IC Thread: HereHircine High Trackers Radio BroadcastRun-Time: 4:14 PRODUCER: Hnilmik CAST: Annette Steadfast – Rina-chan Sean Shelby – Byron (PSO) Lackey A – Kyle Garrett Lackey B – Katie Denhart Teacher – Omahdon (Edwyn) Boy A – Kyle Garrett Boy B – Omahdon (Edwyn) Girl A – Wolfwings Girl B – Hnilmik Familiar Faces: Rina-chan = Silvia (XIN) Omahdon = Legend (XIN) Kyle Garrett = Ari Karamzov Hnilmik = Myself Voila. Last time was a newspaper from the Keystone Predator, this time it's a (highly amateur) radio broadcast from the Trackers. Hopefully, this'll inspire the lot of you to get into the groove of things by bringing the Hircine experience even more to life. If not, hopefully it at least provided some entertainment~ I was working on this for a several weeks in advance (during Spring Break, supposed HW time, and while I was sick), so if the news here isn't as updated or heck, even consistent, I blame my miscalculation of the IC events. I'm still new to using Audacity, so please bear with the sound quality. Background sound clips were from sounddogs.com . I tried to keep this under wraps for a long while now and enlisted the aid of VA's from the voice acting forum (VAC) I frequent, so that ought to explain why there aren't too many other familiar voices in there. I linked all the VA's to this thread, so be sure to comment and let them know how you feel!

So, was this just a big net get-together? Or did you have them do their own clips separately and then you ''connected'' them together using your program?
xD Admittedly, I thought Rina-chan was you... ^^; Considering it was over a year ago since I saw the XIN Flash, and I haven't watched it again since...
But~ It's nice to see some familiar faces in the cast (Kyle? What's this ''Kyle''? xP I kid, but I love the fact you got a couple of the XIN Voice Actors to join in!). A job well done, and I do hope you'll be wanting to do more of these. I have a feeling they're going to be rather popular on the board (I know I LOVE the idea of it).

I had them record separately and I connected them together, yup. Most of the cast are in different states and Omahdon is on another continent even.
^^; And no worries~ At first I planned on doing Annette's voice, but I just didn't have the right pitch that I imagined her to have, so out of the auditions, I had a tough time deciding between Rina-chan and Wolfwings especially.
On the bright side, I might be doing more of these as soon as HS finishes up and college frees up more time. I had a great time working with my cast, so I look forward to it~

Nicely done. I did recognize some of the voices, when I heard them I went " Oh shit, is that Silvia and Legend's VA's? It is!" This is an ingenius idea, I look forward to the next one, although for the events, I don't even know what'll be reported on. Again, well done.

Dunno if you're willing fork up the money (or spend time finding it) but have you ever tried Sound forge or Sony Acid? I can't say I know Audacity too well, but I've had my fair share of Sony's mixing program and find them to be quite useful for sound/music editing and such

Yeah, aside from some recording difficulties and the like, it was a blast recording this. Sounds great as a whole, heh. Thanks for the input, everyone.

I can't hear it... Just says ready and nothing happens after that...
And no, pressing play won't make it work.

Some of it was a bit hard to hear over the background, but I really enjoyed this. Good job to you and the voice actors, Val.

I'll be sure to look it up sometime though. Meanwhile, I'll see if I can send the file itself to people who can get in touch with me or use a hosting thingamabob. I'll probably include the script some time later. [EDIT]: Here we are. Enjoy~
