Ok, so here's the deal. I'm sick and tired of having these ideas running through my head and no way to vent them other than to tell friends and hope they can picture it right. So I've decided that since none of my local friends seem up to the task, I must now widen the breadth of my search.
I seek a partner to help me create a webcomic. I know many of you may think this is a fruitless endeavor, seeing the large volume of comics that already populate the 'market' so to speak. But from my POV, it's all free, so it doesn't matter how overcrowded the field gets, there's always someone out there to read it.
I've at least 2 different comics in mind, though I only intend to pursue one of these for the time being. But I've never really been much of an artist, and I don't think I could really do the right kind of humour for simplistic stick figures without blatantly ripping off one of the many out there.
In short, I'm looking for an artist willing to output at least one comic a week. I'm putting no restrictions on style here, so I'll take anything you're willing to show me into consideration.
I'm not going to dive straight into the fray here... I just want a list of people interested in my proposal (And if handy, a link to any artwork you have online), so I can get an immediate feel for whether or not I'm wasting my time. If I get a good response, I'll put up a script and see what you guys come up with.

(I hope you know that this is Steph XD) Well, I suppose I wouldn't mind. So you can put me in the list. Plus, you already know my style, and all, so you know how my work is. But just for in case, click here for my sheezyart account.

Why not use the thing you used for the XIN comic thingy some months back? It gets the job done, i think.

Technically, those images are © GaiaOnline.com (even though they are from tektek.org, it's just a simulator for your avatars). =\ So unfortunately, I don't believe he could do that (unless he signed up and asked one of the main admins) and used a disclaimer on the site. I wish you luck, though, Nick. -Nods.-

Goddamn, man. Whaddya know, I've always wanted to do a web comic.
Problem is, I'm no artist, which means I likely shouldn't be replying to this topic. Anyway, I'm always looking for new webcomics to read (8Bit-theatre being my current favorite) and I'll be interested in how this turns out.
If I could help in any way, I would. Perhaps writing? Ideas?
Good luck.

I've got writing mostly covered. Though if you know anything about HTML and Website Maintenance in general, that could help as I'm quite rusty with that stuff.
