Locker 138.... 144... Ah, here we are. 150.
Satisfied, Cain Princeton open the door to his locker, dropping his bookbag inside. His expression never changed from the impassive mask it nearly always was, as if he were unimpressed with the world, though in all truth he didn't much care about most anything. All that mattered was being successful, in the same vein as his father was.
The sounds of muffled struggling reached Cain's ears as he finished closing and locking the locker, causing his gaze to search for the source of the commotion. Briefly, he caught the motion of kicking feet being dragged into the boys washroom, and while the owner of the feet as well as the one doing the dragging were out of sight, Cain was fairly certain this wasn't for a particularly pleasant experience. His strides came quickly but calmly, bringing him to the washroom in question to find the scene unfolding within.
Two rather muscular boys had dragged another, smaller boy into the middle of the floor, one holding the kid's arms behind his back while the other threw uppercuts into his stomach in short intervals, complete with small bouts of taunting and laughing at his victim. The newly opened door, however, had tipped the boys off to the recently arrived student, who gave them their one and only warning.
"Let him go, and I won't hurt you. Much."
This, of course, didn't go over well with the two musclebound assailants, and while the first kept his hold on their victim, the second charged in like a raging bull, pulling his right arm back to throw a cross directly at Cain's face. Rather than stand and take it, Cain stepped to his left, his right hand grasping the boy's wrist and pulling to extend the arm out. His left shot across his body, palm slamming into his foe's elbow and breaking the joint there. The male crumpled in a heap, falling to his knees first while clutching the injury, before sprinting out of the bathroom, tears of pain falling down his face. Cain, however, did not give chase, instead, he turned towards the remaining threat, who had at this point released his former victim in order to pick up where his friend had left off.
The kid rushed towards him, apparently not learning from his partner's mistake, before sending his left arm in a quick hook punch at Cain's face. I guess he did learn something, after all. Such an attack was not as easily deflected as the former opponent's strike, so instead, Cain would do the next best thing and evade. His left foot took a step back, Cain leaning his head back as the hook flew past his face. Such positioning had more or less guaranteed that the boy's attention would be on the upper body, leaving Cain free to swing his right leg forward into his fellow student's left kneecap.
The resulting snap didn't change the neutral expression on Cain's face, as neither satisfaction nor anger coming to him, only the need to put this one down. The boy dipped down, falling towards the ground and directly into the righthanded uppercut driving into his face, sending him into unconsciousness. With the crisis dealt with, Cain turned to the victimized boy, who was already in the process of thanking him profusely.
"Oh man, thank you! Ever since those kids from Varron came, this school has been going crazy with fights and stuff!"
"Varron?"
"Yeah, the kids from New York. Whole bunch of 'em transferred over when their school was shut down for a riot or something."
With a mumbled word of thanks, Cain turned away from the kid, stepping back out of the bathroom. It seemed his first order of business was to find one of these Varronite troublemakers who had started this whole conflict, or deal with one of the Hircine students who had become violent from the transfers arriving. Either way, it didn't matter. Both the cause and the symptoms would need to be dealt with at one point, if Hircine were to revert back to its normal state.

Robert yawned as he walked down the hallways the sound of loud yelling could easily be heard emitting from the hallways from talkative students. Although they all discussed the same thing over and over again. This school's problems didn't really matter much but he knew eventually things could get a bit out of control here. Of all the schools to come to he choose this one.
Turning the corner he slowly walked into the bathroom only to see another boy exit followed by another thanking him. Tilting his head inward to look at the bathroom he noticed the unconscious boys lying around the floor. Letting out a long whistle in amazement he walked out and stared at the boy as he began to walk away. Now usually Robert wouldn't give a shit about some guys getting beaten up.
He was just go in and take a piss anyways although he did feel a little awkward their bodies next to the stalls and everything. Deciding to hold it he followed the boy until he was able to catch up with him. Deciding to strike up a conversation Robert smiled.
"So was that your handy work back there? Pretty good if i do say my self" Robert said in an almost cheerful attitude. He wasn't trying to make a friend or anything at all, once again he was really just bored out of his mind. So what was the harm in talking to some stranger who had just beaten the crap out of some students?

