gather his attention. She began to speak, causing Kyukaku's eyes to focus on the closer figure rather than the beast behind her.

"You wouldn't be making jokes if you knew who that was." Kyukaku snapped firmly, his words passing through his clenched jaw. "That guy behind you wouldn't hesitate to jump into this ring with the both of us, proceding to tear our each of our hearts and feed them to his hellhound. Not only is he willing, but he's capable."

"I'm sorry Aryn, but I can't play with you anymore. Honestly, I'm worried about what that man will do and as a result I'm going to have to finish this as quickly as I can. No more games."

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn was unable to do too much against his elbow strike, but turn her head with the motion in attempt to turn it into a glancing blow, rather than a straight-on shot. As such, her lips ended up nearly pressed against the outside of his arm. Her punch still careened into his side, but as Kyukaku had intended, the force was significantly lessened. The pain the elbow blow caused was still a fairly sharp spike, but Aryn took her chance anyway.

In a split second, she leaned into his arm as his forwards motion dwindled to a close, her mouth opening as she sank her teeth firmly into his arm. Unlike her earlier match where she'd bitten her opponent, Aryn fully intended on drawing blood and tearing the skin. If he attempted to rip his arm away, all the better. Erotic? Maybe. Painful, regardless? Hell yes. He'd gotten three hits to her one, maybe she could even the score a little this way.

Still, when they'd separated, she spat onto the mats - not a very woman-like thing to do, but the taste of sweat and flesh wasn't appetising enough to be kept around. His terse reply to her statements had her raising an eyebrow at him now.

Still, his words caused curiosity to swell within her, and Aryn couldn't help but take another look back. She wasn't fearful, despite what Kyukaku said, but she didn't doubt him either. It might have been something new for Zeniro, to have a slender girl half his size look upon him with interest and a mild dose of defiance, especially since Kyu's words might have carried far enough to let him know his possible actions had been told to the female. Of course, she might have come back with something along the lines of 'Just as long as he intends on showing me a good time first...' to Kyukaku but wisely decided to keep it to her thoughts. While she definitely did not relish the thought of that happening, if it was to be...well, there wasn't much she could do about it.

His lingering statement caused her to turn back, a decidedly mellow expression on her face, as though she was completely indifferent to the words that came from his lips. "But Kyukaku, when did I ever say I was playing a game?" Her words were loud enough to carry and draw attention, before she quieted down, her next words for her opponent only. "And if you're so concerned about him coming up here, then you'd think you would drop the fight and use the crowd as a means to get out faster."

She gestured to the door, eyes cool. "Surely you wouldn't want to put anyone else in the building in danger, as you seem so sure that he's going to attack. You're no safer caught up in this building than you are outside, but at least there you have enough room to disappear..."

Her points were sure to strike home, if he really cared what happened to others. Still, the teenager didn't know what Zeniro's plans were, whether he would try anything, so it was her bid on him actually doing something as Aryn tried to convince her opponent that he would indeed come into the ring. Aryn didn't know for sure, but she could guess he might have some friends in high places he could call upon if necessary. She wouldn't blame him if he ran, it might be better all around... Still, if he wanted to move things along, she'd be most courteous and continue on with the fight. As far as Aryn was concerned - and knew - this was Kyukaku's last chance to break away from the ring. It was, however, his choice.

[Kyukaku]

(OOC: I agree with you there)

The elbow connected cleanly, knocking Aryn's head to the side. Thankfully for Kyukaku, he never let his arms hang in the air. After every strike Kyu would always bring his arm back to a defensive position, or prepare it for another offensive. Kyu was moving his right arm back slowly this time however, and Aryn was able to touch her teet to his forearm. Although, The fact it hadn't been stationary had caused Aryn's teeth to scrap his arm rather than sink her teeth into it leaving a short cut with a trail of red lines accross his arm.

"If you knew me at all Aryn, you'd know that's never an option for me."

It was a true statement that Kyukaku had never backed down nor ran away from a fight. Whether it be against the beasital Zeniro, outnumbered by Aryck and Pain Killer, or even against the serial murderer Trent, Kyukaku had never once ran away. Stupid? Probably, but it couldn't be said that Kyu was a coward.

"It's not me I'm ever worried about. Still, he hasn't done anything yet besides smile at me. Whatever I've seen him do, I still have to give him the benefit of the doubt til that gets proved wrong." Kyukaku slid into his usual loose karate stance, left foot forward in an angled side stance as his hands came up half open, the left lower than the right hand.

"So we're both unwilling to prematurely quit. Good, now come at me if you will." Kyu offered her the first move, though he would certainly oblige to if she didn't want to take the opportunity. He focused back in on Aryn, though some part of his was still wary of Zeniro's presence.

[Zeniro]

(OOC: Don't worry, I wont be charging in any time soon. After all a judge must remain impartial.)

