"One more day wouldn't hurt, right?"[/color]
That was the thought process behind Steve Barzahd's latest idea. He was the laziest Captain Hircine had ever seen, temporary or otherwise, and he was once again procrastinating to get things done under his own administration. For the record, that was currently an administration of one.
So what does a School Captain who doesn't feel like doing Captain-stuff do in a day? Alkaiser decided to skip morning class and take a leisurely stroll down to see all the friendly faces at Paragon Institute.
*CLA-THUD*
That was the sound of a kid with braces hitting a locker face first at roughly the speed of pain. "This place is a dump..." Steve thought, checking out the kid's faceprint in the locker, then noticing the matching ones on the four surrounding lockers. It didn't necessarily seem more violent than Hircine, but when you're in a new place you tend to notice the downsides before you notice the good stuff. The fact that he didn't recognize anyone was a downside. The fact that he was looking at someone's modern art sculpture of whatever metal those lockers were made out of was a much bigger downside.
The crowd walked by Steve with complete disregard. It was surprising, considering the fact that Barzahd was about as subtle as a punch to the throat, red spikes and all. None of them knew him here. It gave him the luxury of being able to observe freely, but offered him the disadvantage of looking like a new student. He just hoped nobody tried to break him in for the half hour or so he planned on being there.
So the faculty was no where to be found, the students were thugs and victims, the facilities were crumbling fight by fight...it was all the same old story. The experience was enlightening for Steve, who expected to walk into hell. As he became more and more acclimated to the downsides of the institutions, he realized that the students here were not that different from those of his own school. A small sense of rebel vigor stirred within him, thinking of what he would do if they tried making an attack on 'his' territory again.
Just as the Sophomore began to feel like he could actually lead his student body to triumph, he began to think about Tiao, Nathan and Kyukaku. All former Hircinian leaders, now vanished into Paragon. He wanted to find them, or wanted them to find him. They would probably be an even greater help to him.
Really, Alkaiser had no idea what he expected to see in this place. It was expected that he would just know it when he saw it, but nothing stood out. Still, he kept telling himself that if he stayed just a little longer...

"FUCK YOU!"
The screaming student ran foward, right fist already drawn back with the intention to be launched sqaure into the face of the younger, cockier student.
"Nah, I don't do guys."
Stepping in with his left leg, left arm already extended from his shoulder, snapping out before the eyes of the senior, he grasped his opponent's right bicep, keeping the arm pinned back before it was even launched. The fight paused, the younger student grinned his menacing smile: further provoking the senior who went and threw a close left hook.
Ducking under the left and pivoting his body over on his right he stepped behind the senior, pinching his left arm across his body with his left shoulder. With his left hand still holding the opposite arm's bicep he had successfully blocked both arms with one of his, and put his opponent in a dangerous situation with only one outcome.
The loud, sharp sound of skull hitting tile echoed off the close hallway walls as Tai Yang threw the senior head first into the floor. Kneeling over the senior his eyes began to glow with a bright fire as he looked into the glazed over eyes staring back at him. The pupils wide and distorted, his mouth wide open, tongue falling limp into the back of his throat.
"This should teach you to try and take the captainship. Your names not even known in this school."
With his left he closed the seniors eyes, as though he was a corpse at a funeral parlor. For a second his hand lingered above the boys face, then after a sign his palm crashed down into the nose, breaking it severly and causing blood to begin pool.
Raising up to his feet the young Chinese American dropped his shoulders as though his arms were incredibly heavy, tossed his head back and took a deep breath. Dropping his gaze and looking around the halls he found that most students weren't even looking at him anymore. They knew to keep on the Captain's goodside, and what's more this was more then a daily occurance, more like an hourly one. They were far to use to his sense of violence.
Turning away from the unintresting he began to walk back towards the way to his next class. He wasn't planning on attending, just walking into the class, taking the teachers lunch, and leaving. Mr. Petterbrook always had the best home made lunches, it would be a shame not to sample them from day to day. Moving down the hall he was just about to enter the class, even got so far as to wipe the blood off his palm on the frame, but something else caught his eyes.
'Red spikes? Where have I seen him before.... Not here... No. Football? Can't see hair like that on the feild... Ah. My scoot to Hircine.'
"Hey. Junior, stay there." Heading towards Alkaiser he grinned wide, he didn't actually have any idea of what he was going to do when he got there. He just knew that this would be further amusement for the day.

