OOC(( This takes place directly after the assembly, on the roof of the main paragon Building. Meant as a continuation from discussion with Mae-Lim, but Open to all))
Damien stood, his back to the door as he gazed down at the school grounds, a frown present on his face. He watched the fights break out below, from the parking lot to the school doors. He himself had needed to take care of two people who had decided to come up and attack him. They were both unconscious, a small blood spot on the wall the only evidence that someones head had made contact with it. He didn't bother smoking, his last few cig's he was saving for later. Instead he simply watched, wondering just who would come out on top, and make themselves school captain.
Rumors had circulated, from the information he could gather off one of the now sleeping children behind him, that Seth Calloway, the very leader of Revelation, was here, in this school. He was a little confused as to why the fellow had come to paragon. Even if it wasn't his choice, he had the power to fight it and stay at Hircine. But no, he was here, and though Damien wasn't able to find out much more besides jumbled gargles and choking noises, he was pleased with what he did find. He would have to find a time and a place to speak with Calloway. They had much to talk about. Well, Damien would talk, they would listen, and choose. They're actions didn't affect him in the least. If not them, it would be someone else.
Damien had, after the assembly, decided flat out that the captainship was not his goal. It had been, but not anymore. He had a new plan, a plan that would hopefully make things right around here...put the kids in control. With such a broad spectrum of freedom allowed to them, The Principal had to know that something like what Damien planned was sure to happen, so instead of avoiding it, Damien intended to oblige him. He would have to watch his back, though. If Seth Calloway,Mae-Lim or any of the other Revelation members didn't intend to have anything to do with him, then there could be problems. He knew full well that none of them planned to sit around while the Power of the school went to someone else. Hell, you couldn't sit around period. Not here, not ever.
Sighing at the tension he felt brewing, he went against his plan and pulled out another smoke. What did it matter anyway? He basically had an entire pack, and he could just buy more later. He put it to his lips, lit it, the took a deep drag. A smile spread on his face. He heard footsteps behind him.
He continued looking down, waiting for the persons to intrude into his solitude.

In Kyoto, it was common for the kids to meet on the roof during break periods. Perhaps Kunioku was curious or perhaps it was just habit, but Kuni found himself treading up the stairs to one of the sections of the roof. There was a student sleeping the sleep of the broken at the bottom of the stairs, along with a scrap of blood along the wall more towards the top of the stairs. Curious now more than ever, Kuni continued up the stairs til he got on the roof.
Once he reached it, he noticed another student looking down upon the school yard. As Kuni moved closer to him, he was forced to fight the urge to throw him over the roof. For now. At the moment, Kuni was simply curious. He was in a new country, a new school, with all new faces. He began to think it best to learn more about those faces he would soon bloody.
"You know, smoking is bad for you. It makes bad health." Kuni stated in a thick japanese accent. As he waited for the other person to respond, he found a small smirk crawling its way back onto his face.

Damien, as he heard the steps clear the doorway, turned around, stepping off the edge of the building and back onto the rooftop. Instead of seeing Mae, as he expected, he saw another student, probably one who had fought his way clear up here (judging by the noise from below), who was commenting on his smoking habit. At seventeen years old, and what with it being the same year he had started smoking, the cigarettes natural effects on the human body hadn't had the time to take hold, so he had no real damage to his stamina, or his breathing ability. He brought the smoke back up to his lips, taking a long drag as he looked over the young mans frame. He looked familiar...
"So it does." He racked his brain as he took another puff off his cig, trying to remember where he had seen the boy. It was recent, very recent, but he had been thinking of future events and the present had been forced to the back of his mind. He thought over the assembly, the boys face being placed with the action. "Ah yes, your the boy who knocked out another student to make a point. I remember you now." He finished the cancer stick, flicking the butt over the edge. He put his left hand in his pocket, and his right dropped to his side, hanging limply.
"Is there something i can do for you? I'm rather busy.."
His voice held slight annoyance at the fact that this wasn't the person he was expecting, or wanting to see. He waited patiently, his reflexes at the ready should this boy spontaneously attack. Judging from his actions in the assembly hall, he seemed to have the type of short fuse that would trigger such rash action.
Damien looked at his watch, then back at the door, expecting Mae to walk through at any moment. She had five more minutes, then, he would leave. It had been the registered half hour, so if she didn't want to show, he wouldn't stick around. His eyes returned to the boy in front of his, waiting for a response.

