Had he had the presence of mind to do so, the self proclaimed Pain Killer would have been impressed with the ingenuity of Darren's counter. Such a move never occured in Adam's mind, and as such, he was caught completely off guard by the sudden pain in the roof of his mouth, as well as the pressure on his temples. The first instinct that came to Adam was to simply bite harder, and while his teeth were not exactly razor sharp, they would certainly cause a good deal of pain to the School Captain. Nothing likely to be permanent, of course, but damaging nonetheless.
With the pain in his head, Adam's anger began to rise. Stubbornly, he would not release Darren's fingers from his mouth, but with his vision blocked, there was little chance he could strike the smaller student's head or body with any real accuracy, limiting the options he had in this situation. He heard Darren's words, Adam's lips peeling back slightly in an odd grin, despite the pain. After all, he wasn't called Pain Killer for nothing.
"Yeah, for you."
Such trash talk would simply come out garbled and muffled, given the bite-hold Adam currently had on Darren's fingers, making the words nearly unintelligible. Then again, whether the words were meant for Darren to hear, or simply for Adam's own benefit remained to be seen. Pain Killer pulled back his right hand, bringing it low to his hip, before shooting it upwards in a palm thrust at what he perceived to be his foe's greatest weakpoint at this time.
Darren's left elbow.
In order to bring his thumb and pinky to Adam's temples, Darren's palm would be facing up, the same with the inside of his elbow. Such positioning seemed to scream vulnerability to a fighter who focused on limb-disabling attacks like Adam, and so as he thrusted his right hand upwards, Adam would also lean back with his head, pulling the hand towards him with his teeth and straightening out Darren's left arm. Even with Darren's palm in his face, he would have a pretty accurate idea of where Darren's elbow would be. His left hand remained on Darren's bicep, hindering it's movement and keeping the limb being able to react to Adam's sudden movement at full speed.
Should the thrust land, there was a good chance of it either dislocating or breaking the smaller man's elbow joint, as well as the damage to his fingers as they were ripped out of Adam's mouth. Granted, the roof of Pain Killer's mouth would be sore and bleeding from having the nails rake across the flesh, but Darren's fingers would be heavily damaged, possibly to the point of being unable to be used for the remainder of the fight.

Pain Killer, it seemed, would refuse to take Darren's last and final warning to heart. As he spoke, Darren, though he could not understand the garbled words Pain was speaking, allowed him what he considered his last words of the battle. As soon as they were over, however, just a tiny bit before Pain could shift into his next move, pre-empting him with a sudden jerk and a twist.
Tightening the grip on Pain's temples between his thumb and pinky, Darren not only twisted his wrist clockwise suddenly and harshly, put pushed his arm forward and torqued his whole body to the right, making a sudden shove to push Pain off to Darren's right. With Pain's mind fully on his next move, as Darren's obstruction of his vision would cause him to have to plan the next move, rather than act on what he sees, and the unexpectedness that a much smaller man would attempt a power play, Darren would likely be victorious in this little reversal.
As Pain fell, with Darren's fingers inside his mouth straightening out and plunging deep into the back of Pain's throat, with a sudden jab at the back as the bigger student landed, due to the impact from the ground, and the smaller student turned such that he would be in a position on top of Pain Killer this time around. However, unlike the larger student, who simply used his size and weight to keep the Captain down, Darren used other assets.
His left knee now rested not-so-lightly upon the item in between Pain Killer's legs.
As fluidly as ever, almost immediately flowing into this after he landed, Darren raised his right knee, all the weight crushing down upon Pain's genitalia, Darren's left hand still in the strange chokehold, his right pushing down on the bigger man's shoulder, Darren turned and dropped his knee down, his body now somewhat perpendicular to Pain Killer's own. At the last moment, Darren removed his thumb and pinky from Pain's head, pulling his hand back as far as possible, stuck as it was between Pain's teeth, as his knee dropped heavily into Pain's forehead, sliding down the top of his head as it did so.
The impact would be enough to force Pain's mouth open just enough for Darren to slip his bruised, bleeding fingers from the other fighter's mouth, and, with his constant temple-lock up until this point, would also, hopefully, be enough to drop this one unconscious.

