Korin stood in the main lobby, his hands buried deep in his pockets and his eyes staring up at the crowd. He allowed his dark mind to wrap around the lobby as he scanned it, deep in thought, looking for potential prey, allies, friends, and enemies. He knew that he would have to start making a name for himself if he wanted to get anywhere in removing the scourge upon the school. Korin slowly let his fingers run through his golden died hair, his lazy eyes staring in front of him at something that looked like it could get heated. A teacher was preaching to a Hircine student, who under the influence of a varron student he had seen a while earlier, refused to do what the teacher asked. The little runt thought he was begin cool by going against the teachers orders. As the teacher walked away, perhaps to fetch someone else, the student began to walk toward the lobby where Korin was.
"Hey kid" It happened all in one instance. The boy's face turned to face the source of the voice. However, where the boy thought he would see a face, he saw an elbow. It was flying at him at him at a high speed, and he could barely blink before the impact surged into his face. His nose was crushed under the pressure, a squirt of crimson flew up into the air and over Korin's shoulder. The damn runt began to fall backward, grasping at the air for some support. The same way a cat did when it realized that the lazer pointer had led it to jumping off the balcony porch. Korin began to laugh as the beautiful sound of skull on tile echoed throughout the lobby. He watched as the skeletal build of the boy ricocheted of the ground, bringing his muscle and flesh along with it. After that minor bounce he finally came to a stop on the ground, looking up not exactly knowing what to think. His gaze was slowly fluctuating between blurry and solid as he looked up and Korin standing over him.
Korin's knee slowly raised up, and shot his leg down. The bottom of Korin's sneaker planted the boy's face, smashing his skull once again against the tile floor. A splatter of blood drenched the bottom of the shoes, and some of the lower sides of it. Korin stepped back off the kids face, letting his bloody shoe print form on the same tile floor a quite a bit of blood drops were on. Korin slowly moved forward, finally seeing the stunned crowd around him as he lifted his foot slowly. He could feel the stickiness of the thick dark crimson liquid as his bloodied foot lifted from the floor. He smirked slightly as he glanced around the room, looking around the lobby for others.
"Any Varron-shits wanna speak up?!"

Few things can unnerve a person like the sound of spilling blood and breaking bones. Under the boy's foot, the helpless victim's life was flashing before his eyes moments before losing consciousness. Such a display was hardly even commonplace back in Varron city...but to see such violence occur from Hircinian to Hircinian...it brought many questions to the surface.
What the hell...!? Why would you do that!?
Enraged, Alkaiser reacted by immediately jumping forward from the crowd of petrified students. This had nothing to do with his plans to disguise himself as an ex-captain...this was just standing up against a perceivably unspeakable crime. As if the attacker had not distinguished himself enough, Steve had his finger pointed straight into the boy's eyes where his own leer soon followed. A flurry of three teachers ran forward from the sea of students to attempt to help the unconscious Hircinian, who still lied face down in a pool of his own fluids, under a reddened sneaker sole. It was still unclear as to if the kid would let them close enough to help the recipient of his punishment.
Did you miss it!? He was one of you...but I am not! Stand down, NOW!
Steve was really in no position to be giving orders, considering the fact that there was still a person under the other guy's heel. He also didn't take time to notice, but he was playing the part of the "good guy," something he was not to be very well known for. He stood there with a devilish sneer on his face, ready to try and stop this guy right now, whether the pillars liked it or not. He just wondered if he would be able to protect all of the frozen students behind him.

