Its been almost three months since the incident in Teneile's house. Abel could still see the blood on the couch in his mind, but like all of the other things he had done it didn't bother him. Stabbing his own brother had not been a thing he was planning to do after only meeting him for the first time, but having been slightly taunted like he was there was nothing that Abel could have done. Abel could only laugh at the sight of Drake coughing blood all over his girlfriend and then falling to the ground. Even though it all seemed so funny to Abel he had the sense to get away as soon as possible. After he had been rescued by Xian and Maverik he was interigated for how he got such a deep and clean cut on his hand. Abel knew that they would find the truth soon enough and so he made his way out of the apartment and into hiding.
Abel had went to the outskirts of San Francisco and found a nice little cabin that seemed to be occupied. He knocked on the door and waited for someone to open it and see the 'weakened' Abel barely able to stand. A nice looking old woman opened the door and grabbed onto him and helped him inside and helped him into a bed. She watched over him for the three months of his hiding as he slowly 'got better'. She never asked about the many scars that he had or the relatively new one on his hand, and so he knew he had found the right place to hide out. After the three months were up and the woman was gone he worte a short note to her thanking her for her hospitality and then made his way out of the cabin and back to San Fransisco.
Abel had made a quick stop at the hospital to see if his brother was dead or even still there, and to his surprise he was. He didn't go into the room or anything because it looked like some nurses were getting his stuff ready for him to finally leave for good. After only a few minutes he walked out of the hospital and continued on his way to Hircine High. When he finally arrived at the courtyard nobody really paid any attention to him, most likely because he hadn't been in any important events as of late, but he liked being able to walk around without someone trying to fight him. He stopped right in front of the dorm complex as he heard some footsteps coming from behind. He didn't turn around at all, instead deciding that works would actually speak loud than actions for once. "Whoever you are I'm really not in the mood for trouble so if you wanna fight I suggest you leave right now."

After Taj's party, Kuro was informed that his request for over-seas studies was accepted and that he would be sent packing within the next couple of days. Glad to be able to leave the school for some time, he got his things together as quickly as possible and left without saying anything to anyone. On the plane trip over to Frankfurt, Germany, he felt a strange feeling of unease, almost that he was missing something or something drastic had happened. All he could do was shake his head and ignore the churning in his gut because he was already on his way away from the problem. He wondered quietly to himself about how Hircine would change in his three month's absence and is he would be missed by the few people he had actually come into contact with.
From Frankfurt, Kiyoshi took a bus to the small town of Wetzlar and resided with a nice old couple there, both of whom just happened to be former teachers. The time he spent at the Friedrich Nietzsche Gymnasium was laidback and easy for the most part, far different than that of Hircine's rough-and-tumble Varron influx. At the end of his term, he took the first flight back to SanFran.
Back at Hircine...
Upon his arrival back on campus, no one took notice of him as per the usual. No one even seemed to realize that he was gone, but it was no surprise to him -- he didn't want to be the centre of attention anyway. He was walking back to the dorms with dufflebag in hand and was met randomly with some harsh words from someone he didn't recognize. With a sigh, he thought to himself that this rash man was from Varron automatically.
"If I wanted to fight, I'd stay right where I am and attack you. I'm just trying to get back to my room, so get out of the doorway because I need to get through." replied Kuro in a calm and steady tone, not bending to the threats of this random, pissed off asshole.

Abel was answered by a calm voice that obviously was not there for a fight either. He turned slowly to see a slightly taller student in a large tan trench coat. He looked the guy up and down, but couldn't shake this feeling that he knew him from somewhere. He began to walk up to the student still looking at him in a scanning fashion. When he was about three feet away from the guy he stopped and starred right at his face. He then shook off his suspiscion and began to speak further. "Well I'm glad to here that there is someone in this school that isn't a complete dumb ass." Abel then looked down at the dufflebag that the guy had. "So are you a new student or just returning from a much needed trip like me?"
(Sorry for shortness, Kuro)

"Right. Well, not everyone can be easy prey for someone like you..." Kuro says coldly. "I've been here for close to two years now, so I've been on a trip. Honestly, I was actually thinking you were from Varron because one: I haven't seen you before and two: you toss around empty threats. But there's a look about you that tells me you're not, so where are you from?" He finishes as he drops his dufflebag on the ground next to him, his bluntness quite rude at the moment and this new face seeming not to be one to take such holier-than-thou words lightly. Kiyoshi was smart enough to know not to underestimate another's temper or abilities.
He watches the movements of this stone-faced young man closely, recognizing the stride and confidence with which he walked. It was all too familiar to him but he just couldn't place it. He rests his hands on his hips and sighs, waiting for a response one way or the other.