"That is correct."
Kuni smirked, the reference to him back in the assembly reminding him just how fun it had been to strike that student. The very notion of it began to make the current urge harder to fight. However, that mood shifted when Damien spoke again, Kunioku now fighting the urge to laugh. Instead, Kuni cracked a smile as he raised his brow, giving him a mocking look.
"Right. So I can see."
Kuni began walking towards Damien, though he woud move right past him and lean on the safety bar atop the roof, placing his elbows upon it as he gazed downwards. So far, it seemed that this one didn't have any manners. It also seemed that he had a very confused perspective on the words busy. It wasn't a difficult word, and Kuni knew he understood it correctly. Perhaps in America standing on a rooftop alone for a smoke qualified as busy. Then again, perhaps they just weren't as efficient as the Japanese.
"I'm sorry, is this your rooftop? I wasn't aware that I had to have some business with you to be here..." Kuni said with a smile, still gazing over the grass before turning his head back over his shoulder to look at Damien.
"If you want business with me, though, you should speak it. Because I'm now claiming this as my rooftop. Feel free to leave, or to go to hell."

Damien's gaze didn't move from the boy as he mocked the claim that he was rather busy. He felt no moving inclination to explain to the young man what he was up to, though he was a little perplexed as the guy started toward him. Damien didn't move, instead waiting for the strike that was sure to come. Instead, the kid walked right passed him. As he did so, Damien's body would turn with him, his gaze resting on the back of his head as he proclaimed the roof to be his territory. At the thought, Damien laughed. It was a cold, harsh laugh, and held a mocking under tone to it.
"Really? Your roof? Well, isn't that interesting."
Damien didn't intend in any way to fight for something as trivial as a rooftop, instead deciding to respond to the earlier request of business he may have with him. He cracked his neck, his voice back to its calm demeanor. "Now, what reason would i have to want anything to do with you. Seems to me you'd be the one with business." He had ignored the insult, his eyes flicking back over his watch. The five minutes was up. "So let me as you something, Hide Kuniko-" Oh yes, he knew the boys name. He made it his business to know peoples names. "- Do You have any business with ME?" He shrugged.
"If not, then i will gladly take my leave."

(I'm vair tired, so, if anything seems off tell me. X..x;; )
She'd stayed behind the door a bit when she could hear more then one voice on the roof. The sudden connections she drew from Damien telling her people would come after her once they knew who she was....and the fact Damien wasn't alone on the roof really got her paranoid. Her first suspicion was that this was a set up, and Damien was one of the very people he'd warned her about. This didn't sit well with her and she'd almost turned around and left immediately.
Luckily, after further "spying" and eavesdropping from behind the door, she'd concluded that the two were not allies. With that in mind, she didn't feel like she was in too much danger. She'd already thought up of ways to manipulate the situtation in her favour should she feel like she was in danger for any reason.
'This is soooo familiar. Didn't I show up on a roof like twice in the middle of a similar situation, before? I guess it'd be weirder if it was Conner and Tray up here again. Oh well, same situation, different people. In I go.'
After Damien would speak of taking his leave, Mae-Lim would take a few seconds before coming through the door. Her eyes would travel and take in her environment before she'd settle her eyes on Kunioku. "Sorry, gotta tress-pass on your roof a bit. Hope you don't mind?" she said casually. It would be easy to tell who she was addressing, even if neither of them looked at her.
By now, she'd expect Damien to recognize her voice and turn to look at her. If not, then she'd just go on talking as she began to walk over to him. "And you can't leave, person-I-met-at-the-assembly. At least, not yet. I went through all the trouble of getting here, now you owe me some kind of...info. Or something. So spill, and I hope it's worth it."
Her tone sounded mildly threatening, but that was mostly due to her cold nature. She was also still a bit frustrated from the assembly and I guess you could say she hadn't taken too kindly to Damien. Maybe it was just the words he chose or the fact that even if he didn't mean to imply she was weak, she'd still felt like he had said just that. She'd have to put her "hurt" feelings aside for now and concentrate on why she was here in the first place.

