So this is it, Hircine High, the new canvas on which I have been given the opportunity to express my art. Not too shabby, I must admit. The location is theatrically adequate, almost a stone's throw away from the Golden Gate bridge. The main building's more than decent, and the gym, music hall and swimming pool are welcome bonuses, especially the music hall. Ah, I am so excited to meet the student body here! A different country, a different language and a different system... all three are appealing opportunities for me to broaden my cultural horizons! But first, before I dip my paintbrush in any color whatsoever, I should go see the principal. Here we go! Time to take the first step! I am quite eager what to see what the fates have in store for me!
Now then, let's smile and cross the main gate! A small step for me, a giant's leap for tragic opportunities! Ah, I can already feel my mind filling with inspiration as I cross the courtyard, looking at my future classmates. My, what a diverse bunch! There never were so many immigrants back in Strasbourg! Hopefully they'll share a few stories from their home countries once I get to know them. At my left, is that the music hall? My, what an impressive building! I can't wait to meet the staff in charge of that pavilion. My mouth waters at the opportunity of spending some ti~ Oops! Bumped into someone here! I must be losing my head if I'm forgetting to look where I'm walking.
"Desole, I mean, sorry! I wasn't paying attention."
I still have a little bit of a French accent. Have you noticed it, stranger? I wonder...

Pine is never in the courtyard. He hated the courtyard. Every time he stayed there he got into a fight. Someone always wanted to look tough in front of everyone else by fighting the dude with the scars on his face. Even Pine had to admit that his battle scars were more of a hindrance than anything here. Everyone assumed because he had scars he either liked to fight or was bad at it. In many instances they were right, Pine loved to fight. He loved to kick the crap out of his opponents just so they better understood messing with him was a bad idea.
Today Pine was not looking for a fight. He was just enjoying the sights of the courtyard. The seasons were changing and so the world was a great melody of color. Red's, green's, golds and browns were everywhere. Each time you closed your eyes to blink something had changed. Much like an artist as they work on a painting. Ever changing until they get the right mix of color.
Pine felt someone walk into him. His thoughts were interrupted as he assumed there was about to be a fight. Pine Turned his head slowly glaring at the person that had bumped into him. When he heard the word sorry his eyes softened and he turned to face the boy that had run into him. The boy used a word 'desole' a word he had not heard since he was forced to take french in grade school.
"No worries." Pine began as he looked the boy up and down for signs of a fight. "Though I would advise you to be a little more careful when you move through here. The people here use such accidents as excuses to fight."

I was certain that I was about to get my head ripped off when I first saw the young man's eyes drill a hateful hole into my being, so one can imagine my relief when his traits softened as he heard my apology. No wonder my parents insisted that I be both courteous and polite, they were worried about my survival all this time! My relief was short lived, however, as the lad warned him about the belligerent nature of my future classmates. I did little to dissimulate my surprise, reflexively raising my eyebrows as I absorbed that fact. With a nervous chuckle, I vocalized my thoughts with a joking voice.
"I heard rumors about the violence here, but I never expected that the people here would be so trigger happy!"
Easy access to violence. That meant that there will be no short supply of red on my canvas. There will be little to no scenes of rest in my next creation, though. It will be an interesting way to approach the story though, I've never had the opportunity to make use of such a potentially bloody setting in any of my earlier tragedies. Ah, I can feel my blood pumping vigorously in and out of my heart. I'm almost trembling with excitement! But now, let's not get carried away, I still need to learn more about the setting before I commit myself to any durable action. Offering my right hand, I introduced myself to the friendly student, bowing gently my head as a gesture of gratitude and respect.
"I am Francis, but I'm used to being called Evek. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"It's about 75/25 as to if you will be hit or not. I'm one of the 25 but I always seem to run into 75's...It must be the scars." Pine joked back in the same manner as the boy.
The kid was maybe a few inches taller than Pine with a much thinner frame. He was blond with green eyes and seemed rather plain. At least in Pine's opinion he seemed plain, but everything was left to interpretation. At the very least he seemed non confrontational which was a bonus for Pine. People were less likely to start a fight when there was more than just one solitary man. Though with the backing of the school it wasn't like the Gang Commander had much to worry about. He was sure at least ten of his men were hiding around here somewhere. Considering how fast the numbers were growing he wouldn't b surprised if there were even more then that.
Pine accepted the boys hand and shook it. It turned out his name was Francis but went by Evek. What an interesting nickname Pine was interested to know what it meant. He doubted it had the same meaning as 'avec' which was french for...Pine had forgotten. It meant something like 'with' if he could remember somewhat correctly.
"Likewise. The names Pine...yes like the tree."

