Appearance
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 197 lbs.
Eye color: Dark Gray
Hair: Virgil's hair is naturally brown in color, but he has streaked his hair with a slightly lighter brown color to add more texture and look to it. His hair isn't very long at all, the longest part being his bangs which are about two inches long. He almost always has his bangs lifted up and the rest of his hair slicked back with a unique gel that doesn't harden the hair, just holds it in a desired place. When his hair isn't gelled in place, which is almost never, it hangs freely in a slightly messy fashion with a little bit of a wavy texture to it. His sideburns are fairly thick and go down to just a little past the lobe of his ear in length.
Facial Features: Virgil has a very mature and attractive face that makes people believe that he is some sort of model. He is always clean shaven, except for his side burns which he keeps trimmed at all times. He himself sees his looks as a way to further himself in life, but also sees it as one of his past weaknesses because of the ways that his peers have acted toward him in the past. His female classmates find him attractive and so they tend to bug him at inappropriate times, while his male classmates look at him with hatred for the ways the girls act around him. He doesn't want either of these things happening to him, and he hopes that maybe a new school will change this.
Body Build: Virgil may be the kind of guy that likes to look his best clothing-wise, but this also applies to his physical appearance as well. He has worked out and trained his body since a young age, keeping it in top form so that he himself can stay at the top of his game. He isn't what you would call a muscular individual, but he is very toned all around and his muscles are well defined. His arms are toned nicely and the muscles are slightly bulged out, but not too bulky compared to the rest of his body. His mid-section is firm and sculpted, having powerful pectoral, shoulder and back muscles as well as a decently worked abdominal region. His legs are most likely the most muscular part of his body, as he has worked them for body power and speed. Even though he is very fit, it is hard to tell with the attire that he usually has.
Apparel: Virgil is the type of guy that likes wear dress clothes almost all of the time to keep a look of professionalism. This doesn't mean that he won't occasionally wear casual clothes, but the chance of you seeing him wearing something like that is rare. When he isn't wearing dress clothes he usually wears a plain black tee shirt with a thin. white zip-up hoodie and blue jeans. He tends to wear fairly dull colors such as grays, whites and blacks so that he doesn't stand out too much among the rest of the student populace, but he usually ends up sticking out either way because of the fact that most of his peers don't wear dress clothes. He always wears glasses, even though he doesn't need them. They aren't prescription glasses.
Virgil is most often seen wearing a certain outfit more than any one of his other sets of clothing. He wears a gray three button dress jacket, always unbuttoned, with a white, collared button up dress shirt underneath. He keeps his jacket unbuttoned and leaves the top two or three buttons on his dress shirt unbuttoned to make it more comfortable and maneuverable when he isn't working or in some sort of important meeting. He also has a pure silver necklace around his neck that hangs down to the top of his chest. He will wear a pair of gray dress pants with a black belt wrapped around the waist line. His shoes are black dress shoes that are light an comfortable. Photo

Other Information
Personality: Virgil is a very stoic individual, to put it into words. He rarely lets people see what he is feeling or thinking, and so he holds a cloud of mystery around him at nearly all times. Even though people see him as untrustworthy at times, they should simply believe in him because he isn't a bad guy. When he finds someone that he can call a friend or acquaintance he is loyal to them, almost to a fault. He isn't the type of guy to rush blindly into things, instead thinking ahead and come up with the best possible way to approach a situation. He hates when people lie, and being a good people reader himself he can usually tell right away when someone is. He is honest, sometimes to the point of being rude, but he lets people know exactly what is on his mind.
Habits: Virgil will light up a cigarette every once in awhile just for the relaxation it gives him. He is far from addicted to cigarettes, but if he is offered one he will not hesitate to take it. He always carries a metal case shaped like a cigarette box to store a variety of different cigarettes in. He makes sure to never have two of the same kind so that he doesn't get bored of a certain kind. He also makes it a habit to go to important schooling events. Not so much sports games or anything like that, but rallies and meetings that will have a large number of students attending. He likes to observe and take mental notes about everything that is going on around him.
