Victoria snuck from under the covers. Her toes tip-toeing from the room as she snatched a long shirt from one of his drawers along the way. Damien laid sleeping in bed unnoticed that he now lay next to an empty space.
It had been a week since their first meeting. Their nights full of pleasure and erotic scenes. They would meet either at their place or the others. Keeping their secret affair from their daily life Victoria yearning to feel his arms around her all day every day. The nights belonged to them and no one would take that away. They had been careful and will continue to do so. She never called him while she was in public and if she did, it would be more direct sometimes in a harsher tone when she was around others. She always prayed that he wouldn't take it personally.
Tugging down the shirt over her head she then leaned against the door jam, looking towards his bed watching him as he laid there. She was getting herself into a whirl wind of trouble and yet she didn't care. She could actually tell herself that their relationship might just be more than an affair that she could bring herself to call it love.
Precarious as she was she didn't want to get over her head just yet.
Moving to the kitchen, she had by now familiarized herself with her surroundings. Keeping as quiet as she could while she managed to make some breakfast. It wouldn't be much of a surprise if she went clanking around with pots and pans. After all she had been getting some cooking lessons from her friends at the restaurant and she wanted to test out if she could do it on her own. She could even hear Bob now.
'Just keep in mind that if you work fast wither it be in food or life you will just spoil and ruin what’s before you. So take your time, be aware and know that in the end you will succeed.'
His words made all the difference. Knowing that it was true and that she didn't want to rush things with Damien even thou in the beginning they kinda did. If they rushed things would turn out messy and she didn't want that. She had that before and it is what made her fear.
Shaking her head of any negative thoughts she turned back to the skillet. Starting her breakfast, letting the aroma's of breakfast meats and eggs loft into the bedroom. Should he wake up he would find her in the kitchen, if he didn't she would wake him with a soft kiss and breakfast in bed.

The sweet scent of cooked goods drifted through his penthouse, attacking the nostrils of the boy who lay in bed. He awoke, his head shifting on the pillow as he looked over to where his stretched our arm lie, noticing the rather empty place where the body of a beautiful woman had lain not a few hours before...when they had finally gotten to sleep. He blinked his eyes, pushing down with his arms as he scooted backward, bringing up his hands to rub his face as he yawned. He shook it once more to clear it of the sleep, then, his eyes finally adjusting to the light, he noticed a cute little bottom, his head leaning to the side to glance down the hall as she stood on her tippy toes to grab something on a high shelf.
'Damn...'
He smiled and got out of bed. How in the world had the Teen managed to pull off getting her to be with him? Hell, how had he gotten her to STAY with him. It was beyond him. Regardless, he wasn't one to bite the hand that fed him, instead moving over to his drawer to pick out some clothes. It had been a wonderful week, full of time spent cuddling, having sex and just being together. He got used to the way she spoke to him sometimes over the phone, learning from the first time she gave the voice that it was just used to mask her affection for him in front of strangers. He had no need to use any voice- he was rarely out in public unless it was for school or to get groceries. He just had no need.
He threw on a pair of blue jeans, walking out into the kitchen shirtless and taking a seat silently at the "bar" around his counter, sitting on a revolving stool there and looking over the the Principal.
"I didn't know you could cook. It smells delicious!"
He only realized how ravenous he was- She made sure he got his exercise.

"I've been taking a few lessons. So if its not up to par then I might have to keep on working at it. But I was told I have a knack for it if I just be patient with it."
She smirked, brushed her fingertips through her short hair, no doubt looking like a fuzz ball. Moving quickly towards him giving him a quick peck on the lips before moving back to the hot stove top.
"I'm borrowing your shirt I hope you don't mind. I don't know what happened to mine last night."
The fact that they ripped each others clothes off it was hard telling where any article of clothing went to. It seemed like a ritual to see who could get rid of their clothing first, flinging what they had in hand any which way. She was sure he would win hands down each and ever time. Her work clothes being more layers than her casual.
Picking up an egg at a time and placing them on the plate. She made a hearty plate for him and then placed it in front of him. Victoria made herself one, no doubt half of what was on his and moved to sit next to him.

Damien picked up the remote, turning to give her wonderful, thick lips the quick attention they most definitely deserved before clicking on the giant tv, setting down the remote on the counter as she placed a plate in front of him. He immediately began salivating. He waited for her to take he seat before grinning and digging in, the News reporter on the Television talking about Riots at schools or something... Damien paused, setting down his fork and turning up the TV.
'Rioting at both Paragon and Hircine have been escelating all week, the two schools being notorious for violence, have picked up in theyre student led fights and brutalizing of school property since the announcement that one school would be closed down. They have..."
Damien sighed, a sad look darkening his features as he returned half heartedly to his meal, turning down the news before doing so. He was obviously downcast by the fact that this was happening- regardless of how active he was in student events and the like, he still cared about all of them, both students at Hircine and at Paragon. Plus, he hated to hear of how dangerous an enviroment his Girlfriend was exposed to, no matter her age. He brought the forkful of food back to his lips, downing the eg in one bite before turning to her, a look of sadness slightly passing his features as he spoke.
"I'm gona go throw a shirt on..."
He didnt want to mention the schools because she asked that he didnt when they were ogether and he would respect that. He made his way back into his room, dark thoughts enveloping him like the blanket he had been sleeping in not moments before.