Korin stood at a slouch, his weight leaning to one side and therefore one of his hips pushing out left. His right hand came up to just below his face, and he curled his fingers inward to his palm. He inspected his nails, his left eyebrow raised up. He allowed a small chuckle to escape his lips as his eyes brought themselves up so that he could look into those of the boy who had decided to make a stand. It was just as he expected. Naturally, with students coming from a school known for it's violence, there would be some who have had to fight back. Obviously a few of those people would end up here, and be just the type to threaten to use violence in order to save/help someone. However something about this boy worried Korin. The sneer this boy was giving off showed a little more dark intentions then that of a self-proclaimed hero. He knew that he would be making a mistake to take this one out, since that is the kind of person he could get to help him.
"It's funny, us humans..." Korin began to pace around the body of the boy. "We find ourselves so stimulated, so sickly aroused by taking advantage of how fragile our fellow race members are. It is as if we care less about each-other than we do of animals, plants, and our world. Yet we are the most similar things to each-other, the only thing we can relate to. I can only deduct from this that each of us has a strive to become the best human out here. That's right, in each of your little insignificant brains you have a desire to slaughter everyone else around you. Denying this is a shame."
Korin went through the motions, talking so perfectly evilly yet to him he felt as though he was reading from a script. Did he actually believe this bull-shit? No. But it was a great monologue to get yourself noticed with. Korin stepped back and motioned for whoever wanted to to take away the body, and soon enough it was removed from the sight of the group. On the inside Korin prayed he didn't end up killing the person, that would be quite bothersome to his plans. He stepped back and faced the boy once again, his arrogant smirk still thick on his face. He didn't care for the kind of kid he was acting as at all, but currently the important thing was drawing an audience, then presenting himself to them physically. He didn't know exactly how he would get this boy to help him, but he would sure as hell try.
"Now then, uh.. you." Korin purposely placed the humor of not knowing the name to lightening the weight of the situation. "Chances are me and you will both get blamed for this if any of these ungrateful fucks see what two more powerful people are capable of. Now I know standing on principle is important and all that jazz. However, you really won't want the damn pillars of this place lighting a fire under your ass whenever they think you are up to something from now on. There are a few things we can do at this point, one is to get the fuck out of here, and discuss things somewhere else. However the way to do it without missing school hours is to make sure these witnesses don't remember anything... Heh."
Korin chuckled again. He laughed slightly as the teachers who were taking the boy away stopped in their tracks, starring quite frighteningly at Korin and the other.

"...Denying this is a shame." Steve dropped his finger as the other boy began to calmly give a speech on the state of the human race. It was a nice, eloquent, well thought out speech, but it wasn't what Steve called for. Soon after he finished, however, he allowed for the teachers to move the body of the victim. Steve breathed a small sigh of relief through his nostrils, while still holding the grimace on his face.
It was then that Steve re-evaluated the boy's intentions. Large spectacle, many onlookers, strong tension...it was all too familiar. The way Alkaiser pieced it together in his mind, the two were more alike than he had at first believed...because both of them had donned a persona and were using it to make a name for themselves. It was an act! He wasn't sure how this knowledge would help him, but Alkaiser still felt empowered knowing it.
Returning his attention to the boy, he heard him begin to suggest that it would be best if Steve helped him get away with his display instead, and that the pillars would be on watch for him should he fail to comply. This was a great point, but the problem was it swayed Steve against helping in any way. The objective of his fake persona was to get the pillars to take notice through his bold actions, and he felt that this situation could now help him achieve that.
Steve stiffened his upper lip and shook his head. He replied "In that case, we'd better get down to it. Last chance, there will be less for these students to forget should you take your leave now."
Alkaiser had regained control of his temper, and now thought of how he should play this. He could practically feel himself gaining influence in the school as they spoke. Oh, and hey you! The name is Alkaiser!