Hobbies: Virgil's only real hobbies are running, training and weight lifting to keep himself in peak physical condition. He runs just about every day, getting in different distances in to change things up every day. He also runs in different terrain such as in the woods, on the pavement or on the beach. He trains in a variety of local gyms to keep up his fighting ability and further advance this said ability. This is done by either practicing on a dumbie or punching bag, or simply sparring with one of the other people that are at the gym at the time. Lastly, Virgil lifts weights to keep his body from loosing the muscular tone that he has worked years to keep. He doesn't want to become more bulk, just keep what he has or simply gain a little more physical strength.

Extracurricular: Virgil has played competitive sports in the past, mainly soccer, baseball, and football, but he has moved away from such activities. School sports have become far more difficult to participate in since he entered High School simply because of the increased violence between students. He has since entered more productive extracurricular activities such as student council, chess club and swimming.

Important Information
History: Even though Virgil is now being transferred to a new school do to the fact that his old one was burned to the ground by a rebel student faction, he actually had a semi-normal life at one time... Key word being semi. He was born into a well off family that owned a local business in his home town in Nevada, well not really a company more like a small local casino. Bigg Money Casino was all the rage in their city, seeing as Las Vegas was quite the drive for the locals. They had tons of locals come in every day, and even some out-of-towners drove quite a ways just to try out a less main stream casino. Virgil's father, Martin Biggs, was a made man, and when he found out that he was going to be a father he knew that he wanted his kid to have the life he always dreamed of.
Virgil Martin Biggs was born to a crowd of people, even though more than three fourths of the people weren't even part of his family. His dad had plenty of people that wanted to get on his good side, and kissing ass seemed to be their way of doing so. Even though Virgil was already out and cleaned up there was a surprise that not even the doctors saw coming. Virgil wasn't the only baby to be born that day, and since Lindsay had refused to get an ultra-sound no one had a clue. Soon another healthy baby was born, a girl, and they named her Kristen Lin Biggs. Though the birth of twins was certainly surprising it wasn't going to stop Martin from giving his kids a perfect life, or at least perfect in his eyes. Luxury can be both a blessing and a curse, especially when you are born into it.
Both Virgil and Kristen were raised to be the cream of the crop when it came to everything that their father wanted them to do. Kristen was entered into child beauty pageants and enrolled in dance classes, while Virgil played soccer, baseball and football. They both developed great skills at what they did fairly quickly, but when school started things started to change for Virgil. His sister, who was more interested in her dance recitals and pageants, did average to slightly below average in school. Virgil, on the other hand, found they he liked the praise of doing both good in school and in his sports. Virgil was definitely the favorite in his father's eyes, but his mother believed that Martin was being too pushy with him. She couldn't bare to see her son go through it anymore, and so she left both Martin and Virgil and took Kristen with her.
Life from then on was slightly awkward. Kristen was not allowed to visit her father, and when Virgil went to visit his mother and sister his mom refused to see him. Kristen just wanted to know how their father was doing, and Virgil would say he's fine other than the fact that he's not allowed to see his daughter. This would soon change as a dark day came in the Biggs' family history. Virgil's mother had been acting strange according to Kristen, and so their father went over to her house to investigate. When he arrived he saw Kristen banging on her mother's door crying. It was locked and so he kicked it down only to see his ex-wife hanging from a cord in the ceiling. Kristen tried to run to her mother's hanging corpse but was stopped by Virgil who knew that it was too late to save her.
The funeral was held a week later, and it just had to be raining on this day of all days. Kristen couldn't stop crying, and even their father was shedding tears for his lost love, but Virgil remained emotionless through the whole thing. He didn't think that there was a reason to cry for a woman that refused to see her son for nearly a year. For a child to loose one of their parents at a tender age like seven is just cruel, but that is what made Virgil who he is today. After the summer break everything seemed to calm down in the Biggs household, and and second grade was just starting to kick off. Kristen changed a lot after her mother's death. She quit participating in pageants and stopped going to her dance classes, and became a straight A student. Virgil went about his life like he had for the past three years.
Elementary school was kind of a dull point in Virgil's life. He flew through the grades with perfect grades, and still competed in his three sports. Kristen graduated from Elementary school second in the class, right behind Virgil, and she took up Elementary Cheerleading. Now that they were done with their first six years of schooling their father decided to sell the casino and move the family to the big city, or as everyone else calls it... Las Vegas. It was a change for everyone, but they seemed to adapt fairly quickly. The only major change was the students in the school that the twins attended. It was far more violent of a school than their last one, but Virgil just went on with his schooling while taking out those that threatened his schooling.