His mood seemed to turn somber as she watched him, her ears picking up the news just as it loomed. She could tell how he was feeling on the subject she too hated what was going around them. Her only salvation from it seemed to be when she as with him. They never talk about whats going on, her wishes that he had kept. She knew he only had the best intentions.
As he excused himself Victoria didn't even have a bite. Her food seemed pointless now as she looked down at it and then back at him, watching him leave the kitchen. She then picked up the plates with a sigh and moved them to the sink. Knowing that no matter how hard she tried within the schools she couldn't stop everything.
Moving in behind him she moved her arms past his sides, embracing him from behind, leaving him unable to pull on a shirt as he stood in the bedroom. Her breath and words moving into his bare back as she spoke.
"I know things are hard right now. But you will see things will get better, I can feel it. And if it don't hell I might be out of a job and I will be able to see you more freely."
She joked with a small smile trying to cheer him up a little.
Moving in front of him she looked him in the eyes.
"I will fix things. You will see."

Damien felt her arms come around his body, his abs and pecks flexing in slight tension then relaxing with the feel of her warmth. He heard her words, then bit his lip, turning around and leaning against the dresser, looking down at her with a small half smile. He lookef away, thinking for a moment.
"Thats just it. I don't think either schools are meant to survive." The reason behind this statement? "Thats the reason im so downcast about it. Ive reviewed, in my head and with gathering information, why the Director and his minion would go and tell both schools to basically trash the other one. In the end, both schools will be trashed and to blame, the board will have no choice but to shut down both schools because the children are too sporadic and rebellious, saving them twice as much and getting the problem children out of theyre community." He shrugged.
"I guess i don't see what the point of all the fighting is. Why not just shut down the schools and transfer us out."
He looked down, then back up into her eyes, smiling slightly.
"Guess i think a little too much, huh?"

In the back of her mind it was saying the same thing. But she didn't know how she would handle another closing. Truth be told it was her fault that Varron closed, how could she handle Hircine closing, not when she was trying to do her best to prevent it. Would this be her luck through out her life, her failure repeating itself over and over, a painful reminder.
Her eyes moved down looking into his chest her own somber moment showing on her face. He didn't know what happened before. How could he know.
She let go of him and moved away from his embrace.
"I can't let them close Hircine. I wont let them close Hircine. They don't understand how hard..."
Her sentence fell off as if she was giving up on it. She brushed back the curtain on the window looking out into the early morning. The light caressing her flesh that seemed to chill from the thoughts. Traffic moving along, people living their lives without pause. It must be nice to live so carefree.
Her mind reeled. Frantically going through the last events of Varron High. How many lives were lost and how much more she could have prevented. Lost along with so many others.

Damien watched Victoria move, slightly mad at himself for even mentioning it. She was in such a good mood, had made him all this food and he just had to ruin it. He pulled on the shirt, speaking distantly as he did so.
"In truth i don't think its a choice they want to leave up to you."
He walked over and placed his hand on her shoulder.
"I'm not even sure if it will...im only speculating. If it does happen though, i don't think you should blame yourself."
He would turn her around, steeling himself before placing a genuine smile on his face.
"Look...i'm sorry for mentioning it...lets...lets just try and have a good day." He pointed with his thumb to the car parked out front. "I've got a car with your name on the steering wheel. Lets go- we're gonna get you a license."

"I know but its just so...so frustrating to know that all my hard work all the promises are for nothing. The school board only knows pieces of paper, they don't know students. Not like I do."
As he mentioned something about taking her to drive. She wasn't sure if that was such a hot idea. Specially in such a nice car like his.
"I donno Damien. I mean I haven't drove a car in a while. I mean the last I drove was a couple years ago and I don't think its like riding a bicycle. I would hate to damage your car."
She gave him an uneasy look. It had been literally years. Growing up in a large city with all sorts of transportation it was easy to not have to drive anywhere, specially when her mode of transport was her own two feet.
Moving about the room she started to pick up her clothing, one piece after the other. Stopping in the middle with a questionable look on her face. She was missing a few things. Finding a trail of a sock and a bra she found the last few important articles just under the couch. How they got there was beyond her.
Keeping in motion she slid her clothing on moving to the bathroom to do something with her hair.
"Is there somewhere in a desolate place where no old ladies or buildings or anything can get in my way so I can practice? Im sure if I try now I will fail."