"Is my English thad bad, or is he really that stupid?" Kuni trailed off, speaking to himself softly in japanese as he thought it over a moment.
Kuni frowned before he turned back to face Damien, dissapointed that he hadn't fully understood the pretenses of which Kunioku had spoken. Really, he hadn't even interpreted it at all. It could have been a threat, a show of dominance, or even the beginning of alliance talks. Though, Kuni supposed he couldn't really blame Damien in the end. After all, Kuni himself hadn't made up his mind on what exactly he wanted with Damien.
Kuni spun around with a grin, turning to fully face Damien as he placed his elbows on the bar as he leaned back on it. Kunioku wondered how Damien knew his name. No one had spoken to Kuni to know his name. He'd only been here for about an hour, so it was also out of the question for him to have heard through the grapevine. In the end it didn't particularly matter, that only meant he was making that much more of an impact on this place.
"Maybe my business can be learning your name, since you've obviously made it yours to know mine. You must be bored to memorize everyone's name after seeing them only once."
Almost right after Kuni spoke, the door opened once again. This time, it didn't reveal someone dull like Damien, but a girl. She spoke to Kuni first, causing him to laugh at her words before returning a smile.
"Not at all. You, can trespass anytime you want." Kuni grinned as his statement came to an end, sending a suggestive look to Damien. The girl then began speaking to him as well, though in a much more directed way. Kuni smirked as he pulled a toothpick out of his pocket, sticking it into his mouth. He leaned his head back over the bar, staring straight up into the sky as he spoke his best muffled english.
"Don't mind me. Talk."

OOC(( sorry its so long and sorry it took me forever to post. Comp isn't working well)
Damien decided to ignore everything the young boy had said. Brutish, unintelligent, short fuse. Thats all Damien could glean from what he knew of the boy. Such and attitude would be of absolutely no use to him, since all the guy wanted was violence. Until he's proven wrong, Damien wanted nothing to do with him. He shrugged a shoulder at the statement that he must be rather bored to go around learning peoples names.
"Not hard to learn a name that everyone speaks. You pick a fight at the beginning of the school year in front of the whole student body and people are bound to notice."
He reached his other hand in his pocket as another person stepped out from the doorway behind him. Damien didn't turn as she spoke, an inner smile forming as he recognized the slight attitude in the voice and the irritation she had toward him. It slightly surprised him that she even showed, since she was just as short tempered as the guy in front of him. However, from what he heard she had other things this guy didn't. Self control, discipline, and no over-whelming need to bring physical harm to another person. And, though he couldn't really be sure that was her overall attitude since he himself had not seen it, he was quite sure that she wasn't one to do like this man did.
He pulled out another cig, lighting it and inhaling deeply. Truly, he hated the smell and taste of the smoke and cig, but he liked the calm it brought him in strenuous situations. He exhaled, letting out a small plume of ash. Maybe he could find something else to calm him...He shook his head, clearing it for the daunting task that was to come. He pointed with his finger at the guy in front of him. "Unless you have something more to say, me and you have nothing else to discuss." He took another drag of his cig, and turned to the new arrival.
"And you are late."
He flicked the cig off for the umpteenth time that day. He really needed to quit.
He walked over toward Mae calmly, as though he was going to talk to her or stand in front of her, but instead walked just past her, looking over the edge down at the alley between the schools. He took a deep breath, savoring the scent of a clean wind. He closed his eyes, gathered his thoughts, and began his speech.
"Mae-lim. Revelations former Black Horsemen of Death. Thats quite a title." He pause briefly, and opened his eyes. "I suppose we better get straight to the heart of the matter." He took another deep breath. "My name is Damien Blaze. I'm a new student, arriving at Hircine at the worst possible time. Without asking me or taking my opinion, i was placed in a school where pain and brute force rule. Paragon Institute.." He turned to face Mae. "When i came to Hircine, i had a plan of reformation. A plan to end the violence, to let kids choose for themselves, and to let everyone be free. Instead of that happening, i find a dead principal, a broken pillarship and the rule of Revelation, so to speak. So, instead of going with my first plan, i decided on another. I would be school captain." He knew he was jumping from subject to subject, but it was all for a cause.
He continued.
"Then i was moved to Paragon. And instead of a school where the pillarship ruled, i see that its nothing more than a bunch of thugs and arrogant boys beating the shit out of each other just to be a puppet of the so-called "principal." Therefore, i changed my plans again." He smiled slightly. "Anyway, to break it down, i plan on gaining control of this school. Now, while that may seem familiar or similar to what your former boss Seth Calloway was doing, i assure you it is not."
"Unlike Calloway, who only wanted rule to serve his own ambition, i want to accomplish the opposite." His calm face broke, revealing eyes filled with a burning passion to do right. "I want to help this place become a safer place. I want to help these kids get an education, i want them to be able to go from class to class without worrying about whether someone will hurt them on the way there or barge in and start abusing students." His eyes settled on Mae-Lims.
"I asked you here because i think you can help me do that."
Damien realized that it wasn't the greatest speech ever delivered, and that (knowing her) she was more likely to decline flat out, but he had to try. He needed people he could trust to help him with this, and while at this point he didn't really trust Mae, he knew her to be loyal. Or rather, he had heard she was loyal. If she was still a part of revelation, he wouldn't even try this, but revelation held no power here, and like it or not, this is where she went. What Damien was offering was a better, safer, and more appealing place to go to school.