Darren shoved his fingers forward, further into Adam's mouth, tearing the flesh on his fingers as he did so. Since nothing had been done to lessen the pressure Pain Killer was exerting with his mouth, the teeth that would have by now begun to puncture Darren's skin would shake off a few layers for every millimetre that Darren pushed his hand on further.
Not expecting his opponent to redirect him as he fell, Pain Killer found his strike sailing harmlessly to the outside of Darren's arm. With the fingers heading down his throat, Adam found he had two options to stop the invading digits: pull his head further back, or push those fingers out of his throat. Given how he would soon find his back against the ground, it seemed he would need to do the latter. His teeth clamped down as hard as he possibly could, preventing the fingers from reaching any further into his mouth. While it was unlikely he'd manage to bite off the digits, provided the pressure continued, Darren's fingers would eventually have nerve damage, giving him good reason to find a way to retrieve his fingers soon.
As he fell back, Adam's right hand came back down, grasping at Darren's wrist and holding it in place, lessening the force of the fingers being driven into his mouth. His left hand would also push at Darren's bicep, propping the right side of the Hircine School Captain's body up slightly, while at the same time, Adam pulled his knees up to his torso, pointing the undersides of his shoes at Darren's midsection. This would coincidentally keep his genitals from being squished by Darren's knee, as his rear would lift slightly in the air as he fell back, though it was not intended for that purpose.
Instead, it was meant to get Darren the hell off him.
Pain Killer's legs straightened, driving his feet into Darren's upper stomach, in order to push the smaller man off. At the same time, Adam's mouth and right hand would not release Darren's fingers and left wrist, respectively, instead pulling against the movement to keep the hand where it was, putting quite a lot of pressure on Darren's left shoulder, very likely to pull the joint out of the socket.

As Darren fell, Pain Killer gripped his arm and curled up underneath him, readying himself for a spring-board like move in order to get separation between the two warriors. Darren, with his keen eyes, saw the set up as plain as day, yet seemingly did nothing. Instead, he merely waited for the millisecond-long window of opportunity.
In the blink of an eye, his opportunity came.
Darren primed his legs, and as Pain Killer thrusted his out, Darren did the same, performing a Pain-assisted springboard that sent him in a sort of catapult forward, a quick forward dive over Pain Killer's head that became a roll, releasing his right arm from Pain's custody, but naturally his left arm, digits still embedded rather painfully in Pain's mouth, suddenly became his weapon.
Quick as a wink, Darren got to a semi-standing, semi-crawling position, turning underneath his extended arm so as not to over-extend or twist it awkwardly, Darren began to pull his arm back, pulling back on the top of Pain's head, his fingers and nails digging harshly into the soft flesh of Pain's inner mouth.
It was seemingly the end of the road for Pain's mouth grip. He would either have to yield from the pain in his mouth, soon to bleed from Darren's nails biting into it, or bite Darren's fingers off, if he did not just let go.

Darren's reaction was quick, much quicker then Pain Killer had assumed, despite having fought with the student for so long. The fact that Darren was able to use Adam's move as a stepping stone for his evasion was somewhat embarassing, enough to bring the already increasingly agitated Varronite into a dangerous mindset.
I'll kill you!
As Darren landed and brought himself to his feet, Adam's legs would have enough time to fall back to the ground, his left foot falling flat on the ground, as the right leg was extended to it's full length. The one constant, however, would be that Adam's right hand would never release its grip on Darren's left wrist, and while it would be unable to keep the School Captain from performing his actions, it would act as another hold on the smaller student, the thumb closer to the sky due to Darren's new positioning. As Darren began to pull, Adam would push off with his left leg, rolling his body over onto his front. Unless Darren were able to hault the 237-pound Pain Killer by twisting his arm, a feat unlikely to be achieved by men twice the size of Darren, this would force the spectacled student to have his arm twisted to his right, bringing the palm of his left hand upwards.
In one swift motion, Adam's left hand would prop his upper body up slightly, even as his right hand thrusted Darren's wrist into the pavement, putting considerable weight and power behind it. This would tear Darren's fingers out of Pain Killer's mouth, but the damage done to the School Captain's wrist would be well worth the sacrifice.

