It was cold outside, but Shimizu didn’t care in the least. He had been used to the cold since he began training at the school of Kempei Tai in the Keijo province in Japan. Only one person on the campus knew of his origins and that was a person who was also of pure Japanese origin, Katsumoto. Shimizu didn’t know his first name, nor did he actually need it. He would have figured out already that there is only be one person with that unique a name on this campus. It went the same for Shimizu's last name. Kuribayashi was a name that was only oriented with the military of Japan. If anyone else had the name, they weren't of relation to Shimizu at all. If there were other people here with similar origins as Shimizu, this would be something that he could look forward to.
As he sat out in the cold, he didn’t smoke to keep himself warm, nor did he actually go into any buildings. He stood outside; content on his position and let the frigid air hit him. It was as if he didn’t feel it all as the wind ran across his face, his face turning pale as time went by. People who walked past him offered him to come inside, but he didn’t answer and they just left without a second thought. They would then sit inside the buildings and look at him from the inside, pondering as to the reason why he sat out in the cold. Shimizu didn’t even know this answer for quite awhile until he heard a young voice. It was a voice that was familiar to him, but not in a familiar way that he knew. It was a voice that he had heard while walking the campus of Hircine. It wounded like a student.
He turned his head to see a girl and a boy walking down the sidewalk. They seemed to be inseparable and were a very good couple from the looks. I wouldn’t make any assumptions as to their preference about each other, but for some reason Shimizu had the want to talk to them both. He didn’t know if it was the urge to get as many friends as possible or that he felt a connection to the boy like he knew him from some distant place. He looked of Japanese origin, but he wasn’t too sure. His vision had become blurry since he had been outside in the cold for such a long period of time. He looked at them and waited until they were in voice distance and then walked out into the path of them both and bowed his head, doing as he had done earlier that day with Katsumoto.
"Hello. Kuribayashi, Shimizu is my name. I am new to Hircine and am in need of friends. This must be strange for you, but it was the only opportunity that I've had since I got here to make friends."
He kept his head bowed as he waited for the response of the two in front of him. He hoped that they wouldn’t walk around him and ignore him.

((OOC: Sorry it took me so long to reply, busy weekend.))
Teneile laughed at Kazuma. He was in a fun and lively mood today. They were home now from their big trip to New York, and Teneile and he were happy. She was expecting once more, and nothing could be better than that. They were keeping it a closely guarded secret for now though, not wishing what happened last time to come again, but they were indeed the happiest couple on earth right now. So they thought at any rate. They were heading out to get something to eat. Nothing fancy, probably a deli or a small burger joint. They were very healthy people. Not just with their eating but physically. Teneile was a dancer, ballet, and had already been accepted to Juilliard when she graduated in May. And Kazuma was a weight lifter and body builder, he was huge, and she looked so tiny next to him, but even still they were deeply in love and he had helped her get started in her modeling career. But every so often they would splurge on a burger or something that wasn't so good for them.
Christmas had come and gone. Kazuma was in love with his gift. A new Harley, purchased during his birthday to be custom built for him, the blue metalic color was sleek, and the seat was wide enough for his large body to be distributed comfortably, and his butt wouldn't fall asleep on long rides. Chrome was the accent color, feeding into the paint with a beautiful design and all the other light covers, and exhaust pipes matched perfectly. It really was a beautiful machine they had spent most of yesterday riding on it going up and down the street by the beach and stopping here and there to have fun, walk, or just window shop. As they continued walking down the street, Kazuma's hand stroked her waist, close to her stomach.
Suddenly, a boy popped up. The couple stopped short and Kazuma's arm.. she could feel it tighten around her waist as he pulled her slightly behind her. HIs protective nature coming out quickly. Teneile stood there, peering around Kazuma her hands on his back to keep him calm as the boy spoke. Introducing himself with a Japanese name and in a Japanese way which was quite odd. She wasn't sure if he was Japanese or not, for starters Kazuma's name was, but he himself was Latin, and so you could never go by the names. Her name.. Teneile.. well she was obviously martian because who named their kid that?! When he finished she looked at the boy head bowed and seeming to be a little shy. Teneile squeezed Kazuma's arm and stepped out in front again she knew and could almost feel him watching her closely. If she lost another child, they both knew she would not recover, it had been hard enough the first time.
"Hey now.. you don't have to look down." she said softly as she reached over and touched the boy's chin, pulling him up so he could look at the both of them. A kind smile on her face for him as he did so.
"My name is Teneile, and don't let the brute behind me scar you, that's Kazuma. He's really quite tame." she chuckled as she gave him a fun little wink. He seemed so nervous she was trying to get him to relax.