"Unless you want to find yourself accessory to an attacker and therefore under suspicion of all the same charges as he, I'd advise you to leave, and quickly."
Darren's icy eyes stared at Robert from a little ways away. Like the young student, the captain, too, had seen Cain enter the bathroom, after the pair of feet, and heard the commotion inside with his own ears. He had come closer to investigate, but the student had gotten in his way, deciding to, for some odd reason, make conversation with a student that had just beaten down two more physically threatening-looking students. Darren mentally shook his head. The students he harbored were a strange set, all told.
Darren's eyes were still set upon Robert as he jerked his head back over his right shoulder, indicating that the boy should leave. Unless he were of such knuckleheaded demeanor as to defy the School Captain, he would head off, quickly thereafter, leaving the Captain alone with this new student.
"Having already spent an approximate hour or two within this school, I believe introductions are unnecessary. I'll give you three minutes for explanation, and then I shall administer a punishment as I see fit."
Darren raised an eyebrow slightly. He had an inkling of an idea as to what happened inside the bathroom, and would, of course, go in there to see what had gone on himself. First, however, he would like to hear the spin that the one who managed to walk away would decide to put on it.

"It's what I do."
It may have been a curt response, but in all fact, there wasn't much else Cain could say that wasn't overly rude. It wasn't every day that someone complimented you for handing out a beating, and so, Cain found himself at a loss as to what else to say in response. His hands fell inside the pockets of his trenchcoat, his blue eyes silently assessing the one who had spoken to him. Perhaps this student was one of those who liked violence, and had started up trouble after the Varronites had been transferred? Perhaps not.
In the end, it didn't matter, as Cain's attention was quickly redirected to the new arrival, one who seemed to take offense to the actions Cain had taken, though that was questionable as well. After all, while the words suggested an underlying threat, his manner didn't seem all too upset with what Cain had done. Of course, this new student was right to assume Cain had an idea as to who he was, as Cain's freshman year had served to educate him in what the Pillar system entailed. This brought him to believe that this student in front of him was either a Pillar, the School Captain, or another student who took it upon himself to deal with troublemakers. Based on his words, Cain assumed him to be one of the former two options.
"I put a stop to the violence between some students. The ones who started it won't likely be starting any more trouble for a long while. Pillars can't be everywhere."
Cain's tone would show that he was merely stating facts, though if this new student were looking to pick a fight, he could easily misconstrue the transfer's last sentence. Cain, however, had no reason to desire a fight with another person who enforced the rules, though whether this was the case with the other student would have to remain to be seen.

Robert raised an eyebrow to the boy's quick and rather little response. It could easily be seen that this guy definitely didn't enjoy company. "Well it was pr-" Robert would have finished his sentence if the school captain hadn't shown up. Great Robert thought scratching the back of his head knowing he would only have one choice in this situation. Tucking his hands into his pockets Robert watched as he jerked his head back signaling for Robert to get lost.
Taking a few steps back Robert just simply turned the corner looking back at Cain as he listened to what he had to say. Purposely walking away slowly as he shook his head. It really didn't matter what he had to say as the Captain would certainly in the end adminster some sort of punishment. Turning the corner Robert leaned against the wall watching other students walk by. He just stood there out of the school captains sight.

Vaguely wondering if Robert had simply turned the corner and stopped to eavesdrop on the conversation, Darren dismissed it mentally. If he decided to, so be it. The only reason Darren had spun that line about 'accessory to an attacker' was to keep him away so he could speak to the offender by himself. If he had decided to listen in to the following conversation, that was quite alright by the Captain.
The student gave his explanation, and Darren found him to be quite an interesting character, especially in his lack thereof. The younger boy was blunt, to the point, and did not muck around with small talk, backtracking, and justification. He simply stated what had happened and his reasons, and left it at that. Darren nodded, mostly to himself, and headed into the bathroom to get a look at the 'crime scene' for himself. There was little evidence to be gained here. After all, Darren was simply a Senior in high school, not a member of a Crime Scene Investigation squad. Not to mention there wasn't exactly anything that needed to be seen from the students' beating, other than to see Cain's handiwork firsthand.
"What's your name?" Darren asked suddenly, not even bothering to exit the bathroom to do so. After his answer, Darren would walk outside and address him directly.
"Your punishment will be as follows, Cain: You are in charge of removing the two students from the bathroom, in whichever way you see fit. You are correct, the pillars can not be everywhere, and there are those who don't even bother to be anywhere. However, a vigilante within these halls is not easily acceptable. If you wish to help, Cain, meet me after shool today. I will be waiting in front of the Principal's office."
Without further explaining, or anything further, in that regard, Darren nodded to Cain and turned, exiting the same way he'd told Robert to leave earlier. Upon turning the corner and finding him there, however, Darren quickly spoke to him as well.
"Eavesdropping is not against the rules, but it can easily foster you some unwanted enemies, sometimes in high places. Keep it in mind."
With that, Darren took off, heading for his own class. His issues for the moment were through, but he had to admit to himself, he was looking forward to meeting with this Cain Princeton later on in the afternoon.

