Well, the problem that I have with these kind of threads is absolutely comparing characters from our board to the characters of the XIN Flash. For one, anyone who was absolutely relatable to one of the characters would obviously be seen as a bad roleplayer, considering that means they have designed their character on a popular design. Even still, I'd imagine that many of the characters on our board are more developed than those from the flash, so it's really hard to compare deeper and more detailed characters to the basic faces of the XIN archetypes.
But still, I'm certainly up for trying.
So here are my choices:
Original 1368 Students
Ghai - There are two characters I can see fitting Ghai's persona: Seth Calloway, and Kvist. Seth fits more in terms of the ulterior, mysterious aura that surrounded Ghai's every move; we used to believe that he was a bad guy, but later on, it turns out that he wanted the same thing as everyone else, and was actually a good guy. With Kvist, I would say that his emotions and personality are remarkably well played to parallel Ghai. Both have sociopathic tendencies, and both tend to allow their rage to be their tool.
Xin - I think there are very few characters that have graced this board that have ever been truly relatable to Xin. For one, they'd have to be very brief with their words, something that's difficult to accomplish, and second, they'd would need to depict absolute willpower as their driving force for whatever ideal they followed. As such, the only character I've ever seen comparable to Xin is Alkaiser Barzhad; while he is much more sociable than Xin ever was, his ambition had him on many sides of the school, and his resilience is strong.
Andre - There have been a few characters that have been a part of this board and the past one that could compare to Andre, with Sebastian from XIN RP1 being the clearest parallel. With the current board, however, I'd have to say that Andre's persona is best shown by Zeniro's anti-social tendencies and Odin Reeve's "strong, silent type" attitude.
Legend - Here's a guy that I've always seen as my favorite character from the flash (probably not a surprise,) and as such, I'm thinking of pushing Leon further towards his persona. However, there are very few characters that have ever come close to Legend's level of cool. Taiku has always been our board's "Legend," but he's just too damn unique to be compared, so the two characters I say are Dain and Maverik. Gavyns has always been a pretty laid back, smiling type that enjoys his time with friends and his studies (at least, back when he was a student two years ago), yet he strongly held a serious and fighting side of him. Maverik has always been one that has shown a calm, collected persona, and he was a powerful fighter in the past before he became a Student Dean, so I'd definitely compare him to Legend.
Mil - Loyal, friendly, and light-hearted; this kind of persona is pretty common among board members, but only a few ever seem to reach Mil's level. Some names I can faintly compare are Kokaku Musha (for his die-hard loyalty to Taiku and his friends), Bruce Gills (for his loyalty to friends), and any others that I can't think of now.
Min - Min's a pretty hard character to compare. Someone that is pretty quiet, pretty plain looking, but has a power inside of them that can scare many of their opponents... hard to really say, especially since Min was into Ghai, but I guess the only real possibility is Valencia Donahue, but even then, that's pretty hard to say. Valencia's too unique to connect to one of the flash characters even relatively.
Ceer - I think that Ceer's also a hard one to call, since I feel her character was poorly portrayed. She was designed as a highly intelligent, introverted girl, yet she wasn't afraid to say her two cents when it was necessary, wasn't afraid to talk with others and make friends, and wasn't afraid to fight. Thus, I could relate her to the only character I can see possible: Charlotte Anders. Charlotte's clever, a bit withdrawn, but has a quick tongue and no fear in defending herself. So while I'd much prefer Charlotte to Ceer in terms of characters, there could be comparison there.
Zumi - This one's hard to call too, but I have a character in mind. For some reason, Mae-Lim strikes me as a girl that is a potential leader, has plenty of 'spice' and 'nice' to fit Zuma's persona, yet can still kick plenty of ass. Thus, I think her personality fits pretty well, even though there are differences.
Ralph - Here's another hard one - not because of a bad portrayal, but simply because it's so difficult to find someone so goofy. I'm not sure on this one, so I'll just pass.
Original Varron Students
Finrak - Hanto -
Kiz - While he's a great deal more intelligent, I think that our board's current School Captain, Darren Blayne, fits well to this character persona.
Sylvia - Oton - Goth -
Faculty Members
Barrack - Ms. Jix - Dimir - Mr. Dom -
Meh, I'm having a hard time with the rest right now. I think I'll leave it at that, and post more later when I see a few other posts, or simply when I come up with more ideas.

