Kyousuke shook his head at the words. It just left him feeling more than a bit unhappy with the situation. He had hoped he could just lay down and rest until he had something more productive to do. The thought was shook absently, his form still lose and no guard stance to speak of. First problem with Victor's fighting style.
It didn't hold much honor, the abrupt attack was show enough of that. As Victor slid forward, Kyousuke would merely slide back and keep the same distance. "If you want this to be treated like a spar you best place honor within these barrios, or I will consider this a real fight." He continued to move backward if he was being followed, his eyes sharply bearing down on Victor. "Would you like to start the right way?"

OOC: Sorry, I thought your character was ready.
Kyousuke simply slid away from the attack, not doing much of anything. Victor sighed. He had made a very foolish decision to just charge headfirst into a spar like that. Damn it, how could he spar if he was already making mistakes? Lord, he must be losing edge.
Victor listened to the student speak. Yes, Victor had made a dumb mistake. He really was losing his edge.
"I apologize for my mistake. That was stupid of me." Victor replied. "And yes, I would like to start this spar of ours off correctly."
He stepped back and waited to see what Kyousuke would say or do.

Kyousuke smirked inwardly as he watched Victor release a heavy breath and straighted himself to step back. Okay, it seems that worked well enough. I can make time for myself. Kyousuke walked forward in a casual pace and put his hand out in front Victor, and put his hand into a fist. "We're in America, we'll tap fists. A boxers way, mm?" Kyousuke would step back after the tap and flick his hands out at his side, seemingly preparing himself. "Fight," called Ketsren from somewhere behind him. That was enough a signal for Victor to attack, and if delayed Kyousuke himself would. OOC: Guessed he would tap, ignore it if he wouldn't. It's not that you did something wrong, it's that Kyousuke is messing with Victors mind.

"We're in America, we'll tap fists. A boxers way, mm?"
Either Kyousuke was being sporting or he was just playing with him for reasons of his own. It didn't really matter. Victor was curious as to what style Kyousuke used and more than that, how good he was. If he was a skilled combatant, the spar would be a learning experience.
Victor reached up and tapped gloves-or fists in this case-and saw Kyousuke flick his arms back. The quick motion did not fool him and Victor casually stepped backwards, keeping his hands in his pockets, planning out a course of attack.
"I look forward to a good spar." Victor said briefly, before deciding on a course of action.
Rather than use the ginga to go into a swaying motion, Victor brought his right foot forward at a forty five degree angle in front of his left foot. At the same time he raised his left fist up in front of his face and his right arm down towards his chest. He could both block and strike in this stance, but he wouldn't attack just yet. He would let Kyousuke come to him and use the positioning of his feet to rotate out of the way of his attack, whatever it may be. The purpose was to analyze his opponent for a little while so he could plan a counterattack.

Kyousuke, standing in front of Victor, nodded to the brief statement without any response while he watched his opponent fall into a south paw stance. That was an interesting thing to see, not many outside of his household ever went into a south paw stance. Kyousuke could quite naturally switch without his dominant side tripping him up. But he had no interest in making this a south paw match, maybe another time. Kyousuke stance would be fairly simple, left foot forward with his right foot a bit linear behind him His left palm open at his bellow his collar bone and his right down toward his hip in a similar open palm. He would quickly shift forward, his right foot moving past Victors left, while at the same time his left hand would be coming down from above quickly. The left would hit down with the palm, gripping tightly, and force Victors left fist down and into his right down toward his pelvis. At this point of forward momentum Kyousuke's right knee would slide between the opponents legs, and hook, making sure Victor would trip himself up if he didn't go back in a dodge. As Victors hands would be forced down, Kyousuke's right would already be cocked at the hip ready for a strike. While the hands went down and his leg hooked in, the right would make a fast strike with his index and middle fingers knuckles. If Victor was unfortunate enough to be the kind of person who wouldn't make a sacrifice fall to save himself injury he would be clasping his throat after the sharp blow, that had Kyousuke's shoulders turning into it. In which case he would fell back for a lack of balance and a strike. Or he would try to dodge, left, or right, and end up on his back or off balance at which point Kyousuke would have an advantage. - Goes into stance.
- Slides forward, front leg outside of Victors.
- Once in range his left would come down and force Victors left into his right, and push them into toward the pelvis to avoid a quick escape of the hands.
- His back foot would slide in just as the left hand would push on the hands down, and hook behind.
- While his back foot would hook in, his right shoulder would torque, and send the strike into Victor.

