For a campus that uses dorms this school still has a decent amount of cars out here.
Kyukaku tightened his grip on his backpack, continuing up through the parking lot on his way to the front doors of Hircine High. There were just as many expensive sports cars than regular ones. It made sense, that most of these cars were probably for commuters from the suburbs, where the families were at least mildly wealthy.
Kyu continued up, his mind travelling to what the friends he hadn't caught up with yet were up to. There were a few others he knew that was here, a few other names he recognized as well but he hadn't gotten confirmation on most of them. Kyu paced by a mustang, one that looked strangely familiar to him a moment later he put the pieces together.
"Looks like Leon's..." Kyu muttered as he turned back to look at the parked car, doing a full 360 as he turned again towards the school, continuing on through the lot as he turned his around the area, scanning to see who else was around, and if by chance he recognized anyone.

'What's a good way to mess with a good friend's head...'
Loire's eyes seemed to be following the quiet tread of a nearby Junior with a light laugh, his mind racing for a solution to his question. He could simply yell at his back, or grab the basketball nearby and chuck it at his head, or he could...
'Even better.'
Dashing forward, Leon tried to hold back his grin, but pulled off quiet a show, "Hey! Who the hell do you think you are?!" charging after Tyler Scott, Leon prepared for his friend to begin turning around - or possibly not turn at all - and as soon as he was within reach, Loire's right arm grabs his friend's back pack with a force similar to a hostile, and twists him around forcifully, expecting a fist waiting for him in return...
"Hey, can you really smash in this pretty face?" Leon Loire questions innocently, grinning at his face, "Where you been? I haven't seen you in a good while!"

There was a shout from behind him, Kyukaku starting to turn but before he could felt a handhold on his backpack. Kyu instantly pivoted, grabbing the attacker's wrist as his right fist went out, stopping just an inch away from the man's nose.
"Leon?" Kyu paused, holding his fist there as his mind digested what his friend was saying. After a moment Kyu lowered his fist and dropped Leon's arm from his grasp, a broad smile coming upon his face.
"You know, you really shouldn't do that to me. With how my first day here went yesterday, I should of all rights broken your face by now." Kyu paused, giving a hard slap to Leon's left shoulder out of good nature before he finally answered his friend's question.
"But well, you know. If I thought getting out of prison was hard, it was even harder getting out of the city. I had to wait for the trial date and all, though thanks to a certain friend of ours and his sister that's been cleared and I'm an innocent man, despite what that Pillar has been spreading around." Kyu mentioned with distaste towards his encounter in the cafeteria.
"So how about you? Whats the future president of the U.S.A. been doing since the transfer?"

“He’s been whining, whining…, oh and whining. Nothing new, though.”
Donar “Anders” Kvist said while looking up from his resting place. Looking at the couple talking to each other. For a moment, Kvist had hoped Kyu would’ve smacked Leon in the face out of anger or just idiocy. Kvist was the kind of guy who showed up when you didn’t want him to be there. Then again. You never wanted Kvist to be around. This time it just seemed worse than the rest of the time.
“What a wonderful coincidence I get to find you two playmates here at Hircine. I haven’t seen you fuckers since the day Kira bled all over the roof.” What a fun memory…
He slid off the hood and landed lightly on his feet. They could notice one thing; he was now far taller and stronger than they could ever wish to become. Looking down at the two play-time-fags a half-smile showed itself to Kvist’s mental image of himself. The others would only see his much-appreciated mask. He lifted his arms down from behind his head and put them into each their respective pockets and fixed his gaze on the two who had once held the same kind of authority in Varron Academy as him. He might as well get to the point.
“What do you pansies think about their false sense of security? And what would you wankers say to a simple agreement..." It'd be a hell a lot of easier with their agreement. Chances are they might just leave...
He waited before he would explain the deal, to wait for their inevitable retorts where Kvist would have to make a sentence, questioning their sexuality before he could explain what the deal was about. He leaned back, placing his elbows on the hood of the car, hands still pocketed and allowed them to speak.

