Name: Yokashiro, Ryomei
British name: Kerry-Lynn Heart.
Date of Birth: 17th of January
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Age: 17
Weight: 126 lbs
Height: 5'7"
Eye color: Brown // Hazel
Hair: Ryomei's hair is of a unique value, although being red of course it has been dyed to be that way, her natural hair color however is more of a deep mahogany brown which is what allows the red dye to deliver a well textured and not excessively bright tone to her hair.
The hair itself is relatively long yet due to its long curly features and means of being put up (see picture below) It often comes across as being mid length to short-long, where it falls down just about to her shoulders.
Other Information
Personality: Ryomei has a very unique personality, not in the strange and abnormal way but more in her frame of mind. At heart she is genuinely a fairly soft and easy going person, always willing to have fun, be playful and even let those child like behavioural essences shine through... However, she is generally always at a sharp disposition, controlled and seemingly self indulged. She will keep a professional level with near enough everyone and anyone and only those closest of friends to her will ever see her softer side - a VERY hard nut to crack so to speak.
Having been brought up in England, more so by her grandparents on her mothers side she has been taught a rather old way of social quality, an etiquette if you will of how to remain sociably professional, an aid to her hardened mask. Ryomei is also very intelligent, and generally intends to make that known, if its one thing she can't stand is being taken at face as a full, as well as that she always makes use of her intellect be it to provoke someone, get what she wants or to make herself appear intellectually and socially superior to others when and if she feels it necessary however when she does she always gets that soft at heart side nagging at her for doing it as she's not a strong believer in un-equality.
Combat, martial arts, competition three of the most personality obscuring of things as far as Ryomei is concerned as to doing either of the above will change her outlook almost completely. She will become competitive, concentrated and conditioned and even partially sado/masochistic to a 'must win' state until its over, again this too would very if she were to be say, sparring with someone close to her as she wouldn't hold a loss then in such high regard - But she is a sore loser and prone to getting jealous.
One thing that will become apparent perhaps over time is that she at heart isn't entirely different to most girls her age, though insults to her face will only return in a hardened retaliation however she does take many things to heart and is prone to a wide array of emotions and feelings, love being no exception.
Appearance: Other than her red hair as stated above some of the other initially noticeable appearance factors of Ryomei would be that of her skin tone. Generally by most she would be viewed as quite pale but that's mostly down to her 'prior' place of residence within the Uk.
Her skin tone by there standards would be somewhat slightly tanned. The other thing would be that of her figure and skin, her skin being soft, gentle and smooth and whilst being something you wouldn't expect someone with her capabilities to be it does in fact hide a relatively large amount of force and strength behind its innocent and uniquely soft and delicate appearance with only few muscles actually showing through. Her frame itself is fairly short, perhaps those Asian gene's playing a part in that however beautifully curved and proportioned.
Ryomei's body is generally kept clean, well moisturised and as god intended it however she does feature a single bodily modification in the form of a tongue piercing which is usually in the form of a little ball for which she has many various colors and variations of. Facially Ryomei does keep some of her Japanese traits however due to her mother being English she has retained 'more' of those English traits than she has her Japanese side making her appear as more of a hybrid of Japanese and English structure.
Hobbies: One of Ryomei's most notative hobbies would likely be her favourite and most multi purpose of skills 'knife throwing', a term loosely used for the projecting of bladed objects by hand i.e projectile throwing. Due to her slight fascination with bladed objects as well as her current like for martial arts related subjects she has been learning her 'knife throwing' from a young age and has even entered tournaments for such just to test her abilities however it serves multiple purposes, much more than just idle entertainment.
Ryomei is although it might not seem it, a relatively outgoing girl however she doesn't really have 'that many' hobbies. She listens to music, enjoys drawing and art in general, whether that can be classed as a hobby is another thing however she does usually spend her time doing art related things or just lazing around listening to music with the occasional dance here and there.
Extracurricular: Track and field / Gym club(s), Cheerleader?