Seni was just roaming. His mind completely twisted from his "activities" before school started. The blunt was great. It calmed the Tongan boy down.
He saw the sign to the rooftop. A place he could suck on a cancer stick and think of what was going on in this place. The assembly, if you could call it that, was crazy. People were straight brawlin' with each other. Kids getting knocked out right and left. Shit, Seni Leka even had to handle two black kids throwing up Blood signs in the hall. Seni answered with his 97 Santana pitch fork sign and the fight started. A steel trash can helped Seni get the advantage over the two busters. Both were lined up and Seni moved out. Just like back in South Central, damn I miss home...
Seni walked up the stair, he reached into his right pocket and grabbed his pack of Kool Menthols. His lighter in his right hand, a ciggarette pressed between his lips, he sparked the stick and inhaled as he walked through the door.
Under his black LA fitted cap, his bloodshot brown eyes saw the three kids. The big Tongan smirked around the cig. He pulled his jeans up a little, they were sagging and he hated that, and walked to the roofs edge. He stood, hands in pocket staring out over the grounds of his new prison. Thats all school was for me from day one...A damn prison...Now who the hell are these kids?
Seni turned, his right hand went to the smoke between his lips he sucked a lung full of smoke and pulled the smoke from his mouth. He slowly exhaled through his nose.
He watched the scene for a few seconds, not really interested in anything and not having patience for much. The Crip Islander couldn't concentrate at this point. He finished his smoke and left the roof top. Nothing was going on there.

(Seni, that was kind of...useless.)
Mae-Lim tried not to think too much about what Kuni had replied to her, trying to keep her mind from wandering off-track. She gave a rather snobbish flick to her hair before her attention turned completely on Damien. First thing he'd mentioned was her tardyness. Her brow raised and she gave her head a tilt.
"I didn't realize I was being timed." she said, crossing her arms. Not that she truly cared. She wasn't the one who'd arranged a meeting, so, she wasn't hard-pressed on arriving "on time". Whenever that was.
As he'd walk passed her, Mae-Lim would make no movement to follow him, neither with her head, her eyes, or her body. She'd simply keep still and stare forward, making "listening" her top priority. It wouldn't take too long for Damien to begin speaking again, commenting on her status the year before. 'To be honest, I never thought much of it' she'd answer him in her thoughts. It was really just a title. Whether it brought fear, fame, popularity, hate, it didn't matter. Her reason for being in revelation had little to do with recognition, in fact, if no one even knew of her part played in the fall of the Watchers, it wouldn't even phase her.
'Horseman of Death. That title is dead now…how do I feel about that?'
At present, what she was most interested in was his name. When it was finally revealed as Damien Blaze, she already felt a tad less uncomfortable. There was always something about meeting with someone whom you didn't know the name of. It felt too shady. At any rate, following along with Damien's story was a bit frustrating, but nothing she couldn't put 2 and 2 with. When he was done, Mae-Lim took some time to think it through. It wasn't a simple "Yes or no" answer. Well it could have been but she wanted to at least give it some thought. It wasn’t like his idea was horrible…but…it was just…
"I see." she said softly, letting her eyes wander a bit as she spoke, taking a casual glance at Kunioku as well, just to see what kind of reaction he may have had. "I find it strange that you would tell me this...of all people." Mae began, tapping her chin with her left index finger. Mae-Lim would then turn her head to look at Damien, blinking twice. "What makes you think I even care about other people? About their education, their future, their safety? I need some kind of motivation to help someone. "I think you can help me" doesn't quite cut it. Why would you think that "I" could help you?"
As far as she knew, she didn't exactly come off as the type of person to care about helping others. Also, she didn’t expect to be the hired muscle either. So what would push Damien to come to her? If he knew about her and Revelation, then, he must’ve known she was less than nice? Maybe even a tad selfish. Or was it very selfish?
"Also, for someone who wants to gain control of the school and claim Pillarship, I assume you possess some skill in battle? If you start aiming for a title like that, you have to be prepared to fend off the competition. 'I' most certainly wouldn't help you. I'd expect you to be able to take on the best of the best yourself."
She’d turn her head to look at Kunioku briefly, “Right?”
Then she would turn back to Damien. “Do you feel confident that you can do that?”
‘Geez, I’m being so nice today, I hope he appreciates this.’
The door would suddenly open, and Mae-Lim's head would shoot over to see who it was. Some man would come in, release some smoke before turning away and leaving. 'Riiight. What the heck was that about?'

