Name: Dr. Herman E. Troutman
Nickname(s): None
Sex: Male
Age: 48
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Nationality: American
Occupation: Director of San Fransisco's School Board
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 162 lbs.
Eye Color: Pale blue
Hair: The once jet black hair is now glazed in an elegant silver, giving off a distinguished and almost aristocratic element. It is always maintained and slicked back for professional appearances.
Build: Not a very large man in size or stature, Director Troutman has a modest build. He's on the smaller side, appearing somewhat fragile at first glance. Beneath the surface of his clothes, however, hide an aged yet well maintained physique. By the looks of it, in his younger days he was a very well toned man. While much of the muscles distinction has faded, the director is very much in shape.
Cosmetic: Director Troutman is almost never seen outside of one of his personally tailored suits. These custom made suits are usually navy blue or black in color, a white collared shirt accompanied by a red or black tie accordingly. More times than not, this business look is topped off by the black leather briefcase held at his side.
Personality: Director Troutman is an alpha male. He demands the respect of all those around him, whether they be students, parents, or peers. He's a lion in his actions, dismissing any suggestions or criticisms directed towards his ideas and actions. He has a no-nonsense air about him, and after a minute of conversation it becomes apparent you're less being talked to and more being talked at. What he says goes no matter what, and what he needs to be done gets done, end of story.
Habits: Exhaling sharply when annoyed.
Hobbies: Reading and Golf.
History: Due to the fact Director Troutman talks little about his personal life, little is known about his earlier life. His father was a decelerated World War II Veteran from the pacific, and his mother was a housewife. He has a wife and two kids, a female of 22 and a male of 16. As far as anyone knows, his home life is a happy one.
Starting as a Secondary Teacher (High School Teacher), Director Troutman continued to pursue his PHD in Administration. He climbed his way up the ladder, moving to Principal to Super Intendant, moving all the way up to the liaison position of Director of the School Board. It is in his job description to enforce all rules and regulations imposed upon the schools by the state, including the Corporal Punishment System. For the past 12 years, life has been fruitful. That is, until Varron Academy of New York City was shut down for high gang activity.
With the students having nowhere to go, there was high pressure upon schools to accept them. Confident as he was, Director Troutman invited the more "violent" students from Varron, who had not been accepted elsewhere. It came with a significant bonus from the Senate, and to place them into Hircine High under Principal MacMillan's watch and School Captain Darren Blayne's law seemed like a no brainer. It had the best record throughout the United States.
However, one after another, everyone has failed to break these students, going even farther to encourage the same sort of behavior into native Hircine students and new students alike. With MacMillan's failure to uphold order in his School, the School Board was met with another decision on how better than to break these troublemakers. The idea was brought up to create another school, filter out the idealistic from the brutal, point them at each other than have them crush eachother for them. Until now, Director Troutman has found the performance of each school...unsatisfactory.
Now, Director Troutman takes it upon himself to make sure things go smoothly.
Fighting Style: Traditional Okinawa-Te. Taught to him in his youth by WWII marine veterans, Director Troutman makes full use of his fists, feet, and fingertips. In his aging years, he has been known to add in more soft-style techniques in his training regimens, but years of heavy conditioning has made his hands hard and calloused, capable of peeling flesh with his bare hands.
Strengths: Having obtained a 7th degree black belt, Director Troutman has decades of experience. With age comes knowledge, and with that knowledge comes direct and precise techniques that never miss their target. Additionally, he has incredible hand strength.
Weaknesses: Not as young as he used to be, Director Troutman is past his prime. Though no pushover by any means, he's not nearly as fast or strong as he used to be, let alone compared to the many who outsize him.
