With almost a visible bad aura floating around him Emori walked down the halls. A mask over his nose and mouth, plain white as if he was trying to not spread a cold. A black leather collar on, dark eyes and his black hair pulled into two short pig tails, both at the back under his ears. A plain pink V-neck shirt was covering his torso, with sleeves that did not cover his biceps fully. A pair of dark green and light brown camo pants covered his legs along with his pink converse all stars. He walked the halls, his eyes shifting from person to person with such an ugly flare it would cause many to whimper.
"So god damn annoying~"
What he was referring to was life itself. Emori walked towards his locker to pull out his Mp3 player, something that would calm him down. It was middle of the day and Emori SHOULD of been in his class but he had walked out of class in a very annoyed state after his teacher had said a few to many bad things about him. Instead of punching him or kicking him Emori had stood up and walked out. Now he found himself cursing into his locker only too see he had not packed his Mp3 player today. He slamed the locker shut, waking away randomly punching people's lockers.

"That is an excess you would do well to stop..."
Ein's deep voice reverberated through the empty halls. His eyes focusing on the back of the obviously agitated students head. It was an odd day, one where Ein decided that he would treat this school like the last. Weeding out the ignorant and attempting to teach them their errors...through rite of fist. It was a method that was at the center of Ein's being.
He had to become known and feared, without becoming hated. The only logical choice then were the stupid and the arrogant. At Varron, many had fallen under Ein's strength. More than once they had retaliated and won with their combined strength, but there was still enormous power in that fact.
The fact that Ein was not often defeated... The fact that if he was it was at great cost to his opponent... The fact that more often than not, defeating him required more than one individual...
The facts were going to need to be reinstated at this new enviroment, and this student could prove the start to that. If there was only a reason for the fight. There had to be reason.

I slowly turned around, looking at the man behind me that had spoken. A smile curling up behind my medical mask. My eyes gave a little twinge of anger before completely cooling off realising what he meant. My right side was next to the lockers, as I looked and spoke in my soft, yet strong tone.
"Or...what~"
I raised my fist, the pinky side of it facing the locker so the underside of the fist showing to Ein. I slammed the base of my fist into the locker, slamming it on the metallic locker. I did it again, and again. My eyes seemingly smiling and mocking the guy in front of me. I wanted to see what he would do to being mocked. From the looks of most people around here though, I was expecting a fist to my face pretty shortly. I slammed the base of my fist once again into the locker, making the resounding clang as it buckled and dinted in on itself.

Ein frowned harshly. His eyes brimmed full with malice, the mind gave clear intention. The long legs were put into motion. Ein's towering form moved towards the ignorant student slowly, methodically. The boot steps were timed almost precisely, each thud echoing in the hall in time akin to a metronome.
It would be an unnerving experience, with each step closer it would seem to the other student's mind that Ein was growing taller the considerable height variant becoming more and more apparant. Ein could only guess as to what might be going through the smaller student's mind right now, reguardless he wasn't about to feel any sympathy for the fools mistake.
Ein would walk within feet of the student, his eyes bearing down on him for a few seconds. Then his right fist would draw back, tension undeniably created by the action and then Ein's left boot would launch forward and stomp down on the position student's right foot, to cause pain and immobilize directly afterwards the right fist that had drawn so much attention would be launched forward at the other's face. There were few options for escape by the other if the attack went on as intended, all of which left him at a disadvantage.

~ Wow...that really is a short temper...seems I dont need my Music anymore ~
I watched Ein's eyes, and feigned a tiny bit of shock and terror to give him a self satisfied feeling, hopefully drawing him into an over confident position. With my mouth hidden by the mask he would not see the side of my mouth twitch into a smile. I slipped my right foot back, not noticebly at first. Raising onto my toes in a quick movements, my left foot twisted spinning my body around, my right foot being swung around narrowly missing the stamp, and since the low flight plan of my body his punch would go high, it would also cause him to over extend due to the reach he would have to use on a smaller opponent.
My right foot was sent careening around in a wide arc to be sent at the left side. True it would be easily enough blocked but that was not the entire point of it. Since I would have a slight advantage of surprise I was backing on the ability of Ein not being able to get a hand up in time so my foot could crash into the muscles of his bicep, the toes digging in and corking the muscle, thus relieving him of that arm. If blocked though, I would use the force from my kick and turn it into an extra level, stepping up and bringing my left leg around as a secondary attack. Thats if it was blocked.