Down the hall, something was brewing. A fight was breaking out, and Steve was not surprised. The aggressor was some big brute, the likes of which not unheard of on Alkaiser's own campus. The defender was calm, swift, and utterly dominating. The first move came and he pushed it away, but when the second attack was made, he sprung into action. The attacker was left on the ground, his face caved in for all to see.
The horrific display of force did not escape the notice of Steve Barzahd. The defender was the captain of Paragon, Tai Yang, reinforcing his stranglehold on the students. Alkaiser admired the respect that Tai commanded from his students, but he completely disagreed with the way he took it. The sharp-tongued Hircine captain preferred to save violence for an absolute final solution, and held his office as more of a negotiator and less of a swat team. Such a policy would be ill-advised in a place like Paragon, though. The crowd parted as Tai Yang approached.
The boy called to Steve, telling him to stay where he was. Steve cocks an eyebrow as Tai struts over, grinning like a clown on narcotics. What was he supposed to do, run away? He waits for the other man to get within speaking distance before he asks very coyly, "sup?"
Realizing Tai Yang could very well intend to make an example of him as well, Steve makes sure to maintain his calm demeanor in hopes of keeping everyone in one peace.

As he went toward Alkaiser he kept his grin wide, eyes fiery, and to most students this meant to keep away. Sure, his initial command was as friend as he got, but he'd used this ploy many a time to make timid freshmen drop their guard before pouncing. With the red-haired boy, however, he'd be a bit more verbal with his approach, the glare used to cause the other's to fade away from the scene.
"What're you doing here?" He asked as he closed in on the boy, using volume that wouldn't span out to the ears of those trying to avoid the two man meeting.
Entering within his own striking range, and thus having entered Alkaisers as well, he kept an eye out for and motion of attack: A shift of weight, clench of the fist, anything that meant he was going to get aggressive. While his guard was up, he played as though he was as casual as ever: pushing his red lensed shades up high on his nose, grinning just as excessively as before.
"I know your from Hircine, I saw you there with the ex-captain... Wait... Who are you exactly?"

The Paragon captain closed in, ready to pounce at any moment. He was playing it down, but Tai Yang was not known to be the most patient man around, so Alkaiser could only assume that he was looking to dish out some punishment. Still, it wasn't beyond the redhead to play around with him for a bit.
"Who, me? My girlfriend goes to this school, what's it to ya?" the charismatic Sophomore bluffs. His time with the acting troupe was going to pay dividends, as he laid on a slight accent and gave an ignorant grin as if to suggest that he did not know the man who was addressing him. It was a good ploy put up by a clever man, but that didn't necessarily mean that it was going to completely fool the Paragon official. "The name's St-...uhh, Stan. Stan Barnett. I used to be a big shot over at Hircine, but when that good-for-nothing ex-captain of ours got shipped over here, I was left holding the bag." The Hircine captain took a pause as if to wait for a response. It was then that he realized that he might be able to get something out of this little lie. Since Alkaiser was already deep into deception, he figured he could try to learn a little information for himself, possibly about any more attacks that Paragon was planning. He continues, "I'm sure you heard all about that, though. Hell, people over here probably want Hircine to burn as badly as I do." Perhaps that little addition would be enough to earn Steve a bit of trust, or maybe it would be the straw that broke the camel's back. Still, if anything were to go down, Barzahd would be more than ready, so why not try? Alkaiser reminds himself by looking at the bloody body on the ground a few feet behind Yang.
"But enough about me, what's you're story?"

As soon as the boy began to spoke the young school Captain's brain switched over from it's sadistic, hungry attitude to a calculating, analytic sense. He took in every word, going over the tone in his head while he watched every part of the Hircine High's body that he could.
'For the most part he sounds truthful, and rather confident, but his name... Why would be he self concious about his name. If he's got a girl friend here then there's no reason to be stammering, unless he's here to patch things up. But no one would risk that unless they were completely confident in getting back together. That means he's not here for his girl friend, if he even has one, let alone at Paragon. Stan Barnett, sounds fake, especial with the stammer at the beginning. Can't have a stammer, not with the way he looks. He'd be way to paranoid to dress like that, just asking for confrontation, to stammer. So, he's a fake. Probably here to try and get information on Paragon, perhaps he thinks this is a team-enviroment, where we all work together.'
Having patched together all he cared to, and doing so just after 'Stan' asked who he was, probably another ploy nontheless, his lips twitched even higher into the sadistic smirk he gets when he's thinking.
"Your lying, Stan Barnett.... Geez, what a fucking fake name. Now, would you care to tell me the truth, or should I just beat the crap out of you now?"