Korin's eyes fluttered left and right, scanning, searching. Soon they caught something of interest, a boy to Korin's right was holding a rather large glass bottle in his hands, slightly full of what seemed to be a Jones Soda. Korin let his eyes seem to keep searching although he had found what he looked for, and then he looked at the boy ahead of him. This boy seemed to be either looking for trouble, or looking for attention. What he seemed to miss is no matter what the two did they were caught, there were cameras recording every word they spoke. It was pathetic to think of this boy's lack of knowledge about schools, especially school lobbies, was so low he didn't know about the cameras. Korin however allowed himself to nod and turned to the right.
"I suppose I will have to take my leave then, I think you will get in more trouble for allowing me the chance to get away with this act alone." Korin said. Sadly, this was an honest comment. This Alkaiser boy had just told Korin that if he left he would let him leave, even after he threatened everyone in the crowd, and injured, perhaps permanently injured a student. Apparently this boy's powers of deduction were not as sharpened as Korin's as he did not see the possibility of Korin saying no. Either way though, he headed toward the boy with the bottle, turning as if showing he was going to squeeze through the crowd.
"Or..."
Korin's foot flew up, amazing flexibility was shown as he let the bottle be pushed into the air with his shin as his foot hit the bottom of the boy's chin. The boy flew through the air slightly, and came to a landing on a lobby bench, breaking through it. That wasn't what Korin was concerned with though, what he needed to do was get that bottle. Luckily he had prejudged the angles right and by shooting his left hand out he managed to catch it easily. He brought it closer to himself and adjusted his hand so that he held the skinner part of the bottle, near the opening. With a hard swing he smashed a teacher up the side of his head, shattering part of the bottle and slicing up the teacher quite badly, sending him onto the ground clawing at his face for some form of salvation.
Korin made a mental note. 'Cuts + Green Soda = Pain'
He turned toward the boy again, turning the bottle in his hand as it now became quite the weapon. He decided he would use his persuasion tactics, and attempt to let this boy know exactly what kind of attention he would get helping Korin. However he would do it subtlety, and without breaking character too much.
"If you help me get out of this mess I will do it without this bottle. If you choose to fight me there is a 95.6% chance you will get cut. A 67% chance the cut will be serious. Aswell as a 30% chance that I will kill you."
Korin smirked, and walked slowly back to the middle of the circle.
"Of course you could always just join me and we can wreck this damn place together. Chances are your strengths will be useful against this boring school. Care to help me liven it up?"

If you give them the chance, even the most stable of students will surprise you. This one did not appear to be anywhere near stable status, however. The first surprise came when he indicated he would be stepping down. Steve vigilantly watched him as he began to shrink into the crowd of students. That was Alkaiser's mistake.
In an instant the good situation turned sour once again. For in that instant, Korin's foot flew sky high, busting through another student's face like a rocket breaking through the atmosphere. In that moment everything seemed to freeze, and Steve's experienced great visual clarity. In this still frame you could see the evil grin back on the instigator's face, and the fear in the eyes of each student. You could witness a bottle of soda dropping as the boy's limp body followed behind his traumatized head.
In the next moment Steve broke into a dash. The talk was over, and as the boy reached up for the bottle Alkaiser would try to spear him underneath his raised arm. But the boy was out of reach. By the time Alkaiser arrived in range, the fighter had smashed the bottle across a nearby teachers face and raised it up in a threatening swing. Barzahd stopped dead in his tracks, forced to listen longer as the two newest victims lied on the ground, rolling in pain.
Statistics lie, and liars use statistics. 99% of all statistics are made up. But Steve had already accepted that this kid wasn't being completely truthful. As he listens to the kid speak, he thinks to himself "I'll take those odds." This thought was followed by "But where the hell are the Pillars to take care of this guy?" Out of the corner of Steve's eye, he noticed some teachers filing students out of the lobby cautiously. One more time, the other man proposed that Steve join him instead of opposing him as he walks back to the center of the circle.
Steve floats in at the best angle he could get and targets the bottle in the boy's hand with a snap kick, using all the speed he had. That's quite a lot of speed in case you don't know Steve.
YOU'RE ALL TALK!!!
In this moment, the situation takes one more turn. Focus in on Steve, trying to regain his balance from such a display. Then, notice the bottle, rocketing upward. In the next moment it will shatter against the ceiling and shards will fall on top of the two boys in the center of the circle. In that instant, Alkaiser had made his decision.

