The crowd screamed almost bemused at Jonathan Michaels' appearance, a virtual nobody at Hircine High had the gull to join the tournament. Tournaments for the most part where simply sanctioned brawls, sportsmanship while not a foreign concept played little part in the duels that would unfold during the tournaments. Despite this though Jonathan seemed to show up representing every mental vision of a sportsman.
His shirt had been left at home, instead you could see the muscles of his body (which where normally hidden by the layers of clothes he would wear), his body lacked the unadulterated definition and "cutness" that a lot of boys who worked out had, but Jonathan's whole look made something extremely clear...he was by no means a body-builder. Every work-out he did was to improve his fighting game, not his aesthetics and while his body was impressive, it was not awe inspiring.
His trunks where black and went to his shins, his upper waist covered by a foul guard (as to protect himself from any "low-blows"), his shoes where simply black rubber-soled boxing shoes, his hands wrapped up (in simply black wraps)and his gaze narrowing at his opponent, the crowds cheering becoming silent (at least to himself) as he became more aware of the ring.
He suppressed the urge to touch the boys hands with his own as a smirk came to his face (showing the white mouth piece to his opponent).
"Well, then, let's begin.", he said in a muffled voice.

(OOC: Unless I got a lameass excuse like my internet didn't work?)
It was a rumour that Christian once had spoken a word to someone, rumours also said that his voice was softer than The Fantastic Five's... PUT TOGETHER. Simply said. Those rumours were true. Well, maybe not all of The Fantastic Five, but, two or three of them. In any case, that was a brief introduction as to why he wouldn't speak to his opponent for the entire match, or rather, he would strive to not mutter a single word. He walked into the ring, slightly drunk, that didn't matter. He was so used to fighting drunk that it would only help his ability to suppress pain. Although, the drinking had been done to suppress something else entirely... His nerves. His breath was heavy with the stench of beer.
His pace was slow, careful not to make any slips, the crowd didn't need to see he had been drinking to suppress his nerves. He found his opponent amidst the ring, and walked over to him. Even he would refuse to talk, he would still pay some respect to the other fighter. After all. He would be leaving this place on a stretcher.
Christian didn't smile back when the other smiled to him... Defensive gear. Oh really? Give me a C... Give me an O... Give me a W... Give me an A... Give me a R... Give me a D! What does that spell? COWARD! People who fought with protective gear would forever be deemed a coward by Christian.
Let's get this shit started then...
As that thought crept through his mind, he prepared himself for the most basic of his attacks. A left straight forward jab, aimed for the bridge of Jonathan's nose. The rest of his body wasn't with the attack, making it a very quick strike, meant to provoke, rather than injure. ...
The moves intended to injure, would come later.

The jab to his nose was easily seen and sloppily given, he also noted that the jab was never a good starting punch. It lacks the power that a good hook could give and in reality only measured the distance between the two fighters rather than knock someone out, Jon though smiled a bit as he found himself moving sharply to the side, he valued the ability to counter against less experienced fighters since it was something that he rarely was able to do.
As the punch missed Jon found himself grabbing the boys wrist before it had a chance to get to the boy, the boy most likely had never trained in any Jiujitsu and probably had no clue what the implications of Wrist control was. Having the boys wrist under his jurisdiction meant that Jon firstly had the ability to direct the boy, pulling the boy towards him and placing his other arm under the boys own (all the while maintaining the wrist control) and then bending the boys arm upwards (with the hand that had wrist control), all the while pushing upwards with the arm wrapped around Christians.
This arm hold (known to most of us as the Kimura), set Jonathan in the position to break the boys arm in an instant (for example the boy trying to escape would most likely cause Jonathan to put more pressure on the arm, causing a large amount of pain and most likely causing the arm to break), this however was not the purpose as Jon intently placed an insurmountable amount of force (keeping the arm on the brink of breaking) causing pain so the boy would tap out.
Ending the fight with neither of the fighters experiencing a great deal of pain.