This is more for fun than anything else.
Original 1368 Students
Ghai – Truthfully, it’s harder to find someone who has that ‘split personality’ killer side that Ghai has, but that’s not a bad thing. Kvist is probably still one of the best bets for this character, if we were counting him in his primary scenes. Now that we understand that Ghai is more of an Anti-hero then a villain I’d have to go with Leon and say that Seth seems to fit this more to the Tee.
Xin – In terms of determination it defiantly comes down between two people, Leaf and Alkaiser. Alkaisers more sociable, and Leaf, to my knowledge, hasn’t posted in a while, but even when comparing fighting style’s I’d have to give it more to Leaf, despite his advancements.
Andre – Carries a bat, punches stuff, doesn’t tend to give a shit. Personally, I see Kyousuke fitting this one, if just for the reason that he hasn’t been around for a while.
Legend – The walking political accent. Politically Leon would follow him, however with his unique past and fighting abilities I’d have to put it more toward Shamino, before his first business started… Scratch that, no one really fits Legend. Mil – Bandwagon! Kokaku.
Min – Valencia, Resourceful and tough. Ceer – Charlotte, why? Because we have to few girls active to think about it more.
Zumi – At first would’ve said Ran or Mel, both being rather high spirited and fun loving girls. But, neither’s been all to active recently to my knowledge. So, I’ll go with Mae-lim.
Ralph – Raphael. He’s still that goofy, IMO.
Original Varron Students
Finrak – Tiao. I don’t feel like explaining it, shouldn’t need to be done.
Hanto – I see Zerreth has being calculating enough to pull Hanto off, just with a different fighting style and slightly different personality, from what I remember. Kiz – I like what Liam put before, Both boxers, and don’t use kicks. My character.
Sylvia – Charlotte could once more fit this character, so eh. Double.
Oton – Nathan.
Goth – NPC # 241
Faculty Members
Barrack – eh. Ms. Jix – eh. Dimir – MacMillian. Mr. Dom – Maverik. They’re both Deans with fighting abilities.

Here is what I think:
XIN: Zeke Arwen. Not because it's me, I just see that similarity.
1: We both are better at kicks.
2: We both hate corporal punishment.
3: We both get ourselves in over our heads frequently.
4: We both have transferred to dozens of schools in the past.
5: We both have a strong sense of justice.
6: We both keep fighting despite our physical setbacks.
That's just my opinion, I saw a bunch of similarities. Not to say Zeke is the Xin of the board, (the most important protagonist, or anywhere close) but I think he's similar.
GHAI: Seth Calloway. No doubt about it. They have similar dispositions, they both have a tomboyish girl following them around, and that tape recording instantly reminded me of Ghai's announcement.
CEER: Charlotte. Can't really say why, she just reminds me of Ceer.
DIMIR: McMillan. Need I explain myself?
GOTH: Gilsin. Reason: They both creep me out beyond human comprehension. (But the Goth is funnier)
That's all I can think of.