This continued for the next three years, and so Virgil had to quit sports because of the competitiveness of his fellow classmates. Even though people eventually grew to respect him for his skill both as a fighter and a student, he didn't want people looking for him to help them with their problems. In his eyes, everyone had their own life to live, and they had to take care of themselves. Those that couldn't would just be thrown around like a piece of trash. This was his way of thinking until spring of ninth grade. His sister came running home crying her eyes out, and she fell to her knees in front of Virgil. She wrapped her arms around his waist tightly and began to slowly tell him exactly what happened. With the combination of her story for why she was crying, and the tears that reminded him of his mothers funeral, Virgil made his way to the football field.
His sister's story was bad enough, but the fact that he hadn't seen his sister cry that much since their mother's death just pushed him to over the edge. He walked onto the field where the football team was practicing, and even though he had the same expression he almost always did the players knew why he was there. The quarterback for their team looked over at Virgil and laughed, causing the rest of his little group to join in. the only thing that he got to say was that Virgil's sister was a slut before he got punched right in the teeth by Virgil. This sent him to his knees which made it easy for Virgil to send a devastating knee right into his jaw, breaking it and shattering a number of his teeth. The rest of the team watched in disbelief as their leader fell to the ground face first, and Virgil finished it with a stomp to the back of his skull.
The next day all sides of the story were told. Kristen talked about the quarterback raping her, the quarterback said it never happened and Virgil told the principal everything that he needed to hear. The case went in favor of the Biggs family, and the quarterback was both expelled and tried and an adult for rape which he was found guilty and sentence to twelve years in prison. Virgil was viewed as a peacekeeper from that moment on. The stoic hero, his classmates would call him, and his sister would look up to her brother even more from that moment on. Ninth grade was near its end, and since there were multiple High Schools to go to in Las Vegas they knew that some wouldn't be seeing each other anymore. The end of one story, and the beginning of another.
Since both Virgil and Kristen came out at the top of their class they were given the opportunity to enroll in a school that was just opening up for the first time next school year. It looked like a very promising school to Martin Biggs, but he didn't know about the school board's more shady ideas. They had also invited some of the most violent students from around the country, as well as some of the most gift minds. It was something that a few other schools in the U.S. were doing, claiming that they wanted to reform the violent students by taking matters into their own hands. Whether or not it was true, it seemed that the twins were to attend the school and try to continue on with their lives. Everything in their life had been predetermined in Virgil's mine, and so he just went with the flow that he was given.
Their high school sure looked nice enough. It was pretty hard to believe that they built the entire building in only a year, but there it was before them. Kristen let out a sigh as she walked toward her first class which was on the opposite of the school from Virgil's class, and he simply nodded at her as she smiled and skipped away. The school halls were oddly quiet for the first day in a brand new school, but the silence didn't last long. As Virgil entered his first class he witnessed a ruffian getting his face slammed into the white board by the teacher. The sight was shocking, but Virgil simply ignored it and went to his seat. During the rest of the day similar incidents were happening in all of his classes as well as seemingly every other class in the school. Virgil just figured that this was what it meant when they said they would teach the trouble kids to behave.
As a couple months went by a number of students were weeded out and sent back to the areas that they came from. It appeared that the teachers would expel any student that couldn't stand up to them, and the ones that did stand up got to stay. Some even got rewarded for causing their teachers harm. Virgil knew something was going on, but until he himself or someone he cared about was involved he didn't really care what was going on. The people in this school didn't know him as a hero, a savior, and if he could keep it that way he would. Fights between the students escalated as well. Even the students that were thought to be the weaklings of the school were putting up good fights. It all seemed to be a sign of power, or dominance. The person with the most beating under their belt was given special treatment from both students and faculty.
After about three fourths of the year had gone by, it seemed that something was going to happen soon, and it involve Virgil. Rumors were flying around the school that Virgil was going to be 'tested' by one of the teachers, and since the rumor was started by the number one in the school everyone knew it was true. Virgil just went on with his day like any other, minding his own business and keeping up with his academic duties. This lasted until his last class of the day. English class was known for the teacher with the most expulsions, seeing as every student he fought was expelled. He was limited to only forty-nine students so far, and it looked like Virgil would be his fiftieth. Virgil sat in his desk in the back of the room as his teacher made his way back to him.