Kunioku grinned when Mae-Lim responded to Damien, her snappy attitude towards him rather refreshing. As Damien laid out his master plan on how to change the school for the better, Kunioku remained grinning, finding it hard not to burst out laughin altogether. Had he not been in the assembly, seeing the outburst from the Williams kid? The overall response was that he was going to be killed, and Damiem seemed even more foolish than Williams to think he could make a difference after seeing such a spectacle.
Once again, the girl's reaction failed to dissapoint Kuni. He had no prior knowledge on Revelation, or any of its horseman. What he did know, was that this girl seemed to fit in here very well. Certainly much better than the baka she was talking to. She turned to face Kuni for a moment, asking him to re-affirm her statement. Without moving his head from facing the sky, Kuni's eyes trailed down to meet hers, flashing his teeth in a maniacle grin.
"Hahaha!" Kuni burst out into laughter, not being able to contain it once the girl had finished speaking.
"I like her! She is much smarter than you. You want to tame this school, and the first person you go to is an apathetic girl?"
Kunioku pushed off his elbows, standing up straight as he took two steps forward before turning to his left to face the other two, paying no mind to the one that came up and ran away. He cranked his neck left and right, his spine popping several times. Grinning on only one side of his face, Kuni knocked his knuckles together.
"So do you think you can handle yourself, or do you need the girl to help you fight too?"

Damien smiled. She was sharp. He opened his mouth to reply, when the boy he was speaking to before opened his big mouth. Damien sighed. Why did things always turn to violence? He stood, hands in his pockets, looking at the young man who had spoken, contemplating what to say. He could respond with an attitude, beat the crap out of the boy, and move on with wasted time, or just make the kid look a fool. He shrugged.
"You seem to have a one-sided view of women. You obviously view them as a weakness, a laibility, and consider yourself to be the primal image of strength." He showed nothing on his face. "I disagree. If you must, go ahead and attack, since a mindless monkey such as yourself cant see into the bigger picture im portraying." He took his hands out of his pockets, then looked back to Mae. "Obviously,we're not going to get anywhere here." He looked back to the boy, then back to Mae. "And as to my skill in a fight...well, ill let you decide for yourself. Im more than confident, but i cant explain myself without coming off as concieted and speaking as though i have no weakness. So youll have to determine my skill for yourself."
He turned back to the kid once more.
"Go ahead, thug, attack. Since all you can think with is your fists, ill be happy to oblige, if only to prove a point."
'This kid is nothing but a fool. I was right to dismiss him' Damien thought absent-mindedly.