Loire glanced to the fist hovering just over his nose with a bit of instinctual concern, his own body starting to tense itself in reflexive action. But his will order for a halt. He knew Tyler Scott reasonably well from before the... "incident," and regardless of what jail life had done to him, Leon still trusted him as a friend and political ally.
And besides, if "being in the inside" had changed Kyukaku enough that required intervention, Dain Gavyns would have whooped it out of the guy by now.
"It was a risky choice to do, but hell, I'm famous for such things, right?" Leon spoke in between Tyler's first two statements with a light grin, a friendly voice and a calm stature. Life at Hircine High had so far been chaotic thus far, but with Tyler's return, things were starting to look up...
Then, without warning, they toppled once again, and this time, even further.
Loire's ears caught the scratching of a voice drifting toward the two from nearby, and the sound instantly struck the cold chill of blizzard down Leon's spine, heart, and mind. It had been a long time since he had heard it, but his brain chemistry had literally implemented that voice to a single "man," and his horrific deeds that deserved more than death.
One in particular ringing out the loudest...
At the sound of the bastard even bringing mention of that event, Loire felt his hair rise, and when he heard the mention of an agreement, his eyes of navy blazed violet.
'I may have flexible morals, but I would never be caught dead...'
There were so many things Leon wished to attempt on Kvist's life at the moment - no matter his supposed bodily "strength." He wished to jump him, here and now, beat him with all his animistic power, and crush the life out of him. He wished to run off, find a firearm, return, and blow the conscious out of Kvist then and there.
And then there was always the daydream of breaking Kvist in other ways, one "medical" method in particular that always satisfied a darker side of Loire's Id.
Slowly turning to face the monster, Leon felt his glare blaze on the mask with a fiery ice, but knew that regardless of any possible intimidation from Kvist, it would not be shown. Leon recognized that the only true option was to walk away, but there was always the option of reducing his hopes of "persuading" them.
"Sorry Kvist, but even I have standards of those to talk to, and they happen to have you as the example of pure evil. Take that as a comment all you like, but know that places just as much risk on your... 'life' as you probably believe you can hold against mine..."
Leon grinned a bit, perhaps darkly, and allowed himself to remind Kvist of one other thing before leading Kyukaku away, "Remember that while you clearly revere your life, I don't give a damn if I die; it's the only reason like cowards who hide behind masks are forced to attack others to get the attention of people like me. But do remember Kvist, that if I find you harming anyone of the Varron or Hircine community like you did Kira Karyuudo, I'll see to it a particular person on the docks has you hunted, handicapped, and taken to the F.B.I.... and with the help of a new friend of mine, I'll make sure the waiting hospital has orders to 'repair' your frontal lobes. Understand?"
Leon looked to Tyler Scott and nodded, before beginning to stroll forward, "You shouldn't have come back Kvist... you'll soon realize how regretful of a choice that was, especially when you find the entire American government waving your head on every bounty hunter's blackberry..."
Leon did not care to give Kvist the chance to waste a reaction. It was clear he'd revert to his primal insults and 'satisfactions', but Leon had heard enough of them. Kvist would die someday; that was clear. The only factor was when.
'If I wasn't busy dealing with our current situation, I'd go to Blayne and request for help. But if Kvist becomes a large enough problem, I'll be willing to swallow my own pride to deal with a greater evil...'
Then again, as he felt the chill of evil send fright into him, a satisfaction revived a bit of his conscious. As liberal a human as he was, as rebellious as he could be, even he knew that some aspects of the human existence required dire punishment.
And Loire knew exactly had to deal with Kvist. How ironically well.
"Your future President is busy dealing with ending corruption - as well as dealing with scum like him." Leon muttered to Tyler as they strolled away, more than likely still in Kvist's range of hearing; it did not matter, if he struck at them, he'd be gone within minutes. Blayne would clearly be ready to take down Kvist once and for all if necessary.
"What about you? Where have you and Dain been this whole time?"

