Things had been moving poorly since the little spar with Pine. Dirk knew that his men were growing restless, Paragon had brazenly attacked! But he had his own problems to worry about now. He knew the former Warmind would be on his way soon, and there were whispers of old Lipless being seen.
The few contacts in the Network would confirm that. Dirk could almost damn them as he continued running through the halls. Two large security guards chasing after him. If it weren't for the explicit directions that the cylinder with undoubted some kind of information, were not to fall into the guards hands under any circumstances, Dirk would have turned and fought.
No, in return for the information he was playing running boy for the Network. So he ran slamming into a wall as he turned a corner. He had to keep moving now, room 305 was supposed to have it's door open. It was coming up on his left, Dirk threw the canister in and the door closed soon after wards. The burned boy turned another corner his task complete. His hands gripped the corner and he let out a hellacious yell as he clotheslined one of the guards. The dull wet slap sounding as his skull bounced off the tiled floor.
The other guard barely had a chance to stop his momentum and turn around before Dirk leapt onto him. His hand engulfing the man's face and slamming it down into the floor again and again untill the burned boy was satisfied he could walk away without either getting up immediately.
He would begin walking down the steps down, tired from the small ordeal. The only downside to the exchange, he knew, was that the Network was just as like to sell the information of his location after the mission to someone else.
And if someone was looking for him, they could follow that information directly to him. Tired from the running and the fight.

Armbands. Six in total moved down the hallways without much of a sound. Like ghosts the six moved dressed in black hoodies as if trying to emulate shadows. Shadows that could both hide and deal damage to those that tried to stand against them. Then their senses picked up the hint of a scent, a familiar scent. That of charred flesh and a troubled mind. The six moved in unison down the hall toward their prey. Hearing the shouts of people the sounds of flesh connecting with flesh and ground. Then nothing but silence, the fight was over. That what was left was what the prey they pursued now there panting from exertion and the weaklings on the ground.
The six turned the corner all with hoods covering face. The leader stepped forward cutting off the burned students ability to continue moving forward. The hood was lifted to show a face of scars, a smirk, and auburn hair. Blue green eyes focused on the tired burned man like a hungry predator to it's knowing prey.
"Dirk...It's been a while I can assume you know why I'm here?" He said in a rather plain manner, hiding nothing from the demented mind in front of him. Pine awaited the reply ready to move should Dirk choose to flee or fight. In his condition the fight would once again go fast and in Pine's favor. If he ran he would be run down and beaten like the disobedient dog he was.
Pine knew destroying Dirk would ultimately be the only way he could control him. There was no doubt that is how Ein dealt with the man. Pine however had a proposition for him and would prefer to talk it out than to fight him. If they could come to an agreement on how to co-exist there would be no reason to yet again spill Dirk's blood. It would also give Pine a new and dangerous weapon to use against the enemies of Genaht.

"Come to me this time eh? Didn't expect those info traffickers would sell me so quickly."
While that was what he said, Dirk wasn't entirely surprised. He wasn't on the best of terms with the Network, his mischief causing heightened security from time to time and limiting their movement. Still the next thought in Dirk's mind would only cause him to grin.
"So He told you to use me, otherwise you would've had me down by now."
The Burning Mind was a whirl with activity, most it of focused on the most effective means of breaking the tight formation infront of him and making it to one of the groups of his Chaos of Thought. Dirk didn't count on a group being nearby however, and he was too out of breath to make it too far before being overtaken by the group that was infront of him.
He would stand to talk with Pine for awhile, if only to regain some breath. If he was going to fall he'd make sure he'd sow as much discord as possible. He wanted these men to doubt and if at all possible, for Pine to doubt as well.
Where Pain seemed inevitable to Dirk, he would have to make sure Conflict would be dispensed heavily into the minds that were infront of him. He would try to show them that question was required, that the conflict of ideas was the only thing to keep them going.

"Considering I am one of those information traffickers you speak of you really shouldn't be surprised." Pine replied quickly and sharply to Dirk. He wasn't interested in Dirk's opinions and thoughts, all that mattered to him was the answer to his question.
When Dirk spoke about 'him' and his orders to use the burned boy Pine let out a small laugh. The fact was that Ein really didn't care what was done to Dirk only that he fell in line with the order and behaved himself. Behaved himself until Pine needed him to do something fun.
"Ol' Lipless doesn't care what I do to you." Pine replied and motioned for his men to step forward slightly so they were completely blocking one viable exit Dirk could use.
"He did come looking for you the other day though. He isn't to fond of how you and your followers do things. He actually came to beat you back into place. The fact is he ran into me first. Instead of beating you back into line he left the gang affairs of the school in my hands. I have no interest in fighting you or your men as that would be a drawn out and pointless battle. We are really on the same side, we just have different methods of going about things. So I have a proposition for you. Come back to the gang, you will keep your men and your methods as there is a place for them here. Trust me, I have plenty of work for you and your men in the next little bit. There is much fighting to be done and much blood to spill. All I ask of you is that you come back to the gang and agree to the original rules you swore too when you first joined. Yes, that does mean that Ein is still in charge overall of all Genaht activity."

Dirk would laugh harshly at Pine. Dirk a part of Genaht! That was a hilarious idea, the man had come to first to bargain with things Dirk already has and then claims that he was ever under the Tower of Ein?
His sides were hurting as he spoke through his laughter, the chaotic howl that shook his hair to expose the intricate designs in burn scars that ran along his head.
"Boy where do you get off?! What next, if I come back I get to stay on the Planet Earth! Haha, I've already got my little slice of Genaht and you'll have fun getting rid of them. And what's this when I first joined shit? I've never served under you lot. You ignorance is astounding, Warmind."
Dirk would embolden Pine with the harsh reinforcement of the word ignorance, knowing that despite the stoic nature of most of the old guard, calling them Ignorant or Arrogant could push forth the more chaotic tendencies. Almost as if the words themselves inspired the person to act that way.

~Someone gave you some bad information it seems~ The little voice in his head said as Dirk literally threw Pine's words back in his face.
Did Pine mind being laughed at and insulted? Yes, yes he did. Was he going to rip the burned mans throat out? Not at this moment. For now he would keep his anger in check. A small smile crossed his face. Vicious as it was, he was not going to act with it. It is what Dirk wanted and therefore something he wasn't going to get.
"You seem to misunderstand burned one." Pine began still holding the smile on his face. "You have enough men to make my life difficult for now. What you fail to grasp is that I've been doing this longer than you have."
Pine didn't have time to finish his thought before four security guards came down the hall behind Dirk. It seems security some how knew exactly where to find the burnt man. Could it have been that the cloaked figure standing right behind Pine, screened from view, had messaged the security desk to alert them as to what happened? Did that person perhaps work as an informant for them?
Pine's smile turned twisted as he watched the four approach somewhat cautiously. These four were ready for what the other two were not. Pine waved at them and pointed at Dirk before he spoke lowly so only the few in the immediate area (minus the guards) "I know how to deal with problems such as yourself. Have fun trying to get past either the six of us or the four of them. Oh wait, I guess I should say have fun trying to get passed the ten of us."
(OOC: Security guards are also under my control so yeah...have fun!!!)