The man seemed to think that his words had no limits and in that way he had pissed Abel off, even though that really wasn't a difficult feat. Abel's hands quickly turned to fists as he placed them in his trench coat pockets. "You know, you really need to get off of your damned pedistal man. Its not very smart for someone to act like he better than someone he's just met but I'm sure you're smart enough to know this, aren't you?" Abel noticed that the man had dropped his bag and so he wasn't sure if the man wanted to start something, or if he just didn't want to hold it as they continued to talk. "As for where I'm from, I've lived in San Fransisco my entire life. Not that its any of your business." He said with his normal cocky and rude voice.
As he finished his little speech, his right hand began to hurt a little. He slowly took both of his hands out of his pocket and took his right glove off to look at the scar that his brother had left. 'Damn, it still hurts after all this time? He must have gotten me a little better than I first thought. Its probably just a nerve or something...' Then the pain stopped. 'Well at least thats don with.' He then put his glove back on and looked at the guy again. "Well I guess since I've spent a few minutes with you without a fight starting I should learn your name. I'm not on to tell someone my name without knowing theirs first, but if you're the same then I guess we've got a problem then don't we." He said ending with a cocky smirk.

A smirk slides onto Kuro's face as the blond man retorts, Kuro's arms coming up to cross against his chest in a pseudo-defensive nature as he listens and watches. [Abel] takes his hands from his pockets and removes the glove from his right hand, looks at it for a moment and then replaces the glove. Kuro could not help but notice the deep scar across his hand that looked fairly new before the glove was put back on. [Abel] then looks back up to Kuro and suggests an introduction.
"Yes. I'm smart enough to know that but I don't much care what other people think of me. I take everyone at an equal but lesser value until they prove to me that they deserve to have my respect. SanFran all your life and not any of my business either, huh? I do believe that it was you that expected me to answer your question of where I was from - as if it was any of your business." Kuro scoffs and shakes his, lowering his eyes to the ground before raising them back up to meet the other man's straight on. The seriousness in them becoming apparent to the blond man.
"A problem we do have, yes. I am the exact same way but just so we can get through this easily rather than beating the living hell out of each other for an answer, I'll do the upstanding thing and give my name. It's Kiyoshi Nanami. I'm known as Kurohyou around here -- the Hircine Panther. Who might you be?"

Once again the man, now known as Kurohyou, acted superior to Abel, saying that he looks at people as equals yet lesser than himself until they prove otherwise. He then stated that it was Abel that asked him where he was from first. "You really are a smart ass aren't you? Waiting until after I say you're prying to say I am. Whatever, I really don't care anyway." He then listened as Kurohyou got a more serious tone to his voice. He said that he would do the upstanding thing and give his name so that they didn't have to beat each other up over it. When Abel heard his name it didn't really register as a name that he remembered so he still considered the man a stranger. Kurohyou then asked for Abel's need in return.
Abel let out a little snicker as he took his left hand out of his pocket and pushed his slightly wet hair back. "Well I guess I'll be a regular person a give you my name in return. Its Abel Moldune and I suggest that you never forget it." He said with another laugh. "You know you have quite the weird name for a guy that looks Caucasion. Your parents look your name up in a japanese baby book? But enough of these meaningless put downs of each other." Abel then held out his left hand waiting for a hand shake. "At least you're not a goodie goodie. I'd have to kill you if you were." He then laughed even more as he waited.

As the blond man brushed his hair back giving Kuro time to respond to his accusations and name calling, which the tall, dark man promptly took advantage of. "Smart ass or simply smart enough to catch you in dichotomy? I'm not one to let things slide all too easily and if you're suggesting that I was prying after you opened yourself to that side of the conversation, you are sorely mistaken. You might think I run my mouth too much but the fact is I simply enjoy arguing and am good enough at it enough that most simply give up and bustle off in a tiff. You know, a regular person would often just give another their name without all this dancing..." Kuro says cockily as he smirks at the blond one with a hint of taunting.
Abel answers the statement and to Kuro's surprise, his name is that of his long lost friend from the orphanage. Even though Kuro is shocked and somewhat gladdened that he could find his friend once more, he keeps his cool and does not change his facial expression. After more prodding, Abel offers his left hand to which Kuro just simply looks at for a moment before looking Abel in the eyes again.
"Just so happens that my adopted parents are Japanese-American and this is what they named me. The nuns at the orphanage called me Luke while I was there, if you really care to know..." a grin spreads across Kuro's face before continuing, "...You realize that "regular people" shake with their right hands, right?"