Cain never moved from where he was standing, though his eyes followed Darren as he walked inside the bathroom, turning his head in order to keep the student in his range of vision. There was no desire to run away, or lie in order to protect himself, as Cain was not above taking punishment for his actions. After all, that was why he had been transferred to Hircine in the first place. Suddenly, Darren posed a question, one that Cain had expected to be asked in conjunction with some sort of threat regarding his actions, but seemingly unaccompanied by such thus far.
"Cain Princeton."
Once again, Cain had answered the question, only giving just what had been asked for. Still, he made no movements other than simply watching the other student, waiting to see what conclusions this one would arrive at. The final verdict came, and Cain found himself mildly disappointed, though understanding the necessity of the action. It wasn't acceptable to simply leave unconscious students in such a public area, especially if the intention was to lessen the violence in the school. The remainder of Darren's words were very interesting, as while Cain had not intended on offering help to the school at first, he could not see a reason why he should turn down such an opportunity.
"Alright, I will."
With the smallest of nods in response, Cain turned away from Darren and strode back into the bathroom, hoisting the student whose knee he had broke onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry. The brute with the broken arm had long since escaped, and so, all that was left was the student who could not walk. Somewhat straining with the effort, Cain began the arduous task of carrying the slightly larger student to the nurse's office, which would likely make him late for his first class.
I suppose I'll just have to apologize for being late...

Robert sat against the wall as he listened to the small talk between Cain and the pillar. Really he didn't care if this kid got in real trouble or not but it was still interesting to see what kind of punishment he might receive from the Captain. Then he heard a almost congratulations to the young boy. Slightly thrown off by this he heard the footsteps of the School Captain coming in his direction. As he stopped in front of the skateboarder to warn him Robert laughed.
"Tch" was the only response the pillar would get as he walked away from Robert. Pushing himself off the wall Robert took a stroll down the hallways walking pass the bathroom. He never really cared if he got in trouble or not since he still could never get use to the pillar systems.
He also didn't like anyone who felt as if they were better then someone else which all the pillars seemingly gave off. Sliding his hands into his side pockets he turned the hallway corner once again only to see Cain performing the task given to him by the pillar. So he actually did it Robert thought almost laughing. "Need any help?" he asked jokingly to the young boy calling to him from across the hallway.

