Like the last tournament, the fights will take place in an MMA style caged octagon. IC, the fights will all take place in one night, with a 15 minute break between rounds. The only rule in this tournament is no killing your opponent, so be original.
First post is due by monday night, with posts every 24 hours at minimum. They will be judged next sunday if you can't finish your opponent.
Ready? FIGHT!

(OOC- Alright, lets get this started! By the way, Kyu, it's Plisken, not Pilskin. ) John was in the locker room by himself, drinking a bottle of water while sitting in a fold-up chair. He had heard there was a tourney being placed here, and was the last guy to sign up yesterday morning. Ever since, John had been preparing to face any opponent, practicing at the dojo with his master. He was nervous, but not to the point of shaking; he was more excited than worried. The door to the locker room burst open, as John lifted his head to see a man in a black suit. "Mr. Pilskin, your match is up." The man said with a nod. "Thank you sir, but it's Plisken, not Pilskin." With that, John stood up, and finished the rest of his bottled water, tossing it into the trash can. The door opened once more, as he placed his gaze on the steel cage that stood before him. Once you go in there, there ain't going back. He felt his hand shaking a little, as he closed it into a fist. There was no time to be nervous today. Now it was John's time to prove himself combat worthy. He entered the Octagon with the crowd roaring over the last fight. This was the second fight in the preliminary round, and he didn't want to disappoint the giant masses of people here tonight. He was here to put his Jeet Kune Do training to the test, against any opponent. That was his purpose tonight. That and give the people an entertaining show. He wore a black shirt, along with his jeans, Addidas shoes, his black fingerless gloves, along with his white bandanna around his forehead. He didn't know who his opponent was, nor did he wanted to know. Facing against a random foe would prove useful when you want to know how far you come in training, right? And lets face it; John was a new blood to these people tonight. No one knew who he was. All they expected was that the young kid was going to get smacked easily in the first round. Hell, only one guy was betting on the young man was a drunk. Boy, were they wrong! He wasn't going to lose without a hard fight. He stood in one corner, opposite to where his opponent would stand, and wait for him to appear. It was time.

(OOC: A little mood music. Here) There was a hush when Ein had first registered for the tournament. Nobody had seen or heard from the man in some months. His name was legendary and afew of those taking the names for the fights didn't beleive that it was really him. Ein would have grinned at that had he still the ability to. There would be a sudden hushed silence, then immense cheering as the tall familiar face appeared. The hair was afew inches longer than it was some months back, but the black cloth across the mouth was still there and perhaps more importantly the eyes were unchanged. The harsh calculating eyes, always on edge, always expecting the worst. The slow gait of the tall man would prolong the screams, those that had bet large amounts of money on name alone were validated, and the poor drunk that had bet on the opponent suddenly felt his numbed heart shatter for his foolish move. The final high point in the cheering as Ein unbuttoned the short sleeve black button up he wore and stepped into the ring. The door closing behind him and locked. The tall man would stand across from John. His upper torso bare except for the tight dark black sleeves against his pale skin. On the legs were black Dickies and as usual he wore heavy boots on his feet. The cruel eyes staring at his opponent, jaw moving slightly and the once fresh cloth starting to become stained with saliva. Ein would begin moving at his opponent slowly, methodically, mechanically timed. The crowd cheered with each step, even if Genaht's founder knew it would give the smaller man the first move. It was good to put fear into an opponent. More importantly, it was good to be feared.