Important Details
History: Born in the emergency room of a Japanese hospital in central Japan she was the single daughter of her Japanese father and English mother, both having met along time ago while her mother was abroad on a business trip to Japan the two seemingly fell in love almost immediately and as a result Ryomei or Kerry was born the hybrid of both English and Japanese genetics. Shortly after with the death of her fathers last remaining relative, well, close relative they decided upon moving to England where Ryomei's mother Karoline still had her entire family based there.
Her up bringing was fairly expected of any child, her connections to both mother and father were exceedingly well tended to even with there busy work scheduling and the times in between would be spent at her grandparents house, which seemed to look more like a mansion than anything. A large house with several bedrooms, Victorian decoration and a large garden would be her 'favourite place' though her parents however were never fond of such excessively large buildings regardless of there ability to afford one.
Her upbringing was well catered for, her family business going well she was tended too at near enough every whim, home schooled for the most part by private tutors and even from a young age, because of her families relative fortune and rich status she was trained in the art of self defence also. Her family pushed her for brilliance, they wanted her to achieve as well as they had done, to work for her own recognition not just that which would be left to her when they passed on and to a degree that mentality passed down to Ryomei however not in the way they had particularly planned. She still excelled within the curriculum of course but it was outside it from which she gave her most effort. At first it was just regular fitness and self defence, then it evolved into competition, to excel her ability to fight especially soon finding her fathers old books with his old training schedule, she found herself becoming absorbed by martial arts, self defence and fighting, artistic, graceful yet powerful and constructive.
At around the age of ten Ryomei had finally left her private tutoring and her love for the martial arts had become more than apparent to her parents, though they never discouraged it, so long as her curricular work was above standard she would be allowed to do as she wished, youth tournaments, full time training in Taekwon do and Muay Thai became her life outside of schooling.
At the age of 13 she was privately admitted to an international martial arts tournament for the under 15's in which she seemed to wipe the floor with all competitors, of course they were all young, she was young and this was not so much a gage to go by but still it convinced her of her abilities and re-assured her in herself at the time that she had achieved what she believed to be a high level of martial arts prowess. Yet out of all competitors it was that one girl, that one style, the snake kung fu style. It didn't really get a chance to take off as Ryomei had immediately taken it to the ground for saftey reasons but still that girls image, her look of focus, concentration and determination in comparison with her own, somewhat taken for granted abilities would be one that would remain with her through all times...
It was around this time too that her alternate name seemed to come into affect when her Japanese name would need to be spoken by others as she began attending public school / high school as well as martial arts events, since then she was usually referred to as Kerry-Lyn, or just Kerry for short. Of course with public schooling came public socialising. All was well at first, minus a few tempering issues when she didn't get her way, a minor result of having gotten used to having everything she wanted yet as one small bump along the road to self achievement she overcame that after a short while. Her grades were excellent, highest in the class for near enough all of her subjects and well above average for that of the country. Still continuing her martial arts too outside of school she continued to excel in those as well but as she aged so did her socialising, she made friends even with her lack of social life outside of school due to her martial arts, she made friends and by the time she was in high school she had made somewhat more than just a friend, her first love of course, all was seemingly put on hold as she would suspend her training from week to week as to spend time with the boy. The relationship lasted a good few years, just turning 15 things had progressed deeper and deeper and the thought of martial arts had begun to leave her mind and all seemed perfect, truly believing she would spend the rest of her time with this person she was happy without her martial arts, preferring her social life and boyfriend over it, that was until her world seemingly began to fall apart.
Love is such a perforating edge, on one side it can bring happiness and joy and on another, pain, anguish and despair. As time went on further it appeared all good things must have come to an end when she caught her boyfriend cheating on her one night. It wouldn't have been so bad, things could have been fixed but it had seemed she had become too 'same'y' too 'clingy' and caring for his tastes and even with the chance of repair there he simply cast her aside. Of course this sent her distraught with all that she had sacrificed for him but shortly after this a chance of escape was offered her way. Her parents were offered a new, better job in the Florida and they had given her the pick of any school for her to attend.