Korin smirked slightly as he watched the boy back up to the middle. He had seen the dash forward, and the stop as he realized that he couldn't get in a hit. That meant that he obviously had no intention of joining him. This Alkaiser fellow seemed to like to fake that he was bold rather than to show his own human cowardice. Korin himself felt himself already knowing that Alkaiser were first go for the bottle. It was no divine power or skill of foresight. It was a simply knowledge that as a mortal this kid would not want to get stabbed while trying to go against an enemy. With that knowledge Korin stopped playing with the bottle and subtly brought it closer to him. He loosened his wrist and arm for them to move quickly, and soon enough the boy was coming forward with a snap kick.
Korin's wrist tilted upward, his smirk gaining size. For a kick to come from the ground up to the bottle it took a bit of distance, less that it did for a wrist to bend upward and for an arm to pull about an inch back. However also factoring in that all actions were faster than reactions and you got exactly what happened. Korin's wrist bent up and the bottle was pointed upward much further back from it's original position. He felt the shoe scrap up the back of his hand, which took off a small portion of his skin. However at that moment it didn't matter, for his other hand had already begun to come forward. His left hand closed around the kid's extended ankle and head on tightly, above the bone. Without hesitation Korin shot the bottle up to the boy's bottom of his pant-leg, and began to run it up his leg. It would cut deeply, and at about four inches before the quickest reaction that this kid could to.
Short, skillful motions. A speed, and a sense for physics was all that Korin needed. He was no longer doing theatrics, he cared not for looking interesting or doing anything for show. At this moment all he cared about was the boy in front of him, and weakening him enough for him to either give up, need to stop, or at least for a long enough time for Korin to get out of there. Once again he wasn't a fan of risking his life in a fight, and he would have never grabbed the bottle had he known that the boy would go against him. He would not let this one die, and he probably wouldn't even go against him to the extent that he did on the student earlier. He saw pieces of himself hidden in this Alkaiser boy, and he knew that in a different world the two would be great allies, or perhaps, even in this one.

The bottle sliced through skin, tearing straight up the leg. Barzahd let out a yell of pain, the green soda burning in the wound. Steve's calf tensed as quickly as the nervous system would start it's reflex. He begins to pull away from the attack as hard as he possibly can in order to minimize the damage done to the limb. As Alkaiser does so, he elects to make an offensive move of his own. "Make him pay for each movement." he silently reminds himself.
The opponent's hand was still latched to Steve's leg, considering his attack was not yet finished. Therefore when the limb shot back, the other boy would either be ripped off balance as he held on or would jump back from his own reflex to let go. Steve elected to use an attack that would not be effected by either of these scenarios.
Forming a double-axe handle with his hands, Steve swiftly hurled his force towards the back of the boy's head, hoping to either disorient him or knock him clean out. Should he let go of the leg, his natural recoil would increase the force of the blow, as well as allowing Steve to somewhat regain his balance. Were he to hold on to the leg and go off balance himself, however, he would be left in a very compromising position and Steve would just strike down with all of his might amplified by gravity itself. Either way the blow would be quite potent.
After the move connects Steve plans to follow his opponent down to the ground where he will manipulate an arm to pin the boy face down and potentially get him under control. Should the boy somehow stay standing, Alkaiser will attempt to take him down himself by grabbing the same arm and twisting him overhead.

