It was at least 5 p.m. The school was closed to all other extracurricular activities, but the gym was open till 7 for anybody that lived in the city to workout, hang out or whatever. Training was somthing else that Kruzy liked to do, other than build cars and hangout with Raven. The thought of staying in shape, and keeping up a fairly tone body kept him confident, confident that strength is what kept him alive these 21 years. Today Kruzy was here to workout on his endurance. Lifting smaller amounts of weight, but for a larger number of reps. He went over to a locker, a free locker for whoever may of brought a lock in to use it with, and changed his clothes. Putting on a raggedy pair of red wind pants, and a rather tight white tank top. And then putting the rest of his things such as cell phone, and other clothes into the locker, except of course for his key. He then walked over to where the bench press was, looking around to see if anyone was present in possibly helping with "spotting", but alast nobody was around as of yet. "Just great" he whispered under his breath. The fact of having to be careful ran through his mind since it would lessen the workout for the day.
He put on 150 pounds onto the metal bar, and laid on the bench. Firstly loosening up his arms and also his mind. Trying to put him self in a mental state....
"Okay... endurance... lets get this right...." He said, grabbing onto the bar, now ready to do some reps. "1..2...3....." and so on, till he reached 20 for his first set, throwing out the last three reps with a yell and heavy breathing. This was the first of the 3 sets he would do of this, to tighten his chest and build fore-arm and bicep muscle.
He took a quick walk to the water fountain, taking a huge mouth ful of water, but then spitting it back out, only to rinse the inside of his mouth out.
Just then he heard the door open as another character walked into the gym, not looking directly at the person, Kruzy walked back over to the bench... hoping in such a way that the person would be able to help him spott the next two sets.... but hopefully it wouldn't be any trouble.

Antonio walks in to find hundreds of machines and lots of free weights. He sees Kruzy working out for endurance. Antonio walks in with his mask and he looks at Kruzy and says
"EY Amigo! Only people I see train like that are wrestlers or luchadors like me. Looks like alot of sets. You need help pal?"

(OOC: thanks for posting. but you may want to add more to your reply's for better responses... but we can keep it going)
Kruzy looked over as an unfamiliar face starting conversing with him. It was sombody different all right. Not registering in Kruzy's head. But it was sobody, so maybe it could work.
"Hey... i wouldn't mind some help... nice mask" He replied, not trying to be mean in any way, but to notice that he knew about Luchadores and the way they wear their mask's.... if he was even a real one.
"I do this kind of training just to last longer..... helps mentally and physically.... but i do workout for power as well, just not as often." Kruzy replied once more, as he sat down on the bench. Waiting for this new stranger to come close and introduce himself

Antonio says
"Oh well I do something similar but I just wrestle most of the time. My name is Antonio but I dont use my ring name or my real last name. It would be too risky for my family and thats why I wear this mask that was given to me. Im a luchador too. I fight in local events around here. You ever hear of these LCFA?"
Antonio hands Kruzy a packet about the LCFA and he says "I work for these guys. They are the Local California Fighting Association. They pay me to fight in local matches. Nothing big but it beats working at a boring desk job. I mean average payout for a local fighter is anywhere from $500 dollars for a bad match to $5000 dollars for a good match. You even get bonuses too but honestly on tuesday its rehearshed. You can also gamble on the matches too. But you have to be 18 to do that even though high school kids under 18 bet all the time with pocket change. But friday nights we train under whats called a outside fight. Its basically in the parking lot but we fight there for real with a ref."
Antonio says "So what exercises are you doing and how many sets are you doing? It seems like you are training for the end of the world."