(OOC: I'm assuming the time gap means you want me to go first, Mae.)
Kunioku threw his head back and laughed, letting Damien blow out all the hot air he wanted to. Despite any effort, Damien hadn't defended any points, rather he insulted Kunioku. Insults were good and all, of course, but not when trying to sound smart. Damien was trying sound smart and insinuate he was strong. Those qualities were what made him so stupid and weak. The one tries to seperate himself from the rest will find themselves being beaten down very quickly. In Damien's case, in a few minutes tops.
"You're too uptight! You should try and take things less seriously, like me. After all, I don't take you seriously at all." Kuni grinned, taking a moment to take in Mae's body language once more. Her demeanor suggested she wasn't looking to jump in for either of the two, but just in case Kuni would be wary of her presence.
"Most people might offer you to change your mind and save you from a beating. Me, well... you can run if you want, but that would just make it even more fun for me. Try not to get crippled for at least a few minutes!"
Without wasting anymore time, Kuni would hop and slide forward on his left foot. Shooting out from his waist, Kuni would send a powerful right straight Kyokushin punch into the middle of Damien's torso, striking to the inside due to Damien's greater reach. Using his impressive striking speed and power, Kuni would intend to hit him right in the solar plexus, knocking the wind from him at the least, assuming Damien could fight at all.

(I actually just haven't had time. ^ ^; )
Mae-Lim stared towards nothing as she let the boys speak. The emphasis Kunioku had put on her sex as opposed to her general attitude towards Damien's proposition really was insulting. And it didn't end there as, Kunioku continued to mock her (intentionally or not, mocking was mocking). Fortunately, she'd kept her cool. 'Yes, lord forbid a man ask a woman for any type of help. It may go to our heads and then we'll start demanding stuff like the right to start voting or to get jobs as construction workers. How cracked up would that be?'
Talk on, Caveboy. His Ooh-ah's didn't bother her one bit. She needed to be tolerant of people with a primitive brain since they didn't know any better. That's just how wonderfly nice she was. Besides, he was useful. Instead of having her do all the work in finding out just how good Damien was fighter-wise, he was doing it all for her. In the end, it was all win-win for her too. If Kunioku got smacked around and lost, she could take it as indirect pay-back. If Damien got his booty handed to him, then she'd know he was an unfit leader. Goot, jah? Jaah, vair goot.
Mae-Lim listened as Damien stood up for the women of the world. Kind of. Eventually his words were directed at her, mentioning how they weren't getting anywhere. Mae gave a sarcastic snort and crossed her arms. "Obviously" she reaffirmed rather bluntly. Just get on with the beating eachother senseless part and maybe they WOULD get somewhere. But you just can't tell people. Too bad for Damien, she already thought he was pompous. Honestly, it wasn't time to get humble with her now. He'd just called his opponent a mindless monkey and now a thug. Which meant Damien thought himself better than Kunioku. Which meant he was arrogant.
It was Chimpy's turn to talk, and Mae-Lim sensed that things would start happening soon. She began to back away a bit, following standard "watch on the sidelines" procedure like "the usefull little spectator you are". Again. And just as she'd gotten out of the way, Chimpy had started attacking. Observation was in order. At least, for now she'd be observing. Depending on how things went, she had a series of actions planned out.

OOC(( I'm still in California, but everyone is sleeping and i find myself rather bored so i figured id post )) Damien listened as the boy ran his mouth to absolutely no end. He didn't intimidate Damien in the least, and running his mouth only further caused him to consider the boy brainless. He waited, and when the words turned a little darker, he readied himself. He caught the snort from Mae, and barely caught the word she spoke. He was fine tuned into every movement the kid in front of him made. He was concentrating on his muscles, his movements, and when the boy attacked, he was ready. Mae had stepped off to the side, letting the boys settle they're little dispute. The movements that were made were obvious ones, and as the boy hopped forward and threw a right punch, Damien thought the movement odd. Since Hide's left leg was a little forward, him throwing that punch would put him off balance, and open his right side to retaliation. Damien stepped to the side with his left foot and swung his right back behind it, pivoting his body so his left side was facing the boy. The right Hide threw would enter into nothing but air, and would be about a foot from Damien's chest. All these actions would be quick, and flow together. His right hand would come up, and a grip would be placed on Hide's right wrist. As his right rose and grabbed the wrist, his left would rise too, and would pull back just a bit. As the grip that Damien put on Hide's wrist grew firm and took careful hold, The left would shoot out, hand open, and the heel of Damien's left hand would slam into Hide's elbow, hard. With the weak joint put under so much pressure, two things would happen. The power and pressure would dislocate the shoulder, causing quite a bit of pain. But the worst effects would be at the elbow. With so much pressure and strain put on that joint, the elbows joint was more than likely to break, and if not break, then as least tear the tendon on the other side of the elbow. Damien's actions, since he was so close to Hide, would be fast, and powerful, seriously lowering the kids chances of retaliating, especially with the way he put himself off balance by initiating a right handed punch with his left leg forward. After the blow at the elbow landed, Damien would release the wrist and step back, hands up and at the ready, giving the boy time to collect himself. The damage done to that arm would cause it to be initially ineffective for the remainder of the fight. (any questions, feel free to PM me ))