What the hell? I wanna be compared!! lol. Also..... Original 1368 Students Ghai - Considering the 'bad guy who turns out to want good things' attitude, I'd probably say someone like Seth REALLY fits that analogy right now. Xin - At the moment, I'd probably say Kyukaku in terms of his motives. He wants the best outcome, but he's tainted with thinking of a violent resolve to the end of it as opposed to Legends more peaceful desire. Andre - Given his lack for using any kind of peaceful resource, Zeniro matches him. Andre will fight at any opportunity presented, but if given the chance he'd not fight at all. Legend - Without being cliche or stealing light, I'd still say Taiku fits this profile, even as a non-school student. In the last year I've tried to give him as little conflict in the current fight as possible, yet maintain that he intervenes when the necessity arises. He's powerful, but to actually make him fight is now as big a challenge as any other in the long run. Mil - Bandwagon dropping time. Zerreth/Li. Their characters (noting that this is related to Taiku) are pretty much devoted to their loyalty to their 'leader', they've taken his side across the country when they could have simply gone on with things, and even now their fight is still for the greater good, despite a lack of direct involvement in the current fights. Min - Mae-Lim. Impressive fighter, tied with Seth, I doubt I need to explain this further. Ceer - Charlotte Anders. Incredibly intelligent, quiet enough, close with the boards 'heroes', fits her well. Zumi - Kira or Hikari, one or the other. Little is seen with much to do in the larger picture, but they are connected to the 'hero' side in many aspects. Ralph - To avoid offence, I'm skipping this. Original Varron Students Finrak - Tiao Lei Shen. The sportier of the pillars, definitely more likely to be seen playing baseball, and that's my reasoning, lol. Hanto - Darren Blayne. Smart, educated and as a whole much more calm and collected than their counterparts, prone to using their intelligence over their power. Kiz - Odin, and almost entirely due to their fists over feet precedence. The only (decent) character in the entire flash who is seen relying on their punches and not their legs. Sylvia - Unsure. Oton - Kai Schanburg. Seems to be something of a lacky and prone to backstabbing those he 'befriends', I'm going quite a lot on the recent thread with Kyukaku, but the image stuck from there. Goth - Gilsin. 'Nuff said. Faculty Members Barrack - Unanswerable. No applicable character Ms. Jix - As for Barrack Dimir - Myself. Come on, I'm the bastard of the site, monster fighter, I'm created solely to be BAD. Mr. Dom - Maverik, I suppose. Just with less 'bad' in him.

Boy, I had to think about these. First one to accuse me of being overly analytical gets insulted...
Ahem. Onward!
Original 1368 Students
Xin: It's between Kyukaku and Maverik. Kyu wants peace in the school, and Maverik (like most of the major powers on the board), want to get rid of Kvist and will go to any lengths to achieve it. Xin wants peace and enforces peace through use of violence. Thus, the tie.
Ghai: Kvist. He stirs up trouble, has a bloody fighting style, and leads the most feared and hated gang. What more is there to say?
Andre: Zeniro. He's a loner, generally gives the silent treatment, and pretty much pounds whoever irritates him into wet chunks of meat. Not to mention he once made a guy eat crayons! Does it get any better than that?
Legend: I'm gonna have to go with Dain on this one. Dain's a joker with a laid back, easy going personality who at the same time has an odd, but dangerously effective fighting style. Remember him in some of the previous tournaments?
Mil: Sweet and ready to lend a hand. I dunno. Kyu again, perhaps? Again, I dunno for sure.
Min: Valencia. She's an independent, confident girl with a tough streak equal to that of any of the guys.
Ceer: N/A. She wasn't developed deeply enough.
Zumi: I was going to choose Leslie, AKA Lin for this because of her association with Tray's first character (before he deleted it), but I declined. Lin's character was a very shy, traditional girl while Zumi was more confident and able to handle herself. Not to mention Leslie/Lin hasn't been on in who knows how long. So I'll just go with N/A.
Original Varron Students
Finrak: Tiao Lei Shen. He's a sporty guy, he's got strength like a tiger, and he's a pillar. Need I say more?
Hanto: Our esteemed Captain, Darren Blayne. Darren is collected, intelligent, and a top notch fighter who makes expert use of his legs and feet.
Kiz: Odin Reeves of course. Odin's a boxer, yet he beats even some of the most skilled combatants who use all of their body limbs to attack with just his fists.
Silvia: Dunno. Again, I don't know the female players on the board very well.
Oton: Hard to say. I'll just go with N/A on this one.
Goth: Ein Gilsin. He's creepy, the leader of Genaht, and Gothic. The only difference is instead of striking you down, he'll squeeze you like a boa constrictor.
Faculty
Barrack: N/A. Who would want to be compared to this sad sack?
Ms. Jix: N/A. Unlike Barrack, it would be interesting to see a character like her.
Dimir: MacMillan. I'm only going with this since I've heard rumors and people seem to be trying to overthrow him. Are we ever gonna see you fight a student Macmillan?
Mr. Dom: Maverik. Only difference is Mr. Dom's an a**hole, while Maverik has more noble intentions and is far more skilled of a fighter.