Kruzy listened to Antonio as if he had a speech in line and ready to go the moment he walked in the doors. He was a wrestler, no doubt about it now... if the mask didn't reveal it, the conversation he started out definitly did. But this at least made Kruzy less defensive on how to take this new comer, he came off as a friend instead of a foe.
"uh huh.... huh" Kruzy seemed to mumble out in the middle of Antonio's speech. ~man, this kids long winded~ he then thought to himself, as he kept on talking.
Kruzy recieved a packet about the whole wrestling thing and skimmed through it as Antonio kept on talking, then resting it down as he finished up. The is was Kruzy's chance to talk.
"Eh, im no wrestler, but endurance in my humble opinion, is what makes or breaks a man in a fight.... sure the harder the hit the better.... but if you can't last, you can't win." He first responded about Antonio's question about why he was endurance training. "Five grand is a lot of money for a ..street wrestling match..." Kruzy then replied with a hint of sarcasm, but he smiled towards him to try and show no hard feelings.
"But yea, if you don't mind, id actually lvoe the help... not much of a workout if you can't push yourself ya'know?"
"What kind of training are you here to do today..... if you help me, im sure i could help you"

Antonio looked at Kurzy and he saw that he wasnt ready to listen to a story like that so he changed the subject quick.
"Well I keep my abs and oblique in shape alot already at home. I have my own gym equipment there but not as much as this gym. Legs I already work on everyday. I run here and back to school and its about 20 miles one way. Arms would work for today. Triceps and biceps with other groups. Lets work on those and maybe some back exercises too."
Antonio sets up one of the machinces that focuses on triceps and he laughs says "I hate these alot. I dont know why. Sorry if I am saying 'I' or talking about myself alot. There are a bunch of masks that I wear and this one makes me self centered. Each of them make me act different on any given day."
Antonio joked around "Could be that this isnt tight enough and someone tried to pull it off to see who I was..... anyways how many reps can you do on this? How many sets do you want to do? If you want to push yourself I can spot for you."

(OOC: im Kruzy..lol.. not Kurtz...haha... okay though)
Kruzy nodded as Antonio mentioned how working on his triceps was a pain, within certain re-wordings. And Kruzy agreed.... he too thought triceps hurt almost more than maxing out on a bench press. "Dude... i have to admit.... i hate freaking triceps... once your down you can definitly feel the pain"
Kruzy then turned the conversation back on topic to where Antonio asked if Kruzy wanted help, and about how many sets and reps he was willing to to.
"Well, i don't mind working out with you at all... so its always cool to have a gym partner... but before we do anything else... lets finish me up with these presses.... I need two more sets of at the very least 15 reps of 150 pounds to stay at an average level for myself.... then if you want... we can do what you want." Kruzy stated as he laid back on the bench fully, grabbing the bar and lifting the weight off the mounting brackets. "spot me?" He said as he started his workout again.
1,2,3.....9...... he took a breath as he became a little slower pushing the weight off his chest.. 10......11.......12...................13... and then he made it apparent that he needed help spotting.
If Antonio helped, then Kruzy would finish the last two reps while Anotonio lifted at least 10-20 pounds off of the bar for him.

Antonio helps out the remainder of reps. He held the bar as he made signs to help him lift it. Kruzy finishes up without getting injuried. Hopefully Antonio has made a new friend by now. He was going to need all the friends he could get in life. He wanted friends so he could make them fans too if possible. He wants to share the meaning of true wrestling with others outside his family.
Antonio says with some pauses to allow Kruzy to talk. "Hey that was two sets. Even though people say up to 3 sets 8-15 reps per set my training says I do more along the lines of 2 sets max but alot more reps. We have to work our bodies more but endurance we only need about an hour max a night. Thats if things get out of control like a person in the storyline goes nuts. I am a good guy in our storyline so you would love the way I act and wrestle. Honestly tuesday night its almost similar to a soap opera with fighting in a ring and we get our own song, name, fireworks whatever. If you become a big enough fan of mine I can change the fireworks and intro for a single match for you. Friday is where its realistic outside of a ring."
Antonio looks at the other machines since Kruzy is waiting now and gives him time to talk then he says "Ok what about the assisted pullups? Those are good for reps then we can do the real ones."