I couldn't help but smile at my own good fortune. The fates have been quite merciful on me if I had managed to bump into one of the more peaceful and forgiving individuals of Hircine High. I couldn't help but nod in agreement to the comment the young man made about how much of a negative attention magnet his scars were. An intimidating atmosphere did emanate from him, now that I realized it, and it didn't help him one bit when it came to seeking peace and quiet. The lad's name was an original one, Pine. My smile widened for an instant as he confirmed the spelling. Nodding once again, I shook the lad's hand before pulling mine back to my side.
"Can I ask you a little favor, Pine?"
I politely requested, raising an eyebrow as I lowered my head, sending a comically pleading gaze at him before I continued.
"Could you give me a quick tour of the place? I don't think I'd last two minutes here in your absence."
It wasn't an easy for my ego to admit such a thing, but it was the truth. If three quarters of the student population here were truly of the belligerent variety, then I would need a great amount of aid identifying them. And I'm not going to start the creative process without acquiring an in-depth knowledge of my materials, it would be insulting to my art if I did things any differently.

((OoC: Hope neither of you mind my joining in. But I wish to enter more threads and yours proves to be perhaps interesting)) Enter Bix Mach II The doors opened. Rather loudly. That led. Once more into. The courtyard. Bix. Spent some time here. It was a place. Where fights happened often. Ground that was. Used easily enough. For spells and the like. She had changed. Though. No one seemed to notice. No one. Got close enough. to Bix anyway. No one except one. But he was not special. Not at school. Anyway. It was hard. In the beginning. To get used. To two sides. Of the same coin. But she was forcing herself. To ignore. For the most part. That which she held most dear. Dressed strange. As always. Bix had a style. Unto herself. First off. Her hair was blue. Not naturally of course. It was colored from. The sable locks of silk. That she had been born with. But blue. Was the color for Bix. Majority of her clothing. Were either. Blue or black. Rarely. Would she wear another color. Many thought her strange. The label was quite an adequate one. Today. Her clothing was placed. Upon her body. In the sole purpose. Of driving a certain 'special' someone. Nuts. A blue. Silk. Button down blouse. Cobalt blue. To be exact. move down. Her torso. Long sleeved. It covered most. of her body. Leaving her hands. Neck. And face free. Over that. A black vest. Buttoned. Over her stomach. Set off. With a silver tie. That hung around her neck. Lower down. She was wearing a grey skirt. That moved to above. Her knees. And her black tights moved down. Into blue heels. Sexy gothic secretary. At it's finest. He had not seen her today. Not yet. She tried to keep her distance at school. But. She knew he would see her eventually. She had noticed. That while inconspicuous. He seemed to check on her. At least once a day. Though they pretended. To be nothing more than acquaintances. Bix looked up. From the book. That had been in her hand. Open. She had been reading. Since she opened the doors. It was not too sunny. Umbrella was unneeded. But close at hand. Should the sun. make a vivid appearance. Blue eyes scanned the yard. For no one inparticular. Until. They alighted. On him. One Pinefresh Treehollow. A strange hippie name. But one held much dear to her heart. A grin crossed her face. For one. He was not in a fight. Not yet. Her salve making skills. Were growing. With the treatments. Of his body. Another. He was speaking with someone. Perhaps a new acquaintence. Bix figured. Perhaps now. It would be safe. To walk up. Not as his significant other. But as another student. Her book. snapped shut. In her single hand. Tucked gently. Within the palm. Another witchcraft book. Pine would be much used. To seeing them. She read them frequently. Geting them at huge discounts. From her job. Her direction of travel. Altered. So that she would be walking towards them. The phrase. She would say on the tip of her tongue. Her mind remembering. Cold and calculated. Her body warming at the sight. "And so meet, again, we do." She stated. Stepping up. To the two of them. no closer to one. Than the other. No favoritism would be shown. Her eyes. Shifted to the new one. First. Not wanting. To show any feeling. Towards the special one. Her head nodded. Just slightly. Before her gaze. Cold and guarded. Shifted to Pine. This was not Liberty. This was Bix. But the part of Bix that was Liberty. Inwardly was thrilled. To see him. However, she forced herself. Not to act as though. They had even spoken. Much more than a few senteneces. Again. Her guarded gaze shifted. Once more to the other. "In this school, you I have not seen. New then?"