"Interesting."
Nash's large tongue licked off his top soft lip as he spoke to himself. His locker was held as his side, and currently his entire form was placed by the door. He had held this when the school captain walked past, simply because at the moment he was skipping a class. His philosophy was strongly against the current school system, in all of North America specifically, and he often refused to go to class any more than it would take to pass the year. Nothing rebellious about that, or even out of laziness, when he skipped he made a point to not get caught and whenever he did he would take his punishment as it was. However with his current experience with skipping, he had grown better at not getting caught. Luckily, the school captain had failed to even look in his direction apparently and Nash was fine. He had listened to all the words said with his head in his locker. He noticed that the metal lining along the walls allowed to listen to any conversation so long as it was during class and no one else nearby was talking at the same time. It was funny watching listening to everything happen. He had witnessed the boy who walked into the bathroom and ducked behind this corner for his locker was close and he knew something would have to unravel from it. Often children like him with a strange sense of justice would get so rattled by one who spoke with more supremacy.
As another eavesdropper spoke to the boy Nash now knew as "Cain Prince-something", Nash pushed himself away from his locker. He shut it as quickly as he could and still staying slightly, clicking the lock on it with equal precision. Once his lock was shut and his thumb was done adjusting the pointer back to number 0, he began to walk from his hallway to the hallway where the School Captain had passed, and where, as Nash heard in footsteps, Cain was about to appear with whatever guy he decided to carry. Nash's footsteps and naturally gone into their sneakiest of patterns. He shot them out in front of him fast but slowed down just before his heel made contact with the ground, rolling his soft sneaker from the heel to the toe and repeating with the other foot. He would need to talk to this boy himself, and figure something out about him. Something about people with strong philosophies that caused them to force to violence intrigued Nash.
As the boy appeared Nash was surprised to see his smaller size and slightly younger appearance. The way this boy spoke so sternly and bluntly, Nash would have thought he would have the size to back it up. However, he was not quick to underestimate or overestimate for that matter anyone based on how they spoke and their size. But Nash noted if this boy was a substantially good fighter, it would probably be because of sheer skill. Of course, Nash did not approach this boy as an enemy or a friend. Simply an observer who was interesting in unlocking some secrets or maybe even simple motives in this boy's mind. Fortunately for Nash, this boy didn't seem like the type who went around looking for a random fight with someone who hadn't already started fighting themselves. Nash's goal was not to fight someone who could possibly be extremely skilled.
"Hi there, Cain." Nash spoke with a warm smile placed on his fact. His eyes never left the eyes of the boy he had just spoke to, regardless if unfamiliarity. He knew that it was much less polite to stare at the ground, walls, or anything else when talking to a man in clear view. "Before anything, because I know your name I think you should know mine. I'm Nash."
Nash didn't find the need to explain how he knew this boy's name. He seemed like the type who would draw the conclusion he was listening in his mind, or, simply not care. Directly after Nash spoke his own name he had to instinctively push down the need to shake hands with this man. He didn't want to seem suspicious, and then throw this man off from helping him further understand his actions. Also, he did not want to inconvenience Cain by forcing him to let go of the man, and then shake Nash's hand. At least Nash figured that was what would happen if he offered, for usually the 'noble' students in any skills didn't have the immature superiority complex that kept them from accepting a simple hand-shake from someone who offered only a polite advancement. The ones who often did that were the same ones who ended up finding themselves cornered by a Nash type of person, or a Cain type of person.
"That was an interesting display back there. Not only did you manage to obliterate two fighters who seemed quite large, at least from my point of view here... But, you also seemed to get the School Captain to leave any ideas of beating you and simply give you the custodians job. Mind you I wouldn't completely rule out a beating for your little afternoon meeting. However, I noticed a slight flaw in your philosophy."
Again, Nash's words were kept from letting an arrogant tone escape, that he usually spoke with when dealing with enemies. He succeeded in doing this, his own respect for Cain allowing him to keep a normal conversationalist voice going.
"Motive, Cain, motive... By punishing these people for breaking the rules you are also breaking the rules yourself. Therefore you either hold your own physical existence much higher than there's, which I seriously doubt you are the type to do, or you hold you motive high enough to cancel out the fact you were breaking the same rule you were defending. There is the off chance that those two had each been randomly beat up by that one boy so they teamed up in order to finally be strong enough to seek revenge, but didn't quite know how to say it to you. Therefore their own motive could have been almost along side ours in the sense of justice. I realize you were attacked (by the charging footsteps toward his voice at the start of the battle), but threatening people while their in the panic of violence will get you that with almost anyone."
Nash's studies on philosophy had fine tuned his mind to one that paid attention to every detail and noticed the kinds of things he put forward to the kid. Although he seemed to challenge the boy's own philosophies it was obvious he did it out of inquiry, not a hope for superiority or a hope to help this boy find any sort of peace in his heart.
"So please, I would like to know how you justify against my conclusions."

In an odd turn of events, Cain found himself addressed by the very same student who had been chased off by the other, one that Cain had labelled as being a Pillar at the very least. The respect he'd been given by others in the proximity suggested that at the very least, as well as the facts that had brought Cain to the very same conclusion before. Regardless, the Sophomore slowed his walking, turning slightly in order to look at the one speaking to him. It would have been a decent offer, had it been serious, but Cain found himself doubting the sincerity in this particular student's voice.
"I'll be fine."
There was no humour in his voice, but then again, it seemed that Cain hadn't taken offense to the words either. Instead, he turned back to his task, returning to the casual, unhurried strides he had been using before being distracted. His turn, however, revealed another student staring at him, obstructing his path, though seemingly not in a hostile manner. Throughout this newcomer's greeting and introduction of himself, Cain returned the eye contact, his peripheral vision analyzing the one in front of him simply for the convenience of memory. The other boy's demeanour didn't particularly imply that he had anything other than talking on his mind, though regardless, Cain bent and dropped the student he was carrying to the ground. Even without the threat of an attack, it was tiring to hold someone when there was no need to do so.
The more this particular boy spoke, the more interesting information Cain was able to glean from his words. For one, the student he had encountered before was the School Captain, believed to be the strongest fighter in the school, or so the system was meant to enforce. That fact meant that Cain would need to see the School Captain in action, make sure he was up to the task before him, or whether Cain needed to take his place. There was no desire for glory, but rather, a desire to make sure the system was working as it should. However, Cain was pulled off of that particular train of thought as Nash, as he had introduced himself as, sought the reasons behind Cain's actions. The very motive.
"Order must be maintained, even if it means utilizing disorder itself. Not everyone can be reached with words, and all rebellion must be punished, lest we fall into anarchy. If the facts were how you say, and the two had been beaten by that particular student before, then why would they bother hiding their act from the world? The ones who would have an objection to their behaviour would likely be informed of the circumstances surrounding the fight by onlookers, before ever getting the chance to interfere. No, in the end, it doesn't matter. The violence must be stopped, even if it means resorting to violence in order to combat it. That's how this very system works."