Great... I got to face a giant off the bat!
At the entrance of his opponent, the crowd was at first silent, then burst open with screams. John watched as his opponent unbuttoned his shirt, exposing his bare chest, the cage door slamming shut. At the that, John silently gulped. He didn't knew he was going against a huge man in the first round. This WILL put the young man to the test. He locked eyes with the giant, as he opened his mouth, being stained with saliva. He started stepping forward, in a timely, slow pace. This gave John time to get into his stance. He bent his knees a little bit, his right shoulder facing the giant monster, his hands in fists, except his thumb and pinky was extended a little, and had his feet on the top of his toes. His face showed no emotion, only determination and focus.
John would wait for his opponent to draw near, until he was about a yard or two away. That's when John would strike. Pushing off his left foot, he would make a single pace with his right leg and planted his foot, closing most of the distance between them. With this, John would crouch along with this pace, placing his body low. All in one motion, John would shoot out a left fist, turning his body with the arc of the swing, and smash into the solar plexus, knocking the wind out of Ein, making his body lean forward instinctively. The arc would be small, allowing John to conserve his energy. He would follow up by rising up to a stand, swinging a right uppercut that would possibly floor the giant. If John's first blow lands, it is almost incredible to dodge or counter the second strike. The first not only stunned the big man, but also made him lean forward, lowering his head and decreasing the size advantage.
John didn't like the idea that he had to face a huge foe in the very beginning of the tournament, so he was going to try and do as much damage as possible in a small time frame, in other words, end the fight ASAP.

John had already committed afew blunder, fist in announcing his attack by posing his right shoulder to the longer man, second in committing into an attack that would rely on him staying within the reach of the larger one.
The eyes watched carefully as the smaller man twisted on one foot and launched the harsh attack, the idea was sound and it would have been practical, had both hands not been at the ready and the experienced mind predicted, atleast partially, the attack.
The large right hand would grasp loosely at John's wrist and pull it through, just to the right side of his body, the strong arm muscles pulling his opponent close, where the right arm would attempt to wrap around his opponents neck as he would take another step forward and then downwards.
It was an odd motion and more importantly it was always harder to push someone down from the top, but the larger man hoped that pulling the attack through then pushing the other way would keep him off balance long enough for the pair to fall to the mat and if they did, Ein's arm around the boys neck wouldn't let go. Plisken would be held close to Ein's chest and the muscles would begin tightening hard to keep him close and make him submit to the lipless man's will.

(OOC- I took a bit to think about it, and I am going to believe that you let go of John's hand after you pulled him. EXTREMELY Sorry for short/crappy post, as there is a thunderstorm outside. Pm me if there is any problems.)
John was pulled in by the giant, much to the young man's dismay. So, John would instinctively lean forward, causing him to roll, dodging the arm above him. His would return to his feet and look back to see that he was behind his opponent. With this new opening, John would rise to a stand, and thrust his right foot at the back of the giant's left kneecap. Being forced to one knee, John would retract his foot, plant it, and swing his left leg at the head of the giant, hoping to end it quickly.

(OOC: Ein didn't really let go, but the twisting motion of the roll would certainly cause him to lose grip so the point is moot.)
The boy was abit more clever than Ein had given him credit for, but only abit. The problem with the dodge was that it left Ein standing, and it didn't get John far enough away. If he was within range after standing to deliver a kick, he was only a step from arm reach.
The larger man might be slow, but Plisken would have to roll, gain his feet and then turn to look behind him to even ATTEMPT to attack. All the larger man had to do was follow the boy with his eyes and head.
The lipless leader of Genaht would pivot on his left foot, bringing his right fist to bear in a vicious hay maker punch. The larger man wouldn't expect his opponent to dodge again, as his timing would be to match just as the boy was to catch him with the blow just as he was gaining his feet.
If things went his way, Plisken would be just gathering himself from his roll just as Ein's large right fist crashed into his head, sending the boy to the mat where the dark tower of a man would continue his assault.

John would roll under the arm successfully, no hitches. As soon as his roll would be completed, he eyed his target, the left kneecap. He would notice that the whole leg began to turn counter-clockwise, in which meant one thing: Ein is making a 180 degree turn to nail John someway! So as John would rise from his roll, leaning to the left side! Thanks to this motion, he had narrowly dodged the haymaker that would of rock him off his feet. Now it was his turn!
As the fist past John's head, He would grab Ein's right forearm with his right, pulling it back with the motion to add the momentum, causing the giant to lean a bit forward. Along with this, John would bend his left arm, and thrust the elbow into Ein's head.

Update OOC: I have not received a PM from John, nor does there seem to be an edit.
OOC: Delayed post as I can't figure out if John is facing Ein or not as his last two posts don't offer a clear depiction of how he managed to grab Ein's hand other than to say he did.

Well, in that case John Pilskin is forced to forfeit the match for not getting back to you within reasonable time. Congrats Ein.