The heavy boot slapped viciously against the tiled floor. The other student was fortunate his plan of his attack coincided with avoiding Ein's so conviently. Ein frowned mentally that his attack was also ducked, it was an unfortunate thing and yet, it was also something that was expected. Ein's body would be torqued from his failed punch, but his opponent would be closer and that would lead to a poor situation.
Even as the ignorant student threw his leg outwards, Ein's right knee raised viciously. Ein's entire body reversing direction and his right elbow aimed low, the idea was to knee his opponent in the face, but even if he somehow raised upwards to avoid it, the elbow would be swinging back to catch him in the back of the head.
His opponents blow would go on unhindered, Ein would make no attempt to block it, but he knew he was closer and with less distance to travel, the blows would likely hit their targets at the same time. Ein would be off balance, and would likely fall, but he knew his opponent would be much worse for ware and Ein would come out near unscathed in comparison.

I gave smile as I felt my toe/ball of toes connect with the muscle on his left arm. As I raised myself up to launch myself away from him, I felt the collision of his right elbow. It clipped my jaw with enough force to send me back to the ground. Still carrying momentum from my own launch, I slid away from him. I felt the blood rush into my mouth as I stood up with a groggy movements. My left hand swept the mask off of my face for a brief moment, allowing myself to spit a large wad of blood to the floor before replacing the mask. I lifted my gaze to Ein who was also getting back up, of course...he was less injured then me.
Standing at my full height I realised how small I really was against him. I waded in towards him, the distance was not great but I was taking my time, waiting for him to launch an attack against me. I waited, slipping my hands into my pockets in a sign of no respect towards his opponents fighting prowess. Even though it was rather considerable. My eyes fell back to their dead state, showing nothing but a mirror of what was in Ein's own eyes.
"Yowamushi~"

The blow to the arm had been painful to be sure, but Ein had played games of pain and endurance with men much larger than the one he was facing now and come out winning. Still, Ein had been knocked to the ground and made it his priority to stand as quickly as possible. It would appear an awkward movement for one so tall, but there was enough distance between them where such a hardly mattered.
And from the dull ache in his back of his elbow, Ein knew the other had received a blow that was nothing to scoff at. It may have not been the intended blow but atleast he had a target to work at now. Ein's eyes focused quickly on the other, watching him wobble slightly under the blow's effect and spit his blood before walking slowly. Ein could only shake his head, this one was certainly not clever.
There would be a small grin emerging on Ein's face as his opponent walked slowly towards him. Ein was content to let him walk closer, to fall into the trap of staying well withing range of his power, Ein's right foot would drop back slightly as the other was within four feet. At two his knees would bend and his torso would bend down slightly, only a milisecond later his muscles would send him forward with his arms wide. There wouldn't be much of a way to dodge the attack at such a close distance, more so with one's hands in their pockets.
Ein's plan would be simple, if he managed to tackle and land on top of the boy, he'd make sure the ignorant student's arms would stay down and proceed to bring his fists to bear on the foolish boys face. Ein knew it wouldn't be long after such a pummeling that the fool would either pass out or cry out in pain. Either would prove Ein's point and perhaps make this one think before acting.

I had expected a straight forward attack. But as long as I continued to move I could win this fight. Ein rushed in but I was waiting. With his arms and hands out wide he had exposed himself to an attack, expecting himself to blast through it. My right leg tensed up as I waited, I needed him in full charge, to use his own speed against him. NOW. My right leg shot out, my foot planting itself into Ein's stomach, not only would it be a powerful kick from my end, but the face that he would of drove himself onto it could of proved to be an incapacitating move for lesser fighters.
I held no hope that this would end it, so using a the recoil from my kick I launched myself away. At most Ein would have been felled, crumpled in pain, atleast he would of stopped moving altogether. There was not much he could of done to avoid the attack due to his speed in coming in, and the limited space. Being smaller...does have its benefits. Ein with his long gait would not of been able to create such a huge impact in the same scenario, but would of been able to push his opponent back, but because I was able to get my leg to its full extent, and brace myself I was able to cause maximum damage. From my end atleast.