Pine looked at his watch. He still had about an hour before class was to start. It wasn't like he had anything better to do. He might as well help the new kid out.
"I'll make you a deal Evek. I'll show you around if you never make that face again." Pine said with a small grin. Pine did not mind the sense of humor the boy posessed but he didn't particularly like the face. He had seen that face plenty of times and it was not one of his favorites. It was one he generally got from women when they wanted something. Though Bix had yet to give him that face. In truth, he hoped she never would.
Speaking of Bix, Pine's eyes caught a flash of blue. Turning his head and it took everything he had to keep his jaw from dropping. Here came his girlfriend now. She was wearing a little grey skirt, black stockings, heels, a black vest opened to give room to her bust, blue blouse and a tie. Now Pine was wondering what the occasion for this was. Considering that she was living with him for the last little bit, he wondered how he missed her walking out the door.
Then again his class did not start until later than hers. He was probably working out or in the shower when she left. Still this was a deffinate 'look at me' act and it was working. Bix had to have known that he had been 'accidently' crossed paths with her everyday at least once. He did not like his decision to not be a couple in school but he figured it was for the best. If it kept her dressing like this to get his attention then he didn't really mind at all.
She made her way gracefully over to the both of them and stopped.
"A pleasure as always Bix." Pine replied back to her greeting, bowing his head slightly. She then spoke to Evek and Pine would keep silent as he replied. After that he spoke again.
"So Evek asked if I would show him around. Would you like to join us if you have nothing better to do." Pine had a feeling she would accept. Well he hoped she would accept, this way they could be together without it looking like anything.

I couldn't help but chuckle at Pine's proposition. Was my little facial gesture that unsettling? So it seemed. So the young man didn't like me doing that particular expression, but offered me in exchange his companionship for the day, with possible long term benefits. It sounded like a good deal, one that I certainly wouldn't refuse. So I gave him nod, still beaming as I verbally confirmed our agreement.
"Deal."
As I mentally prepared myself to follow him wherever Pine would lead me to, I noticed that something, or someone, had caught his attention. So I turned my head to the same direction as his, and immediately understood the reason why I was demoted to second place in Pine's list of things he had to pay attention to. I looked at the incoming lass for half an instant before I closed my eyes for a full second. My inner self grinned as I realized that both she and I had chosen similar colors for our outfits, but for different elements of our costume. Were black and blue making a resurgence as this season's colors? It didn't matter.
I reopened my eyes once the young woman came to a halt in front of us, nodding back at her as I resisted the urge to raise my eyebrow at her unorthodox speech. A reserved greeting went to Pine, who responded in a manner reminiscent of an English gentleman. Bix was the name she went by, if I heard Pine correctly. There was some sort of relation between those two. I didn't sense anything from the blue haired girl, who was as cold as ice, for the moment, but Pine's mild yet noticeable change in demeanor made the girl's poker face worthless.
"Your insight is quite sharp," I then replied with a reserved voice, answering Bix's question as I offered a gentle smile while readjusting my skullcap with my right hand, tucking a couple of loose strands of blond hair beneath it in the process.
Once I heard Pine's invitation, I knew that I had to put some emphasis on the demand, since Bix's company would grant me a few answers to the questions that have appeared in my mind since her appearance. Once the young man finished making his offer, I stepped in, verbally.
"You'll help me double the number of acquaintances I have in this school."

Invitation Group Tour[/center] It seemed. That he could not. Believe her dress. He seemed. To enjoy it. Pine did. And that was the point. She wanted him to enjoy it. He wanted him to want her. He wanted him. To be tortured. To want to take her home. Right that moment. Or pull her into a closet. Either would work right now. She really. Just wanted to make sure that. He was tortured as much as she. For right now. It was very hard. For Bix not to be with him. As she stopped. The new one. Opened his eyes. And she looked at him. figuring that he was new. She had not seen him. And Bix. Was a very observant woman. She saw many things. That many did not think she did. Her eyes shifted. Still cold and guarded. This was who she was. At school. All the time. Only Pine. Ever saw her other side. But right now. At school. Bix was Bix. And nothing more. She looked over at him. Her eyes and body. Giving nothing away. He said. he would be. Giving the new one. A tour. Of the campus. And offered. An invitation to join. Her eyes stared. Right through Pine. As if into his soul. While she didn't show it. She was shocked. Afterall. They were not. Suposed to be together. Not at school. And yet here he was. Offering her to join them. Knowing Pine. It was so they could. Be together, innocently. She seemed to be. Thinking it over. As she stared right into Pine's eyes. Her cold narrowed blue orbs. Finally. She blinked. "Nothing else, my attention has caught. A walk perhaps, could be entertaining. However not, Leave I can always." Her eyes shifted. Back to the new one. Who stated. That she would be. Aquaintence number two. So he was that new. was he. "Begin then, shall we?" ((OoC: Sorry it's so short. I couldn't think of much else))