It didn't take the man more than a few moments to see through Alkaiser's lie. That was impressive, but Steve hadn't improvised in a while, so it was a good try at least. The boy's overconfidence and blatancy remind Barzahd of several that he's met over the years.
'Geez, they promote those guys to captain at Paragon? I've seen plenty of people with his attitude become the community punching bag at Hircine...'
The accusation of deception came as no surprise. Steve looks down with a smile, non-verbally admitting his own guilt. His head rises, still plastered with a smile, as he begins to speak.
"Yeah, you got me. My name is actually Steve Barzahd," he answers, "and I'm here sightseeing to be honest. Problem?"
Upon being discovered, Barzahd knew he was now under intense scrutiny. He stood as still as he could, yet watched for any instance of hostility toward him. Should Yang get violent, Steve was confident with his speed that he could defend appropriately. The only x factor was how Tai's student body reacted. From the loud 'FUCK YOU' that served as his entrance noise, Steve was inclined to believe that most would not get involved, or may even support the resistance to their dictator-like head of the student hierarchy. Still, Barzahd couldn't count on any help, so he tried to check back on the wide circle of surrounding students as well.

A long shot in the dark.
Thats all Damien felt like. Like he, through his months of disappearance, had been chasing his shadow, and nothing had come out the way he had wanted. He grew stronger, mentally and physically, but strength wasn't the purpose of his absence. He had heard rumors that disturbed him, rumors from his past of a female that was hunting for him once again, something he was shocked and appalled at. He left to try and find that world he thought had died when he left it behind, but only came back as empty handed as ever. It wasnt like he found nothing, oh the contrary, he may have found too much, but in regards to the reason he left nothing was the better. What he had found changed him. Changed him dramatically. Not to say he was a violent person, but his entire attitude and aspect on what he wanted had been completely redefined.
His footsteps could be heard, the door behind him clicking shut as he entered the disaster zone that was the school he left behind. A hood, pulled up over his face, kept hidden, behind his hair, the now multi-colored eyes, the right one blue, the left one classic red. His face was cold, calculating, taking in the familiar surroundings of a place he had once wanted to rule. Paragon. His feet continued moving, passing through the halls in search of something. What, even he wasn't sure. Perhaps a fight, Perhaps a friend, Perhaps a-
His eyes came to a crowd, brewing around two students of mental worth. The current Paragon Captain, Tai Yang, and the Hircine Captain whose name he couldn't recall. He remembered the boys description, having spent his first few moments of his arrival listening to two boys laugh and talk about who they believed would win in a captain brawl- The red haired Hircine Captain, or the Brutal Paragon Captain. He only assumed they meant Tai Yang, and judging by the hair and outfit of the newcomer...well, he could judge the matter accordingly. He stepped into the crowd, moving toward the front, people looking over at him with irritation etched on their faces.
He stepped up to the front, standing just behind two other, shorter individuals, placing Damien in the "second row" of onlookers, if rows were to be defined. He wanted to see this. His face, however, kept on a look of confidence and supremacy, staring and analyzing the Hircine Leader. He liked the guy. Liked how he held himself, liked how he spoke. He noticed Tai Yangs own stance, his confidence and arrogance radiating from him like rays of sunlight. He decided to remain a spectator, but if anyone else jumped in on Tai's behalf, the red head would Find Damien at his back, watching it. Why? Because he disliked Tai yang. As both a leader and a person.
Its true, he never met the kid, but after his approach and hearing the words of both sides, Damien made an estimation of his person, who he was and is. Cocky, and self-reliant. Beating on anyone who got in his way and not caring for the consequences and possible ruination of students lives, crushing them under a weight of fear that they were going to be next. Truthfully, were it anyone in a fight against Tai, Damien would hope for Tai's defeat and defend the other person if it came to it. He did not, however, want to jump into a scrap for the mere sake of disdain for one of the participants. He wanted a fight to happen, which seemed more and more likely as time drew on, so he could view and assess Tai's ability and strengths.
He would watch, hands at his sides, as Hircines Captain looked the crowd over, his eyes passing over Blaze, who only smiled.
This was going to be a most rewarding experience, and Damien would be here to witness every moment.