Of course they didn't get the answer they were expecting. Falling back to the last thing she had that was entirely hers she had become deepened in her martial arts again, fighting even a fascination with bladed weapons to cover up her broken heart... She had been faced with the option by this very choice of place of attendance. On the one hand she could take an easy option, choose a school not far from her mother and father and simply live off there good graces like she had done all these years thus far OR, she could choose a different state altogether, they were in favour of her making her own way in the world and at this point so was she. Setting forth an unarguable front to her parents they reluctantly agreed in letting her move to California to attend the Hircine High school.
Enrolling in the school shortly after the move, her parents giving her allowance enough to cover the rent of a small apartment, furnishings and food for the time being until Ryomei (Kerry) could get a job, of which then she would reject the money, she would start a new in a place, self sufficient and stronger than before. Her martial arts had been allowed to prowess and become re-discovered once again as was a must. One of the things she had read about the school was its punishment system, it had been somewhat frowned upon by some of the more conventional schools and parents alike yet it posed an opportunity to Ryomei, a chance to become stronger under the belief that once she becomes strong within herself will she be capable of making it by herself in the world, no longer to rely on the likes of others like her ex and to focus more so on herself, she wouldn't view the place so much as a school although she would continue to excel in her grades but instead a chance of self improvement and adaptation to the harsh realities of the real world and to learn things she couldn't under the watchful eyes of her parents.
(Has been there for 2 years)
After a rather quiet two years at Hircine high, having fallen off seemingly into the background of the school, not well known by many, only those that shared classes and after school activities with her really knowing of her existence of course by the name Kerry.
However, things seemed to take a slight change as from all of the students in Hircine high she was suddenly pulled up to be transferred, an unforeseen change in circumstance however her friend count being low, very low the impact upon her was to be next to nothing.
Finally she was confirmed for her transfer, a school not far from Hircine seemingly now to hold the minor over population, yet unaware of what she might be getting herself into she accepted freely to finalise the move to Paragon High.

Fighting Style: Ryomei's fighting style descends from various branches of prior martial arts, of course adapted to her own means of fighting. Of these general adaptations two styles especially remain dominant within her own grasp on martial arts i.e the following:
Style Name: Muay Thai // MMA
Style Description:
Predeceasing styles: Muay Thai // MMA
The eight limbs are as follows: Two feet, two hands, two elbows and two knees. They are known as an extension of the body in the style, and in later stages of the style are all able to be used flawlessly enough to impress even the greatest of martial artists. The Muay Thai is a fairly obscure martial arts style when it comes to common knowledge among martial artists.
Powerful knee and elbow strikes make up the "power" facet of the style while quick round house kicks and boxing oriented punches claim the faster more "speed" oriented side of the martial art.
The Muay Thai user is taught to be well versed in breaking limbs without thinking once they are in any sort of grapple. As such, they are taught how to throw opponents away as well. All these things give the practitioner of the style a nice choice in how to begin a battle, but of course like any other style a sort of "template" is required. Usually in the Muay Thai, most practitioners are decent in more than one style, thus these various little influences from outside styles effect how the user may fight. Of course this really only comes into play when compared to other fighters who only know what is "officially" part of the Muay Thai. As such, the majority of the Muay Thai users are very interesting to watch when in a fight, as they are able to pull out quite a few moves from nowhere. The Muay Thai can make for some very brutal battles as well as some drawn out graceful battles that are pleasant to look at, not like the brutal arm breaks and knee shots. The style was created for inducing pain and quick finishes due to this pain, but over the years parts of the style has branched out and as such, the style is not much more of a brutal style. By all means it is brutal enough, just not as much as it was said to be in past wars and battles.
Defense and technique (stance): Simply put, a Muay Thai user can't function correctly in a battle if they don't move, dodge, and defend correctly. Of course any style has some facet of these things going for it, Muay Thai just does so in an interesting way. The basic stance when fighting in the Muay Thai style is quite simple looking to some, yet very effective for what it does. The user keeps both arms raised up to face height, keeping the elbows bent and the forearm and hands poised to guard. The proficient hand remains taunt and ready while the secondary and remains out in front, the fingers and fist always moving. The right leg is set in place, holding the users weight, while the left leg is held out in front of the body, the foot bouncing and poised to strike. The users entire body seems to bounce, meaning they are ready to move at a moments notice, whether it be in to attack, or backwards to avoid oncoming attacks. When moving, the arms move lower and fix themselves in front of the face so that guarding while on the move is more simple. The Muay Thai practitioner uses all and any tough areas of the body to guard the more "soft" areas of the body. This includes using the forearms, shins, feet, shoulders, etc. to guard shots aimed for soft areas.