This was the one class that both him and Kristen shared, and so she watched in tears from the front of the room as she waited for the fight to begin. Mr. Craven looked down at him with a sadistic look on his face as he asked Virgil to get off his ass and get ready for his oral exam. Virgil closed his book and put his pen on his desk before getting up from his desk and looking over his teacher through the corner of his eye. The desks in the room were moved out to the sides so that they could have wide enough area for a good fight. Virgil got in position and waited for the teacher to make his move since he appeared to be very eager to fight Virgil. Finally the brute made his move, a rushing spear tackle, which really wasn't anything too fancy. The fight had begun.
Virgil waited for the correct time to evade and counter, and right as the teacher's hand got a hold of his jacket he moved to the right, letting his jacket get taken with the teacher. The jacket covered the teacher's face and he slammed his head into one of the rooms glass windows. Virgil's jacket had tears all over it, but so did his teachers face and skull. This didn't end the fight, however, it only made the teacher even more angry than usual. He ran at Virgil again and sent a powerful punch toward his solar plexus, but Virgil was once again able to dodge the powerful but slow attack from his teacher. This time he sent picked up a chair as he dodged the attack and slammed it over the teachers head, sending a few shards of glass even deeper into his skull. With this attack he fell to the ground in a puddle of his own blood.
After the fight the teacher was brought to the hospital and Virgil was asked to the Principle's office. Once there, he was informed that he had given his teacher permanent brain damage. Virgil new that he wouldn't be punished because he saw how everyone else that beat a teacher was treated, and like he thought there were no repercussions. Instead, the Principle asked if Virgil would join his team of top students to help keep the school in control during the next year. Virgil actually grinned at this proposal, but only because he thought it was too funny not to. He looked at the Principle and told him that he didn't want anything to do with whatever he was planning, and that if anything he would fight against it.
The angered screams of the Principle could be heard around the school as the echoed through the vents. He hated that someone was actually defying him of all people, and that he even said he would fight against him. Virgil walked out of the office with his usual expression on his face. He knew that he had started something that he had told himself he wanted to stay away from, but it was better than joining forces with some madman. He had quite a few people come up to fight him during the last couple months of freshman year, but none that really proved to be any type of challenge. As the school year came to a close, he knew that he had three months to prepare for the battle ahead of him, and he also had to make sure that Kristen didn't get involve.
Summer vacation was all fun and games like usual for Virgil. He had to train every day to keep himself at top form for when school started in the fall. His sister had gone of to some cheerleading camp so that she could escape from the confinement of their house. The summer seemed to fly by as Virgil kept at his training. It was only a week until school started and he new that the next school year would be a hectic one. His sister finally came back home and she knew just what her brother was thinking. He would be a target by the Principal, the faculty and of course the students that made their way through school be causing trouble. One day until the full blown war would begin, and Virgil spent this day doing the one thing he hadn't all summer... Relaxing.
The school looked the same on the outside, but it looked like the Principle had recruited some new blood to test and see if they were worth of joining his 'team'. All of the students, even the new ones, seemed to know exactly who Virgil was, but he didn't let it bother him. School would go smoothly unless he was rudely interrupted by a classmate. The first half of the year actually went by fairly smoothly, with a decent amount of normal fights and none of the Principle's goons attacked him. It was around February when things started to get heated. Riots started happening all over the school for no particular reason, and the innocent and weaker students were getting beaten to a pulp. Virgil did all that he could to stand up against these rebels, but he simply couldn't do it alone.
It wasn't long before a number of student's joined him in defending the powerless students that were simply there to learn. It seemed that their group was finally starting to take down a number of the riots that were happening, but when April came around the Principle went as low as he could go. He made the students that were working under him kidnap Virgil's sister. When new reached his ears, Virgil knew that things had gone to far and it was time for somebody to stop it. He was never the leader of the group that had formed, but everyone knew that he was the reason that they came to be. He told him that they would help him finish the mission that he said would be his last. Kristen needed to be rescued, but once this was over he needed to leave his family for their safety.