OOC: Sorry for the late reply. I may explain why on the OOC board...
Victor suddenly realized he was in trouble. Kyousuke was good. REALLY good. Victor recalled studying various styles, even ones he hadn't practiced, and he immediately recognized this one as one of the Chinese styles. He found it a bit odd that a boy of Japanese descent was using a Chinese style, but that wasn't his business. What mattered was that he had was in a jam and was about to take a good deal of damage.
Kyousuke slid in like water and knocked his left arm down to his right while unbalancing him with his leg. Victor considering using his slightly split legs to wrap around Kyousuke's legs and crush his ribs, but he was already preparing a strike to his upper region where he could just as easily snatch at his throat. The only thing Victor could do was back away for now and look for an opportunity.
Victor's legs were split, but not enough so that he was completely unbalanced and furthermore his back was arched. As Kyousuke lashed out at him, Victor performed two quick backflips away from Kyousuke. They were the kind of fancy moves he had been advised not to do by another student, but in this case they were the only thing that would have saved him from heavy damage.
Landing on his feet, Victor smirked. "Interesting. Your using Xingyiquan. I can tell by the linear techniques and power." he said to Kyousuke.
Victor changed tactics and began to circle around Kyousuke, looking for an open spot. His plan was glide forward suddenly and launch a left jab at Kyousuke to get him to raise his guard. The moment he did, he would use a U.S.C.Q.C. technique to twist his wrist to inflict heavy pain, then use his right hand to deliver a powerful reverse punch to his stomach to knock the wind out of him.
"Here goes." Victor thought as he began to glide forward.

Kyousuke found that his maneuver worked well, Victors hands had been pushed down and into his body, and he was just about to send the sharp punch with his index and middle finger knuckles aimed at Victors throat. But Victor proved to be more dexterous than he had first guessed. However, the advantage was just as much his as it was before. The flip back, however adventitious against a slower fighter, was a mistake against Kyousuke. He had forced the reaction from Victor he wanted, and he now intended to profit from it. As the body began to flip back Kyousuke shot forward, Victors hands planted and his back was about to face Kyousuke. His front leg went out and would plant itself on or near one of Victors hands. His hips would pivot forward, and would spear his back legs knee into the middle of Victors back on his fist flip. (OOC: Now, I see how this reaction speed could be a bit hard to believe. But it was the reaction he had wanted- more or less. If there's a problem go ahead and poke me in PM or a messenger.) - Kyousuke would move forward as Victor began to flip back.
- He would plant his front foot, aiming vaguely toward a hand.
- He would then pivot his hip toward Victor and spear his back with a knee strike.

OOC: Post has been revised.
In mid-flip, Victor caught a flicker of movement out of the corner of his eye. Kyousuke was coming at him like a torpedo with his knee out ready to spear him in the back. There was no way he could counter this. The only thing he could do was dodge.
In mid-flip, Victor yanked his upper body downwards into a crouch and rolled to the left as Kyousuke's knee sailed over him with the force of a bullet. Quick as an animal, Victor rolled again and scrambled to his feet using an old army technique. Before Kyousuke could move, he held up his hand, signaling a time out.
"It's not that I don't want to continue the fight." Victor said. "It's just that I'm not as mobile with a heavy jacket and boots on. I request permission to remove these accessories before we continue our match."

Kyousuke blinked in slight confusion as Victor droped down and rolled to the right, away from his knee. Too bad, that could have made this alot faster, he thought with a heavy sigh. Kyousuke jabbed down his attacking leg and turned himself to face Victor, ready to launch himself forward again. But, he was stopped by Victor scrambled to his feet and threw up his hand.
"... Dissapointing. No." Kyousuke jolted forward and then slapped his right foot down three feet away from Victor. Did he change his mind? Well, no. "If you want to spar with me in hopes to improve yourself, fight as you are. Or it's useless." He wouldn't mention the part where it evened out his exnergy with Victors mobility issue. The first burst of speed with his knee had even taken it's toll, his breathing becoming a bit more like a light pant.

Victor smirked again. "Very well then. I'll fight you as I am." he said.
Victor changed tactics and brought his right foot behind him and his fists up in a Kenpo stance. It was time to get a bit more aggressive, but not enough so that he would make a mistake.
Victor glided towards Kyousuke like a wolf lunging at it's prey with both of his fists cocked back. Now that he was close enough, he would throw a reverse right punch. However it was not intended to be a punch. Rather instead he would seize Kyousuke's leading hand, drag him forward, then shuffle diagonally to the left side like a crab and deliver a right thrust kick to his ribs.

Kyousuke was already slowly calming his breath now, and Victor had agreed to his terms. Amusing. Unfortunately for the boy, be in honor or simple gulibility, he was limiting himself. Which is exactly what Kyousuke had wanted. "Good," he said in a limited reply. Victor went into a Japanese styled stance and moved forward. One shuffle forward, despite Victors intention of attacking, Kyousuke enjoyed the offensive as well. Only, he just wanted to regain the advantage of speed. If he was reacting while standing still his options were not to his liking. At least not in his current state. While the oponents arms coming upward as he lunged forward Kyousuke performed the reverse of his previous movement. Lifting his right hand, up in such a way that it would look as though he was planning to hit Victor squarely between the eyes. But instead, the hand would just continue to go up, and his left would thrust straight toward the boys stomach with his index and middle finger knuckles aimed for the ungaurded target. - Kyousuke moves forward.
- As the distance closes he brings up one hand to draw attention to a high guard.
- Oposing hand shoots a straight at Victors stomach, or simply bellow ribs.
PS: Try to be more descriptive with your stance and descriptions, you have me pretty confused with all the odd refrences.