(OOC: Flinstones? Wtf is wrong with you Emil? ) Waiting for the reply to his question, Kyukaku was taken aback at the voice that spoke up in Leon's stead. It was one of the voices that would never leave his memory, no matter the length of time that could pass by. "Kvist..." Kyu snarled under his breath before the man continued. Kyukaku's thoughts went back to the day Kira was hung off the roof of the school by her leg. It was Kvist's doing, but Kyu hadn't forgotten who else was there. Shuya Katsumoto had also been a part of it, but he had also been the reason Kyu was bailed from jail so it was difficult to place hard feelings towards the man for any incident he was part of, whether he wanted to or not. It had been a hectic day, the violence ending with Kyukaku in hot pursuit of former gang leader. It was then that Kvist had delivered a message through the intercom on how it was Leon, Kyu, and Legion's doing of what happened to Kira. It was then Kyukaku had probably gotten himself high on the list of transcripts to the Hircine Pillars; Kyukaku had stolen the microphone from the principal's hand, delivering his own message that in turn split Kvist's believers, causing supreme conflict within the school. Kyu snapped back to the present as Kvist sputtered something about an agreement, Leon retorting back. Kyu remained silent, Leon's words flowing out of him with anger and supreme distrust, which no man could blame him for. With a final statement to Kyu but obviously directed toward Kvist, Leon began to stroll away, Kyu keeping pace at his side. Leon asked him another question as Kyukaku came to a halt ten yards away from Kvist. He looked back to where Kvist stood and then back to Leon, pulling slightly on the cloth of his shoulder to alert him he had stopped walking as he ignored Leon's last question. "Leon..." Kyu started, turning back to face his friend as he continued. "Aren't you curious as to what he wants to say? We know he's a bad guy, like a real bad one. But whats the harm in listening?"

"What's the harm? What's the harm?!..." Leon quipped back, clearly agitated with even questioning the thought of ignoring Kvist. Leon knew Kyukaku had experienced just as much pain as Leon had when related to Kvist; hell, Tyler may have received even more pain. Leon had stated his intentions toward Kvist no matter what, had he not? It was clear he didn't care what the man would want, so why should he waste time listening?
"The harm is the factor of our morale. We should be open to listen to the opinion of most people, but when related to him, you and I know damn well that it shouldn't even be considered to compromise with him. He's a monster, an abomination of society's darkness, and I won't stand for a second here even to think of 'compromise' with the situation we have. Our only intention should be liberty at the moment. But I won't stoop so low as to consider siding with Kvist of all people to gain it, IF that's his suggestion."
Still, Leon could see that there was another option to Tyler's idea, and perhaps he was right; listening wasn't exactly cooperating, or even considering to accept it.
Yet, Leon could not bring himself to even consider listening to the man. Frowning profusely, Leon turned his gaze away and sighed, pressing his forehead tightly together, "Fine, go talk to him; see what he wants. But I'm staying right here, and you can't argue that. Just go figure out what the hell he wants, and say 'no' at the end, got it? I'd like to move on..."

”Oh my, what unjustified anger…” And suddenly a new thing popped into his mind. “… You should know that anger leads to the dark side...” A snicker left his mouth before he simply just relaxed and allowed Leon to vent his anger. Kvist simply closed his eyes and took the full barrage Leon was capable of spitting out at him. A nice mixture of hollow threats and failed taunts. He ignored the blunt of it and only liked the irony of Leon’s words. His starting statement clearly contradicted the rest. But, he was no poet, and he couldn’t care less with what Leon said in his anger.
“A particular person on the docks. Uh, scary.”
Kvist tilted his head back and looked at the sky, the blue and white while the two friends discussed whether they wanted to talk to Kvist or not, after some time, Leon allowed Kyukaku to listen to Kvist’s simple proposal.
“Non-Aggression-Pact. To put it into a fancy title. But for your mediaeval brains. You stick to your affairs, and I stick to mine, without any interference from the other party. And of course, I won’t harm your girl friends or whatever they are to you… Deal? Or shall I hunt down… Let me see… What about…, Hikari?”
I need time to gather my strength before I have this system come crashing down….

