"Das Tut Mer Leid." Shamino would say, behind Kai. He was behind the tree, in bright white clothing, with a white fur coat overtop of his shoulders as to provide that bit more elegance, and that bit more warmth on such an evening. After making his presence known with his voice, he casually stepped back several paces until he was on a flat, open patch of land, away from the tree. He had spent the better part of ten minutes looking around the park at the location, so he was not totally blind walking into whatever this was. Most likely a challenge. "Ein 'Watchman' Soldat, Ja?" Shamino shrugged off his jacket, folding it neatly and placing it by his side. The Swedish in him begged the cold to be colder, dared it.
"Tanzen." He bent his legs slightly, squeezing his gloved hands open and shut. If Kai wanted it, he'd come for it.

Straight up Kiddo, you are assuming too much. Do not post much AFTER your initial attack. Stop 'assuming if' or 'should this suceed'. Wait for me to make my reply. Jesus.
Jumpy Jumpy Jump Jump.
Shamino stepped forward into Kai's range slowly but surely, and upon seeing a right arm move upwards, Shamino's right shot upwards, not sideways, so Kai would have less time to see it. It would grip Kai's wrist tight enough for manipulation, but not enough to stop his force. So Shamino grabbed it, jerked his head to the side, while Jerking Kai's hand towards his left, keeping the flow of Kai's movements, tricking his brain into thinking he was somewhat sucessful. That is when the fatal blow would come.
While Shamino's right guided Kai away from Shamino, jerking it violently to Kai's left and throwing him off balance, a square shot to Kai's temple from Shamino's left would render him unconscious quickly.
Kai was too excited, too pumped. Shamino could tell as soon as he moved that Kai was thinking FAR too hard about this fight, a pity it would be over so soon. With Kai's reaction, a reaction that was planned, meaning there was no time to improvise, being his ultimate downfall, upon waking Kai would probably be angry with himself. There was just no way to stop the flow of your own force, especially guided by the Gentle Hand of Shamino Warhen.

Shamino's LEFT arm had come out in an arc in an attempt to hit Kai in the head. When Kai ducked, Shamino decided it would be better this way. While Kai was going off balance Shamino's right knee would come up to slam painfully into his ribs. This would be out of his vision and thusly his ability to dodge it, because his vision was away from Shamino for the time. As the knee would slam into his ribs, That palm that had missed would give a straight shot to the back of Kai's now falling head, that would propel him face first towards the cemented sidewalk they were conveinantly standing on.

If one stomp to the cement wasn't enough, two would suffice. Kai was placing his hands towards the floor in a push up motion at the same time Shamino's foot was coming up. When Kai's hands would go down to aid him in getting back up, Kai would feel Shamino's fancy dress shoe slam PAINFULLY into his skull, planting him and the side of his face back on the ground. This was done the same time his hands were going down, and the force of Shamino's leg stomping downwards will have him knocked out from the rest of the fight. Especially with Shamino's other leg kicking him painfully where he had already kneed him- in the side, near his ribs.