Damien would watch her as she spoke. He knew how it felt, he didnt know most of the students tehre but for some odd reason he felt the need, the pull, to help them. To make theyre life better. It was one thing he lvoed about her- her passion to help the students. It was one he shared with her to a strange degree. He came in behind her in the bathroom, wrapping his arms around her waist and kissing the back of her neck gently, softly, leaving a peper of small, wet kisses on her shoulders. His breathing quickened with it, but he now had control of it- so much time with her in that manner gave him a certain degree of control, which he was thankful for. He placed his chin on her shoulder, looking at her in the mirror.
"Whatever you want to do, beautiful."
He tried to keep his thoughts on matters at hand, but the sudden feeling in his stomach and chest made him want more. He took a deep breath, aiming to break contact with her body- if he had kept hold, he knew that he'd lose control.
He would go and look for his car keys while he calmed down.
Yeah, she had that effect.

Each kiss seemed to send a shiver down her spine. Unexpected which would make her skin flush in response. She was all too sure that they could just spend the whole day in the bedroom rather then out and about.
As he left the bathroom she couldn't help but smirk, one of those hidden kinda smirks like she was ashamed to smirk but none the less. Polishing herself off she fixed her hair with complementary use of his gel. It wasn't much and she would have to keep telling herself to invest in an over night bag.
Walking out looking a bit more fresh than just standing around in a shirt she walked into the living room area and hunted down her shoes.
"How about a very empty parking lot, maybe the desert. Somewhere where I can not hit anything and no one can hit me. I'll learn eventually."
She teased as she placed on her shoes, Tieing each one tightly before standing up and making sure she hadn't forgotten anything. Well besides her keys that still lay on the counter top. Those she would easily grab and place them in her pockets.
To anyone it seemed as if she was procrastinating. Or at least in her own odd way, psyching herself up to drive.
"I'm ready"

Damien smiled at her reaction to his touch- he loved that he could do that to her. He grabbed his keys, heading for the door as she came out, placing her own keys in her pockets. He locked the door, set the security alarm, then walked down the steps to his car, smiling over at her as she walked up behind him.
"I guess i see what you mean. I can drive us there, then we can let you drive. We better get this done though- Your test is scheduled for the end of the week."
He got into the car after she did, firing it up and throwing it in reverse. He drove out of the parking lot, took a right, then headed straight, the road leading to the highway, which he would take for about an hour out of town. He pulled off onto a side dirt road that led them into the desert, stopping once the highway was out of view. He looked over at her and handed her the keys. "Your the only person to have ever driven this car other then me. Feel privilidged." He would grin and wink when he said that. He got out, walking around to the passenger side and hopping in, the unnatural veiw causing him to realize what he was doing as butterflies hit his stomach.
"Shall we begin then?"

End of the week? When those words passed onto her, her eyes went wide. She hasn’t driven in years and she’s supposed to relearn in a week? Damien put so much faith in her that it was questionable if she could uphold his expectations. She can ride a motorcycle but cars were a different thing. Specially if it was manual or automatic. She knew if it was manual she would be in deeeeeeepp trouble. She felt that she wasn’t that coordinated to try to remember the clutch. But thankfully his car was automatic.
She took a deep breath in and let it out trying to calm her worries as he drove on. Humming to the music until he pulled over. The time had come for Victoria to show her stuff and she would be in the driver seat.
Victoria kept her feet far away from the petals while he made himself settle in beside her, not touching anything until he said so. Holding the keys tightly in her hand she looked at him. She was nervous. Why she was nervous seemed to dumbfound her. This was simple people do it everyday. She remembered her time in the old pick up truck back in New York. Sure she only driven it once and she was 16 at the time, this shouldn’t be any harder than that.
Victoria placed the keys in the ignition and let the engine roar into life and continue to purr as they both sat there.
“Are you sure your ok with this?”
Victoria knew what cars meant to guys. They were like their babies and no one wanted some one else touching their baby. Getting the okay from him she looked at the steering wheel as if it was going to start moving on its own. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a car like a transformer, just have them drive for you. Or something with autopilot.
Swallowing hard Victoria placed her hands on the wheel and situated her feet in the right positions.
Come on Vic this should be cake walk. Your 24 years old for gods sake, everyone knows how to drive.
Her mind mocked her as she took her hand and switched into the “D” gear. Letting the break go the car started to move and so did the pack of wild animals that turned over in her stomach making sure she was well aware how nervous she was. Taking her right foot which hovered over the accelerator, she pressed a little too hard and they jetted forward before she quickly hit the break making they jet back.
“Sorry, sorry...I didn’t know how touchy it was...”
She apologized with an embarrassed look on her face. The 89 ford truck that she drove back in the day, you practically had to press it hard to the floor to get it going. This was completely different. Barely touching it made it move quickly. She knew the car had horse power but what she wouldn’t give to be able to press without worrying about going too fast. With her foot on the break she took her hands off the wheel and clenched them a few times before replacing them at the 10 and 2 position on the wheel. Pressing the accelerator lightly for now, they started to move forward at a slow pace, coming to 15 miles per hour.
She didn’t realize how much difference it felt when your driving rather than riding. Each bump seemed to be more than a little bump but rather making yourself feel as if you went over small hill, he seemed to take no notice, so maybe it was just all in her head. She clenched her jaw and kept up with it. Taking up speed to at least 35-40 to keep up with the speed limit, she started to get into the hang of things.
“So what now, I don’t even know what’s on this test?”
