(OOC: Takes place after Paragon? Tsk, Sounds More Like Kindergarten | The song Karrick is listening to.) A slight breeze ruffled Karrick’s blue shirt as his green and black jacket laid on the ground next to him in a crumpled heap. Karrick sat down resting his back against the small wall that made sure an idiot wouldn’t walk straight off the roof. His eyes lazily stared at the door as his arms rested on his legs which were spread about shoulder width apart. His knees bent at an angle in case something did come through the door. The school was probably Karrick’s worst nightmare. He didn’t fight for the sake of fighting nor did he enjoy it. He fought only as protection when he couldn’t escape or it wasn’t an option. Of course Karrick really never been to a school like this, his old school did get closed down for violence, but nothing like this. Karrick could avoid trouble at hid old school and nobody went out of their way to pick a fight with him. Maybe that was the problem now; he had relied on Q-Tip and the guy’s reputation to keep him safe all these years. Once he had befriended Q-Tip life was a slice of pie but that wasn’t the case anymore. He couldn’t hide behind Q-Tip or his reputation since nobody from this school even knew who the guy was. Karrick’s friendship with Q-Tip though a blessing had crippled him more then he could’ve imagined. If he didn’t start becoming more then a mediocre fighter or made some powerful friends he wouldn’t survive long on his own. Karrick’s mind drifted to the incident earlier in the day at the entrance to the school. Karrick decided that he had done enough exploring of himself; reaching into his jacket he pulled out his CD player. He skipped to track three and started to tap his right foot to the beat while he mouthed the words to the song. Karrick was enjoying this small break from the constant bloodshed that was Paragon.

The sound of Aden’s footsteps weren’t heard, overcome by the rummaging and shouts of students as they walked and talked through the halls of Paragon. He looked to one side, a student in a mess, resting against a locker. Blood dripping from his face, Aden motioned to a nearby follower of the school captain. The student made his way to the victim, grabbing hold, supporting him up and began slowly walking him around the corner to the medical office. Oh, this was the place to be alright. He loved the scent the whole school had been fermented with as of late. Sweat and blood were fairly strong as they wafted off of every student. Yet, still holding the Pillar title, he found it necessary to give those incapacitated a break every so often. The idea was to fight and to win or lose; afterwards, there was no longer a need to let them suffer.
Stopping in his step, Aden turned to face the doors leading to the staircase of the rooftop. Making his way inside, he could feel the temperature drop due to the time of year. No heating inside this part of the school, it was only made worse as he opened the door leading to the cold outside. He closed the front of his jacket, the fur of the collar brushing along his neck from the breeze that went by. Winter was upon them and it wouldn’t be long before snow was an everyday thing. He shuddered at the thought.
The First thing to meet Aden was the sight of a male student, leaning against the barrier separating the roof from the ground down below. A blonde, slender lad that he hadn’t seen before raised an eyebrow on Aden’s head. He was familiar with the sight of just about every student, looking over the registers with his position. He could see the headphones protruding form the boy’s ears as his foot tapped to an apparent beat Aden wasn’t able to notice. Sending curious glare over to the boy he mouthed his words clearly for him to see: ‘You new?’
Not waiting for a reply, he took a few steps over to the ledge, leaning, resting his head on his arms as he looked over the cityscape. His hair fluttered with the breeze as it passed by again. It was always nice to take a break from the havoc of Paragon, even for Aden, there was always too much. He needed a little time before he could have some real fun again. Oh yes.

(OOC: Forgot to put my character was sitting in my first post, so I edited that in, sorry. I’ll pay more attention. ) Karrick didn’t listen to his music with the volume turned up so much he wouldn’t be able to hear anything in a couple of years; so when he heard the sound of a door being pushed open his eyes glanced up sharply. Sure enough the door to the roof had been opened and standing before him was another student. As always this student was taller and more bulky than himself. Karrick silently cursed his shortness as he watched the figure closely. The guy was unassuming except for his jacket which sported a fur like collar. It was a good thing Karrick was paying attention or else he would’ve missed guy’s lips move. ‘You you? What the hell?’ Karrick wasn’t sure if that’s what the guy said so he felt around the CD player with his left hand groping for buttons; he pressed buttons until the music would stop. Watching as the newcomer walked over to the ledge and just looked out over the city. Karrick was wary of anyone in this school, but Karrick figured if the guy wanted a fight he would’ve already attacked by now, right? Removing the earphones from his ears, Karrick put the CD player back into his jacket as he took his eyes off the student for a moment to see what he was doing. ‘I can’t act like a rabbit every time someone comes near me. . .’ He thought as he stood up from his sitting position. Placing his hands in his pockets he hoped the guy would take it as a peace offering and not as an act of hostility. Still leaning his body against the wall he looked over at the other student. “What did you mouth? You you?” Karrick asked in friendly voice. Karrick was genuinely glad that so far things seemed rather pleasant, a vast contrast between the interactions inside the school.