"A feint? Oh please." Victor thought sarcastically. "A street fighter could do better than that."
As Kyousuke lifted his right arm up for the fake high block, Victor snatched at it with his left arm to ensure his plan would work. Kyousuke's left fist fired out at his lower region and Victor brought his right knee up in a circular motion and pushed it away.
"Heh, this is for earlier." he thought.
At the same time his knee pushed Kyousuke's knee away, Victor tightened the fingers in his right hand into a spear formation and shot it out at Kyousuke's exposed throat. His left arm was still being pushed away, his right arm was about to be seized, and he was too close to dodge. He was practically helpless.

OOC: Yes it's back. Back again. Yes it's back, tell a friend. Okay now that I got that out of my system. You either worded wrong, or misunderstood. The movement was to get you into a high block. Not to put himself in one. Your knee can only push one away, good job on looking down and still catching the punch by the way, not both. Because if your deep enough in to touch a leg, your too far in to block the punch. With that said, I'm too impaitent and wanting to move this forward, so I'm working against this.
Kyouske's wrist was grasped, and he became a bit iritated. It wasn't what he was hoping for after all. Shifting himself from one thought to the next he twisted his right wrist in a left turn, at the same time as his left punch was pushed away. His hand hooked under the knee, just for a moment, and threw his forehead into Victors' collar bone. With one knee in the air, it was unlikely that Victor could avoid falling.

OOC: Sorry about that. I've been on hiatus for awhile and I'm a bit rusty.
"Damn it he's quick." Victor mentally growled.
The spear strike meant for Kyousuke's throat missed entirely as the boy rammed his head into Victor's collarbone. Victor's knee was still in the air and he stumbled. His balance was shifted and he began to fall.
"I've got to turn this into an attack, but how can I?"
Getting an idea, Victor let go of Kyosuke's wrist before he fell too far and turned to his left, bringing both of his legs together. Just before he hit the floor, he used his left arm to catch himself. At the same time, he brought his right leg out in a rising kick towards Kyousuke's groin, hoping the distance would prevent him from dodging or countering.

Kyousuke, who was still looking down thanks to the headbutt, growled as he watched the falling Victor threw up a rising kick. Three things instantly went rhough his mind, dodge, block, sacrifice fall. Dodge, that wouldn't work. Sacrifice fall, that would put him on the ground against someone who grabbed his wrist. Not likely. Block? Well, the chances of it working were low. The blow, already between his legs, wasn't going to be blocked.
But it could be weakened. Kyousuke turned his body to the side, making the kick slow before it struck. "Chikushoume." He bit out, snapping his jaw shut. Angry he continued to turn his legs, pushing his left back, and driving his right knee down into it. It was a move that was used soley with the knowledge of anatomy. The knee was weak from the side. His weight ropped. Victor may not be walking out without a limp, be it dislocated or merely strained.

"Damn, this kid's some kind of monster!"
Victor realized what was going to happen a little too late. Kyousuke twisted to one side and began to come down on his leg like a ton of bricks. He was in trouble, but Victor's strength lay in evasion and agility, and that was what he would use.
Victor quickly slammed down his leg, retracted it, and flipped backwards into a crouch position. Rather then perform a back flip however, Victor used the force in his arms to launch himself back at Kyousuke with both of his legs extended like a spear, intending to crash into him before he could recover, then scramble to his feet before he could attack again.

Kyousuke, dropping a bit too slow, and having the sudden urge to grab himself and yell "my balls" dropped his knee heavily into the ring floor. Grunting he dropped down toward the ground, his knee and other extremeties in pain as he sat crouched over. If only for a moment. The oponent had expected him to stay standing, apparently, and he saw Victors' feet start to go over his side. So he rolled to the right, while Victor was kicking toward the left. Once out of range he just rolled once more and slid out of the ring.
"Thats all for today." Kyousuke muttered slowly, and Ketsren slid forward and pushed his shoulder under Kyousuke's arm. Ketsren spoke up for him. "You use unefficient movements, even I can tell that. I'm gunna drive him home, he overexerted himself." Ketsren nodded over to Vince, signaling his leave. "Later." With the aid of Ketsren, Kyousuke worked his way out of the gym.
OOC: Sorry if it's too short for you, but I want to wrap up Kyousuke's thread. And this was just going back and forth. Could ahve gone on for a while. Tie score, Victor got in the only damage shot. At least in my memory.