Limping past with her cane, Charlotte had caught sight of Darren Blayne, the School Captain leaving the men's bathroom and the ongoing conversation between several newer students as one of them carried an unconscious lug-of-a-student to where she assumed would be the school nurse's office ... or at least the nearest waste repository.
Of course, normally, such a sarcastic intrusion as the one she was about to infer upon the three would have been shelved in the deep recesses of her mind as unneccessary, were it not for an interesting hypothesis the junior had stumbled across.
Her sarcasm was known to most who only knew her as a brief acquaintence, and thanks to the cane she was now forced to hobble around on, those whom she had incurred her icy verbal wrath upon had often linked a playful parable between her and Dr. Gregory House, from the popular television series. Those who had called her "The Female Version Of House" had always seemed to get the last word, with Charlotte unable to find a snappy remark to fire back with.
As such, she was partly interested to see just how many would make such a metaphor at her expense, and partly just wanted to work out her frustration over the new-nickname of sorts on a trio of people she had never met before, especially when thier conversation and carrying-of-unconscious-students tended to feel particularly obtrusive to her.
"Hypocritical much? Have you ever actually tried fighting fire with fire? In case you were too busy carrying unconscious victims, it only makes the fire grow bigger." Charlotte shot towards the group as she limped past, her act seeming as mostly an afterthought. "Honestly, stop trying to justify everything and just take the kid to the nurse's office. Despite whether or not it's 'ethical' to follow the rules of the system, he's still unconscious."
A sarcastic mutter and Charlotte was already on her way past them, though forced to walk slowly due to her obvious limp.

Nash let his smile fade into a serious look as his left eyebrow raised slightly as he listened to Cain's explanation. The way he so passionately spoke of order while being a violent-prone student was quite odd to say the least. This character puzzled Nash, he had obviously not studied the passive sides of life. This seemed like a very lawful by-the-book person that Nash had just gotten an interest in. However he still managed to keep his actions quite vigilant, which were against the very thing that he preached. Nash took a moment to pause, when a random female seemed to speak up at the two as she went passed them. Why she decided to speak without any former introduction didn't bother Nash, for it was people like that he brushed away without a word. Rather than respond to her he went back into a deep thought about what Cain had just spoke of. Utilizing disorder in order to keep order was an interesting practice indeed. It seemed to work well with the pillars in justifying violence, but that's exactly what it was. Justifying disorder, not stopping it. It was using other's disorder as a way to justify their own, the only difference was he had thought it over more than the ones who say: "Everyone does it".
Nash let his eyes leave Cain for a moment as he glanced up and right. His left hand came to his smooth chin and he allowed his thumb and finger to stroke it as if there was a thin beard attached. He thought hard of how he would word exactly what he was thinking and still seem sane. Often when he described how he was thinking he babbled strange words and sentences that didn't make too much sense at all. He turned to the right and paced forward slightly, toward one conclusion. He allowed his action to physicalize his thoughts. However immediately he turned back, stopping in front of Cain again and he regained his eye-contact.
The girl began to speak and Nash's only reaction was to wait through it. He still had no intention of acknowleging her existance, and didn't want to get to the point where he seemed rude. After she finished, he spoke to Cain.
"Two negatives multiplied with each other DO equal a positive. However you must realize that using disorder to vanquish disorder is a much more complicated equation than that. You are using thought patterns and ways of justification that are against your very actions in order to justify it. As if one thing is a sin to do, unless you do it in the name of god it was originally a sin too. It's mere logic disproves itself. The truth is what you are saying is a key way we have created our current world, and however has so far only been thought to the surface until current times when people are realizing what we are doing to our world. War is what has resulted from politicians thinking to fight violence with violence, and I fail to see how that many deaths is a good thing other than the chance of gaining cheap materialistic prizes afterward. I will admit, the fact you believe your actions are justified shows something good about your personality. You are not a sick bastard who goes around hurting children in order to please some under-toning urge. However, your ways of justification are flawed. Going against authority in the name of authority."
Although Nash had raised it in a point, her seriously doubted that the two boys that Cain had beaten had good intentions. That was partially what made him ignore the girl who had walked by. He had no intention of rushing Cain to take the boy to the office as long as their conversation could continue. All she had succeeded in doing was slightly interrupting for a few seconds. After Nash spoke his right hand was raised from his black pocket and his finger tips were brought to eye level. He flicked a section of his bangs to the side that was slightly irritating him and then quickly allowed his hand to slide back into the comfortable soft pocket it was in before. The two boys seemed to have an obvious opposing quality, and yet both seemed to be slightly alike at the same time. It was strange, but Nash wanted to explore deeper into him and perhaps learn some things that could be used in his own personal train of thought. Hell, he may even add some points that could allow Cain to get a further detailed perspective as well.
Nash glanced toward the girl who was limping away currently and shook his head in disapproval. She clearly had a point to be made but had no ways of making it. It was like watching a great artist paint a square with his name in it, and then try and display it to the world. It meant he either wanted to seem like he had a good point, or had one but simply was mumbling it to himself too quiet for anyone else to fully understand.