Aden could make out multiple buildings in the distance of the school, the blurs further off being covered in a haze caused from the smog of San Francisco. The sun shining on it offered an orange glow that was rather soothing upon a glance. Looking straight below, Aden’s mouth grew into a smirk. The havoc of the school was viewable as his glare followed the sight of students attacking one another, some running, and others simply watching as bystanders did. Even up in the cold, it seemed impossible to get away from Paragon’s dangerous lifestyle. Yet, the pull keeping you in was what contributed to it being so satisfying in its own way. Why was this boy up here then; the same reason as Aden or those of his own?
He eyed the student as he put away the music device he had been using. Almost certain he was new, and not looking for conflict at the time, he shifted his gaze back to the cityscape, quickly bringing it back at the sound of the student rising from his spot. Hands in pocket, it was clear he wasn’t attempting an aggressive attitude and looking more for peace. Why was someone like that over in paragon anyway? Was Hircine having that much trouble that they were handing paragon frail students to lead them to a painful end? He wondered just what this kid was spending his time doing at the institute. Learning wasn’t the main aspect of the area since the very beginning, and he hardly looked like one to fend for himself, no offense in Aden’s mind, of course. So was he hiding? That seemed logical.
The student looked over to Aden, briefly inquiring to what it was he previously had said. Changing his gaze back to the grounds where he had previously looked, he answered.
“’You new?’ That’s what I asked.” He said civilized as he noticed one man fall to the ground in a mess. “I’m sure I haven’t seen you around here before.” Aden’s eyes turned from the scene back to the boy, to catch his response.

Ah, it was yet another day at the paragon institute and to be honest. It was fucking disappointment! She heard the rumours but like always they were exaggerated . Amadis had only encountered pathetic tiny humans that were a complete waste of time! That Paragon accepted these wannabee -psychos and pathetic humans was quite...sad.
But that didn't matter! It meant that Amadis could play with her humantoys. Nobody would miss those fuckers anyway~ Normally she would target men but this time..it was a girl.
It happened when she was strolling down the hallway, minding her own psychotic business when a little midget bumped into her. She began to threat Amadis and act all cocky what would be the greatest mistake in her life.Being the kind and nice person she is~she corrected the little girl.
---
"Mmmmhh hmm hmm mmhhh~"
*BONK* *BONK* *BONK* *BONK*
A strange humming sound came from the staircase while a weird bonking sound followed that humming like there was something being dragged up the stairs.
Slowly a Redhead giant emerged from the shadows. She looked at the 2 blurs in front of her ,the look on her face was quite…emotionless but that didn't effect the beauty she had. Amadis wore an open dark brown jacket with a black bikini top under it. You might be thinking that she would walk around in her bikini outfit but no, underneath that jacket and bikini she wore black baggy jeans with simple red allstars. As an accessory she wore the famous vivienne westwood armor ring that couldn't be seen by the..blood dripping from her left hand.
Amadis recognized the scent of the blond blurr and curled her peachy lips up. It was the guy from her grand entrance. She brought her hand to her mouth and licked the blood from her fingers.
"My my looks who's there~"
The sultry beauty walked over to them and they quickly found out what the dragging sound was. Amadis was holding somebody's hand in her right hand and then the girl she met 10 minutes ago came into view. She had dragged the conscious body up the stairs just because she wanted a quiet place to have lunch.
She threw the tiny body in front of her revealing the badly maimed body of the girl. Her legs were all positioning the wrong way just like her other arm but they weren't as bad as the arm Amadis was holding. The arm was completely twisted and her humerus plus shoulder were sticking out of her skin. The clothes of the girl was stained with blood what meant one thing;
Amadis had gone overboard with punishing her, breaking almost every bone in her body. The coldhearted woman placed her foot on the girls head and said with a smile.
”Want a bite, hun?”

