Still running your mouth...
Kyukaku pushed up from his half kneeling position, taking a few steps back as Sebastian regained himself. Kyukaku gave a tiny shrug at the first statement, proceding to roll his right shoulder a few times. He had used more arm muscle than he would have liked in the throw, but alas, technique wasn't always perfect. Kyukaku's face was plain, displeased with Sebastian's attitude. He was about to open up his mouth, likely to scold him for it, but he had a change of heart.
"Neither." Kyukaku smirked, displaying himself as cocky as he could.
"I did out of pity. I do feel sorry for you. You're the only one here who hasn't figured out how this ends. You've already lost." Kyukaku paused, licking his lips.
"I know it."
Kyukaku pressed his thumb to his chest, proceding to turn his head over his right shoulder as he glanced over the crowd. He spread his arms out, gesturing to ring of people enclosed around them.
"They know it too."

Sebastian frowned slightly as Kyukaku started to display his own little version of cocky asshole theater. Only problem was that Sebastian had more practice. Smirking he started to shift on his feet, his body lowering as his knees released tension and then swaying back upright. It could be mistaken that his attitude had changed and he didn't want to make himself look more foolish. But it wasn't quite that. He was taunting him again.
They both knew that he was a boxer and the fact he looked more like he was drunk and obviously not in stance would be insulting. But that's not all he planned on doing. After all he did have a reputation to uphold. Sebastian returned to his more relaxed lower guard and pulled his lips back into a cocky grin. Well then, the damage was there, but only his shoulders had stiffened up.
"Come on then then hot shit."

(OOC: Yay for posting while in Class!)
Kyukaku's smile would disperse into a frown. He had meant to show how terrible an arrogant attitude was. Apparently, Sebastian had taken that message and ran with it. Somehow, this one had gotten even more arrogant along the way. Sebastian began to hold himself if intoxicated, and if this was to embarass Kyukaku, it didn't. Sebastian acting like a fool didn't make him seem like one.
"Why?"
Dropping his arms to his side, Kyukaku would set a hard gaze upon Sebastian's eyes. He began to walk slowly, showing no signs of worry or wary of Sebastian attacking him. Kyu would step in front of his opponent, holding his face inches away from Sebastian's. Kyukaku would speak deliberately, not raising his voice, but carrying throughout nonetheless.
"I have nothing to prove to you."

Sebastian wasn't really listening to Kyukaku at this point. His opponent was coming forward and he was ready for him, even if Kyukaku didn't want to take it seriously at this point. But Sebastian waited with an amused little smirk. Just waiting for the right range. And his opponent seemed to have no guard to speak of.
Sebastian used his still impressive speed to loop both hands around the outside of the opponent's shoulders, scooping back under the forearms to grasp the opponent's arms tightly against his own body. In this position, just before it was inescapable so his opponent would likely focous there, the opponent's arms are pinned and cannot be used to attack without a struggle.
Sebastian took no pause in lifting his rear leg and crashing a knee strike into his opponents middle. He would either strike just near the inside thigh where the femoral artery would kill the leg for a good few seconds, or would push around the thigh and hit a more sensitive area would take the full blunt of the blow.

With their positioning, Kyukaku could really be at risk from damage by Sebastian. That was, if he was standing still.
To a boxer, a lack of stance was a sign of disrespect. The boxer's form of punching was slow without its already chambered position in stance. For a martial artist however, a lack of stance would show nothing but a complete relaxation of the muscles. Was Kyukaku truly arrogant? No, but it didn't mean he wasn't confident in what he was doing. All he had to do was wait for the smallest of movements, that didn't come from the face.
Sure enough, Sebastian shot his arms outward. He had expected a strike, but with the peripheal vision Kyu saw that both arms went out, which was a very unorthodox move for a boxer. It was a grapple, but instincts were also reluctant to expect a throw. Kyukaku had done that to Sebastian, and it was unlikely Sebastian would willingly put himself in that situation again. A cheap shot was the most likely. Sebastian had tried once before, and his attitude gave the assumption he'd have no qualms about hitting below the belt.
With first sign of movement, Kyukaku instantly torqued hard to the right throwing the loose relaxed left arm as well. His elbow would strike in an upward angle, the blow moving faster than if he had been in guard. Impressive speed or not, Sebastian would take longer moving his arms up and over than it would take Kyu to shift to the side. The hard bone would slam into the exact same exposed ribs his knee had struck earlier. Sebastian was saved of cracked ribs once tonight.
It wouldn't happen again.