Before Nash responded to Cain's words, another student happened upon the scene, a female this time, and a crotchety one at that. It seemed to be some sort of well-travelled hallway, though the fact that so many students were missing class was odd. However, given that Cain wasn't currently wearing a watch, he could very well be wrong as to when his first class would be starting. However, such thoughts did not take priority in Cain's mind, instead, the additional lecturing he was receiving from yet another person was starting to get frustrating, the only outward sign of this manifesting on Cain being the closing of his eyes for a few seconds.
"Interesting analogy, if not entirely accurate. Despite what some would like you to believe, you cannot compare a person to something else, not even another person. The differences, no matter how subtle or great, make all the difference. But if we were to adapt your way of thinking, how would World War Two have ended? I think it's fairly obvious that words alone would not have stopped Hitler. Perhaps you would prefer it if we all were forced to speak German?"
Whether the girl with the cane heard him or not, Cain cared little. If she hadn't stuck around to hear the response to her remarks, then the girl wasn't worth the breath used to answer her. An unopposed argument was generally seen as the correct side. However, his answer served to work well in what he had originally intended for Nash, however, now, he would go into more detailed explanations. His eyes returned to the other boy, Cain not forgetting about the student on the floor but frankly not concerned.
"Conflict is a part of life. Regardless of how much man wishes to distance himself from it, it will always be a part of him. By denying that nature, the impulse to compete with others of his species grows, and having no outlet to release such tension, he lashes out. Rules are made for a reason, to keep those they govern in check. I'm simply here to put the leash back on the beast, bring him back under control, until he finds another, more acceptable outlet."

Charlotte slowed her already slow pace at the first sounds of a rebuttal, and had completely stopped, a slow grin curling at the corners of her mouth. Despite the difficult at turning on her heel due to her injury, she did so regardless, tilting her head as she regarded the trio - especially the one who had spoken out. There were a few precious minutes before class began; minutes she felt were expendable for a breif exchange of philosophies.
"You know, a lot of people do think along the same lines that you do ... myself included," she added. "Of course, most people aren't outspoken enough to stand up to every passing student who challenges them. Least of all the girl with the glasses and the leg injury."
She took a limped step towards them, examining all parties - including the unconscious one - up and down carefully, though breifly.
"In fact, if I'm not mistaken, you share nearly the exact same sentiments about the system as I do, though in my mind violence should be more of a deterrant than a punishment, and a few well placed examples should prevent more violence in the end.
"But I suppose that's the good thing about being a woman; I don't have to think through a steady stream of testosterone." A hint of sarcasm, yes, but less cold than the first bout and emphasized ever-so-slightly towards the playful.
"I hope whatever Darren told you, you consider carefully if you really do believe the way you believe," she finished, in all seriousness this time, the cane held at her side, leaning her weight partially against it for support.