As Kuro continued to taunt Abel it seemed like all of his words had little to no affect at even getting his attention. He really didn't care to listen to what he had to say anymore and just wanted to get on with whatever was to come of their conversation. The only word that registered in Abel's mind was dancing. 'What the fuck did he say about dancing? Whatever, I just hope he doesn't plan on dancing with me at all. As Abel mentioned his name there was a slight movement in Kuro's body, but it could have been him just adjusting himself. Kuro then went on to say that his parents were japanese-american and that's how he got the name. Abel really didn't care about that tidbit of information, but what Kuro said next would peak his interest quite a bit.
He mentioned that the nuns of the orphanage gave him the name Luke as a large grin began to cross his face. Abel looked at Kuro again and let out a pfft at the remark, and then Kuro went back to being his cocky old self saying that people usually shake with their right hand. Abel put his hand back in his pocket and spit on the moist ground beneath them. "Well for on thing my right hand is a little sore at the moment, and I really could care less what hand I shake with. As for you being who you say you are thats nice and all but if you really are Luke you're basically dead to me. You and Jin get adopted because you're such adoreable little bundles of joy while I'm stuck alone at that damned orphanage for four years. Not one letter... I didn't get one letter from either of you. Besides, I've changed and it looks like you have as well."
He then let out another laugh as he looked back at Kuro's face. "But Kuro seems to be a mad worthy of my alliance, if he's willing to take it that is. I'm not going to force you or anything, I'm just offering a friendly alliance in the crap shoot of a school." He took out his right hand from his pocket and held it out. "Fuck your high and mighty tone. Here's my Right hand now shake it.

"You know that I hated leaving as much as you did. Sure, it was good for me to get out of there but I hated losing touch with you. And as for changing... You haven't changed a bit, Abel. I lost track of Jin too, if that means anything." Kuro sighs and looks down at the ground while clenching a fist in slight frustration and then a laugh came out of Abel, bringing him back to the present.
Alliance? He wants an alliance?! ...Well couldn't be that bad, I suppose... I just wish he wouldn't be so bitter.
"Right... Alliance. Sure, whatever." he says, taking Abel's hand gently at first until he makes that last statement about a high and mighty tone. "First mistake, my old friend: never trust anyone." Kuro says as he grips Abel's hand tightly, twisting it out and up away from his body, the recency of the injury most likely still causing him enough pain and stiffness to be unable to respond quick enough to counteract this fairly simple wrist restraint.

As Kuro grabbed Abel's hand he began to shake it, gut then he soon put pressure on his hand which wouldn't have hurt that much if Abel wouldn't have had the deep scar on his hand. Abel didn't let out a scream or even a grunt he just fell to one knee and looked up and Kuro with an aggrivated look. "You really like to piss me off don't you? This really is a way to break the ice isn't it? You cause me pain... I think I'll wait to cause some for you. Now would you fucking let go, I already told you I'm really in no mood to fight and I think you opened the wound you ass." Abel would then wait to see what Kuro would do as he could feel the blood running down his arm.
(Short again but not much to do)

With a grin Kuro simply answered Abel's question, "I always have liked to piss you off. You must be getting old because I think your memory is going..." With that joking statement, he simply let go and wiped Abel's blood from his hand on the shoulder of Abel's coat before picking his dufflebag up again.
He walks around the kneeling Abel and into the doorway of the dorm. "I'll talk to you later, 'kay?" he says with a wave and chuckle over his shoulder as he continues on his way up to his room.

As Kuro mentioned that he had always liked to piss Abel off a large smirk went across Abel's face. Kuro let go of Abel's hand and he slowly got up and turned to look over at Kuro. "Hey my memory may not be what it used to be, but I hope you remember I always got you back." Abel said with a laugh as he turned away from the building he was heading toward. He started walking toward the hospital that he had visited only a few minutes ago. 'Dammit Luke, you could have been a little more gentle. This thing was almost completely healed. Gotta get this rewrapped now.'