As Pine had finished talking Evek also chimed in to help his cause along. Of course this did not go unnoticed by Pine. Pine began to wonder what Evek's motives for helping him out. Did he suspect they were together? Did he really just want to make friends? The latter seemed a little less believable due to Bix's lack of people skills. It seemed she was more likely to cause a fight than make a friend. Of course, Pine was already working on trying to change that. Though, with his current policy about her and school, it would prove a little difficult.
Her eyes narrowed at Pine's proposition. He had a feeling that she did not understand his intentions clearly. They were not at all sexual in motivation, that was not to say pulling her into a closet did not cross his mind. Pine had already decided that he would be playing hooky for some nooky and missing English. His mark was an 85% in the class anyways so missing one would not kill him. Waiting until 4pm to do something with his girlfriend who was teasing him would. His intentions were so they could spend time together without seeming like anymore than friends.
Bix did in the end accept and Pine looked at the building.
"Okay so right now you are in the courtyard. I personally hate this area of the school, I get in too many fights here. It is really nice to look at and if you can, just to lay around and chill in."
Pine walked toward the building only a pace in front of the others. As he walked up the stairs he was greeted by the nods of four students wearing the Genaht arm band. Pine in turn nodded back and moved inside the school.
"This is the main foyer which is always busy. To your left is the passages to the auditorium and music rooms. To your left is a passage that leads to the Guidance office, the nurses office, teachers lounge and various classes. Right in front of you is the main office. I suggest you go in there and check in with the staff so you can get your timetable and stuff. Trust me we have more than enough time for a quick tour of this place."

Begin we shall. Bix did accept the invitation, and it seemed that my comment wasn't necessary. No matter, I got what I wanted: company. I would prefer having some sort of advantage in numbers than wandering alone on my first day, just for the sake of my physical well-being. Also, the fact that these two individuals had their own share of unique traits fueled me with new creative material. There was a relation between these two, and it appeared to be a polite one. Was it a deep friendship, or was it a deeper love? I didn't know, and didn't exactly that much. Either way, it was a decent plot element, the bond between a tough-looking peace lover and an unusually sharp blue haired lass. Should I use it for a tragedy? No, it all seems too easy. Where's the fun when there's no challenge?
The tour began! And what better way to start things than to describe the exact place you're standing in? The courtyard was its name, a beautiful place to calm your nerves would be its game, had it not been for the blood staining every inch of its surface. It was a beautiful battlefield, in the end, one that would be proper for an important, and hopefully massive, fight scene. The crowd always loves fights, and I will not fail to deliver!
I then followed Pine inside the main building, where he was greeted with a polite nod by four students. At first, I assumed they were friends of his, but then I noticed that their outfits all had a common element: an armband of some sorts. Pine's silent reply filled my head with another sea of questions, but I squelched them as I mentally took note of the different sections of the school. Pine directed me at the main office, and I was more than happy to comply to his advice.
"Thanks, Pine. I'll try to make this quick."
With those words, I disappeared behind the office's door, and then took off my cap, revealing my hair as I stepped forward. This whole thing would last a bit less than five minutes, which allowed my tour guide and his friend to exchange a few words, or simply ditch me (which would be quite rude on their behalf, but I'm not one to hold a grudge... visibly).