Standing grapples and breaks: Most fighters are introduced into such close quarters, that grabbing and throwing or grabbing and tweaking a limb is much more effective than any normal punch or knees strike may be. This depends on the situation of course, as knee strikes are certainly possible when this close, but grapples can be much more devastating. As such, the user is trained to, once in a grapple, stay standing and knock the enemy down or throw them away. This gives the user an obvious advantage of space to work with for their next attack. Throws that are used to get an out of a users immediate areas are simple and common in the style, as well as grapples in which the user will break or twist the opponents limbs to cause pain.
As far as Ryomei goes with grapples she has adapted the style with much more fluidity when compared to some of the other various fighters using such techniques. Her own adaptation is to react with fluidity as far as grappling is concerned and making the most of opportune chances to take her opponent into a grappling form, literally wrapping her flexible body around that of the opponent at any opportunity to make an attempt strike at her like punching into water, move around the object and latch/cover the surface of the disrupting entity and then break it, render it into a submission or simply broken state through chokes, joint locks and pins.

Style Name: Taekwondo
Style Description:
Predeceasing styles: N/A
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and combat sport. Taekwondo is the national sport of South Korea. It is also regarded as the world's most popular martial art in terms of number of practitioners, and sparring, or kyeorugi, is an official Olympic sporting event. In Korean hanja, tae (ÅÂ; ÷Å) means to strike with the foot; kwon (±Ç; Ïë) means to strike with the hands; and do (µµ; Ô³) means way, taekwondo is loosely translated as to the foot and hand way.
Taekwondo's popularity has resulted in the varied evolution of the martial art into several domains: as with many other arts, it combines combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation and philosophy.
There are two main styles of Taekwondo: World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), which is practised at the Olympics; and International Taekwondo Federation (ITF), which was founded by General Choi Hong Hi, the father of Taekwondo. Although there are great doctrinal and technical differences among the two taekwondo styles and organizations, the art in general emphasizes kicks thrown from a mobile stance, employing the leg's greater reach and power (compared to the arm). Circular motions that generate power are of central importance. Also important to the generation of power is the movement of the hips while performing a punch or a block. Taekwondo training generally includes a system of blocks, punches, and open-handed strikes and may also include various take-downs or sweeps, throws, and joint locks.
Strengths: Ryomei's most impressive strength above all else is likely to be her ability to think and percieve movements and course of action quickly this alongside her natural intuition to be as resourceful as she can during conflict enables her to manipulate situations reasonably well and although given her height disadvantage and light bodily frame still make use of the grappling and upper facial strikes of the Muay Thai and Taekwon styles (of course with minor adaptations).
Her main focus on her fighting styles too, those more practiced than the others would be her kicking ability from Taekwon and her fluid grappling ability of the Muay Thai however based more so on technique and dynamics than strength alone, thats not to say she is weak however.
And finally her last vital strength would be her speed, her light, nimble and aerodynamic / nice figure body is able to move at high speeds compared to most, allowing her to put her fast thinking mind to use efficiently as well as gain force to her attacks through accumulation of velocity.
Weaknesses: Though Ryomei's style is generally very round structured with the use of grappling, throws, submissions, kicking and striking she isn't capable of making the utmost out of every aspect of her styles, in fact punching is generally a last ditch attempt attack as far as she's concerned or a mild playful attack. She as a general rule lacks the physical strength of a masculin or larger build and her height greatly reduces her ability to connect and grapple attacks against the opponents body.
In addition to the above Ryomei focuses herself mainly on her attacking, her defensive side is still there however she prefers to dodge rather than to take strikes and for good reason. As would be expected of her light weight feminine frame and delicate figures Ryomei isn't able to take extensive amounts of damage or physical contact. Now this isn't to say she can't handle being hit here and there but it does mean that she may feel strikes harder than most others as well as have them take there toll on her body and stamina faster.