Korin felt himself being yanked forward and only had one thought that somehow managed to pull him from panic to anger and let him keep his cool. This was very fortunate considering in panic Korin immediately would have his psychosis sink in.
'Fuck this.'
Immediately Korin let go, still heading forward slightly but putting his hands in front of his face so that if a knee came up he wouldn't be hit. Unfortunately his prediction was wrong, he was hit rather forcefully on the back of his head. Immediately he reacted, throwing himself down with the strike, and then turning this little head-first fall into something a little more graceful. He tucked his head in, chin down to his chest, and pushed his lower body over his upper body. A simply forward roll to keep himself from being tied up or hurt further on, and yet he managed to accomplish something himself as well. Since the boy's hands were on the back of his head due to no opposing force, Korin's forward roll would lock the boy's hands under his own back, with no real means of immediate escape. Now as Korin came over the roll he had this boy's face right at his feet. He allowed his foot to shoot up, and apply an amazing amount of force to the underside of the boy's nose.
Due to the closeness of the situation, there was no real impact between the bottom of the foot to the bottom of this boy's ol' sniffer. However the pushing force on such a very tender spot would be enough to send him stumbling back, and probably cause a minor nose-bleed. A definite thing it would do would be to make this Alkaiser boy's eyes water. This would mean that Korin would have enough time to get up from this strange position.
(Assuming everything went as predicted.)
After Korin had rolled back up to his feet, going backward and up from where he forward roll was. He stood in the middle of the circle now, where this boy was at the edges, either not seeing much but blurs or most likely rubbing his eyes. Either way the dark student in the middle would dart at his opponent. This was less of a sprint then a stride, allowing his feet to gently touch and leave the ground, so that the student would not be able to hear him apart from the crowd. He would come close and nearly beside his opponent, but staying a bit back. His right elbow would already be cocked back and coming in full force, aimed right for the kid's face, which, if the kid was still rubbing his eyes, could have blinding consequences.

As Alkaiser's attack connected, a forward roll was initiated. Although damage was still taken, it was quite small due to the fact that it's target was already moving in a similar direction. The other boy's next idea was quite an unorthodox one, as he attempted to make this movement more functional by trapping Steve's hand as well. It was a clever move, but it wasn't very practical. As the boy made his approach to the ground, Steve allowed himself to swing through the horizontal move slightly further, causing his hands to escape the trap by swinging to the boy's side in a circular motion.
The boy would most likely notice that there was not a pair of hands under his back and immediately elect to finish his roll. This was a movement that could easily be manipulated to Steve's advantage. The upside to using a forward roll would be the few feet between you and your opponent which could serve as a buffer zone once the movement had completed. The downsides were that you had to get on the ground and that the end position put your back to your enemy. Steve planned to utilize both, by interrupting the movement before the boy could return to a standing position.
Alkaiser's form would lunge forward, and in an instant Steve would wrap his arm around the boy's neck, locking his hand in his own elbow behind the boy's shoulder. He places his free hand behind the boy's head and clinches his grips tightly to form a very familiar move known as the rear naked choke. Steve performed these movements with great finesse, as the move was often practiced for just such a situation. Should the simple yet effective move succeed, Alkaiser would drop even further onto the ground himself so as to increase the pressure to vital status and limit the opponent's ability to struggle. Should it fail, Steve would slam a knee into the middle of the boy's spine from the already close range, causing him to sprawl out and thrust his chest forward and his head back. This attack was not completely necessary, but would provide a larger target for Steve to work with, and more time to attack, with which he would try again.

Korin felt that he had not successfully trapped the hands of the boy, and therefore quickly hooked what would be his kicking hands down toward the ground. His feet planted and quickly kicked him off backward, into a back roll that allowed him to come up slightly further from where he started the forward roll. He back off a bit since the boy seemed to lunge forward to do a move, to close space and since the boy could not get his back chances are he would react and stop. Even so the fact he lounged forward would close some distance between them, and allow Korin's next move to be performed precisely. The attack was planned slightly and then Korin allowed himself to step forward, two long strides toward his enemy and then his left leg shot up.
He made point not to wind up his leg far behind him to emphasize he was kicking, instead letting it fly up after his other foot was planted just slightly ahead of it. While his right foot pivoted to the right, his left leg came swinging around in the form of a roundhouse kick. This kick was aimed for the opponent's right rib cage, at least it would be the right to his opponent. Korin used his hard shin-bone so that would this move connect it would either hit straight-on and crack a rib, or it would force it's way in between two of his ribs therefore pushing those two apart. The first one would be more of a long lasting pain and injury, however the second one would be instantly numbing and cause the opponent to not be able to move for about five seconds. Whichever happened, of course, depending on chance.

