Just one week ago, Julia, Sakura's close friend from school decided to secretly set Sakura up for a blind date and had simply given her a piece of paper with the house address and phone number. Though she hadn't called the person or knew his name, she knew that if Julia was herself, she would have chosen a nice guy that wouldn't over exceed himself just for a girl. On Saturday, Sakura walked up to a condo and pulled out the piece of paper with an address written on it to confirm the address as she walked up to the condo door. She rang the bell and waited for the guy to come down, whether he would or not as she looked at her watch. It was very unacustomed, but Sakura decided to bring some flowers as a friendly gesture and had dressed slightly formally with a pink polo t-shirt and a knee-length white dress. She pulled the back of her hair back and let some of the strands of her front hair droop down as she normally did and she lastly straightened out her clothes before she heard footsteps coming towards the door. She smiled just before the door opened, but the instant she had taken a look at the face, she froze in her tracks and her mind started repeating everything that had happened in the past... She kept searching for the name over and over, but she just couldn't find it.
"H-.... My..... Name... Is...."
Before she could finish, she had remembered his name and tears started to roll down her eyes as she dropped the flowers accidentally to the floor. Her knees started to weaken, but held her up as she started repeating his name.
"Z- Zerreth... Zerr... Eth....."
Sakura could only stare at his eyes wide-eyed and crying as she tried to get an answer from him. He also had seen in the back of the room Li trying to see who it was also that had taken Zerreth such a long time to close the door.
(ooc: sorry if I'm somewhat god-modding you~ ^-^;;; )

(Zerreth) Selling his condo at the Atlantica, Zerreth had packed up all his belongings along with Li and moved to another building. He wasn't sure why he was given the "slip" to transfer to Hircine High. From what he had heard, only the roughest of the Varron students had attended there. Still though, being able to sell his condo for slightly higher than he bought it felt refreshing. The small adjustments he made seemed to have really paid off.
He and Li had been able to rearrange the main hallway to the living room, but they still had to unpack and reorganize their respective rooms. In addition, they hadn't set up any networking which was a problem for both of them. Still though, if they had to. They could have company, and their company could stay in the living room. Priorites.... As the doorbell rang, Zerreth stopped pushing. Oh, that must be her. He thought. A girl he had met at school, had taken the time to talk to him. He found it amusing at the reaction he had recieved when a Hircine student was conversing with a Varron such as himself. Finally, after some time, that girl had agreed to help him out and show him around the city. Seeing as getting used to the setting was very important, Zerreth said yes without realizing the consequences of being seen with someone else. For one reason, she was a Hircine student, and for the mroe important reason, she was a she. There were bound to be rumors that spread. It was only after he returned home that he realized the mistake but there was no turning back really.
So as he told Li the situation, they decided he would just leave regardless. As Zerreth opened the door however, he froze. It was Sakura, no doubt. But as she fumbled around with her words , tears started to flow as he thought that she had already forgotten him. But as she repeated his name he felt glad, more relieved than the former emotion.
(Li) They just.... kinda stood there. Maybe they were just talking. I didn't really pay any attention, and continued moving and unpacking boxes. It was odd though, at somepoint while I was in the hallway, I felt a pang in my chest, and a flood of emotions filled my head. I looked around Zerreth to see her. I could only see her at that point. I didn't know what my emotions were though. It felt like a mix of joy and hate at the same time. She had been away for so long that I hated her for leaving Zerreth alone. I can't remember how many times he fell into an attack of depression. Then Christmas came. We never cared about the holidays, simply for the same reason we never really cared about our birthdays, but this was worse. The Winter dance at Varron was horrible for us. It's not that we don't want to enjoy ourselves, just we always felt that something like that was for enjoying with another. That one special other, not just some random girl. She had to matter. We were just like that. Call us old-fashioned but we were simply that way, and she wasn't there even for that.
It was a relief to see her, but I couldn't help but feel anger. So instead of lingering or trying to talk to her, I moved away and continued to pack pretending not to notice her. Still though, the cardboard box I carried had a few wet stains...

