OOC: Hope to see you soon Kyousuke.
He was not in a good mood.
Victor had to admit he had gotten in over his head by entering the tournament, but to not land a single blow on his opponent... that was not acceptable. His father had trained him much better then that.
He sat down on a bench, taking in the dank, wide open gym. It was the next best thing to training outside.
Victor wasn't a poor loser and he accepted his defeat gracefully. Losing and winning didn't matter to him. What mattered was that he had performed poorly, perhaps worse then when he had challenged Stern in the gym. He would not allow himself to be the low man on the totem pole in fighting skill. He would make himself powerful at any cost.
He had performed terribly, damn it!
Victor started out with a series of one hundred one armed push ups, doing fifty on each arm, then went into fifty sit ups. After that he performed sixty leg raises then stood up, feeling like a million bucks as endorphins went through his body.
Victor went into a fighting stance and began to perform a series of Savate kicks. "Unacceptable." he thought. "Completely unacceptable. I want to become stronger!"
He wondered vaguely if anybody else was up here who could help him fix the flaws in his fighting style.

OOC: Sorry this is a bit short on interaction, but for the moment it's all I could think of.
Kyousuke stretches his arms behind his back, feeling the strain in his right shoulder far more than his left. It would be trouble if that injury somehow was more than what he had thought, but it wasn't much more than a small strain than anything. Hopefully. The bruises on his chin and neck were still present, but had dulled a small bit. "Ketsren, did you finish modifying it yet?" He called out over his shoulder, his arms still stretched back, but then began to curl around and forward.
Ketsren was daydreaming, his head in the clouds, mind afar. He just wasn't paying attention to anything except his direct field of vision. Which, at the moment, were focused on another student. It was because this one was throwing kicks. It was odd, but he never understood why someone would wast energy on such predictable movements that always left you on one foot. "Oi, okama!" Was followed by a sharp smack to the back of his head. "I payed you to do this, show some work ethic."
Kyousuke sighed heavily, Ketsren was rubbing the back of his head and grumbling. "I was just staring at the fighter. Isn't recognisance important?" Ketsren asked as Kyousuke moved over to the bench, sitting down, and draping a towel over his neck. He was growing a bit tired off how little Ketsren thought with anything but his head when it came to cretin things. Including mild paranoia. "He's just another fighter. You have no reason to scout him, calm down already. Now, is it modified yet?" He cast his eyes over to Ketsren, who shook his head and returned to work on modifying the armband.

As Victor continued launching kicks into the air, he noticed two students, however only one caught his interest. The boy before him was tall, apparently of Japanese descent, and bearing a very cold expression. Victor wasn't much in the belief of auras-his style was far too external to bother with such things-but something told him the boy before him was a vicious combatant. That was good. He needed a hardcore fighter to help him improve his abilities.
Victor started to turn towards the two students, but then decided not too. The boy, whoever he was, didn't look like the social type. Not that Victor was a sociable person himself. Lord knew how much trouble he had stirred up with his manipulative tactics and Iago-like personality.
"I should say hello or something." he thought, going into a series of straight jabs. "Perhaps he can help me. I just need to know how to approach him without angering him."
He finally decided on a course of action and sat down on the bench. Rather then smile and say hello, Victor simply offered a brief head nod to the boy, curious as to what his intentions were.