Dimir: MacMillan. I'm only going with this since I've heard rumors and people seem to be trying to overthrow him. Are we ever gonna see you fight a student Macmillan? None of you deserve to see me fight yet. Until someone here gets the right idea and can intelligently push MacMillan into a situation where fighting him is the ONLY option, no, you won't. Why smack you down himself when there's a good number of peons to do it for him?

I'm an anti-hero? Wow. That's awesome. Oh, and Victor, the Hand of Fate are far from being the most feared and hated gang. Especially since all it's members either left, died, were mutilated, or just haven't finished their thread yet.
Although, now that I think about it, Seth and Mae-Lim remind me A LOT of Ghai and Min.

There's only so long before you and Auroth get stomped. Otherwise, its not following Watcher guidelines methinks.
Original 1368 Students
Ghai - I'd have to agree with Seth Calloway. Nothing to say you guys haven't already. Shuya also shares alot of similiarities Xin - I thought about this one alot, and I think I fit it rather well according to Liam's words. Andre - Zeniro of course, but I also see Conner fitting this one. Legend - Leon in the elegant way they present themselves. As for developing wise, I'd say Taiku. Really violent to more sophisticated. Mil - Kokaku. Perfect wing-man. Min - Hikari, mostly because of the Kokaku relation, but is a badass on her own as well. Ceer - I think Charlotte's a pretty good Ceer. The smart girl. Zumi - Biased with the Kyukaku/Xin, but I think Audrey fits this one. Both of them are fun loving as it is. Ralph - Nathan fits this one perfectly in my book.
Original Varron Students
Finrak - Tiao, easily. Sporty pillar. Hanto - Darren, attitude wise fits perfectly, as does intellectually. Both specialize in kicks too. Kiz - (I remember him kicking.) Honestly, I don't see the Odin comparison, because the attitude doesn't relate imo. On the other hand, I don't see anyone else really fitting either. Sylvia - Valencia. I can't come up with an explanation, because it seems obvious to me. Oton - Kai, on the premise of Kyu/Xin Goth - Ein, only much stronger and more more of a badass. Auroth also gives me the creeps.
Faculty Members
Barrack - What the hell...Taru? Ms. Jix - Uh, Dain Gavyns. They're both sexy. Dimir - The mirror version of MacMillan Mr. Dom - Pain Killer. German Suplex and dominant mindset! Come on!

It's not like the schools on lock down. Bust a kneecap here and there, and everything works out well for our characters in the end.
And I'll help endorse the Ms. Jinx = Gavyns, if only because it's funny.

Says the guy with a bro who constantly tried to rape him. Ghai: Seth. I believe people above me mentioned enough reasons? Xin: Kyukaku. Andre: Old board: Sebastian. New Board: Odin Reeves. Legend: Dain Gavyns. I don't wanna explain. I'll have to usecompliments then. Mil: Kokaku. Min: ... ... ... I submit to peer pressure: Valencia. Ceer: Another peer pressure: Charlotte. Zumi: Oh screw this peer pressure: Mae-lim. Ralph: Raphael. Finrak: Tiaoooo. Hanto: ... Kiz: ... Dunno. Sylvia: I don't wanna do this anymore. Oton: Nathan. Goth: Ein. Barrack: Taiku... Well, same yellow teeth. Lousy fighting ability. Both working for the school. Cocky and unintelligent. They couldn't fit better? /Irony. Ms. Jix: Not a clue. Dimir: MacMillan. Mr. Dom: Maverik.

Ghai - A fight between Seth and Kvist, Seth barely winning.
Xin - Maverik... NOT ZEKE
Andre - A badass loner who always wins? Odin Reeves.
Legend - A fight between Leon and Dain
Mil - If this would have been earlier, I would have said myself, but lately I've been more of a sadsack than a Mil. (Dante = "Wah! Wah! I'm gonna pity myself because my girlfreind dumped me!) So I vote Kokaku, mostly because of peer pressure.
Min - Yes, Valencia
Ceer - Charlotte, no explanation really needed
Zumi -
Ralph - Raphael