(OOC: You sure do like making an entrance Amadis ) “Ya. . .” said Karrick in a rather bashful voice. “Is it that obvious?” Karrick asked with a smile as he put on a false mask to hide his true feeling on the matter. ‘If it is that obvious on first glance then it is no surprise I am getting singled out on attacks. I must look plum pitiful.’ Karrick mentally berated himself for this since it was his weakness that brought this upon himself. It seemed he was destined to cling to stronger people in order to survive and he desperately hoped he could change the tide of destiny. Karrick adjusted his body so he was no longer leaning on the wall and turned his body to face the student. Karrick hesitated a moment unsure if this would be ‘appropriate’ but he hadn’t noticed anyone else on the roof. Pulling his right hand out of his pocket he casually extended his arm as his hand made an open palm; he offered a handshake. “The name is Karrick and you?” Karrick asked as his arm hung in the cold winter air. Karrick would let his arm go limp after the handshake or wait several seconds before dropping it if the student didn’t feel the need or want to shake hands. Yet it seemed the school’s sense of humor decided it would scare Karrick half to death. Hearing the sounds of a door opening Karrick tilted his head to the left to see who was coming and his heart skipped a beat. It was the woman from the entrance of the school! A brief memory of a black car and people flashed through his mind as Karrick’s eyes focused on something else. The red headed woman was pulling something. A puzzled look crept on Karrick’s face as he tried to discern what it was. Then his body went ice cold as he saw a small figure be thrown to the ground like a piece of trash. His eyes shot from the figure on the ground to the tall redhead and then to her left hand which was now crimson. She spoke the words and yet Karrick didn’t hear them; all he could think was, ‘I am Dead. . .’

“Yeah it is.”
Aden remarked with a smug grin. He was sure it wouldn’t be too hard for some of the other students to realize they had a new student on their hand, giving them the sense of ‘fresh meat’ when they laid eyes on the boy. The poor kid was probably having a rough time at the institute, but Aden found it hard to be as sympathetic as he would have preferred. Every student had a rough time at Paragon; this new student wasn’t special in that sense; though the transfer from his old school to hear was most likely a rough one. It was widely known just how aggressive the students at Paragon were. If one was not used to the environment, it would be a difficult integration.
“Don’t let it get to you though. My position allows me to look over who attends here.”
He eyed the boy as the student lifted himself from the wall, facing Aden. He raised his brow, wondering what he was up to. Maybe Paragon was making him a little more paranoid than he had once been. Of course, that wasn’t truly a bad thing. He could see the boy hesitate before he extended his arm from his pocket in front of Aden. As he listened to the boy introduce himself as Karrick, Aden took the opportunity to lift him from the wall, turning in his step. His arm met with Karrick’s in a firm grasp.
“Aden Allett, nice to meet you.”
After a few shakes, Aden’s hand fell back to his side, lifting it into his jacket pocket to relinquish it from the cold. It was shortly after that Aden’s attention was drawn to the door leading back into the school. At first glance, he noticed a red-haired student make her way through the door, dragging something in hand. As he continued to look on, he made note of a mutilated girl being pulled along in a bloody mess. He squinted in a slight disbelief at what he was looking at. It wasn’t the mess in front of him, no, that was an everyday thing, but what the girl was wearing. Jeans and a jacket, once could understand, but the winter weather was only getting colder. What was this girl doing in such a top as she walked towards them?
The female student went on to address Karrick, the new male, as she made her way towards them. It seemed that the two had met before. It was interesting to see that someone who seemed so worried about the school was passing his time with such a violent, unstable character. The body of the student was thrown in front of the group for them to see clearly. Yet another student was taken down permanently. He could see that her bones had been broken, lumps form all around the girl with swelling. She’d probably die soon, internal bleeding most likely being the cause. Taking a glance at the female student, Aden addressed her.
“Awfully cold to be dressing like that, eh?”

The boys reaction made her grin and lean forward to grab the wounded arm of the girl, She began to pull on the bone that was sticking out of her arm and slowly she pulled the bone up. Blood began to run down her arm as the wound got bigger, you could hear the bones grinding and suddenly the entire humerus was seen. By the look of things she had broken the lower arm and shoulder deliberately in order to get the humerus out of her body. With one last yank she pulled the bone out of her body. By That time the girl woke up and began to scream but she couldn't move due to the foot on her head.
“Awfully cold to be dressing like that, eh?”
"Hm?!" Amadis stood straight again and held the blood soaked bone in front of her. Her sharp eyes shot at the taller guy and she let her hand rest beside her. Cold?! only weak people would say such a thing, Amadis wouldn't find this anywhere near cold. But that is expected from someone who got cold water treatment for her disorder- strapping you on a metal frame and holding you under ice cold water until you almost ran out of breath and then pulling you up for a few seconds and down you went again, they repeated that for hours and hours. So this was yet another fool.
"EH?Did you say something?"
She obviously didn't found him interesting so she hissed at him.He was disturbing her fun.