OOC: Just a bit of side note. Kyo is actually a good inch shorter than you. So I'll assume that you mean via his aura he just appears a bit larger, more intimidating. I'll also be assuming you sat at a bench in front of them, not too far away.
Kyousuke hand one hand resting on the left end of the towel, and the other on his right. While Ketsren worked on the modification he was drying himself off. His right hand moved up his neck, careful of the bruises, and dabbed away the sweat. With no other source of entertainment around was the student that was throwing a few kicks and punches. Somehow between the two of them looking at each other not much came of it, as neither of them had realized it.
Kyousuke looked down at the work Ketsren was doing, his fingers fiddling with it in such a way that it wouldn't become skewed. The item was his symbol, of being a member of Genaht. His idea for the modification had come only moments after he had taken the symbol. Make it from an arm band, to a forearm band. He would have roughly five members that he'd have a direct control of. Either recruited or taken from the main body under Ein. So far it was only Ketsren, a kindred spirit from his transfer days, but that was enough for the time being. He had other potentials he could and would interview.
But this one across from him became a temporary interest. He wasn't overly impressed with him, but he didn't seem weak bodied either. What was left to be seen would be if he had a strong mind. But that was easy enough to discern. "Ketsren, do what you do best." He muttered, earning a curious look. "If you mean making an ass out of myself you can forget it, I'm not a clown anymore." Kyousuke sighed and shook his head. "You want to scout, so scout, okama."
Ketsren sighed dejectedly and nodded, handing over the now modified armband. It was left with a small bulge on one side, but it looked natural enough despite that. For the moment it served it's purpose. While Kyousuke strapped the symbol to his forearm Ketsren pushed himself up and put on a casual smile, thinking that he needed a new source of entertainment. Even if he didn't mind being ordered around, he was getting sick of the nick name. "Yo." The boy raised his right hand, index and middle finger out only, and waved. "I see your taking a break from training. Do you happen to be new, or just recently decided to take up training here?"

Victor felt a bit insulted that the boy would just up and converse with him without a proper introduction, but he would put up with it. Diplomacy wasn't always needed. Perhaps he was being a bit too uptight.
"Heh, I'm not new here. I come to train here whenever I can. Otherwise I just train outdoors." he replied.
Victor studied the boy out of the corner of his eyes. A bit shorter than him, tightly built like he was, and carrying an aura of power with him. Victor had a feeling in his gut that this boy, whoever he was, was a tricky customer. His demeanor alone was one of stoicism and confidence. Like before, that was good.
Victor went back to the ground and began another set of one armed push-ups. "I'm going to have to step up my training schedule after my loss in the tournament. It's not that I lost. It's just I want to become a skilled fighter."
"My name's Victor by the way." he said changing subjects. "Tell me a bit about yourself."

Ketsren continued to smile in a casual fashion, his hand dropped after the small wave and went into his dress pants. He was dressed far more extravagantly than Kyousuke in all regards. Including the fact he looked like he was cold blooded. An overcoat, heavy shirt, heavy dress pants, and to top it off a scarf. "I see. The great outdoors, mmm." Instinctively however his mind slipped to a more devious thought. He's not someone who works bags enough.
Kyousuke was at a good distance, but it was easy enough to hear the two conversing. But also the fact he had a good idea of where Ketsren was working his way towards. He had too much time on his hands, and always liked to know these things. Shaking his head, and dismissing the gaze that he caught of Victors, before he laid down on the bench and dropped the towel over his eyes. For the moment he was content to rest while Ketsren worked his way into information.
"A tournament? I didn't hear of a Mixed Martial Arts tournament in the area. At least not recently... Which one are you referring too?" Ketsren casually maneuvered around the question on himself, for the moment he was still interested in searching a bit deeper. And on the others personality. It would mostly depend on the others intelligence and personality. If he was lacking in either respect his interest would dim, and he would leave with his assessments made. "Or maybe you had a specific style tournament? I never follow those."

OOC Note:This post is made as Vince. A now reoccurring member of Genaht.
Vince always enjoyed training, though it was hard to tell which he enjoyed training more. His sharp tongue or his body, though if anyone was around him for any length of time they would tell you what they thought. Vince was an interesting guy, but not entirely likeable all the time.
As the roughly 5'10 tall boy strode into the Gym he could only smirk at what he saw. Of course he was looking for Kyo, finding the newer Recruit to Genaht interesting. He was like Ein to a degree, but was brought up in a different custom. Ein raised himself in an almost Militaristic German fashion. Kyo was similar, but the Japanese culture made a large difference.
Still he couldn't help but calling out as he walked past Ketsren.A wicked smirk growing on your face just before he spoke.
"Hey, earning your name eh Okama?"
Vince would give abit of a laugh before settling in next to Kyo. He'd loose abit of the cheeriness as he did. There was a time and a place for such things, after all, and he wasn't foolish enough to be like that all the time.
"So, what's with that kid? Is Ketsren bored or something or is he really moving towards the rainbow flags?"
Alright, so maybe he was like that just about all the time.