Zeniro watched on with great pleasure as Kyu caught sight of him. The grin that slipped across the Maori's lips was quite unsettling. His teeth bared in an almost threatening manner and those curiously sharp canine teeth seemed to glimmer with saliva as the light caught them. Zeniro was indeed enjoying this moment, Kyu and the woman he thought had both taken then time to glance at him. Zeniro knew that he had effected Kyu, his mere presence had always brought something out in the young man. Something that Zeniro could almost taste. It wasn't fear...oh no, it was a tension. A dangerous tension...it was the fight response. Kyu was similar to Zeniro in that matter. For both of them there was no such thing as flight...no retreat...no surrender.

The young woman, oddly enough did not capitalise on the momentary advantage as Kyu was partially distracted. Zeniro ignored the fact, she was obviously gaining some enjoyment from her encounter, and may have been trying to prolong it. Zeniro noticed with some delight that she even went to bite Kyu at one point. Something Zeniro would have openly applauded if she had been able to truly sink her teeth in and draw the blood. She was slowly beggining to show a true primal instinct. Zeniro's eyes would lock onto Kyu, wandering if his presence would bring out the primal instinct in Kyu. That efficient drive for destruction, the type of fighting that you had to do when your life quite literally depended on it.

[William Fletcher]

Mingling quietly near the front of the elevated crowd, a single man stood with his attention unwavering from the ring, unlike many of the others around him whose intentions seemed more aimed towards making a few bucks betting on the fight. When he'd heard that Aryn had won her first round he'd quickly made his way, surprised that things had begun so quickly, and had somehow managed to work his way through the crowd to the front section.

As luck would have it, he'd unfortunately missed the second fight, but from what he'd heard it was going to provide a few stories for her later on...Chuckling to himself quietly as Aryn and her new opponent, some kid from the transfers called 'Kyukaku'. He looked like he'd had a fairly easy coast through the last two rounds as well, and inwardly he was a little glad, considering at least Aryn would be able to prove herself against a much better caliber opponent.

'Spent the entire fight trying to unmask that wee luchadore kid? That'll keep me laughing for a while...'

The fight that begun in the meanwhile drew his attention back as the pair exchanged blows, and whilst it in itself was uneventful enough, Kyu seemed to pause in the midst of things and look out onto the crowd, his sights set on one specific spot that almost made Will assume it was toward him, but when he saw the expression on the youths face, he realised it wasn't him. How could it be? He'd never met the lad, let alone seen him, before now...Skimming over the crowd, shifting his way forward to the guardrail, he looked around. Most of the punters simply watched the fight or did their own thing with little concern, but there was one who seemed to practically salivate as he looked down at the ring, his attention so drawn in that it would seem Will could have sounded a siren next to him and received no reaction.

Walking slow steps as the fight quickly returned to the more acceptable method of pummelling each other senseless, Aryn sneaking in a rather crafty bite that caused the Irishman to smirk, he stopped around a foot or so to the side of the other guy, folding his arms over one another against the rail.

"Ye know the lad fightin' her?"

The question, ambiguous for good reason, after all he wasn't entirely sure if it was Kyukaku or Aryn the young man was staring at, was spoken quietly as he kept his eyes forward, watching the fight above all, but his ears tuned almost specifically to whatever reply he might get from this other guy.

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn wasn't completely disappointed she hadn't sank her teeth fully into her opponent, but was satisfied enough with the fact she'd left red lines upon his arms, which started to swell ever so slightly. Surely they'd be stinging, but Aryn still felt worse-off. To his replies, she merely shrugged, resigned.

She did, however, nod to his first remark. "Turns out I don't, but now that I do, I'm not likely to forget it."

Of course, it would probably be true on a great number of things for him, something Aryn kept to herself. Still, she listened to his words, lifting her hands in a shrug as he settled himself into a stance. He was clever enough, she gave him that. And while she couldn't see what sort of advantage she currently had over him, she still wanted to win, regardless of whether the match was a challenge. Just like Kyukaku - who she was merely beginning to understand - Aryn couldn't let herself go down without a fight. Throwing in the fact she didn't mind fighting dirty, but within tournament rules, it made for quite an interesting combination.

Still, the offer of the first move was a tempting one, one she had to take advantage of to try and come out on top. Mentally chuckling at the innuendo, she nodded in acceptance. While what she was going to do would leave her vulnerable for a small amount of time, it was her best chance of both removing his stance and surprising him.

She might have seemed like a one-trick-pony to those in the crowd that had been watching her other match, but Aryn found that it worked for getting around an opponent, especially if they hadn't seen it before. It was where, she could admit, having taken gymnastics came in handy. She'd backed up as they'd talked, leaning against the ropes almost casually before stretching and straightening.

'Here goes...'

With that one lone thought, Aryn sprinted towards Kyukaku, hands about chest height, one clenched in a fist for the moment. If Kyukaku took a step forwards with his right, she would move towards that side, but if not, she would move left, towards his forward-planted foot. In an instant, it seemed as though her fist shot out towards him, but instead of aiming for any part of his body, her hand opened and she pushed off her feet into a handspring, twisting her body using the momentum gained, able to land about a full stride behind him from her takeoff point.