Sakura sat on the floor kneeling as she looked up at Zerreth, starting to slow down on her crying. She didn't dare look away from Zerreth, not even to check the time or to see how dirty she had made her dress. After what seemed like a long time, she looked down at her knees as she tried not to see what type of expression was on his face at the moment. Sakura forced herself to slightly smiled as she tried to think of the right words to say. She finally looked up, smiling as she tried to lighten up the mood.
"It's been a while, hasn't it? Mind if I come in? The floors getting somewhat cold~"
Sakura lifted herself up and picked up the flowers as she checked how badly damaged they were and since the damaged wasn't too serious, she handed Zerreth the flowers, hoping to raise up their friendship once again.
"These are for you!"

(Zerreth) "Uh...." The sounds came out of his mouth as he thought of something to say. "Thanks. I'll put them in a vase right away. Come on in." As he turned around and headed towards the kitchen, he realized how similar this condo was to his old one. Just a few changes here and there, but it looked quite the same. He yelled from the kitchen. "Sorry about the cramped space, we just moved in and we're slowly getting things reorganized." He put on a calm, relaxed face, but inside he felt like hell. His had a deep pain in his chest. He knew the girl didn't mean it, but she set him up. Not only was it unexpected, but Sakura of all people. Finally believing that she had left them, Zerreth was slowly trying to isolate her and place the memories of her in the backburner. Yes, if he decided to simply finish school with no more trouble, he could've been.... well... indifferent. Definately not content, but maybe, just maybe he could live with the emotional stress. Thinking about something else, he realized the vase was falling and immediately attempted to catch it. As he felt the vase fall into his hand he sighed, only later to realize it rolled off and made a large crash on the ground...

Sakura turned around at the sound of the vase breaking as she walked slowly into the kitchen and saw Zerreth and his hand out, probably making an attempt to stop the vase.
"Are you okay?"
Sakura couldn't help but smile at Zerreth's clumsiness as she crouched down by him with a paper towel and started to pick up the pieces, once in a while feeling the glass shards jab into Sakura's hands. Once she picked them up, she threw them away and helped Zerreth up, not noticing her cuts in her hands until then. She pulled out another paper towel and cleaned her hands and then cleaned off the small dots of blood from when she helped Zerreth up. Suddenly noticing she was holding his hand, she pulled away and blushed as she looked at the ground.
"S-Sorry about that..."
Sakura turned around and walked into the living room and sat down, looking at the environment which reminded her of Zerreth and Li's old apartment. She turned to the kitchen, as she hoped to enhance the volume of her voice.
"So how have you been while we were.... Apart? It's been a while..."

(Zerreth) "Managing." Zerreth said curtly. Although the sound of glass falling into the trash can seemed to have muffled his voice slightly if not completely. Where have you been? What did you do? Why were you gone for so long again? Questions rang throughout his head, but Zerreth simply kept them in believing that she would tell him when the time was right. As he walked into the living room, Li was nowhere to be found. He's probably irritated Zerreth thought. He could understand his brother's feelings yet he decided to let Li lie for a little.
"Where..."He stopped. He had almost said it habitually. "What brings you here? Varron is practically on the other side of the country." Zerreth said recovering from his blunder.

Sakura smiled as she understood that Zerreth had been wondering where she was the past few just by the first word that seemed to come out of his mouth. Knowing that there was nothing special that had really happened after the whole hospital event, she decided to come out and explain what had happened.
"I went to Japan for half a semester so I really haven't been seen lately and when I came back, I was sent a transfer script from Varron here. I thought you might've recieved the same letter, but I guess not. So now I'm starting a new life here I guess and I left alot of my stuff behind so I could end my life from th-"
Sakura remembered that Zerreth had been one of the memories she tried to forget from Varron and stopped herself from continuing. She looked at the ground as she frowned.
"I-I'm sorry... Well, how were you doing?"