OOC: Ein (Vince) was invited, don't worry too much about it. As Kyousuke is off on his own and I needed to do an OOC, I am making a post.
Kyousuke heard Vince's voice, followed by a fair amount of laughter. Tensing his stomach muscles he let out a small gruff chuckle of his own, coming out almost like a strong cough or two. With the amusement still very much intact. "There's always the possibility." Kyousuke chuckled once more, then grew a bit more serious.
His head lifted, and was sitting up to look about. He was comfortable with his surroundings, perhaps too much so. "But not today at least. I told him to scout. Whoever that is I want to know his mind. If he trains then at the very least he may be manipulated if I am so inclined."
Kyousuke looked over to Vince, raising the towel off his forehead and away from his dark, and currently calculating, eyes. "If he holds a decent intelligence?" Taking a small pause, only closing his eyes as he thought it over. "Maybe we could recruit him. It all depends."
"But it's not something I can stomach much anymore. Ketsren is more charismatic anyways. You can play with either of them if you want." A faint smile creased the corner of his lips as he rested his head again. "Just try not to mess with Ketsren too much, that's my job."

OOC: Ack, sorry about the mix up. I didn't read the thing properly.
Victor kept his expression neutral, keeping his eye on the newcomer. He didn't know him and didn't care. Just as long as he hadn't come to stir up trouble, he didn't mind.
Turning back to the charismatic Ketsren, he resumed his conversation. "Never mind the tournament I speak of. What does matter is that I performed poorly and now I need to fix the flaws in my fighting style." he said, finishing the series of push-ups.
He sat back down on the bench and said, "In particular, I'm looking for a dangerous fighter. I'm hoping said fighter can help me fix my fighting style and help me become stronger."
Victor reached behind himself and arched his back, using his arm so he could bend more. "That's sort of why I came here today. Maybe I'll luck out." he said.

OOC: Note that I've separated Kyousuke and Ketsren as needed to keep active. Sorry for the late post.
Ketsren noticed that this one in front of him was rather interesting. It's not that he was impressive in his physical or mental aspects, it's the way he held himself. His attitude. It wasn't often that someone kept boundaries around themselves that would alert them to his presence, probing their minds through conversation. The casual smile dropped, replaced with one of a genuine amusement, making it seem kind and not sarcastic or bitter.
Behind him Vince had arrived, and used the same nickname Kyousuke had given him. "Oi! Vince, only Kyoni is aloud to call me that." He then turned back to the matter at hand. "Alright, then.." He took a pause, bringing his left hand up and tapping his bottom lip and chin with his index finger. "A dangerous fighter. That's a vague statement. Any fighter can be dangerous. Hell, give me a barbell and even I could do some serious damage." A coy smile would make itself present then, his index finger sliding down and pointing at him. "You'd need to make your hopes more specific if you want the desired results."

Victor smirked at Ketsren's comment. So he needed to make his hopes more "specific" did he? Well Victor wasn't one to give much of himself away. Being a clever, manipulative sociopath, he preferred not to be blunt, rather instead only giving away the bare essentials of himself and seeing how the recipient took it.
"True, you probably could do damage with something like that, but I don't need props to get the job done. I just try to finish my opponent off as quickly as possible." he replied, being a bit more blunt than he normally was.
Victor stood up again and began to perform a series of jabs and hammer fist strikes to the middle and upper regions, picturing the human body in front him, snapping the moves with power and precision. No sense being lazy while he conversed.
"If you want me to be more specific, I'm looking for a match at the moment, preferably with somebody experienced. My intention is not to win, but merely to see where I need to improve." he said. Again, he was being more blunt than usual, but even a deceptively charming sociopath needed to be blunt now and again.