Upon landing on her feet, she found herself stepping forwards, her right hand tucked near her side, lightly clenched in a fist. Her left hand, also fisted, shot out towards what would be his shoulder line, or near the bottom of his neck if he were to turn around, which she counted on. Regardless, however, she seemed to think better of it. In other words, the strike would not land, but be reversed as she put her body's motion into the swing of her right hand, aiming for his one kidney, or the liver, depending on whether he turned or not, Aryn's eyes focused on him in attempt to see whatever telltale movement she could.

[Kyukaku]

With a final surprsingly serious sentence from Aryn, she began her charge. Kyukaku watched her carefully, assuming she was too intelligent to charge directly at someone more physically dominating than her. She'd shown quick wits up until now, so Kyu would be stupid to think she wouldn't this time as well. Her fist shot out, though in an irregular way. When one usually punches, correctly, the hips and shoulders line up. The fact that they didn't in this instant proved her punch would be a faint, instead her upperbody dipping down in preparation for a handspring.

Kyukaku pivoted on his forward left foot, spinning in a 180 degree turn to face the same direction as Aryn. He leaned his upperbody back, wrapping his left bicep over the top her neck as his arm bent 90 degrees, his left palm finding a handhold upon the back of her skull. Simultaneously, his right hand would go to the top of her head, pull it out and downwards.

Phhh...and Audrey said I was only wasting my time watching WWE: Monday Night Raw with Adam every week...

Aryn would never get the chance to do her handspring, for the second she began the handspring Kyu would pull her head forward. He would jump forward with her head tightly in his grasp as he made his body parrallel to the ground. Kyukaku would land on his back, though Aryn wouldn't be as lucky. With her head angled downward, she would smash her forehead directly into the ground. This split second variation of the RKO would knock Aryn unconcious due to her own momentum and the extra strength and momentum Kyu put into it.

(OOC: Excuse the double post. I hate doing this, but I have to go on a last minute trip for work it seems. Assuming no internet access, I won't be able to post again til sunday evening. To my knoweldge the round ends tomorrow, and hopefully I won't be prolonging anything. Aryn's hands, being in front of herself already, were easy to move in order to absorb a fair amount of the initial impact. The teen had a second to wonder just how he could have plucked her out of midair like that, her knees snapping out of their straightened form as she attempted to take the worst amount of force out of the blow. When her forehead slammed against the mats, however, she was clearly dazed and was sure she'd have a whopping headache. Later she would replay the scene in her mind, and would find that Kyukaku hadn't 'plucked her out of the air', but used her own momentum against her, accurately interpreting what she was going , moving with her, and executing his own move.

Even though she was dazed, she wasn't unconscious; her next problem was getting out of his grip. Her nose twinged in that awkward pain as it did when it was hit, and the young girl suddenly thrashed against Kyukaku, moving her hands from their position against the mats to help herself break free. If she had to, she'd bite and scratch her way out. Rolling away from him, Aryn managed to 'stand' up on her knees, watching her opponent with clearing eyes. Could she really afford to let him get up? Could she take another hit?

The answer to both, she quickly found, was a solid, shrieking no.

More stable on her knees than on her feet at the moment, Aryn turned her body so she could effectively use her leg to strike out, at most, hopefully catching his jaw to send him over onto his stomach. At least, well...that depended on Kyukaku.

If she did manage to knock him back onto the mats, she'd scramble over; not the prettiest sight, to be sure, but Aryn had her stubborn pride and will. They both told her to keep moving, keep trying to fight. Keep trying to win. If the only thing she got out of the round was losing, well, at least she would have lost in the semi's, and not one of the first two rounds.

She intended, at least, to get herself on top of him - hopefully on his back with at least one arm pinned - and try to keep what little advantage she might have over him. If she managed it, she'd attempt a few well-placed blows, but nothing was certain.

(OOC: What a doll )

Kyukaku was surprised to hear a resounding crack, meaning her hands had slapped the mat to prevent the full destructive force. Aryn was considerably tough and observant to be able to be able to react accordingly in such a short amount of time. Though, her hands would likely be stinging with pain, if she didn't injure her wrists from taking such momentum.

After this, Kyukaku would merely slip his grip away from her, allowing her to roll away with relative ease. He felt bad enough for beating up a girl already, the last thing he needed on his concious was beating on a girl when she was down. Instead, when Aryn rolled to the side, Kyu followed suitely, rolling in the exact same direction. Barely a second after Aryn established rest at her knees, Kyu would be just in front of her, kneeling down upon his left knee as his right leg bent with his foot upon the floor.

Her kick would go out, her upper shin striking Kyu's already down let leg. Most of her power was already gone from not allowing the momentum to completely build, and therefore not nearly as effective as she would of hoped. Almost in sync with Aryn, Kyu's left fist would rocket off his hip, moving directly into the solar plexus of Aryn. From his position, Kyu was able to get almost all the power he would from being standing up, and with the lack of distance and Kyu's superior strength, Aryn would be hard pressed for reaction time.

She's done well, but I can't let this go on forever...
