The Article to be discussed is on the second post of the Xin Chat #2 Recap thread. Please read to decide your opinion regarding this poll.
As I'm sure many of you have heard, the VIP and Staff have recently been discussing a possible change to the current Gang NPC matter. Kurtz felt the old way of choosing NPCs was inadequate and oudated, and many of us agreed, but would not replace it until we had a possible alternative. I came up with one, it received a positive reaction from everyone in the Xin Chat and the VIP section, and now the only thing left to check before making it official (and therefore requiring all Gangs to follow it) is to check that the rest of the board likes it.
If you agree completely, you don't need to post a reply, but it is encouraged either way. If you feel a change is necessary to the current suggestions, please post a suggest or merely what you think is flawed so we can discuss it. If you disagree completely, please state why.
We'll be locking this discussion in one week, so get your thoughts in as soon as possible please.