I didn’t know what was going on in front of me, but it seemed as if the man had stepped in front, seeming to think that I was going to attack the girl he was with. This meant that in recent history, there had been an accident and something of great value was lost. Shimizu kept himself down until he heard footsteps. It seemed the girl had walked around the man that she was with to see who I was. She was being protective of herself by how her voice traveled through the air. The man, who was now behind her, didn’t move from what I could gather, but most likely he had a stare of iron at me and her to make sure nothing would happen.
I then felt a soft touch upon my chin, my face contorted a bit, but returned to its military glance and his head raised up to reveal a very beautiful girl and a man who looked to have been strong from birth. The girl would have noticed by now, from the markings on his uniform that he was military and she would also notice, even though Shimizu talked kindly, the face that showed was one of hard pressed steel. It wouldn’t be moved for anything, accept for this kind girls smile.
“You wouldn’t have to worry about anyone being scared here for its to cold for it to come out. Sorry for the blunt face that I make, but I’m not what you would call a smile type person. I see that he is quite protective of you. I will not ask of what happened in your past, but it would be nice if you two could become friends with me. I’m not exactly asking, but pleading. I need friends very much because of my past. If you would like to know, I will gladly tell you.”
Shimizu looked at them both once more before talking again. He had forgotten one rule that he must never forget.
“I am honored to meet you Teneile and also you too Kazuma.”

They were out for a walk it was nothing new for the couple, they tended to spend every waking moment they could together unless it was her dancing or his lifting but even through their passions they still managed some how to be as close as possible. Kazuma was actually smiling happy with everything for once. He had just gotten a new Bike one that he could not be happier about but what had made it so great was her ridding it with him. It was then a boy popped out of the wood work and Kazuma held Teneile alittle tighter as he looked at the boy unhappily.
He pulled her behind her part of him ready to pounce without question, he was overly protective as he had always been but now both of them knew just what depth Kazuma would go to protect his Teneile. Kazuma though waited atleast for the boy to introduce himself in a manner Kazuma was all to familiar with. Kazuma was clearly as latin as they came but his adoptive parents were indeed a couple of Jap’s leaving him with a very strange back round. He was all but ready to smack the boy to the side but instead e felt Teneile move in front of him.
Teneile was defiantly the voice of reason between the two of them as she introduced their names to Shimizu, he didn’t understand why she was so open and so loving, but if it were not for those traits the two of them might not have been able to be together. But when this boy spoke Kazuma was immediately suspicious of the boy and his yearning.
“Your pleading for friend because of your past…you know that not exactly the most reassuring thing to hear” Kazuma sad looking over at Teneile “But you know, I can’t say you didn’t peak my interest…what kind of past forces you to need friends so desperately” Kazuma asked his eyes not leaving Teneile of Shimizu.

“If I have peaked your interest, then that means that you are not going to turn down my request for friendship. That would be very good on your part, since great things come with a friendship of this type. It would be most prudent of you if you would put down the tough guy pose because it is most unbecoming, not trying to be rude. I just don’t like it.”
He looked to Kazuma and then looked round to make sure that there weren’t any other people around to hear this. He would rather say it I secret, but there was no place currently to go that was clear of nosy people.
“I need friendship because of this. I have only showed one other person this notice that was given to me. It is signed and sealed by the Imperial Majesty himself, the Emperor.”
He pulled out the note and then pointed to the spot on the page that had his name and seal. If this person were well versed in Japanese culture, even though being Latin, he would know what Kempei Tai stood for. He placed the notice back into his pocket and stated his need clear and simple.
“I was sent here by the Imperial Majesty himself because of my place in the government and military. I was attending a school in the Keijo province to become a high military officer, since my father did this before me. I was at the top of my class and was destined to be the first to graduate and become rank of Captain at age 23 instead of 28 years. I was closest to this goal than ever, when a faction in the military was found out trying to take over and use my family and my standing at a bargaining chip. They sent me out of the country in order to keep them from getting their hands on me. They have now, found out my location and are coming for me. I need friends and protection in order to stay alive.”
I talked with military tone and didn’t waver as it came out of my mouth. It did hurt, but I was taught to never show those emotions.
“If you are wondering what you will get out of this; I will tell you the same as the other I spoke to. It would be in your best interest if you helped me. I guarantee that the people who are looking out for me will repay you more than you could want.”