"I know Leon, but to pass on a chance where we could find something out just through sheer stubborness isn't your style. Actually, its typically mine and you would be arguing in my shoes. Regardless, I'm far too curious and we could miss something that could be vital to us."
After a moment Leon caved in, accepting that Kyu's idea to hear him out isn't that far fetched. However, Leon refused to follow him, turning his head away in agitation. Kyu smirked slightly, throwing a "Yeah, yeah" over his shoulder before he continued forward, walking in front of Kvist.
Kyu crossed his arms across his chest, narrowing his eyes at the man in front of him. "Talk." He stated simply, listening as Kivst began.
"A non-agression pact hm? 'Cause that worked out so well with Nazi-Germany and the Soviet Union." Kyu rolled his eyes, bringing them back to Kvist.
"How about this for a deal: you go crawl in a hole somewhere and die, and we'll let you rest in piece. Let's get something straight Kvist. You can't expect us to truce with you when you blatantly make threats towards friends of ours. You have no influence here and that makes you desperate. Desperate enough to try and make an allegiance towards the ones you wished to crush the most. I'd more readily work alone than ally myself with corrupt officials or the likes of you. So let's get something straight; you come near Ko's girl, or any other single living being I hear of, and you'll never walk again."

The bitchy look on Kyu's face already told Kvist the answer before it left Kyu's mouth. His start had Kvist say "Thanks..." Because Kvist was rarely compared to Nazi-Germany or the Soviet Union, who was behind unparalleled deaths at the height of their power, such kindness from the good guys was rare. But Kyukaku went along with hollow threats. Apparently. But Kvist was not one to take something like that serious. So.
"Your mistake..." In a swift motion, Kvist had taken out a small hard object from his pocket and flung it at some freshman student. The rock bounced off his head and caused the boy to fall to the ground in sheer surprise. "Living beings like that?" He snickered and took a step back before turning his back to Kyukaku and started to walk away.

'A Non-Agression Pact? I should have figured as much...'
The hostile meeting was finished within seconds. As Leon struggled to hear the trade of words between the two men over his own pumping blood, he heard Tyler react in a clearer fashion of his own reply, something that made Leon smile rather comfortably.
'I told you so Kyu...'
The reaction was classic of Kvist; from a few feet to his right, Leon heard a light thump behind a person's head, and a heavy crash against the ground. Leon turned his head sharply to see a Freshman boy against the ground, his eyes widened in sudden shock of surprise, his left hand attempting to push his body up as his right hand examined his lightly-bleeding blond hair.
Leon looked to the two diplomats to find a scene he expected: Kvist leaving, and Tyler turning back to meet Loire and the fallen boy. In the meantime, Leon edged toward the fallen Freshman, leaned downward, and moved the kid's hand to examine the wound. "Relax kid, let me just check to see."
Sifting through the wet hair, Leon found the source of the cut. It was small, something not even really worth stitches, but still needed a bit of attention to make sure the kid didn't fall asleep.
"You'll be fine, just a little thing. Still, get to the medical wing and have it covered, and make sure to rest - but not sleep - for a few minutes. You'll be fine within a half an hour; so be happy! You got out of class."
Helping the Freshman stand, Leon allowed him to walk off on his own strength, something that would help him feel self-confident much more rapidly than treating him like a child. He said nothing, something that Loire expected, and walked off rather in a rush. With that matter dealt with, Leon turned to Tyler Scott with a grim grin, his eyes still a bit fiery from the encounter.
"I won't rub in the fact I was right, but I will say this: what did him to request that made you so curious? After all, it is Kvist, and you supposedly meant to be the stubborn one..."