After finishing up the reps and sets that Kruzy had left... with the assistance of Antonio, they were ready to move on. But first Kruzy was getting kind of thirsty, as a little wave of light headedness over-came him.
"I.. i think i should get a drink of water first man.." He said while holding his head, and stumbling around the weigts that lay upon the floor. It wasn't very uncommon for this to happen to him, he was known for not eating very much during the day.... even more so drinking.. so it was bound to happen while working out.
After making his way to the vending machines, KRuzy took out a dollar bill and inserted it into the Gatorade machine, vending out a cool blue gatorade. He opened it quickly, but took the little sips as your supposed to when light-headed or dehydrated. "we can do what ever you want next... i already did one of the main things i wanted to do" Kruzy replied to Antonios main question.
"Assissted pullups huh?... never have done those... i always just went for the real thing..." But it's up to you... lead the way.

Antonio looks at Kruzy with a confused look and says "Regular pullups help but if you dont get 'noug (enough) reps then you might want to do these. Dey (They) also help with your pullups with weights that support you. After dis (this) well maybe uh I will do some jumping and flips and maybe you can do thee same."
Antonio sets up the machine to a somewhat low weight support since he wanted to do reps but wanted a challenge at the same time. Antonio counted to himself. He did 32 reps then he went to do real pull ups without the machine he said to Kruzy
"I basically jus (just) put in 2 sets of 16 on that machine together. Thats how my father tells me to train at home on my machines. We need endurance more than thee muscle but I have muscle too so its good."
Antonio starts to do reps on the regular pullup machine but he only does 8. He waits for Kruzy though to workout with him.

After being explained what the assisted pull-ups were, Kruzy waited for Antonio to accomplish his own first. Waiting, and then watching how he did them. He completed 2 sets of 16 reps each, with a normal to average weight for an endurance training session. Then is was Kruzy's turn. "Excuse me if i do an extra set... ive always been shown to do three sets, the first to somwhat small, then bursting out the last one." He said, replying to why Antonio only does 2 sets. Depending on body type it'd still work out the same muscles, but Kruzy was one to push himself till the end.
Kruzy started with the same wieght that Antonio used, being his first time with assisted pullups, Kruzy took his time with the first set, getting himself comfortable. His first amount of reps came out to be around 15. One short of Antonio's original start, but he still had two more sets. The second set was just 10, small amount for rushing into it, but he was rushing... and the last set was completed with 8 reps. The total came out to 33, but it was only his first time trying these, so the numbers didn't bother him.
As Kruzy finished, Antonio was just completing his first set of regular pull-ups. He was just trying to wait for Kruzy so they could be at the same pace.
"So... does your whole family wrestle? or is it just a thing for you and your dad?" Kruzy finally spoke out, trying to get in a friendly comversation while they worked out together, and as Kruzy stretched out his arms a little more.

Antonio looks at Kruzy while he is doing pullups. He has really good form just like Antonio. But Antonio did less machines and more free weights and cardio. But Antonio was impressed easily with Kruzy's 3 sets.
"Nice job amigo. Lets see I 'ave (have) a coupl (couple) of peopl (people) in my family besides my uncle and father who wrestle. Not one of us has made it big ever. Havin (having) 7 brothers and sisters is too many. But if our whole family wrestled, I would never leav (leave) the house."
Antonio made a friendly laugh then he slowed down the laugh. He tried to sum up what he wanted to say but he didnt want to make too much chatter because then he might think that Kruzy wouldnt listen to him if he did that.
"I like wrestling that much. Its really hard to explan (explain) to peopl (people) that if you dont do it for money then what do you do it for? Wrestling makes me happy becaus (because) without that and without my mask and definately without thee fans I have nothing. Really I need to pass high school becaus (because) my uncle who hires peopl (people) to train me he says I can only have people hire me for professional contracts after I have a decen (decent) education. Very rarely do I get to train with my uncle because he actually did good until he played a match that required him to take his mask off or leave that wrestling company forever. He could have joined a new one but he felt that it was no use because when you lose as a luchador and you leave, you usually cannot come back. Its tradition I follow. He would have rather quit then give up his identity. That means more peopl (people) I get to wrestle in front of."