Unfortunately for both fighters. Fights didn't always end when one of the two had gained the upper hand. It never seemed to end quickly in Hircine High.
Jonathan's counter would have worked. Had it not been for people constantly using that trick on Christian. As Jonathan tried to pull Christian forward. Christian simply followed the move. He didn't only follow the move, he added to it. Not the common thing to do when being pulled, however, not the most uncommon thing among experienced fighters. Using the extra arm freedom to bend his arm some, making it appear that he was going for an elbow to the face. A feign, of course. It would just be filling the entire vision of Jonathan, making it hard to see the real attack. The true attack was coming from below the elbow, far below. His right leg had been the one pushing Christian forward, leaving the left leg free to make an attack. His left knee was shot into the stomach of Jonathan.
The counter to the wrist controlling move was the simplest part of it all. It was a move any fighter with any pride in his life would have learned. Roll your hand counterclockwise. The thumb couldn't sustain the full power of the entire hand forcing its way out of the grip. The beautiful part about this counter, was that it reversed the situation, now it was Christian holding Jonathan's wrist.

Unfortunately, the moment that Jon had realized his Kimura was failing, he retracted his hand. going straight into the ever familiar peek-a-boo position. Side stepping to the left side of his opponent , he noted how ridiculous the various elbow and knee strikes looked, but more importantly, he noted the openness of the boys side. The boy himself seemed to have avoided the Kimura with ease, however had yet to take a basic punching or defending stance, leaving him (quite frankly) completely open to a striking counter.
With both the knee upwards (meaning the boy was now briefly standing on one leg) and both of the boys arms outstretched (for the elbow strike and feint respectively), Jon now took his chance to unleash a hook with all his strength to the boys ribs. For onlookers the punch stood out as the right hand that had decimated his opponent in the 2004 Boys Boxing Championships and more importantly, the right hand that had instilled fear into his competition securing him the championship that year.
The moment the hook would connect (or miss), Jon would retract his massive hand to his face again, his elbows protecting his body, he wanted to write off the boy as a weak fighter already, but something seemed to stay imprinted into his mind, that something made going easy on the boy an unthinkable thing. He mentally decided not to tell Kai that their fight had been the best preparation he could’ve had for this tournament.

(OOC: Will ignore that you say the right arm is also outstretched. Since it's not.)
Jonathan reacted quickly. Very quickly indeed. When Jonathan had let go of Christian's wrist, Christian realised that his knee wouldn't connect with Jonathan's stomach. He understood that he had to make a new attack quickly, or else he would have missed an opportunity. If he just could think of something quick enough. But. He couldn't. No genious attack suddenly manifested itself in his mind. He would just have to react instinctively on whatever Jonathan would throw at him.
The moment he spotted the hook, he spun on his right leg, the one touching the ground. Forcing 210 lbs of Christian around to face the incoming threat. His left leg touched the ground and also helped bringing Christian to the left.
All the while this happened. Christian's right hand had used the swing to gather up speed and the necessary power to intercept the hook. It wouldn't be a normal interception. It wouldn't be a full fist striking Jonathan's hook. The middle finger. Known to some as the fuck finger. Was still halfway out. Meaning the joint between the proximal phalanges and intermediate phalanges would be connecting with Jonathan. And not the knuckles connecting. This would make the overall area that Christian struck decrease, but the power put into that area would increase propornationally. The hand formation was known as an Eagle's beak.
It would strike the side of Jonathan's hook, the hand or the wrist. If the hand, then the finger underneath would take a great amount of power and would make it painful to form a fist with that hand. If it hit the wrist, then it would be painful to move the entire hand, or if hit perfectly, then it could break the wrist. With Jonathan's hook out of the way Christian took a step back on his left leg. Going back into a defensive stance. Preparing for yet another thrilling round of combat moves.

Unfortunately the boy neglected the equation of the hand wraps, which served to protect Jonathan's wrist and knuckles from blows such as this, it was a common misconception that the wraps where placed on the hands to protect the boxers opponent, the wraps themselves where only that...bandages and served to maintain the wrist along with soften the pain you felt from your own blows. This caused the so called Eagle Strike, to do nothing more than block to stop the punch, causing Jonathan to push forward. He noted that if he wasn't wearing the wraps his wrist would be in a lot of pain due to this.
The ineffective punch, was followed up with the boy going into a defensive stance, Jon found it amusing how the boy quickly shifted from orthodox to unorthodox fighting. It was truly a good shift, a bit easy to spot and the stance itself was nothing to write home about, but at least it was something. Perhaps it was a silent thing of respect the boy had for Jonathan, unfortunately for the boy Jonathan had little respect for him. Jonathan noted that despite the fact that the ring was used for boxing, this was not a boxing tournament and that instead, it was basically a legalized street brawl.
And the fact that it was a legalized street brawl, meant that illegal blows where also legal. Ignoring the implications of the previous statement, Jonathan raised his left hand snapping his fingers several times in the air to garner his opponents attention, all the while going for a punch with the left. The left punch was simply a jab, not at all a power punch, but instead Jonathan (while maintain eye contact with Christian) sent his right hand towards the body.
Or more specifically he sent his right hand grasping for the other boys testicles.