Indifference Her Way Pine began. His tour. With the obvious. That what they stood within. Was called the courtyard. Afterall. Who could have. Figured that out? Green grass. Pavement walkways. Benches spotted along. Trees. Dead with winter. No snow on the ground. But the grass slightly deadened. With the colder weather. Still though. Open air. Somewhat surrounded. By the brick walls. Of the school. She figured. It was obvious. However. If the boy was foreign. Perhaps then. He may not know the word. She knew not. How profound. His knowledge of English was. They moved then. The two males. Taking off. Seconds before. She followed. Her heels. Making sounds upon the pavement. She followed them. Towards the building. Of the school. Bix watched. Always aware. Of what was going on. She wanted no violence. At least. Not right now. Normally. She minded not. Blood was strewn. Over the grounds here. Her powers. As a witch. Seemed to be able. To act as a catalyst. There was an abandoned room. On the upper floor. That she used. When she needed. To perform her spells. When she needed to draw the pentograms. When she needed quiet. To concentrate. No one had yet. To find it. And she hoped. Her sanctuary. Would remain. Untainted. Inside the school. The foyer, as they stepped within. Having passed. Genaht members. Bix nodded nothing. She noticed nothing. She showed no recognition. Though she knew. The band. And what it meant. As Pine had one. Being a member of their gang. Inside. He explained once more. Where they were. And the positions. Of other places. From their current. Standing point. He mentioned. That the French one. Could go inside the office. And gather his schedule. Neither spoke to her. And it was probably. For the best. Afterall. She seemed to easily anger people. She had done it. Many times already. Without intent. Perhaps that is why. She held no friends or acquaintences. But then again. Perhaps she needed none. She was content. With herself. However. Once Pine had come along. She had been completed. The French one left then. Going into the office. Her eyes did not move from the doors ahead. For a moment. But her body moved. She passed Pine. As she did so. Her hand. Accidentally on purpose. Brushed his fingers. But held onto nothing. Her eyes cold. Body rigid. Her normal way. At school. She moved to the wall. And turned. Fingers tingling. Her back. Up against the wall. She leaned against it. Crossing one ankle. Over the other. Her eyes cast down. Hair loose. Framing her face. Bangs hiding her eyes. She wanted so badly. For him to come to her. To brush her hair. Out ofher face. To kiss her. To whisper to her. To hold her. Just for a moment. But she knew. They were all hopeless dreams. And it was... hard. For Bix. To Ignore him. She felt pain. when she saw him. Such happiness coursed through. Her body. And yet she was unable to smile. Unable to snuggle. Within his arms. She remained unchanged, if not harder. Here at school. Her back. Felt the hardness. Of the wall. Against her back. She let her eyes flash to him. For only a second. Before she opened her book. The one she had been carrying. All this time. And began to read. She was ignoring Pine. If she did anything else. She feared she would become Liberty. The girl she could be. When she was with him. After moments. Of reading. Bix reached into. The inner pocket. Of her vest. A glint of metal. For a moment. As she stuck. The razor between her lips. Securing it within her teeth. For a moment. Yes, she was doing this. And at school. She was unafraid of the reprocussions. Not as though. Much would happen. Though she would likely. Get a reaction out of Pine. She wanted to try something. Something in the book. Her left hand. Shot out. Making her sleeve. Bare her wrist. She studied the book another instant. Grabbing the razer. She began to carve. Into her soft pale skin. Right on the side. Of her wrist. Scoring herself. A small pentogram. The size of a quarter. it seemed. She felt no pain. Even despite. The fire that soared up her arm. "Your day. It is well, pressume I?" she inquired to PIne softly. Blowing gently. Upon the wound. to make the blood. Dry faster. The razer. Tucked away again.

Everything was going fine until Bix pulled a razor blade out of her vest pocket. He managed to control himself when she brushed his hand and walked over to the wall. The only reason he did not move to take the blade away from her was because he was stunned. What was she doing with such a thing? Where did she get it? What was she about to do?
The last question was answered pretty quickly when she began to carve into herself. As she did his scars began to burn. To watch her do such a thing was torture on several different physical and mental levels for him. Pine's scars were earned in combat, not willingly, but rightfully earned regardless. Here was a girl who carried scars on her chest from something that should have never happened willingly cutting herself. For what? A spell? There was no pentagram, no chanting, no mouthing, no nothing to indicate a spell.
Was she doing this to get his attention? Was Liberty so pissed at Pine for not allowing her to be near him at school that she was acting out? Could he be the ultimate cause of this display of masochism? There were others watching this, some were members of his gang. Pine was left no choice but to act. He gritted his teeth as she asked how his day was.
Pine's left hand shot across and grabbed her Bix's cut wrist covering the pentagram. His grasp was not over gentle, he was however holding back and not squeezing to any real degree. His right hand slipped into her vest, and after a second of quick and deliberate fondling, pulled out the blade. His eyes moved from the razor blade to her showing nothing less than pure anger. He was not as much angry at Bix as he was angry at his situation.
"You are in violation of school rules. There are no weapons allowed on this property regardless if used on yourself or others." Pine took the blade and tossed it in the open trash bin to his left. His words only loud enough that his men that had now moved in could hear. Now Pine had a serious problem on his hands. In truth he had no idea what to do now. He had limited options when it came to dealing with offenders. It took a few seconds for him to gather his thoughts on what he would do. "Regardless of the fact..." Pine began before his nerve began to leave him. "Regardless of the fact you are my girlfriend I cannot let you off with nothing. You will be given a warning and detention. Do it again and I'll be forced to take greater actions." Pine let go of her hand and slid the opposite hand behind her head pulling it down to his shoulder.
"Woman what am I going to do with you?" He asked as he ruffled her hair playfully. "Today you seem to be causing my more problems than anything. I don't suppose you would mind acting just a little more warm and normal toward people?"
Pine then looked at his hand which still had her blood on it. He lifted it to his mouth and licked the blood off his palm before looking back at her. "Your blood tastes funny, you need to work on your diet." He then turned to his men who were looking at him with different expressions. The two of his main five began to laugh and waved the others off. Pine nodded his thanks as they left.