Ketsren raised his brow slowly, the answer he had received was not what he was hoping for either. This one was a bit more slimy then the normal men. Either that or he was just trying to frustrate him. Either way he just shrugged his shoulders and looked of to the side, seemingly trying to make a decision. Kyousuke was a good fighter, he had seen that himself. As well as his extensive training. But he had never tried to define him.
"Mm, well the only fighter I know would be over there. He finishes most average opponents in one or two moves." He then raised his hand again, rubbing the side of his neck and seeming nervous for a second. "But this place isn't exactly average, or normal for that matter." He wasn't giving away much more than the impression Kyousuke was strong.
But he had never seen him fight some of the bigger names of the school. He didn't know how they would match up. "I guess if you wanted you could challenge him." Ketsren dropped his hand, shrugging in a slow casual manner. "He won't challenge you. Your uninteresting to him. If you want to try it, make the first move."

"Eh...maybe. Dunno though, Ketsren doesn't even seem to be getting much outta him. Still might be abit of fun, Ketsren hasn't quite figured out how not to broadcast his emotions. Atleast not to anyone with a decent pair of eyes, you know?"
Vince would shrug slightly. Ketsren was definitely growing by leaps and bounds under Kyo and despite the fact that Kyo was new, Vince could probably pick up afew things as well. It never hurt to expand thought after all, that was something all Genaht members held as truth.
Still, the vocal Genaht member couldn't help but grin and stand as Ketsren pointed towards Kyo. Even going so far as to take a small step infront of the sitting man before strolling casually towards the pair. It would be apparant to the two Genaht members that Ketsren wasn't talking about Vince, but not so much to the other.
"So nice to say such things about me, Okama. But you gotta remember I'll fight some people if they ask nice enough, or are stupid enough to deserve finding out how it feels for their elbow to bend the other direction."
The sarcastic and searing grin of the Genaht member never left his face and he couldn't help but want to try his luck against this one. He needed to practice abit if he was reading Ein half as well as he thought he was.

Victor raised an eyebrow as Ketsren pointed at the people behind him. Victor had a feeling he wasn't referring to the newcomer. That one had come for some other purpose evidently.
Ketsren said that Victor was "uninteresting" to them. Ketsren had something else coming if he thought that mattered. Sometimes the most mundane people could pull surprising tricks out from their sleeves when you least expected it. Besides, Victor preferred to work as a background character. It was that reclusive attitude which had gotten him through countless years undetected.
"I'm uninteresting you say? Well who wants attention in this place anyway?" Victor said with a wry smile.
Still, the prospect of a match sounded pleasing. He could work out the flaws in his fighting style and see where he needed improvement. True, he would probably get a beating-both combatants looked pretty tough-but he was willing to take that chance. He just wouldn't use the "mixed" style he had developed and instead rely on the CQCS to win.
His expression growing cold, Victor stood up and eyed the other two, not saying a word. If one of them wanted a match, then he'd let them come. Nothing to actually give it away. His expression clearly said "I'm inviting you."

Kyousuke shrugged a bit and sat up further, swinging his legs off the bench, and sat up. The towel made one more firm round through his hair, and he sighed heavily. He had worked out for over two hours, and his body felt heavy and pleasantly dirty. He had no mind to fight, and he never had any intention of challenging anyone. As Ketsren said, he wasn't the type to go around spouting random challenges.
"Never said he would get anything out of him." He thought aloud, and then shrugged again. "Yeah, he's not very tactful. But you'd be surprised how often that works. Or, perhaps as a Genaht you wouldn't be, Vince." He said just before Vince stood up and wandered off after Ketsren pointed at him. It was painfully obvious Ketsren was talking about, and pointing at, him and not Vince. But that didn't stop a faint grin to crease the right corner of his mouth.
Ketsren watched Vince approach, his eyes a tad wider as surprise painted his features. He did need to work on his poker face after all. "I told you not to call me Okama, Kyoni only, do I need to stamp it on your forehead?" He looked pretty peeved, but he wasn't as annoyed as he seemed. He just didn't like it being used in front of other people, Kyousuke got off because he gave it to him.
Kyousuke called out from the bench he was still sitting on, lazily looking up at Vince to make sure at least he knew where he was aiming the comment. "If your going to fight make it worthwhile. Make it memorable." He had a very faint smile at his comment, one that would be hard to catch from a distance. He'd leave the interpretation to Vince.

