(Sorry o.O;; I seriously couldn't think of anything interesting >.<)
It had been a rough morning indeed for Ran, who had had a bit of a rough encounter with a fellow Varronite. Of course, even though she and the boy were from the same school, that didn't automatically make them allies or anything. The boy had been rude beyond belief and had caused her to be late for her first class after making her drop her books and kicking one away just for laughs. Ran didn't defend herself in any way and said nothing, running for her book and biting her lower lip as she concealed her emotions with the best of her abilities.
Her classes had lasted forever it would seem, but it was finally lunchtime and Ran was free to do whatever she pleased. Question was, what DID she wish to do?
She didn't feel like hanging out with the Hircinian friends she had made. Though they were quite nice, she never felt really close to any of them. A pity, but oh well, she'd go off on her own, and maybe she would bump into a Varronite friend of acquaintance. Frankly, Ran felt more comfortable speaking to a Varronite acquaintance more then her Hircinian friends.
She stopped by her locker, putting her things inside and after locking up again, she rested her forehead on her locker door. She smiled weakly and huffed in amusement. "I'm half way through the day and I already feel worn out..." she said softly, closing her eyes and standing there, feeling like she was about to fall asleep standing up like so. No no, musn't do that.
She pushed herself off her locker and tried to clear her mind. every thought she had were troubled ones, but at least her troubles were easier to cope with now. She was more concerned for others around her. "Thing'll pick up." she told herself enthousiastically, nodding a few times. "And then everyone will be happy. I hope."
She pressed her back on her locker, sliding down until she was sitting on the floor and brought up her legs, wrapping her arms around them. Her chin rested on her knees and she gave a yawn. She might aswell sit around and listen to music then, so she popped the earphones into her ears, pressed the 'play' button and returned to her original pose. This'd keep her busy until something came up, or at least until the bell rang to get back to classes. 'I can't wait to get home' she thought, closing her eyes partially and staring at the wall across from her.
Few students passed every once in a while, and Ran would often look at them quickly to take in who they were. So far, they were just familiar faces, like, people she had seen around before but no one especially important. She supposed the hall where her locker was wasn't a popular one to take and that could be why no one she knew had passed by yet. Not that she was expecting anyone anyway.