Pine and Bix, sitting on a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!
It had been a couple of minutes since I waited on the other side of the door, leaning against the wall right besides it, listening with full attention at whatever was going on between my tour guide and his friend - oh, wait, there's been an update, girlfriend! I really had nothing to do in the main office, except have a little chat with the principal since my transfer to this establishment was a special case. But the principal was busy at that moment, and I was asked to come back another day. I still managed to get a class schedule and agenda, though. I nodded at the secretary that informed me about that fact, and then went to my peeping station, asking the middle-aged woman to let me stay there for a minute or two.
Weapons on school grounds and self-mutilation, Bix was a difficult case from what little audio evidence I could gather. I would need to play my cards wisely around that one, she seems to have inherited the traits of the bizarre witches that littered the tales of Shakespeare and the stories of Greek mythology. As for Pine, he seemed to be some sort of figure in a group that had enough authority to give detentions to students. A witch and a police officer, what an unusually curious couple! I am loving this, it is wonderful story material! Things are calming down, time for me to make my return. Turning my head at the secretary, I thanked her loudly.
"Merci beaucoup for everything you have done, madame." I said with a smile and a polite nod, before pulling the office door open, taking my time to take my two steps past the threshold.
"So guys, what's next?" I said, taking off my backpack and opening it, putting my agenda in it as I paid no visual attention to the closest thing I had to 'friends' in this school.

Shock Rage and Love She was not watching him. There was no need. it was pointless to do so. But when he moved. She looked up. To see him moving to her. Anger on his face. Flashing within. His eyes. Making her eyes. Follow him. It was a mere diagram. She knew what it meant. But those. Unfamiliar with her talents. Would not understand. It was for a reason. And regardless if. She had done it here. At school. Or there at home. It would matter little. His hand rocketed out. Moving as though. It was a flash. Grabbing her wrist. Hard. She didn't wince. But she could feel the pain. Feel the pain of his hand. Gripping her wrist. The one she had cut. The one on fire. He should have known. She was not the kind. Of girl that would just. Cut herself. She would only. In the utmost of importance. Blood sacrifices. Only needed so much. It was rare. For her to actually. Put a diagram. Into her skin. His hand slipped. Into her vest. Her face. Turning a bright red. As he purposefully groped her. She growled. Under her breath. He was walking a fine line. And for once. She was regretting. Putting the diagram. On her skin. Perhaps. It was too early. To care. He pulled out her blade. The one she carried. For such purposes. And tossed it. Visciously. Into the trash. Her eyes followed him. His hand still. Wrapped around her too thin wrist. He growled at her. Saying weapons. On the school grounds. Were prohibited. Funny then. How they seemed. to find their way. On campus. Her eyes made to roll. But he went on. He mentioned. That regardless. Regardless of what? Her eyes opened. Surely he wouldn't. Obviously he couldn't. He had made it clear. That connection. Was not allowed. But he did. moments later. Mentioning that she. Was his girlfriend. Had no effect. On the ramifications. Of her actions. Her eyes widened. Filled with surprise. She.. his girlfriend. Yes she knew that. But others did not. The worlds secret. Over a month now.. they had kept it. Between the two of them. Those at school. None the wiser. Though she doubted somehow. The few people in the hall today. Would make a difference. And tomorrow. They would end up. Back the way they were. She cold. Him ignoring her. And that was the way. It had to be. to protect her. To protect him. But those words. Would have greater effect. When he let go. Of her wrist. But gently. Cupped the back of her head. And pulled her then into him. Her eyes widened. And those that could see them. Would see things never seen before. Not within the eyes of Bix. They glistened. They were soft. And they were happy. He held her there. Against his chest. Her eyes slid closed. Her body. Relaxing into his arms. She listened. To his words. As he spoke them to her. She knew. That she did not make it easy. At times. For him to get to her. Not in public. Though alone they had. No problems. But she kept others out. And she knew. That it bothered Pine. She had no one else. He continued. Saying she was driving him nuts today. A rare, unseen, except by Pine, smile crossed her face. But was hidden. Against his neck. He went on to say. That he wished. She would be more normal. More warm. Towards others. She nodded. She knew that. But it didn't make it. any easier to do so. Her arms moved. And she reached up. Encircling his neck. Hugging him back. For that moment. Her body soaking in. The first public. Show of affection. They had ever had. A simple hug. And yet. It meant so very much to her. One of his hands left her. And she looked up at him. As he licked her fluid. From his skin. He grinned at her. Teasing her on her diet. Which they both knew. Was not good. So she grinned. "Feed me better, then." she joked back. Three months. They had been together. Now. And three months. They had kept their relationship. A secret. The hardest. Three months. Of her life. And yet. Now. He held her there. In the hallway. As though it were natural. And for them. Out of public. It was. Her head lifted up. Off his shoulder. Her blue eyes opened. Looking up at him. Gently taking in his eyes. "Okay it is, to be.. close now, in the halls of our school?" she asked. But before. He could answer. The door to the office opened. Bix tore herself apart. From the one she wanted. To be close to most. She busied herself. Adjusting her strap. On the bag that she wore. Over her shoulder. Her wrist. Was no longer really stinging. But the mark. Was deep enough. To last forever. And so she hoped. It would. And she hoped. That she would need it there. Forever. The foreign on. Came to them. Asking what was next. "Perhaps then. The roof, a decent choice. Afterall. Many battles. Violence. As well as a place to.. indulge in solitude." Her eyes. Cold again. Looked at the man. That was joining herself. And her boyfriend. The tour. Was for him. But the two. Used it for a moment. To be together. Even at school. And in public.

