Closing his eyes the young school captain lifted his chin high and made it seem as though he was looking to the sky. The air around him was heavy, the concrete light with the pattering puddles of rain. Yet, the clouds had passed by quickly, blowing through the atmosphere and relinquishing the night sky to the blanket of stars. They remained shining bright, not discouraged to dazzle after being covered by in the midst of the night.
"The Japanese have a saying that the Koi fish must pass through a waterfall to become a dragon. Their scales get stripped away and become their wings as they soar through the sky. I wish to soar, but my scales are weighing me down. That's where you come in."
Lowering his head the opened his eyes, looking over the group that was slowly growing in front of him. They were all students from Paragon Institute, with a few graduate delinquents from Hircine showing up as well. The group was still forming, and everyone seemed to have a puzzled look on their face. This wasn't brought to their attention through the normal means, it was hard to even say that the means were abnormal. They were just bizarre.
"As you may have already guessed from appearances, no one here follows me. You may all be under my captain ship, but that doesn't mean you believe in my methods, or understand my reasoning. Don't worry, no one understands my reasoning, don't even bother thinking into it."
Twisting his right foot he dug the heel of his sneaker into the middle of his left foot and popped his foot from the sneaker, kicking the shoe away with his toes. Switching feet he did the same with his left, leaving him bare foot as he rolled his jacket off his shoulders. It fell to the ground, crumpling around his feet and being left in a state of dismissal. Stepping away from his belongs, remaining bare footed and in nothing more then a white wife-beater and a pair of grey sweats he stood at ease in front of the relatively hostile crowd.
"So, whose going to start my ascension?"