When Jonathan went for a jab, Christian did a sideways block with his right arm, the bottom part of his right arm. Lifted up his left and grasped the arm just a little above the wrist. To make it harder to perform the roll that Christian had done earlier. While this block came, he stepped back with his left leg. All a part of his counter attack to the jab. Although, it succeeded in dodging the testicle grab was just luck. In fact he didn't notice it until it had been too late to react under normal circumstances, and besides it wouldn‘t make any difference.
He pulled in Jonathan’s arm. To bring him out of balance. His right arm lifted over Jonathan’s grabbed left arm. And it went up the arm and ended with a hammer blow to the middle of Jonathan’s face. Or rather. The bridge of his nose. If it struck, his eyes would water up and make his vision blurry. And as the grand prize, his nose could be broken. Not a guarentee to win the fight, but it would be a major step on the way to victory.

The moment that the boy had grabbed his arm and shortly after Jonathan had gotten pulled in closer to the boy (which unlike the boys expectations, did not knock him off balance, due to the fact that he went with the pull), Jonathan had his leg raised up to his chest. The hammer-fist he took in stride as because he was not off balance(and because of a general height difference) , it only hit his forehead and you just don't become a professional boxer with a weak forehead. However, much like a trigger, the moment that the blow connected, Jonathan found his leg springing out like a sling-shot.
To put things into perspective, Jonathan had done various weight-training to build up his power, along with the running, basically gave him legs of steel, this kick aimed at the mid-section. was practically undodgeble due to the fact that the boy was already holding his wrist and had just connected with a blow himself, due to the strength and proximity of the blow, the boy was guaranteed to have the air knocked out of him along with the possibility of having a few broken ribs.

OOC: Christian has not posted in over 24 hours, and left no OOC note to explain why he couldn't post. That means I have to declare Jonathan Michaels the winner via the kick he just used being a knockout blow, according to the rules.

(OOC: Sorry for the lateness, my mom took me for a surprise trip somewhere.)
Jonathan would have had an easy time indeed if Christian hadn't learned long time ago to compensate for height differences. So, when Jonathan though he could ride the blow off, he was completely wrong. Christian's fist would smack right into the middle of his face. The nose probably wouldn't be able to handle it and just break under the power of his hand. Unfortunately for Christian. Jonathan had made a move in the meantime, that he had barely seen form itself due to all the limbs in front of him. When he finally did spot it, it was too late to do anything to avoid it. Which meant: Damage control. He had once seen in a show, before his year-long hospitalization. Amazing it hadn't dissappeared from his mind in the time in-between.
He didn't know the reasons why it worked. But according to the show, it should.
He breathed out quickly while tensening the massive muscles in his chest. This should soften the power hammering upon his ribs. Saving them from being broken. And once Jonathan's kick hit. It hit hard. Christian staggered away from his opponent. Holding his ribcage, trying to get air down into his lungs. He could take a lot of pain. But, this time he would need some time to get over the powerkick he had just gotten. He would get revenge for that one.

OOC: I have already disqualified Christian, and godmoding on that level (Jonathan took the hit on the forehead, Christian wrote that he was suddenly hit on the nose, breaking it, that's autohitting) is worth another one. Due to the previous DQ, the modding, and the refusal to follow a judge's ruling, Christian is again disqualified. His post never happened. Jon moves to round two. Oh, by the way, that breathing trick Chris pulled is bullshit.

I disagree with the DQ on both levels, however my ruling is still Jonathan as the victor. I think both situations could be easily explained, but Johnathan took the lead here.

There was far to much bickering in this match. You can see it in every post. I don't want to see this in the tournament again. It's that simple.
Jonathan still continues, all the judges vote for him.