As Alkaiser was lunging, he noticed the kid return to his feet. Kid had some good speed, and even the usually unmatched Barzahd was quite impressed. Today Steve's speed was not with him however, as one of his legs had been torn apart and now left a trail of red liquid everywhere. As the boy got up he adjusted his stance slightly. He was going to attack, but from where?
Steve wanted to shift directions to get out of the way, but his leg shot up with pain and he stumbled into the same path again. His lunging strides were wide, so he had no chance of coming to a stop. Steve had one option. He was gonna ram the kid. Even though he was slow, he was certain even the other boy would concede that he was already right on top of him. Probably why the kid prepared his stance to retaliate.
A silent prayer rolled across Alkaiser's psyche. "Please don't punch, please don't punch." As he arrived, it seemed his prayers had been answered in quite a painful way. Steve had made it close enough in to take most of the leverage off of his opponent's kick, but his lower thigh still came crashing into Steve's side, putting him in more pain. All he could focus on right now was the target.
The two slam to the ground, Alkaiser on top of the other kid. Hoping to use whatever shock the collision caused to capitalize on the situation, Steve immediately swings for the boy's right cheek with his closed fist. As he does so he attempts to carry himself up with his other arm and his legs to pin the boy under his own weight.

*FUCK!*
Korin found himself falling backward, his other leg in the air keeping him from having any chance of stumbling out of it. He could only watch the ceiling fly higher and higher, until the deafening impact hit. The back of his head slammed hard against the tile, and as he shook the blurred images away he could hear a significant ring in his ear. Immediately he tried to move his fingers, only to find that he still held the bottle, in his left hand however. With that immediately Korin lifted the bottle up to attempt to stab Alkaiser's face. However as his bottle came up and his elbow lifted he felt something hit his elbow. It was a punch that Alkaiser had aimed at Korin's face. However the impact on Korin's elbow forced his bottle somewhere he didn't want it to go. His own chest.
The razor sharp, spiky edge of the broken bottle forced itself deep into his chest. He gritted his dead, and felt his arm become locked, immediately he knew what to do. He RIPPED the bottle out from his chest and flung it around. This time it hit Alkaiser's chest, leaving a large gash across from cutting. It was not nearly as deep as Korin's stab, but it would work well for pain. Korin tossed the bottle into the crowd, and brought both of his fists together, which was hard because he had to grab his trapped fist with his free one, and pull it up. He brought both fists up at once, each hitting the cut and forcing Alkaiser upward. Now that he was up a bit Korin slid his legs up in between the two, planting his own feet on Alkaiser's cut chest and kicked him up, obviously throwing him off of the mess the two had made on the floor.
Using the same motion from the kick, Korin swung his legs over himself and went into a backward roll, bringing himself to his legs. As he stood up he looked down at the huge amount of blood on the floor that came from the two, and looked up at Alkaiser.
"Well, you certainly TALK big, I'll give you that. However this bout was not yours, you're certainly seeing this now. However I wouldn't want to stain my clothes any further with the blood of a maggot, so I think I'll leave now." Korin said this knowing that Alkaiser would be foolish to push on with his wounds, and Korin had no desire to bleed to death either.
"I guess that make you my competition now huh? Well if so, then you certainly have not seen the last of me." Korin said, he turned toward the crowd, and with a simple hand motion, got them to separate. As he walked out he gave a glance back at Alkaiser, and said to him.
"Oh, and I almost forgot. The names Korin." and he left....

Korin...you son of a...I can't believe you're runni...
Steve couldn't even finish his sentance. He knelt there, his bloody finger raised as he held his chest. He didn't know when to stop. His body seemed to be holding his fighting spirit back, but none of that mattered now.
He never even bothered to make his fake position of former Freshman Captain known. "Somebody better show up to identify my damned body." he thought to himself. His act seemed to be the least of his problems, however.
Whether it was from blood loss or exhaustion, as soon as Korin left the area, Alkaiser collapsed onto his side in the red mess smeared all across the tile.
