After extensive conversations with a good friend of mine, I finally took his advice and drew a few doodles, eventually coppying an image of Tracey from Pokemon as it was in his MSN Avitar. Here are the results... Keep in mind I havn't drawn anything in almost 3 years, and the last thing I drew was not recognisable as the woman I was drawing. This is the best one I managed, and I added a little something as somewhat of an inspiration, and a way to kill the negative space around the pic. Some random doodles I threw together. Bottom two are obviously attempts to coppy Xian's funny little picture. Top right is my terrible attempt at Ran Ling Xiao's rendition of Mav, and the top left is a random face I drew trying to reuse Xian's expression.

LMFAO!!!!!! XDD My drawings look oh so wonderful! But it's terrible that your teachers said that But mines the same. Said I couldn't be an artist if I drew manga. Though I got him to shut up when I told him that I had a future planned with comic writing Dun listen to others you If you believe you can draw then you can do it. ^___^ That's what I did. Even when my own dad told me I couldn't draw. Though I proved him wrong

I must say, your little bit of text made me think about a chapter in "The Little Prince" in regards to drawing... Just keep going at it~♪

This is the best work I've done so far. The foreheads a bit big... But I worked pretty hard to get his left eye to work properly. It looked weird for ages.

With the long forehead he reminds me more of Beavis, from Beavis and Butthead, rather then Sethiroth. Still, not bad by any means. And if all else fails, you can say it's Beavis playing dress-up.

-shudders-
Beavis cosplaying as Sephy? That'd be twisted....
Still, nice one Nick. A good go and I'm looking forward to seeing your next ^^

You're getting better, but it looks like you have trouble controlling your strokes....