Virgil walked in the middle of the group as the made their way to the school to confront the rebels and the Principle himself. They had agreed that they would take on the students while Virgil made his way to where his sister was being held. The plan was going well until it was realized that the majority of the rebels had knifes a molotov cocktails. When Virgil saw this he knew that the school wouldn't be around after this fight. He didn't care about the school, or what happened to him after the fight, he just needed to get his sister to safety. As everyone fought Virgil fought his way through the school to the gymnasium. When he finally got there he was the Principle standing alone with an arrogant grin on his face. Virgil didn't see his sister anywhere, but it wasn't long before everything was made clear.
The Principle told Virgil that his sister was never kidnapped, he just had knocked out and locked in her own closed for a few hours. She was probably even awake by now wondering if her brother fell for the trap. He couldn't help but let out a bellowing laugh, but Virgil was far from laughing. He was as serious as ever, and he was going to take out the corruption from its core. This was before the Principle said that they would die in the school together. He lit two cocktails and threw them at some oil drums that he had brought in for the special occasion which exploded, sending shrapnel and burning oil everywhere and killing the Principle. The fire in the gym was spreading fast so he made he way for the back exit, but when he got there he realized it was barred from the outside.
The normal exit was surrounded in flames, and the only other way out was through the back door. Virgil stood leaning against the door watching the fire get closer and closer to him. Fear would have struck any other person, but Virgil was simply happy that his sister was safe and sound. The thing he came to the school to do had been accomplished, and so he could go out with a bang. Or at least that's what he thought. He passed out from the amount of smoke that he inhaled and believed he had finally reached the end of his fateful current. When he woke up he was in the local hospital with his sister and dad on the right said of his bed. Kristen was crying like usual so he put his hand on hers and told the same thing he said every time she cried. To stop being such a whiner.
Well his family was glad to hear that the only thing that happened to him was the amount of smoke he inhaled. He made a full recovery within a couple of days but the doctors insisted on keeping him for a full week just in case. While he was in his hospital bed he was visited by a representative for some San Fransisco high school that was willing to take his as a transfer if he was willing. The brochure was well made, and it appeared to have a number of opportunities for him to learn things that none of the other schools he had attended offered. After talking it over with his dad he got permission to go to this High School with Kristen or his dad. He got the feeling that there was a reason for him getting a personal visit from a representative, and he didn't want and distractions. Next stop, San Fransisco.
Fighting Style: Finding the practice of organized martial arts pointless, Virgil has simply developed his own way of fighting over the years. This fighting style is a combination of many of the different fighting styles that he had fought with in the past. His ability to memorize things has really helped in this aspect, but it is still difficult for him to develop his own moves based off of the moves of others. He has a very wide variety of attacks in his arsenal, and with his equal strengths in power and speed he is able to pull them all off with great skill. He has also developed his own unique attacks, though has never used them on an opponent and so he doesn't know just how an opponent would react. Overall, Virgil can be a very unpredictable fighter because of his ability to change his stance and style of fighting in a number of different ways.
Strengths: Virgil's strengths come from years of training both his mind and body. He is both a strong and agile person fighter, but he tends to lean more toward the fast attribute than strength. He may be strong and quick physically, but he is also that way mentally. He is able to read his opponent's moves and devise an appropriate evasive maneuver and possibly a counter attack. He tends to be more of a defensive fighter, often letting his opponent lead the fight and simply wearing them down from there with his agile evasions. His fighting style also gives him the element of surprise with the many switch-ups he can do while fighting. His stamina level is abnormally high, giving him the ability to fight as long as need be to tire his opponent. He also has decent pain and knock-out tolerance, but not to a high degree.
Weaknesses: Even though he considers himself both strong and fast, he does lack the strength that many of his opponents may possess. He doesn't usually use that much strength while fighting, and so when he does he looses the accuracy that he would normally have. This usually results in an easily evaded attack as well as an opening for a counter attack. He is also known to underestimate opponents after he thinks that he has understood their fighting style. The moment that they do something that he isn't used to he usually is left open because he will more than likely be expecting one of his opponents recent attacks. Sometimes he can also get caught up in his thoughts while trying to devise a strategy and leave himself open.