Karrick’s wide eyes snapped to Aden when he asked the redheaded demon if she was cold. ‘He sees the body, right? I can’t be seeing things or be going delusional. . .’ Karrick watched Aden for a couple seconds as his mind focused on a sentence that he had said before the woman arrived. ‘His position allows him to look over people? I’ll have to ask him.’ Karrick’s thought was cut short as he heard the high pitched scream erupt over the rooftop. Karrick looked at the redhead in shock and terror as her hand began tugging at something; then a ‘pop’ went off and she was holding a mess of gore which resembled a bone. Karrick wasn’t use to anything on this level of gore he had enough of this.
He spun around and puked over to his left away from Aden; his body wracking with exertion. He coughed once afterword and looked down. ‘Oh fucking well done!’ Karrick just puked on his jacket. Wiping his mouth with the back of his left hand his eyes stared at the redheaded girl. His eyes lost some of the fear in them replaced by anger.
“What the hell is wrong with you?!” Karrick shouted as he turned his body back toward the redhead. His hands were closed into a fist but were shaking like crazy. From the cold, fear, or anger it was hard for Karrick to tell at this point. Yet he didn’t know what to do, if he tried to step in he could likely end up like the girl, but the girl was helpless. ‘I have to do something!’ Spreading his legs about a shoulder width apart he put his left foot in front of his body kept the toes pointed at the woman as his right foot stayed sideways with the toes pointing at Aden. He hadn’t raised his fists of yet but he was damn sure fear would make him bolt at any second. Glancing at Aden he uttered, “I think she needs looking over.” Karrick wasn’t being subtle in what he wanted from Aden.

From the beginning, Paragon was full of violent, relentless types; people who didn’t want to offer mercy even after the fight; the enjoyed the after play of their spoils. There were many like the re-head in front of him and it was becoming apparent they all had one flaw in common. They were dull. What Paragon had held was a change of pace and a new invigorating setting, but everyone was the same now, it seemed. These violent types all did the same, even Aden, one to find himself with his foot on the face of a student, was having trouble keeping up with his normal antics. Yes, it was people like this girl who made everyday so predictable and slow.
The red-head grasps onto the exposed bone of the victim, viciously ripping it from the arm, leaving the victim to cry in pain. With something such as that, it’d be soon enough she’d go into shock and the pain wouldn’t be so severe. However, it would be necessary to get her to the medical ward or put her out of the pathetic misery that this fool was causing. He looked at the red-head with a condescending glare without speaking. There wasn’t anything to really say. This is how the school was. The captain enforced this behavior and Aden, as a Pillar, was expected to do the same. Of course he knew it was morally wrong, but not being one to care for such a thing, it would be terribly hypocritical of him to tell off the girl for such a manner. What was important was taking care of the victim and showing the cocky girl her place.
Karrick, however, wasn’t having such a great time with the sight. Indeed, it could be rather shocking, yet it was more of something to grow used to over at Paragon, even if there wasn’t a norm of this much brutality. Rarely did you see a bone literally removed form the body, after all. He could see the fear running through the boy as he glanced over with a sadistic smirk. The boy was so out of place it was almost comical, the hilarity ensuing as he even vomited onto the ground away from them. The poor boy was just over his head in an area like this and it wouldn’t be long before he found himself in a larger amount of trouble than dealing with some red-headed student with a disgusting way of going about her life.
The girl addressed Aden’s comment with another question. Typical. If it was only violence, he may be able to comprehend it, but the low attention span that seemed to follow was something that should only be of fiction. This girl was disgusting, not for the violence, but for the general unappealing vibe that she threw off. It was usually the ones like her who managed to remain without allies through Paragon. He spit near her feet after her comment.
“You should learn to listen to what your superiors, kid.”
Karrick came in soon after with a shout of rage. The boy seemed to grow some balls, but Aden couldn’t say much as he was facing a woman. The kid positioned himself in a readied position, shaking rather violently as he did so. He turned to Aden, commenting on the victim’s situation. Indeed, the girl could use some aid, but he was sure Karrick wouldn’t be fond of his methods. Before anything broke out, which seemed inevitable at the point, Aden spoke up through a subtle breeze.
“I wouldn’t do anything rash, Karrick. This girl isn’t worth your time. Allow her to back down and then take care of the victim. If I were to do it, it’d only be to put he rout of her misery.” He made a snapping motion with his hands.