Pine was not to fond of being growled at. Had the sound came from anyone else they would have taken a shot to the face. He knew grabbing her chest to check for a pocket on the shirt was not the best idea. He guessed he deserved the angry sound he received. Though he would not apologize for his actions, he did now in hind sight feel a little bad. He would be sure to make it up to her later. Perhaps he would hold off on having the office fill out the pink slip for her until tomorrow. That way he could pull her out of school early for a little bit of extracurricular activity.
When he acknowledged her as his girlfriend, Liberty's eyes shot open in shock. They had been dating for three months already and his friends had become suspicious of his actions. They were beginning to suspect he had a girlfriend. The five that knew him the best began to notice similarities between his actions now and back when Carissa was around. Now two of them knew and it would only be a matter of seconds before the rest knew and came looking. Yuffie would come running for sure. She thought of Pine as a big brother and would love to meet his girlfriend.
When Pine made his joke about her blood tasting funny she told him to feed her better. This brought a small smile to his face. "I guess that means I'm cooking again tonight." He said and looked back at her. Before Pine could answer Liberty's question about if it was okay to play their parts here at school Evek came back. To be honest Pine saw no point in hiding what was going on now. His men knew, and that meant that she would be looked after. Anyone that tried to touch her would be dealing with the gang. It was a privilege afforded to all the attachments to the gang as long as it was deemed necessary.
Evek came out of the office and asked where to next. Bix suggested the roof. She had yet again hidden herself behind the mask. Pine saw her eyes and put his hand on her head and ruffled her hair before answering. His objective was simply to soften her eyes try to make her act more normal. Without doing so she would never make any friends. "Yeah we could start from the top and work our way down I guess. Ultimately it is up to you Evek."

Good, the two had enough time to split apart from each other, not forcing me to fake a surprised reaction. It was still too early in the morning for me to start acting. Bix's proposition made me flash a genuine smile. Another prize location for me to discover within my first hour in this school, this free tour has incomparable value. The only way I can express my gratitude toward these two is to make a masterpiece out of their clumsily hidden relationship. But those plans would have to wait for the night, I still had an entire day of school ahead of me. I dug my hands into my pockets before turning my head skyward, gazing at the ceiling above me in contemplation as I got up to face Pine and Bix.
"The rooftop? It must be a special location. A glorious battlefield at day, a starlit sanctuary by night."
I let my head fall down and looked at the two once more, beaming with reserved enthusiasm. My gaze fell down on the blue haired enigma and challenged her wintry expression. The fact she is Pine's girlfriend was already old news to my mind, I wanted to know more about her, I wanted to uncover the treasures hidden within the frozen fortress that was her demeanor. But for now, my dear Bix, why don't you lead this newcomer to the next step of the tour?
"Bix, since you proposed it, could you please show me the way? In the meantime, Pine can tell me more about the young men with armbands that we saw earlier."

