Personality: Calm and collected, Mitchell is often seen as a cool, withdrawn individual by strangers and acquaintances. Often soft spoken and polite around others, Weiss is typically someone people feel comfortable around, especially because of his innate ability to listen and to speak. Mitchell does not chat or interact in excess, but he is certainly not introverted. Usually a private person even around friends and long-time students, Mitchell seems to break out of his norms when the subject of politics and history are brought up. Extremely talented at avoiding political bias while educating, Weiss keeps students going through passionate lectures and workshop-styled discussions. It is extremely rare to see Mitchell lose his temper or personal control, even when in combat. Thus, he is often seen as a sophisticated, well educated being, and does not intend to disappoint.
Mentality: Mitchell is realistic, observant, and analytical; while his teaching style is typically seen as more conservative than more popular teachers, Mitchell is remarkably creative and intelligent, and rarely trips up if schedules change or students act up.
Politics: Mitchell keeps the facts of his politics away from the majority of those he knows. For those he has informed, it is on a basis of how they know to best “assist” him in his matters as Deputy Director.

Fighting Information
Fighting Style: Undefined (Free form, possibly relatable to Street Fighting)
Description of style: Mitchell has never been fond of engaging in combat, as he’s always been more of a thinker than a fighter. However, he is no fool; seeing as the Corporal Punishment System is a law of violence, Weiss knows that his authority as a professor – as was his survival when he was a student – relies heavily upon fighting, and the fact of his abilities as a fighter. Mitchell has never formally trained in any fighting style. Instead, he fights through split-second tactics and instrumental strikes. Mitchell will take a hit when necessary, usually acts on defense, and when he sees an opening through his opponent’s own, he strikes hard and fast with his legs. This form is typically effective against the lesser fighters of the schools he has always attended, and while his experience over the years has lent him strength throughout his attributes, he knows that it is inevitable that he will fall to a strong combatant. Again, defense and leg strikes are his primary style, so Mitchell feels that if fighting becomes more important for him, he will search out a professor at Jeung to train him.
History Information
History: Dr. Mitchell Weiss has, in all cases, led a relatively normal life for someone in his stature. Born in Munich, Germany, the man grew up to parents that worshipped intellectualism, and though they cared for him, their concerns for knowledge always preceded their priority for their son. This was clear from the very beginning, as they sent him to a comfortable private school in Prussia just after he turned eight years old. He spent all of his young life here, learning the basics of knowledge, and learning even at his early age that attachments could lead to weakness – and so everything became a luxury to him, and nothing more.
When he turned fourteen years old, Mitchell listened with a curious note as some of his classmates begged their parents to take them home, as the school was strict and plain. Weiss did not want to return home, though; once he turned fourteen years old – the point at which all of the school’s students were meant to depart – he instead asked his parents to send him to the United States for schooling. They were not bothered by this decision, and were actually satisfied with his request for the move. He was immediately sent to Boston, Massachusetts to another private school that was well known for trimming Harvard applicants. There was no time spent at home before he left.
For twelve years thereafter, Mitchell Weiss focused on nothing but two things: one, to leave Harvard with a Doctorate of some sort, and two, to become a citizen of the United States. The first step was to excel in his new schooling at Boston, where he proceeded to impress every professor he ever cared to spend more than five minutes talking to. He learned American history, American literature, American politics, and most importantly, the American psyche. And everything that he learned, Weiss could not help but be fascinated in it all. Over time, he adopted the hobbies that continue to fill his time: his violin, his reading, his rum drinking, and most importantly of all, his insatiable taste for brunette women. Passing through his private school with ease, the same came to him when he entered Harvard’s undergraduate program, and before anyone realized it, the man had a bachelor’s degree in political science within three years, of which he shaped into a doctorate after three more years of learning. Two more years of schooling would gain him a Masters’ degree in psychology, and once he had gained this final sign of power, he would leave Harvard behind, and travel southward for Washington D.C.
Mind one thing: throughout all this time, the only time Weiss cared to speak with his parents were during his undergraduate graduation, where they attended and hoped to finally accept him as their son. By that time, it was too late; he no longer cared for family. They haven’t spoken to him in years.
After his arrival in Washington, it is uncertain what he accomplished, but he did gain a reputation for the tattoo that was embedded on his left hand – a simple shield outline with a navy-blue cross crest. No one knew where it originated, but whenever asked, Weiss merely smiled and waved the question away. Publicly, it is said that Doctor Weiss was a part of the Congressional Committee for Public Schooling, but it is uncertain. What is known, however, is his recent and sudden promotion to Deputy Director of a California School board, which has surprised all those who worked with him on the scenes of the Capitol Building, but no one cares to guess why he moved so far away.
Some do, though, and they guess suspiciously. But they always make sure to keep their thoughts hushed. One thing that people learned about Mitchell was this: never think you understand him, because once you do, he’ll surprise you in such a way that’ll leave you breathless, or dead with shock; or worse. That is the danger behind his eyes. And now he’s a deputy director; for what reason? Only he can really answer.
