A sharp jingle of bells rung through Robert's ears as he stepped outside into the open air. In the palm of his right hand was a small baggy with a logo on it. It was bright in red letters that read, "Fat Burger". The name and type of fast food joint would be clear to anyone who would bother to read it. Closing the glass door behind him the bell above the door jingled again signal ling a costumer just left or just came in.
Smelling the open air of the city streets some made Robert's senses tingle and others were repugnant. Wiping his palm over his forehead Robert turned the corner and walked the streets of San Fransisco. To say the least the boy had bought him four hamburgers, three fires, and two sodas. He wasn't planning on saving any of it for later either.
If i keep eating like this I'll definitely end up fat. Just plain obese. The last thing I want to happen is for me to end up on one of those mornings shows with me as the poster child, "This is what happens when you eat fast food". he figured.
Lost in his own thoughts as he turned the next corner Robert's eyes caught witness to a bright blue hoodie. It was one of his favorite things to wear. It didn't matter how hot things got chances we're he would always have one on. "I have to buy one" Robert said turning to a street vendor who was selling an assortment of clothing on his small rolling cart. "How much?" Robert asked nearly leaping in front of the man.
"For this? I'll give you a special offer. $43 bucks Kay?" the man said turning to Robert and grabbing the hoodie pulling it off the cart. Nice Robert imagined reaching into his back pocket and felt around. A bead of sweat climbed down his head as he reached into his other back pocket. Suddenly his hands started to dart into every pocket. "My wallet!" he gasped before turning to the vendor.
"Stay here for a few minutes" he said turning tail headed straight back to the restaurant. In his wallet there wasn't any credit cards or anything but a majority of his spending money was in there. Almost two-hundred and fifty bucks to be exact. It was a shit-load of cash that this boy needed.