School Tour Continued Bix grinned. About him cooking. Again tonight. She was trying to learn. It wasn't like. She sat in the living room. While he slaved over the stove. They did it together. She tended to hand him. The ingrediants. While he actually cooked. But it wasn't a one person thing. It was together. She looked at him. And he was about. To answer her question. But it was then. She pulled away. Because the door. To the office opened. And she did not. Want to get caught. Not just yet. Not til she had the answer. But her hand. Was already tingling. Wanting to feel his. To feel his hand clasp hers. To feel his arm around her waist. To wonder if he would kiss her now. Here in the halls. And show affection. Or if he would still be. Aloof. Pine reached up. After she mentioned. The roof. She was trying. Really she was. To open up. But she was having problems. It was not easy. To open. Not to mention. The only person she had. Opened to. Was her boyfriend. And she was still. Afraid of opening up. To others. She was a witch. And for years. She had kept to herself. Not letting others in. There was no need to. And she didn't want to. But now. Here she was. And she knew that he wanted that. Her to open up. And she was not sure. She was ready. He moved and placed his hand. On the top of her head. And ruffled her hair. Making her duck her head. Blushing a bit as he did that. Even Evek seemed to be okay. With it. Saying that she could lead. And that while she did. He would question Pine. About the Genaht. Her brows rose. She nodded. And so, she took the lead. Again. They would talk. And she again. Would be out of place. She usually was. It seemed that was always the way. She was strange. She did not openly. Interject her thoughts and opinions. Tending because, when she did. They backfired on her. So she kept her thoughts. Often to herself. Except for when she was with. PIne. She was slightly. Ahead of them. Leaving the both of them. Behind her. To talk if they wished. Afterall. Evek did not wish to speak to her. She was not jealous. She was merely used to it. There was no reason. To take it personal. Most did not know. How to confront someone. Like Bix. She was strange. No one understood her. But Pine, had worked a bit. And talked with her. Even though she was strange. Helped that she had a crush on him. For a bit. Since they had met. But, she still. Had not let him in. For a very long time. She headed up the stairs. With them close behind. No need to rush. Afterall they were talking. Though she was listening. Eavesdropping.

"The Genaht members from outside you mean? They are part of the gang that supports the school captain and therefore helps the school security protect the school. Think of them as a bunch of really smart hall monitors that are highly organized and can fight." Pine said as they followed Bix. His eyes roving from side to side watch the halls and of course Bix in her little skirt.
"Other then that there isn't much to say about them. The are more of a neutral gang in the sense of their actions. Back at Varron the side they picked to fight beside was usually the side that ended up winning. So playing games with them would not be advised. Their higher up members are not exactly fond of being made the focal point of games. Trust me they are very efficient at dealing with trouble makers."
Pine continued to follow Bix as she made her way up the stairs. It was hard for him not to try and peek up her skirt as she climbed. Her outfit was already wreaking havoc on his mind and now he had the ability to indulge a little and he couldn't. At least there were still many hours in the day for such things. As Bix opened up the door Pine grabbed it and held it open for both to enter. At this time of day the roof was rather empty. There were a few students just lounging around having a smoke or playing dice. Since this was Bix's part of the tour it would be on her to talk about the roof. Pine would be sure to take over after they left.

A long march up the school stairs was awaiting me, and I needed some musical motivation before we attacked them. Summoning the muses hidden within a little device in my pocket, I placed a headphone in my left ear and let the device wavering stream of notes into my mind as I listened to Pine's explanation. Images appeared in my mind as he explained how things worked here, and the classical music added color to those images.
"So the school is safe thanks to the Genaht?" I said as we challenged the stairs, making our way to the top. There must be a way for me to have to have some entertainment, with this organization. I could maybe spread seeds of distrust among the student body or, even better, between its own members. That would be beautiful. But I'll develop those thoughts later tonight, since we have just arrived at the rooftop. The fresh air brought a blissful smile on my lips, despite the rebel smoke fumes that wandered a bit too close to my nostrils for comfort. Taking a couple of steps ahead of Bix and Pine, I brought my hands behind my head, pivoted to face them, then fell on my back, resting on the hard floor as I enjoyed the rooftop breeze. This was a wonderful relaxation spot.
"Ah, merci. The both of you, how can I repay you for this priceless favor?" I said, looking at them from beneath the beanie on my head.