Once again Nash listened seriously to Cain's words, he walked to the right and back slightly in order to rest against a locker. It allowed him to think exceptionally hard for a moment before he impatiently pushed off of it and returned to his place slightly in front of Cain. The analogy he used with Hitler was clearly flawed, but that fact worsened by the fact that by making that analogy he went against a point he had made a few seconds prior to that statement. He had said how things should not be compared with other things, and than compared the school conflicts to that of "World War 2". Nash smirked at the self-contradiction he had done but decided to vocally let it slide. He was not here to challenge the boy's thoughts, but simply give another perspective upon them. While two philosophies were bent to make them look entirely different, there would be nothing but argument between them. It was expanding on potential similarities that would bring about new forms of thought. With this in mind, Nash formulated a new point of his own.
"I fail to see how this has to do with a past's global problems. However, I am not against violence on any levels. If anything, I condone it. My point is not that because your point is not justified that you should entirely stop fighting in the school. However, if you are to continue your coarse of action you should properly understand your current justification is flawed. I have had points where I have felt the need to be forced into a situation where I was fighting without being physically attacked before. Philosophy is an important thing to follow in our lives, however I believe you should attempt a different path. In order to observe your own path from a different perspective."
Nash finally found that he himself had a point behind approaching this boy in the first place. Suddenly it occurred to him that he had sensed a potential future for the boy, and wished to aid him in reaching it. Maybe he wished for this boy's aid in his own. Either way he knew that this boy could play a part in Nash's own path during his time at this school. He seemed very much like Nash in a way, the two both doing very well at having an opposing civil conversation without resorting to the same violence they were speaking of.
"Surely you cannot fully reject my point of view, I have yet to fully reject yours. It is simply foolish however, to try to get somewhere fast by cutting through the bush beside the correct path. You were meant for better things than to fight with a cracked principle as your only cushion for when you fall back."
Wise, Nash took a certain appeal to his own ways of wording things. He gave a smile of certain approval at his own point. Nash's eyes then began to search Cain for a reaction. He expected him to be the type who could make conclusions and survive a matching of ideas. However, whether he was prone to violent or otherwise hostile reactions to such comparisons of ideas had not yet been determined. Nash awaited a reaction once again, his mind already starting to wheedle it's way around potential come-back sentences. His own thoroughness was begin to give Nash chills.

OOC: Sorry I had to interrupt because I thought this would help describe my character's motives.
Kit was in the bathroom defecating due to something bad that he had ate the day before. What a way to start the morning. Kit despised using public bathrooms, but he didn't have much of a choice. His thoughts on how clean the stalls were, was soon interrupted by what sounded like a fight. His conclusion came true as the voice of the school captain was speaking to a certain student whom was soon identified as Cain Princeton. This Cain Princeton soon came in contact with another student, and then another who identified himself as Nash. Though they weren't speaking very loud, the hallway was quiet as class was in session. Kit however, would be excused as he already notified the teacher of his... problem, where the teacher then made it known to the entire class.
Some conversation they were having, Kit thought as he gave a smirk. Yet another voice interrupted, sounding feminine and familiar. We have a party now? Eventually, Kit was done ridding himself of waste products of the human system, as he washed his hands and walked to where this discussion on the justification of violence to stop violence was being held.
As he stopped and stood near where the other three stood, he gave a nod to Charlotte. No wonder the voice sounded familiar. "I couldn't help but interrupt, I heard the entire conversation while I was uh... in the bathroom. As for your whole discussion on the excuses of fighting to stop fighting, there is an easy example that I'm surprised none of you brought up. Take police for an example. They are supposedly there to serve and protect the people. Pulling out their gun is suppose to be last resort. They start with words, followed by disabling the foe from assaulting usually by grabs, holds and handcuffs, with the last resort being violence and utilizing their gun if the target is firing at them. Even with violence, they aim to disable the aggressor from continuing his or her onslaught. In our situation, the Pillars and School Captain are our police. Though some of them follow this chain of steps, some do not, and should be dealt with for the general safety of the students in the school."
"Now what Cain did is essentially the act as a civilian if we were to compare the Pillars and School Captain as the police. If you were walking on the street, and someone was beating your mother, wouldn't you go ahead and stop them even if it required violence in the end? Because the Pillars and School Captain are not there, you will have to act as the police, and follow the chain of steps that they do. Violence should not be allowed on anyone for any reason. Though Cain did use the first step, which was words but rather not very effective ones, Cain did not have a choice when he was fighting what sounded like several aggressors to use the second step which was immobilizing the foe from attacking, so he had to jump to the third step which is violence to stop the enemy. That is why I don't believe there to be any fault in Cain's justification other than he should have used a better choice of words for step one."
This was also why Kit was for the Pillar system though sometimes they had abused their powers. They were the police, keeping order in the school, reducing violence though sometimes they would have to use violence. If you wanted to beat someone up, you wouldn't do it in front of a police, and the same goes for the positive way the Pillar's presence had in the school.

OOC: Real Short post because my character has nothing to say XD
Robert smiled as he laid back against the wall his eyes slowly examining the words that Nash spoke when he first popped up. It was interesting to see this guy defying Cain's logic so calmly and questioning it. Merely laughing to himself Robert stood quiet as they conversed and then a strange limping women showed up actually surprising him. She apparently had to step into this conversation to speak her own 2 cent. Then another person showed up stating what he thought. Jeez this is really pulling people in isn't it Robert thought scratching the back of his head. Even though things got so big Robert continued to listen in till Kit had finished. He had gotten to the point that Robert wanted to say. How the pillars were like the police of the school and how the police use steps to end violence. Well if this isn't the most interesting of topics! Robert thought.