Kunioku had spoken all his words towards Damien. If he used hindsight, he would have realized by looking at Mae it seemed he was further insulting her. However, Kuni didn't use hindsight and even if he had he would not have cared. Kuni's aggressive behavior mixed with his small understanding of english made him come across very brutish. While Kuni's fists did the thinking half the time, so left his brain for another half. They worked accordingly, in whatever would do the most damage at the time. For underestimating him, and certainly overestimating himself, Damien would find himself in a good deal of pain.
As any practioner of karate, kickboxing, boxing, or anything trained with fists would know, attacking with the rear hand gave you power. With Kyokushin training, Kuni was as firmly balanced as he could be with his left leg in front, and his right arm shooting out in a cross. By making a false assumption, Damien's counter wouldn't work according to plan.
Kuni didn't let his hand linger around, as in Kyokushin Karate one was trained to snap their hand back as fast as they snapped it out. Still, Damien would be able to grip the wrist, though not with a fully outstretched arm. Reacting to the inital dodge, Kuni side stepped with his right leg, bringing himself closer to Damien as his right arm bent in at the elbow. Though Damien had a grip on his wrist, he couldn't keep Kuni from bending his arm given Kuni's step closer. Intending to slam his elbow in to Damien's face, it would collide with the heel of Damien's palm, counter striking inadvertently.
With both hands of Damien's tied up, at least for a moment, Kuni pivoted on his right foot the moment it planted, turning his body to the right to face Damien. In his own palm strike, Kuni's left hand would move above both their arms, striking the nose. Painful in its own right, it would only serve as the precursor to his fingers immediately clawing in, gouging the eyes. Already in the process at this point would be a chain link to the attack, his weight shifting on his right foot as his left knee would rise up and strike Damien in the groin.
Neither of his moves were fair, but that was the point. Aikininjitsu was all about fighting unfair and cheating. It didn't look pretty, but it worked. Being a ninja wasn't about flipping around. Its about deception. They assumed Kuni was stupid, and he was not. Deception number one. Damien assumed moving to the outside would put Kuni at a disadvantage. Deception number two. For both mistakes, Damien would pay by being (temporarily) blind and sterile.

The fellow obviously underestimated him.
Damien hadn't, truthfully, been counting on his attack to work. You never went into a counter assuming something was just going to happen the way you wanted it to. As the arm Damien held tightened up, not allowing his strike to go as planned, He slid his Left hand down the elbow, gripping the forearm of Kuni. Damien moved his left leg thirty-six inches to the left, then would put his weight on it as he lifted his right leg a few inches of the ground. As he moved, Kuni moved, and it appeared that he was trying to make himself face Damien. The next move would happen quickly, not more than two to three seconds would take place as he did it.
His body was moving, as stated before. It was turning to Damien's right, pivoting on that left foot 280 degrees. His arms would would pull on that left arm, yanking it over his left shoulder. Since Kuni had done him the favor of turning for him, it made the move that much easier and quicker. He put his right leg down, and with the left arm over his shoulder, Damien would pull down, slamming the elbow onto his shoulder, intent on breaking it. With both his arms pulling down at one time as well as holding it over his shoulder, the strength Kuni would need in order to pull it back wouldn't be near enough, especially with him only having the strength of one arm. The grip Damien maintained was tight, more than enough to keep the arm from twisting in his grip. While such a move would normally open up someones back for attack, the position Kuni had placed himself in made it almost impossible to react in time, especially on the one leg he hadn't lifted to strike the adversary who was no longer in front of him.
After the broken elbow, Damien would launch himself forward, releasing the arm as he rolled back into a standing position, turning quickly to assess how the situation had gone in his favor. He would put his left leg forward, bending it a little, left palm open and hovering nine inches above the left knee. His right leg would be back and bent a little as well, his right hand up near his chin in a balled fist.
"I don't want to hurt you, so my advice to you would be to leave."
Damien's voice was stoic, and his eyes staring intently on the boy in front of him.