"Problem? That depends on whose point of view your looking from."
Taking a small step back he extended his right arm from waist level, pointing it towards the growing crowd of onlookers. They knew something was amiss. There was a rarity occurring within the Halls of Paragon Institute, and that was the idea of Tai Yang being civil. He hadn't simply talked to someone like this since before his ascension to School Captain, when he was recruiting pillars. The fact that he had now spent a good minute plus around this guy meant that there was something more to him then just becoming another victim.
"See, now we have a crowd. People change drastically while being watched. It's like a drug, forcing people to do things they normally wouldn't."
His coy smile grew a tad bit wider, almost sadistic as he stepped back in, tilting his head down as he was well past personal boundaries and striking ranges. His body reeked of hostility, similar to that of a shy person transforming into a fierce fighter under the spot lights.
"You see as a student I don't mind you being here. In fact it's almost like a compliment, that you'd come to see how one should govern a school. That's right, I know your a fellow Captain, though a lazy one."
He paused for a second, letting all this information sink into Steve's skull. It was a lot to take in, coming to a hostile environment and trying to fit in, only to be shown as the outcast. When that happens things take a mental turn in the other direction.
"But! But, I'm not just a student here at Paragon, I'm the school Captain. To you we might just be the outcasts of society, but here we've made our own. And, lets just say you've broken one of our rules: No outsiders."
Moving backward he stopped just outside of his own striking range, just within the Hircine's School Captain's, and dropped back into a fighting stance - making the confrontation completely real.
With his right leg back, pivoted over at a forty-five degree angle away from his opponent, he sunk into low based stance. As his body went down, his hands went up, both in a loose knife hand as his left was outstretched and his right was positioned just under his elbow.
"If it wasn't for the crowd I would've let you go, but they want to see blood, and you've been chosen as the sacrificial lamb."

(OOC:I have several exams this week, just to let you know. This will probably be my last post until Friday at the earliest.)
The conversation became more hostile as the crowd grew around the two boys. Whispers flowed back and forth, giving a surreal white noise to the situation. Alkaiser stretches around to the back of his head and gives it a scratch. "Aww man...I was really hoping that we could be friends." He pulls his hands back down into fists and takes an unassuming defensive stance.
Alkaiser puts his lazy frown away in lieu of a confident smirk, as he continues. "And for the record, you're not the only one who knows people, Tai Yang. Even within your own group of so-called outsiders, you stand out considerably. Maybe it's the terror and hate everyone looks at you with...or it could just be those tacky glasses."
There was no doubt that the situation was bad. Not only had Alkaiser been discovered, but he had been engaged and was now antagonizing the opposing captain. Still, there was one right that he would grant the Paragon leader as a sort of home-field advantage.
"But I'm not here to start a fight, Tai. I wont be the one to throw the first punch, it will be you that makes that mistake."

"Tacky, pssh. Your just jealous that you can't pull it off."
His weight shifted slightly, giving more of a bend to his back leg as he let his left heel rest lightly on the ground. From outside perspectives it looked like his front foot was planted, but that's why they say not to judge a book by it's cover.
"But your wrong, here it's not a mistake to throw the first punch. No, the mistake is purposely giving it up to your enemy."
Through the countless fights that had begun and ended in this school, that was the primary rule of engagement. Whatever you do, be the first to strike, whether it be mental or physical, strike first. The students of Paragon had almost turned it into an art form, albeit a rough, undisciplined one, but an art nonetheless. It mostly came from being able to induce a sense of worry in their enemy, whether they had bundles of courage or not. Perhaps it wasn't fear, but a seed of doubt or carelessness is often planted, giving room for it to be watered and fed throughout the fight, and ultimately consume the soul of the infused.
There was a reason he moved outside of his own striking range, and that was the combination of range and momentum that needed to be incorperated for this first attack. If there was one thing at all that Paragon's school captain had over every other student in his school, it was speed. In everything he did he incorparated speed, and when he found someone to specialized in the same categorey he'd often leave them feeling belittled and shamed, even fearful.
Pushing forward from his low stance Tai Yang stepped out with his left foot, raising the toes off the ground and extending his foot forward, putting more of an angled lean on his back leg before he pushed off, rocketing his body forward like an arrow as he twisted his hips - and more importantly his shoulders - over as he threw out his left hand, forming it into a fist at the last possible second. His target was Alkaiser's solar plex, and when attacking the body of a larger fighter from outside or own range there's two things you absolutely needed in order to be successful: Speed, and a lack of fear. Not necessarily courage, as courage is what's needed to combat fear. Just a lack of understanding the principles of fear is enough. Some might call it insanity, other's courage, but whatever it was it remained important.
As he threw out his punch he threw his right arm back, keeping it opened in a knife hand position, but basically doing nothing but drawing it back. He felt confident that his punch was nearly unblockable, due to it's angle, style, and projection. So all he was waiting for was either the rebound from his fist fitting the tender area of the torso, or his opponent's backwards movements.