Teneile was in shock. Everything happened all at once. The boy in front of them had offered them a kind smile, but then when Kazuma began to question why he needed friends so badly, why his past was what he needed friends for his whole demeanor changed. Kazuma pulled her back and away so fast she could barely catch her balance before finding herself held tightly to his side by one arm and his body turned sideways shielding her with part of his body as he crushed his wife to his chest. She knew he was being protective, he didn't want her getting hurt and Teneile was in a heightened emotional state right now being pregnant. She wasn't showing yet, but she knew, and Kazuma knew and that was the extent of it. She bit her lower lip as the kid pulled out papers and showed them something in Japanese she didn't quite understand at all. She didn't read Japanese and she wasn't sure Kazuma did either, he never had said anything about it. He went on and that.. was when Teneile got mad.
"Allright." she said softly. "that's enough."
She could see Kazuma shifting, looking down at her in shock. Teneile was normally a nice person, the kind that gave everyone a chance, the kind that was overly nice and much too trusting, but right now.. she was mad and as stated above.. highly emotional.
"You think you are the only one with a past that haunts them?" she asked softly as tears welled up in those perfect blue eyes. "You think that because I have finally found happiness that I've never known pain, anger, fear? I think that you are grosely mistaken, You may be from another country but that doesn't mean that because we grew up in America and live here we haven't had our fair share of the less fortunate." she hissed softly but harshly she could feel Kazuma's trying to calm her down. "NO! I won't calm down. He doesn't understand!" she said pulling out of Kazuma's arms. "I have known.. more.. pain.. and fear than.. than so many and no one cares!" she said as she cried.
"He doesn't understand what it's like to.. to lose.. to have lost.. her.. " she cried as she remembered all too well the pain and the heartache that was so complete that she had thought so many times about comitting suicide. "Or what.. what it's like when your parents hate you for your whole life, when your father.. when he comes and does.. what mine did.." she cried as she turned and began walking away she didn't know what to do, she was hurting and crying, and no one could understand.

Kazuma ignored the nut ball in front of him. He was crazy to say the least thinking he would gain friends for protection of his own self he was fucking twisted in his head if he thought such things. Kazuma had to much at stake and he was not exactly the type to put his own future in danger for a stranger. But it seemed that before he could actually say something and give this boy a piece of his mind Teneile seemed to go off right away pulling away from kazuma and giving this boy a piece of her mind.
He tried to calm her knowing that state she was in but it seemed impossible even as she pulled out of his grasp again. She was in rare form right now and he understood better then anyone why she was like this. Especially when she mentioned loss. No matter how much time could pass that would always be a fresh wound for both of them and there was no changing it.
When she walked away crying Kazuma looked over at this boy once more in anger. “You dumb fucking shit…” kazuma wanted to go on and knock the boy senseless but with his crying wife he was not going to waste a moment. “You follow us and your not gunna have anything else to worry about besides me” Kazuma said angrily as he then went after Teneile They were further away now and as soon as he got to her his arms came around her.
She was crying and hurt and hr had been here before with her. “Baby stop” he said to her in a carring tone holding her to him “Don’t let that fucking crack head get to you” he hated being here again seeing her so hurt. “Lets get you home baby”

“Oh, I understand all too well what your going through, but this is all I know how to do. You talk of happiness. WHAT IS THAT!?!?! I know no happiness. Be sure that you cherish yours and keep it close to your heart because when you lose it, you will never be the same. I’m sorry that it came out like that, but I've never asked for help before. Usually it’s always there, even when I don’t want it to. I wanted to be on my own, to graduate at the top of my class and not have a worry in the world because I would be on my own.”
For the first time, the two would see his face change. Fear and anger filled his eyes like a black hole sucking a planet into its eternal void. He wasn’t going to cry, or at least try not to. He didn’t know whether it was a good thing or a bad thing to cry.
“I don’t even know how to control my own feelings. I don’t know anything of normality. Families…I don’t even know what that is either. All I know is that I had one. Mid way through school, I heard from the master that I had a brother, 6 months old. I’ve never seen him, touched his skin, heard him laugh and cry.”
He turned and started to mumble to himself, but didn’t walk away. He just sat there, his eyes wide with guilt and fear that he didn’t understand. His pupils were dilated and he started in a cold sweat, even though the temperature outside was quite cold. All of these feelings welling up and he didn’t know what any of them meant or what caused them. It slowly drove him insane from the inside out. As he tried to get himself together, Kazuma spoke out.
“I SAID IM SORRY!?!?!?!”
Yelling out at the top of his lungs, spewing out all of the feelings at once. He ripped his uniform off down to the waist, revealing the hundreds of deep scars from multiple objects. His tanned skin, tight as dry leather. He arched his back and let it all out, clenching his fists so tightly that blood started to run when the fingernails ripped into his skin. He gave it all up, falling to his knees; not paying attention to the cold weather that started to ice his skin. He thought that he was done that he could never find friends.
