Just like the old days(Open)

[Tong Xian Tian]

Xian had been in San Fransisco for a good long time now and had learned almost everything about the place. Of course it was nothing like Varron, where she had lived there for two years, but it was still a beautiful place to be in. The good thing was that there was not that much fighting here and the Chinese girl felt much safer in this city then anywhere else. It wasn't a perfect place to be in but it was better. But the thing that Xian missed the most was the woods in Varron. Sure, she had almost gotten killed in them a few times and such but it was still a beautiful place. Plus Xian never learned her lesson and always returned to the dangerous things, often hoping that it wouldn't be like like other times before.

So Xian stepped into the forest, looking at one tree to another. It was different then Varron, but it would have to do. Plus she would maybe find something interesting somewhere.
The Asian girl stepped in further, looking at everything carefully before walking at a steady pace. She looked down at the ground and then at the sky. The forest was thick and very tricky with all the roots sticking out of the ground and such. But she would manage.

As she walked on at a steady but slow pace, Xian could hear something moving in the bushes. She looked at the area around from where the sound had clearly came from and observed it carefully. All seemed to be quiet and back to normal until something popped out of the brush and jumped onto her and away. Xian scream as she felt the furry thing brush her skin and move away. Though she wondered what it was, not being able to see anything from it because of the way it moved so quickly.
Though as Xian turned around, she saw the creature sitting in the tree behind herself.

"Ming Ming?!" she exclaimed seeing the little golden monkey sitting on the branch and looking down at her. "You scared me! What are you doing here little buddy?" she asked as the little lion tamarin jumped onto her shoulder and rubbed itself on her cheeks. "I missed you too little buddy....c'mon, we should get going home."

Xian was about to walk away but soon realized something. She had no idea where she was.

"God dammit....why is it always me......?" she asked herself. "ANYONE AROUND HERE?! ANYONE?!" she yelled out, hoping someone would hear and come for her.

Kruzy was taking a hike.. the nice pine and maple smells of the forest and fresh air, were just wonders compared to the city. He took this little trail, that to a non-observer, the trail could not really be seen. As the ground was covered in weeds and leaves, but some little things stuck out... a broken twig here, a tree with a bent branch, it really was too hard to notice... unless it became dark at least.
After hiking for maybe a mile or so, the quiet forest changed. A voice was heard in the distance... at first it sounded like maybe the wind whisling in the trees... but when knowledge kicked in.. Kruzy knew it was a person....

~Is that a girl?...... well... you never know, she could be introuble~ Kruzy began to think to himself as he began to run through the thick brush. Dodging most of the pricker bushes, except for one that got him just below the right eye... about 3 inches long, while a decent amount of blood ran down....
~damnit..... it can wait~ He thought this time... thinking that this girl may be more important.

He finally got to a point where he could see a figure, a girl... and what seemed either at first like a parrot on a shoulder, but then apparently turning into a monkey form instead.

"Are you alright? you need help?" Kruzy said slightly out of breath, whiping the red liquid from his cheak, smearing it as his hands were just covered in dirt.

Xian worried more and more. She was lost, so how else could she feel? She knew that it was a bad idea to go in the woods, she did have a bad past with them,but of course she disobbeyed the little angel on her shoulder and listened t the michevious little demon. Poor Xian, but it WAS her fault really. She seriously needed to be more careful and at least try harder to listen to the angel.

So the Chinese girl walked around the forest for a bit, not going too far and walking slowly. She needed to find a way out and didn't want to get even more lost then before. But as it seemed to be going, it seemed that no one was in the forest. She would have to find a way out by herself. Xian sighed and closed her eyes helplessly. She then opened them up and looking forward.
"Hmm...maybe if I just stay here for a bit...surely someone will come help...I just need to yell louder! Yes, that's what I'll do!" she exclaimed, her hands in fist as she was now filled with determination.

"HEEEELLPP!!!! SOOOMEOOONNNEEE!!!!!!" she yelled again. Xian then walked over to a tree and sat down next to it, her back to it's trunk. Hopefully someone would have heard her, but it wasn't a sure situation.

Though after a few minutes, a sound could be heard from the brush. What if it was a bad guy? What if it was a wolf?! Xian had a fear of wolves...But...maybe it could be help! Nah, she doubted it. It was definately someone who wanted to cause harm, she was almost sure of it. Though...she was known to be wrong very often. But just for in case, she was ready, her body in an attacking stance.

And then it came out of the bushes. Xian was now ready, but he the guy who came out talked kindly, seeming woried more then anything. Ming Ming jumped off Xian's shoulder, sitting in a tree. He was afraid of the new guy, not sure what to think of him. Xian watched her monkey for a few seconds and then looked towards the guy who came to her.

"Oh yes! I'm fine, I'm just....a 'lil lost. Heheh..." she laughed nervously, her hand behind her head. "Can you help me find a way out?" she asked, placing her hands back to her sides.

Xian now took a good look at his figure, but the first thing she noticed what that he was the blood on his cheek.
"Oh my! You're bleeding!" she exclaimed. You could haved stopped to cover that. I was only lost, not injured. Tee hee." she giggled. "Do you know anywhere around here with water? We might as well clean you up...."

Kruzy glanced at the girl in kind of a yet dis-appointed face. She wasn't hurt, just a girl lost in the woods, though it was bad enough that she was lost. Kruzy took a few seconds before replying to her, trying to catch his breath from running so fast. It was more than a workout having to dodge in and out of tree's and pricker bushes, and jumping over stumps and branches.

"Well...." He first said, still trying to get his breath back.
"At least you are okay.... thats the best of it..." He stopped again, rubbing his hand on his jeans, whiping the forest grime and blood off his hand that came from his cheak.

When he finally had his breath returned, he smirked ever so slightly, taking one mroe step foward, then stopping maybe about 5 feet from her.
"Well, after that experience running... thiers a stream back the way i came" He said while holding his finger up, pointing in the direction. "But i don't really need to clean it, I should be fine"

"By the way, my name is Kruzy.... er, well my real names Steve, but just call me Kuzy, if you'd like anyways".... "So you need help getting out of here huh?"