The grip on his wrist, despite his best intentions, never faltered, Pain Killer's grasp proving almost as tight as steel. As he reached his standing position, however, Pain decided to move as well, turning, yet retaining his firm hold on Darren's arm, twisting his palm to face up.
As Pain readied his position, Darren could see that he was heading for considerable pain for his one vulnerable limb at this moment, and decided it would be best to pre-empt this from happening as quickly as possible. This time, it seemed that the simplest route would be the easiest, and thus, as Pain turned and got up himself, Darren struck.
Striking out, almost snake-like with it's suddenness and intensity, Darren's right foot shot forward, heading on a collision course with the side of Pain Killer's face, just as he was standing up. With one hand propping himself to his feet, the other refusing to let go of Darren's own, there was little way to avoid the incoming strike, likely to be a knockout blow, unless Pain Killer's apparent high tolerance for such things would hold up yet again. Also, the impact would likely cause the man to bite down even harder, but the hopefully subsequent unconsciousness weighed the odds in his own favor, at least to Darren's calculations.

The motion of Darren beginning his kick would not go unnoticed, but in the position he currently was in, Pain Killer found there was little he could do about it. Rather than slam into Darren's forearm, Adam's right hand continued moving to his left, heading on an intercept course with the foot currently sailing towards his face, and succeeded in placing itself in the way between the opposing limb and its target.
Which, of course, resulted in that very hand being slammed into the Senior's face.
With no leverage to speak of, the larger student's muscles were next to useless in attempting to halt such a blow, though it did slow the attack's velocity somewhat. That change in speed, however, was just enough to make the difference between unconsciousness and the half-awake state that Pain Killer soon found himself in, the only thing keeping him awake at this point being the pain in his face. His mouth was bleeding, the teeth having sliced right through the fragile flesh, and as he fell to his side on the pavement, Adam's left hand clutched the wound, his palm placed over his mouth and reaching up to his left eye, leaving him with only the half-opened right to see his opponent with.
"Piece of shit..."
His right arm slid underneath him, propping him up on his forearm weakly as he stared up at Darren, the fury clearly seen in his one remaining eye, the crimson liquid running freely down his face from underneath his palm. I walked right into that! How could I have been so careless!? Now I've lost... His arm strained to push him to a sitting position, but failed miserably, causing Pain Killer to collapse flat onto his back, staring up at the sky. There was no way he could continue to fight in this condition and expect to win.
Still, that wouldn't stop him from trying.
With great difficulty, he brought himself into a sitting position, breathing somewhat hard from the exhertion as he twisted his torso to look at Darren, whether it be his retreating form or not, his dark voice would call after him.
"...We're not done yet. Let's finish this."
Talking was a difficult enough task for him, but his pride wouldn't let him simply allow Darren to walk away while he could still do something about it.

Pain Killer would barely get the 'th' of 'this' out, before Darren, his bleeding, bruised, almost broken fingers free from the bigger student's mouth, and nothing left attaching him to the larger man, shot his foot out again, stamping down on top of Pain Killer's head and driving it down into the concrete again. In what would be Adam's sole saving grace, Darren pulled his blow to compensate for what would have been a near-lethal move, rendering it more of a forceful push, rather than a sharp slam into the concrete.
If Pain Killer was not unconscious after that, then he would more than live up to his self-proclaimed nick-name.
Shaking his head, Darren looked down at the form below him, rising to his full height and holding his fingers in his other hand.
"We are quite finished with this. A gorilla like you has no place whatsoever as the captain of this school."
Turning on his heel, Darren walked away, making his exit back to the school doors. He had bled more blood than he would have liked this day. Pain Killer would not have seen the last of Darren.