Alkaiser smiled at Tai's defensive nature when it came to his fashion. Obviously Steve wasn't really griping about the glasses so much as poking fun, and for a moment it seemed like the two were exchanging light-hearted teasing freely. If it weren't for the circumstances and that whole mental instability thing that Tai suffered from, the two might've actually been friends. Turns out that's a pretty big 'if'.
Barzahd, ever the politician, had to disagree with Yang's next remark. The first blow was more than just an attack. It was a declaration that there was nothing between the two but violence now. It was burning a bridge, and it meant that struggle would be between the two schools as long as the current hierarchies stayed in tact. Besides, for the first blow to have any effect on the fight, it would have to land correctly.
Yang was the kind of fighter that threw caution to the wind. Steve could already tell that this man was quite dangerous by the first blow that he selected. It was a fight-ender, right off the bat. A haymaker straight lunge straight for Steve's solar plexus. Fortunately, this type of blow was often quite easy to deal with, and was a gamble from the second it was thought up.
In order to get through to the center of Steve's torso, the attack would have to surpass both of Steve's hands, which he held up in his defensive stance. As the shot made it past Steve's first arm, he would bring it down like a gate, deflecting the blow somewhere much more safe. Meanwhile he would move his other hand to attempt to advance his position.
The front hand reroutes Yang's fist into Steve's stomach, which he had trained to resist most punishment. There was no doubt that the shot still stung, but it wasn't nearly as dangerous. Steve winces as he allows the fist into his midsection, where his other hand would spring into action, gripping onto Tai's wrist with all of the strength that Steve can muster. Like a whipped man biting into a piece of wood, the pain of the punch would only amplify the lock that Alkaiser had on Tai's forearm. The crowd lets out mixed reactions to their captain's apparent success, only recognizing that the attack had landed, nothing more.
"Ah, so you're pretty fast, huh?" Steve chuckled, wondering if he could have kept up with Tai a year ago when he had still been focusing on pure speed. Now he was more well rounded with a speed emphasis, but he doubted that that would be enough.
Now that Steve had the hand, he had too many options. He was a judo trained, bigger and stronger fighter who had just caught the speed guy getting careless. It was wonderful. For now, he just looked on at the smaller fighter whom he had ensnared, looking for a counterattack or an attempt to get free. After all, a grapple was an investment and he wanted to ensure his.

Taking the punch head on showed heart, but it wasn't exactly smart. Tai Yang's punches weren't as light as his body made them to be. Regardless, since his punch was redirected it did lose it's usual sharpness, but was left out there as bait. Had he intended to react upon the first notion of his opponent's actions then he would've leaned his body back and snapped his fist back faster, instead he left it out there, allowing it to be grabbed at the wrist.
For his attack his stance was a mess, his weight wasn't balanced as he had the majority of it on his front foot - which wasn't flat on the ground as it should be. Rather, his left heel was raised off the ground with his toes digging into the tiled surface. His back foot was raised up, the edge of his toes barely grazing over the surface. He seemed to push forward much harder then most technical fighters would, really hoping to dig his fist into his opponent's body.
Perhaps it was a 'hay-maker', not in a technical sense, but in terms of power. From all outside appearance's he wanted to end it before it began. But, perhaps it was rather a feint for his real attack. His opponent had a longer reach then him, so he needed to get in as quick as possible to be able to optimize his striking abilities, so what better way then to blitz in rather then bob and weave under jabs - assuming the taller man was a striker.
If you looked at the first attack as the true attack, then you were wrong. Simply, it was a set up, but not for position - though it helped - rather for Tai Yang's forehead to implant itself in Alkaiser's nose. That's what the sloppy stance was for, acting as a spring to launch him up and into the face of his enemy. More so, he used the grip his opponent had on his arm to help do so. He was already close enough, the first punch showed that, so he pulled himself up and in with his arm as well as with the leap.
All formalities were over, the Hircine School Captain would find that out as the Chinese-American's forehead broke his nose. Talking was a privilege only available in comic books. The Paragon School Captain was to active in a fight to allow his enemies to mutter anything but muffled screams of pain.
After his head butt, assuming it connected and his opponent's head was reared back from the force of the blow, Tai Yang's right hand would begin to snap out - even before he landed - to strike the exposed throat of his Rival Schools Captain. It wasn't meant to be a brute force strike, just strike with the stinging aggravation that his speed provided. Not that he needed brute force to damage the windpipe, any palm strike would work.