The conversation kept getting more interesting and Victor was not normally a person who enjoyed socializing with others. Still, it was good to stretch.
The figure who had given off such an aura stood up. He looked confident. That was a good sign. Still, Victor had a feeling that this figure had something up his sleeve. There was something... dangerous about him.
"If you're going to fight make it worthwhile. Make it memorable."
Victor felt a bit insulted by such a cocky remark. He didn't like it when fighters said things like this. Honestly, a fight should be a fight.
"I wouldn't be so cocky. Just because I'm trying to fix my style doesn't make me weak." Victor said flatly.
Victor considered going into a fighting stance, but that would give himself away. So he simply kept his stance neutral with his hands to his sides. Like always, a normal stance was the safest bet since it revealed no defensive or offensive plan in advance to the opponent, and you could pull anything out of a normal stance.
"Come on, boy. Make a move." Victor thought.

Kyousuke didn't waste much time in sliding off the bench. He was tired, but not tired enough to be put off by the others tone. A few casual strides later and he was standing in front of the student Ketsren had recently been trying to gain information on.
"Action without regard to the proper information that is required. And I am the one with an excessive degree of self-confidence," Kyousuke said with his eyes dismissively not looking at the male, his tone caustic in nature, even as he now stood just in front of him.

OOC: I don't know if this will do any good, but I'll take my chances and wait for somebody to post.
"Action without regard to the proper information that is required. And I am the one with an excessive degree of self-confidence."
Victor raised an eyebrow. The student was standing right in front of him and yet he didn't seem to want to fight. Either he wanted something more or he just thought Victor wasn't much of a fighter. Victor felt a brief urge to reach out and strangle the student, but quickly forced it back down. No sense becoming violent over such a petty matter.
"Whatever. I'm just in the mood for a match." Victor said. "You don't seem to feel the same way though. And here I thought I could learn and fix the mistakes in my fighting style."
OOC: Yeah, short, but I can't come up with much... *Sigh*

OOC: Just going to keep going, Vince is a bit inactive, so may as well go on with the origional idea.
Kyousuke stared down Victory without much thought, and no fear, simply waiting to see what response he would have to his retort. Ketsren, who had been seething about his nickname, had stepped back and sat down with a heavy sigh. It would be obvious he wasn't up for the little bout of testosterone. "You disappoint me, but if your not a intellectual, I may as well see if I rival your skill," he would flick his towel over at Ketsren and walk past Victor without pause. "Depending on how things go, I may teach you something."
Kyousuke was being quite confident of himself at this point, he was after all pretty tired. But there was also the fact that meant his body was fully stretched and warmed, his speed would be at his peak, even if he grew lax with the number of his blows. He stepped up into the boxing ring, or sparring ring as it was normally used, and rolled his shoulders and neck in unison. "If your still in the mood," Kyousuke was certain he was, he made a point to keep him in the mood. "Come on up and we'll see what we can do about your mistakes." His tone, despite his words, weren't as mocking or cold as they could be. Merely speaking, nothing hidden, no jabs to be sent. If he wanted to fight, they would fight.

"You disappoint me, but if your not a intellectual, I may as well see if I rival your skill,"
A small smirk bloomed on Victor's face. This student clearly had better social skills then him, but that wasn't important now. What was important was that he was accepting the challenge offered to him.
Victor redid his ponytail and took a few steps away from the student, keeping his hands in his pockets. They were a few feet away from each other, too close to grapple, too far to strike. He'd have to find a way to get close without letting his guard down.
Victor looked the student in the eyes and said, "May the best man win." He may have said something else in another situation, but a true warrior let his actions speak for themselves.
Keeping his stance neutral, Victor suddenly slid forward with his left leg outward and his left arm down his right side as if he were going to draw out an invisible sword. His plan was to be subtle and get the student to drop his guard by using his left arm to perform a roundhouse hammerfist punch to the head to get him to either block or dodge. Once one of those two things happened, Victor would pull his right leg forward so he could slide at him again and perform a reverse palm strike to the stomach with his right hand. As a fail safe, the crouching position he would perform the palm strike out of would allow him to drop and roll away from any attack the student came back at him with.
