"That'll be 13.25." said the taxi driver in a thick middle-eastern accent.
Keep the change and stay up man. Sadat said with a stern tone as he handed the taxi driver a 20 and stepped foot on the Hircine campus, his new kicks shining in the sunlight.
Sadat thought to himself with a smirk across his face as he strode down the campus to the main gate of the school. His plan? To make an example. It was clearly obvious to Sadat that although the Varronites are new they still have taken control of this school, through subtle manners and aggressive ones. All the known students happened to be Varronites, besides the pillars, who only show up when they feel like it, and to make matters worse, a Varronite has become a pillar. But, change was soon on its way, and Shabazz was looking foward to leading it.
As Sadat opened the gates he saw his chance to make a name for himself. A perfect time to be noticed and make a big scene within the school. It was your typical bully sentiment, but what was most important in this endeavor was the people actually involved. Apparantly a hand of fate member got a little too loose and thought he could push around one of Sadat's classmates, that wasn't going to slide anymore, Sadat was making moves.
The Burly student with those infamous horizontal lines across his bicep began to pound Sadat's classmate into the locker, with students gasping in horror as nothing was being done.
"You honestly think we are gonna take this shit?" Sadat asked the fate member rhetorically.
The kid was small, and frail, and at this point missing several teeth, thank god Sadat's protests stopped the beating, anymore would of put the poor nerd in a coma. He slid down from the locker and slumped over coughing up blood.
The Fate member turned around, curling his lips into a grin of excitement. "Yeah you have been..until now at least."
The hallway went dead silent, as countless students looked on as some sort of hero emerged from the terror that was occurring. Sadat began to size the Fate goon up, making mental notes of his strengths and weaknesses.
[He's big and tall, 6'3, and is wide, I'd say about 250 lbs. He looks like he has a foot ball background judging by the physique but unfortunately for him, his fighting skills lack, just judging by those slow and poorly aimed punches, he won't be doing enough damage if he intends to fight me. This won't be too hard....I hope.]
And with that note Sadat realized that he hasn't had a fight in his life, and suddenly his cold feet began to turn into cold shins, and the shins turned into legs, and the legs to his body. It was at this time that he thought of a quote he heard somewhere....
"Courage is not the absence of fear, it is the presence of fear, but the will to go on."
It was at that note that Sadat dropped his book bag to the floor, making a what would sound like an earthquake in the silent hallway. He then slowly brought up his hands to his face and took his southpaw boxing stance.
The Fate member laughed hysterically,
"This guy can't be serious, oh well you can die too!!!!"
With that note the Fate goon began to rush Sadat with full speed and disregard for his defense, his huge feet stomping as he charged at him.
SWOOOOOOSH!!!!
Air. To much of the Goon's surpise his reckless left hook only connected with the oxygen, as the agility of Sadat bested him. Sadat quickly ducked the Goon's foolish attempted for attack, stepping on his left foot in the progress, disabling his ability to move with ease. It was after that Sadat would rise up hard with a hard left upper cut to the goon's chin, completely screwing with his equilibrium.
"Nnnnnghhhhh!!!!!" The goon would grunt as he stumbled back in a bit of a daze.
[I've gained the upper hand. Time to hit him with the straight.] Sadat thought to himself as he followed the goons movements, not giving him any moment to recover. Before the Fate member even knew where he was properly reacquainted with Sadat's left, only this time, it met him head on as his straight punched collided with the goons nose. Combined with the force of gravity, this punch would send the goon stumbling all the way to the lockers he was previously at, only this time he was on the victim's side. The goon slid down the locker, beside his former victim, in a daze.
"Wow, I did really good for a first fight, but I suppose I can't be proud, he was clearly uneducated in fighting." Sadat thought aloud as he brushed his hands off, only to realize that he gained the attention of the crowd around him. They stood in awe. Finally a Hircinian took a stand and it wasn't a pillar. Finally they had someone to look up to. A hero was born, or at least that's what is what Sadat was hoping for......
