The sound of his alarm blaring at him at six in the morning still rang through his mind as he walked up to the local coffee shop he like to frequent. It was a small shop by owner, giving it a more homely feel to it than most corporate places. It also had a lot of papers, as the owner ordered stack after stack so that the few customers who had come in solo, like Feilx himself, could have something to do to pass the time.
He walked up to the counter and the girl took his order. He guessed that she was probably still in highschool, working to earn money. He dropped a ten and she smiled as she returned his change. He looked at the coins in his palm and dropped them into the tip jar, and she then beamed up at him. 'Trained so well.' He sighed and waited for her to pour his large coffee, black with a few sugars this time. He smiled as he received his drink and walked over to the centrally placed table.
Picking up a local paper, he walked to a small table in the far corner and sat down, flipping through it and settling on a section that showed various local activities that would be around the area soon. He was extremely bored lately, and he had a free night coming up. Not to mention that he would like some company to pass the time. 'Anyone really.' He sighed aloud, looking down at his phone to check the time.
Putting it back in his pocket he looked out the window, "I wonder if..?" He left it at that, he didn't want to look like a nutter to a few patrons within the small coffee shop.