Post by Tiao Lei Shen on Dec 22, 2008 20:24:23 GMT 1
Among all the faces of students standing in Paragon Institutes' hallways, Steve Barzahd wasn't the only outsider. Tiao Lei Shen entered the hallway after the talk had just begun, listening with a grimace to the idle chatter between the Captains. Tiao Lei Shen would forever be associated as a Pillar of Hircine High, despite his final year being spent at Paragon Institute. This, in addition to his preference of solitude left him as an outsider as well inside Paragon. However, few were foolish enough to try and assimilate him to Paragon's ways.
Tiao was one who stuck out more often than not wherever he went, Paragon being no exception. Today, however, it was. The Tiger of Hircine would garner little attention at the moment, as the crowd's interest was easily swayed towards the two school figureheads. Soon enough, words would turn hostile, and Tai Yang wouldn't make his challenge very subtle.
Tiao Lei Shen never recalled actually running into the Captain of Paragon, but he'd be an idiot to not know him when he saw him. According to what was overheard in the halls, the two of them were the most speculated about, forming a rather strange contrast. Whereas Tiao wanted to be left to himself, Tai fed off his popularity. Regardless, publicity would find them both.
Tiao didn't like many people, the former pillar easily listing Tai in that group, but Steve "Alkaiser" Barzahd was more or less a friend. Tiao, in his mind at least, had been directly responsible for Alkaiser's rise to power. Giving him the Pillar title that would lead him all the way to School Captain with Scott's transfer. Tiao wasn't exactly friendly with Alkaiser, usually having kept a proffessional relationship til recently. Recently being having limited to no contact these days with eachother. Still, old habits die hard, and while the old comparisons of Tiao to a guard dog for Darren were made to be slander, there was some truth in it when directed towards his loyalties.
Pushing his way through the crowd, Tiao wasn't able to stop the first attacks, Tiao not exactly in a rush to get to the pair. Approaching from Tai's back, the crowd would begin to seperate as Tiao made his way through. Most attention was still directed towards the Captains, but as Tiao pushed his way through, attention began to perk up. Tai would throw another punch, a sloppy hay maker that Alkaiser would have to deal with on his own. Immediately following, Tiao's right hand would grip the back collar of Tai's jacket behind his neck, planting his left foot hard behind him as he swung his right arm back in a baseball pitch before the headbutt would land.
It wouldn't be anything damaging, but with his attention focusing on Alkaiser he would be unable to see Tiao's quick interruption, pulling Tai straight back away from Alkaiser. If his balance was at its best, Tai would be forced to stagger back a few feet at the least. More likely, Tai would be forced into a backwards roll, assuming he was capable. Tiao would stand slightly in front of Alkaiser and to his left, placing himself somewhat between the two Captains.

The fight was over, that's what Tai Yang thought as he sprung upwards from his punch, tensing his neck and tilting his chin downward. His speed was top knotch, he felt as thought he couldn't be stopped by his opponent. A broken nose and a damaged throat would end the fight. The tale of this fight would blitz through both schools and the city street faster then any before it. One schools Captain would have proven his dominance once more.
Yet, all this was pulled away a split-second after his push off from the ground. His body was pulled backwards, drawn mostly from his left side as he spun half way to the side while being pulled back. Leaning back as his feet hit the ground - a short distance from where he started to attack - bending his knee's on the landing he pushed off, and from the lean back went into what looked like a backwards cartwheel, only with his left hand.
He could've just stumbled back, but that was a waste of his talents, and given that he always enjoyed showing off and acting like he was in the movies, this seemed to be the most suitable form of balance control. Of course, he wasn't smirking in apprechiation towards the man to stepped between him while he was about to finish the fight.
"Back down Pussy Cat. People here don't take to those who interupt there entertainment. The kid over there agreed to fight when he first stepped on Paragon grounds."
While his words may have just seemed like he was acting tough, the truth was the crowd actually seemed irritated. They despised him, hated him, feared him, but they also enjoyed watching him fight. He had a charisma, a crazy charisma that attracted them, and as long as they weren't on the recieving end then they were happy. The fact that he was going against Hircine High's School Captain just made things better, as up to the point of interferring, he looked as though he was going to beat him senseless.
