Jahova woke that morning and took his shower, got dressed, and proceeded to school. He was beginning to grow accustomed to this uneventful new life here in Hircine. But, he hadn't decided whether or not he enjoyed the peace yet. He stuffed his hands in his pockets and just glanced at the people walking by. Every once in a while, someone would ask him to play them a song, being the servant Jahova is, he would oblige.
He ended up a little late for school due to him performing for people, but he didn't mind it in the least bit. At least the teachers here didn't beat the hell out of students for stuff like that. He got his tardy and sat bored throughout all of his classes.
The seconds turned to minutes, the minutes turned to hours, and thus time proceeded until it was the end of the day. Jahova stood in the hallways and felt the people rush past him as they eagerly scurried off to their homes. For the first time in a long time, Jahova felt sad. Jahova didn't have a home really, he always seemed to be wandering around... he didn't have a family that would embrace him and ask him how his day went. He didn't have that family reunion or get together for the holidays.
He quietly made his way up to the roof and sighed, leaning against the edge and feeling the wind blow through his snow white hair. It tickled his burnt face some and he smiled. It was as if his dead mother were trying to embrace him from the afterlife... and he thought it was true. He also thought the warm touch of the sun's rays were the warmth of that embrace. This cheered him up and he said softly to himself, "Though I may be alone physically... I'll never TRULY be alone..."
He got up on the ledge and turned the guitar around to his lap. He leaned against a raised formation and started to strum and sing. The combination was something of the utmost beauty, he put his whole heart and soul into it. The notes from that guitar and the sounds of his voice worked in unison... and could be heard for a decent ways.