Ein coughed audibly as the foot met his stomach. The air was nearly knocked from his lungs, but he managed to tense up his abdomen in response to the blow. Still at such a close range Ein wasn't about to be stopped. Things were going to get painful...
The pair would hit the ground hard, with Ein on top. Ein would cough more as he positioned his legs on the outside of his opponents pocketed ones. His thighs squeezing inward to keep them pinned and useless. It would leave the ignorant boy with no defense and Ein's strong arms would draw back in turn and begin pummeling the fool's face.
Ein knew that he would most likely turn desperate, squirming and trying to fight his way free. Ein was prepared to keep his balance while continuing his assault. He would do his best not to let up on the punches for more than a second if possible and more than likely this fight was over.

I felt my kick connect, but he kept coming. My calculations were wrong, and I was in dire trouble. I began to pull my hands out of my pockets as my leg crumpled under me and on came Ein. Ploughing me to the ground, his over bearing weight on top. In the confusion my left hand managed to escape, only just. The right hand was trapped in the pocket a strong thigh trapping it. I kept my wits about me to keep my left hand seemingly disabled as the first punch collided with my face, then a second, a third then a fourth, all punches incredibly powerful the third one busting my lip, the fourth making my mouth fill up with blood again.
As Ein began his fifth punch, my left hand would shoot up grabbing his shirt and pulling him down and myself up. The sudden movement would cause his punch to miss, since my head would came on the inside of the punch. If all went according to plan, and I suspected it would due to the surprise of the hand still free, and the fact that his punch had missed would allow me to force his head down into range of my oncoming head. Heads would collide, hopefully with enough of an impact to get him off of me. Of course not only was this an all or nothing challenge it would leave me severely dazed as well.

Ein felt his left fist miss his target and collide harshly with the tiled ground. There was a dull pain and Ein knew immediately that he had busted the skin open on that fist. Not an uncommon occurance, but one that was was always annoying. It would mean his punches could glance off target more often due to the slickness of the blood.
The situation that was gathering more attention in Ein's mind however was the weight pulling on the front of his shirt and his opponents head rearing up in an attack. There wasn't much Ein could do in any way of escape from the attack, his only option was at that split second was to put his own forehead forward and let the two collide. Ein wouldn't get his head down fast enough to avoid the blow from hitting the top of the bridge to his nose, but he was still nearly untouched during the fight. He would be dazed for a few seconds but his opponent had just taken multiple blows to the head and just subjected himself to another.
After the second of daze, Ein's right hand that had been drawn back would thrust forward and grab his opponent's left hand. Ein would then use his superior positioning and strenght to tear the hand away from his shirt, reguardless to the damage caused to it, and hold it tightly on the wrist. Ein's left hand would then grab his elbow and begin pulling while the right hand pushed. Essentially, Ein was going to cause extreme pain and possibly break the elbow by making it bend in the wrong direction.
A single word would be uttered from Ein's lips during this process, should it succeed.
"Yield...."

I fel back to the ground, dazed majorly. Felling the weight shift, only slightly I slipped my right hand out of my pocket, ready to pull myself up and attack once more. But it was never to be. My left hand was grabbed and twisted roughly and force was applied to my elbow aiming to push it beyond breaking point. I heard Ein's word, and I decided I should follow it, unless I wanted to not use my arm for a while. My right hand came p and pulled off my face mask, ripping the blood soaked mask off and throwing it to the side.
"Koufuku"
I was beaten, well and truly beaten. I let my arm go lax, waved my right hand in front of my face showing no resistance. I slightly, awkward smile splayed on my face. I looked up at him, and relaxed my entire body before speaking, in my dull, emotionaless tone.
"I guess I deserve this for acting so arrogant...hmmm~?"

Ein's grip would slacken and eventually release the arm. It wasn't broken or likely even fractured, but ti woul certainly ache for a small period of time. Ein's face would still hold a grim frown as he stood up and allowed the other to stand as well.
Throughout the process, Ein would take careful movements. He wasn't sure of the character of the school yet. This could be a simple trick meant to catch Ein off guard, and he certainly wasn't going to have that. Ein's eyes would receive the image of his peers face once more before turning and just as he begins walking releasing only one more word.
"Indeed..."

I smiled, a small sly smile as he turned around. Sliding my hands back into my pockets. My brown eyes looked the man over, his giant frame, his smooth gait. I would definently see him again. I rolled my neck around as it cracked in several places, my lip was busted open and slightly swollen already, but above all that was about all the visible damage. My head was throbbing though.