Sebastian wasn't all that surprised to see his opponent starting to move as he went forward. But there was still an advantage in his position his over his opponent. Sebastian was in a low guard and was going to raise his arms anyways. As his opponent seemed more ready than originally anticipated, the movement of the shoulder had still alerted Sebastian to danger.
Sebastian forced his right foot to stay back and kept the left one moving forward. His left fist moved diagonally up to snap into a fast jab aimed at the chin, while pulling his right shoulder back to ensure his strike would have the advantage of striking faster by closing the distance that much more quickly.
Kyukaku had the element of surprise. This was very much true. But he also picked a movement that was short ranged and performed expecting Sebastian to drive himself into it. Luckily for Sebastian in a low guard and a natural tenancy to watch the body to understand the movements of the upper body meant he wasn't completely out of luck.

Kyukaku was surprised to see how quick Sebastian could improvise. He'd seen few people with the ability to do so quickly, one of the best being Dain. He didn't expect it, but that didn't mean he wasn't ready for it.
The natural instincts for Kyu when attacking is to draw his other hand back. When Kyukaku delivered an elbow strike, his other arm never laid limp at this side. It was part of his philosophy, when one hand went low, the other high, when one went out, the other came back in. As he turned for the elbow strike, Kyu's right hand would come back open handed to the center of his chest.
The jab came, Kyukaku not quite seeing it as much as reacting to it. Kyu's hand would move to the right, deflecting the jab with the back of his right hand and sending it to glance painlessly off his right shoulder. At this point, Kyu's left elbow would be crashing into the right set of Sebastian's ribs. Rather than wait to see if it finished him, Kyukaku was already following up.
With his hand already in position, as well as his arm chambered, Kyukaku shot his right hand forward. He would finger strike Sebastian vertically in the throat. They were at such close quarters now, that it would be more damaging than a punch. Those relied on momentum, while finger strikes relied more on the target. Sebastian's left arm would just return, if not still be on the way back. With the right underside of Sebastian's ribs sustaining even more damage, it was highly unlikely he'd be moving fast enough to stop it.
This was, of course, all assuming Sebastian would see it coming, which was also unlikely in Kyu's eyes.

Sebastian was once more left disappointed. But his strike made sense none the less. When he forced his opponent to parry his strike he had retracted momentum from the origional movement of the shoulders. And having moved his left foot forward he had given himself a basis to remove himself.
While the blow was parried Sebastian had already accomplished his goal. He had not only weakened the strike but it was the left foot that had come forward that had really protected him from a full strike. The strike point of the elbow dig across his ribs but without a firm point of impact it did not compress the ribs and left only pain in it's wake.
The ball of his left foot received a firm pressure as his back foot raised. Sebastian pushed himself back, placing himself out out of range, but decided to keep his lower guard once there. His opponent seemed to be adapt in parries so it was time to switch things up again.
From just outside of range Sebastian would snap out a quick jab, testing distance to the chin, and would go from there, his endurance still solid.

(OOC: You know what? Whatever, I'll go with it again. I don't care.)
Despite the close proximity, Kyu was unable to strike the same spot on the ribs as he had with the knee. Still, the elbow would compress the ribs. By stepping in, Sebastian wouldn't make the target disappear with the turning of the hips, but just angle it back. The elbow would crash into the front side, just below the pectoral muscle. It was a more solid hit than he had intended in the beginning, but since he didn't hit what he wanted to it wouldn't be the finisher he wanted.
As planned, Kyukaku shot his right hand directly out, not taking the time to torque his hips for the extra reach. By giving up the reach, he increased the speed, as it was just the arm moving out by itself. It would jab Sebastian's unprotected throat, but as the other fighter was in the process of stepping back it would do little more than make him gag and cause discomfort.
If Sebastian was still able to throw out his jab despite the combination attacks Kyukaku would simple lower his chin, raising his left arm to take the blow to the arm, rather than risk blocking it. It was a quick attack, but it would do no damage to the forearm. His opponent was beginning to slow down whether he realized it, as all the hits were taking a toll on his body. The slam, the knee, the elbow, they were all doing their part to tighten the muscles around the areas. Still, Sebastian continued to be adamant about finishing this fight. Kyukaku was beginning to wish he finished him earlier.

"Alright, alright, break it up, you two."
Dain pushed his way through the crowd, not allowing for the usual crowd-parting grand entrance he usually came up with. At the moment, these two were in too intense of a scuffle to risk it. Usually his voice cut through the air to stop most battles, but with this Sebastian guy, especially, Dain couldn't be sure.
He bodily forced his way in the middle of the two opponents just after Kyu's jab found a backpedaling Sebastian's throat. His body was angled toward the larger fighter, trusting Kyukaku to be able to pull back any impending attack more than he did Sebastian.
"Fight's over. Sebastian, you've given up more hits, and from my eyes, you're at a much bigger disadvantage to this point. Kyukaku gets the victory."
Feeling that he had achieved maximum separation from the two fighters, Dain took a step back, standing next to Kyukaku to raise his hand for the crowd, letting him take in the cheering and cursing for a few moments.
"Go home and rest, both of you, next fights'll be in a week or so."
WINNER: Kyukaku.