The female student responded first, earning Cain's undivided attention for the moment. In all truth, he hadn't expected her to answer his words, but answer she did, which meant that Cain's eyes would travel to meet hers, as eye contact was important in reading the entire message, rather than just the words spoken. Her attempts at humour made the corners of Cain's mouth twitch slightly, as if the smile there were being held back by sheer force of will. She was right in some respects, as an overabundance of violence would simply cause a backlash, ruining the purpose of Cain's actions. Nevertheless, the sophomore judged things on a case-by-case basis, using whatever tools he felt necessary to accomplish the goals he sought.
His thoughts were interrupted by Nash once again, who had taken this moment to make his point once again. This one seemed intent on pointing out the flaws in Cain's ideologies, though for what purpose, Cain could only guess at. However, the thought that Nash was trying too hard did occur in the sophomore's mind, a fact that somewhat took away from the overall impact of the student's words. Not significantly, but noticeably, in Cain's mind. He glanced back to the girl, intent on answering her as she had spoke first, when yet another student took this opportunity to voice his views. Resisting the urge to roll his eyes, Cain looked towards the newest arrival, listening to him as well until he had finished. This one seemed to agree with Cain, though on a more rudimentary level. Such a thing didn't bother him, however, it simply meant that Cain would address him last, as he had been the last to speak. He looked to the girl, once again starting with her.
"I answer what's given to me. Had you passed without a word, you would have received none in return. While your goals and mine may be similiar in theory, our methods likely differ. Unless, of course, that cane is just for show. However, I haven't met with the School Captain just yet; he simply asked to meet with me again after school. But I will keep your advice in mind."
Cain's tone never varied from its matter-of-fact delivery, though if one were to listen closely, they may have noticed the hidden humour within his words. His attention, however had already shifted towards Nash, the second in order to receive an answer from Cain, whose eyes had narrowed ever so slightly, once again being the only clue as to Cain's emotion at the moment.
"If you fail to recognize the significance of my comparison, then perhaps you should consider it again, rather than dismiss it entirely. I suggested that if we were to adopt that particular method of thought, then my example would be valid. Only a fool refuses to vary his message when it is lost in translation the first time. Regardless, your opinion is your own, and I have no desire to sway you to mine. I am not so pretentious as to believe my truth is absolute, rather, it is but a smaller piece of the whole. Yours is as well. Mine has yet to 'cushion' me, however, as I haven't failed yet, and I have no intention of doing so in the near-future."
Finally, Cain looked towards the newest arrival, simply staring at him for a moment, as if contemplating his words at first. The reality was, rather, that Cain was wondering why he had bothered to stop and debate in the first place. Outside of tutors, this was the most he had spoken to someone in a long time, which made this situation... strange, at best. Mentally shrugging, he set out to give this newcomer his response, as he had already expressed himself to this point, there was no reason to hold back now.
"My words were effective, in that they achieved the desired effect. For one, they had both been warned of my intentions, as regardless of whether they released their victim or not, they would be made examples of. I won't tolerate such acts of brutality if I'm in a position to prevent it. Secondly, I managed to keep them from doing any more damage to the third student."
With his answers given, Cain crossed his arms and waited, his gaze slowly moving from one person to the next. If there was any more to be said, he would answer, as he needed to get used to speaking... socially, with people once more.

A nod here, a thoughtful hmm there, as the philosophical discussion continued. She listened with intent, raising an eyebrow at the intensity of what could have been a simple hallway conversation.
It was only too easy to observe the average dumb-brute demographic, as as much as she would have liked to observe the new "seemingly-intelligent-brute" demographic, she was not one for missing class - garnering attention when it was certainly not wanted.
"Well glad to hear that we're all such an opinionated group ..." she quipped, stealing a glance around the motley assembly. "Good luck with whatever you intend to do here," she nodded towards the Carrier (Cain).
"I'll see you around Kit," she said, obviously directed at Kit Lee, who's English had definitely seemed to improve. And, with that final word, she hobbled away on the cane to class.
Some good advice to her had been to look about and see what sort of people made up the student body; meet people from all sides of the coming conflict. It seemed good advice, no matter how short such meetings ran - it was an interesting exercise.
Of course, her leg was saying otherwise, but that was what the cane was for.
