They all lack noticeable borders.

??what are you talking about?? They all, save the two company logos, have a 1 pixel black border. Edit:

The Tiao one is the best, imo.

My eyes were drawn away from the render to the blob of black to its left. The text was alright and all, but... Its crisp look with how smooth the render looks somehow don't balance eachother. I'm not sure whether to comment on how the render's hair seemingly blends into the background (and not in a good way) or about how the overall dark-ish look is dominating the sig. The text looks as if it got smushed in rather than planned into the work. Obviously, your best one of the lot. Everything looks just right and I love the choice in colors. It would've been good if it weren't for the big gap of somewhat empty space in the center-right-ish. Simple and smooth, but... Since symmetry was what I was initially expecting from aglance, the placement in the text drove me insane. It looked so... ACK. Personally, I think it would've looked more neat if the text was suspended over the rippling white so the silhouette won't clash as violently. Good choice in colors, I like how my eyes are first directed to the render, the white smudge, then the text, but there's something about the text that's "missing". How smooth it looks and the font is nifty and all, but I can't put my finger on what it is exactly that might make it look better. Meanwhile, though not extremely necessary, a subtle border wouldn't hurt. It'd just complement and compliment the look.

And I just realized that you commented on how they do have borders... But... A black border on a black background can lead to people not noticing it, I guess. Eyes went first to render, smudge of black, then it kinda got lost. At least it went to the bright blot to the left, then to the "OLDSCHOOL" text. It would've been nice if it was moved a little to the right, though. The "Knights Inc." stands out a bit more than it needs to be, unless it was intended. I'm used to seeing signatures in corners, so pardon if this seems out of place to say, but it seems as if its dodging the bright blot to the left. Putting it in the upper left corner would make the text a bit more subtle. I LOVE THIS SIG.

I have to say Junpei, I'm impressed with your developement. Perhaps I should find a picture that fits your style and get you to redo my sig.

If your creative juices are flowing, you could always redo it. But I'm not commanding it. Nope, not at all.
