(OOC: This is short and gets right to the point. Sorry if it's a short post. I usually like making my posts lengthy.)
A familar masked boy came into view. Walking towards the boxing ring near by, his intentions were clear ask he spoke:
"Hey I need a sparring partner! If anyone wants to join I will buy you lunch and I will be your friend. It does not get any better! Only one spot is available so decide now if you want to spar with me!"

"One, Two, HA! One, Two, HA!" Joey heaved as he practiced on a punching bag, beads of sweat pouring from his head and body with each movement. He was in the middle of his new daily workout at the school gym after school. He had become lazy with his training lately and had decided to get back into his groove.
'Damn am I out of shape...' He thought to himself as he continued to hammer away at his target. He hadn't been here long but already his stamina that he was at one time so proud of was already starting to give way. He could feel his arms tightening up and the strain of overexertion coming in. His boxing gloves couldn't even take the pounding, their cushioning was already wearing away despite being relatively new and in great condition prior to this.
He knew he shouldn't push himself too hard on his first day back at training, it was dangerous and could end up in him getting himself hurt. But he paid that thought no mind as he huffed snarls of pain and continued on.
Just then, Joey heard an unfamiliar voice. "Hey I need a sparring partner! If anyone wants to join I will buy you lunch and I will be your friend. It does not get any better! Only one spot is available so decide now if you want to spar with me!"
'Heh, desperate much?' Joey thought to himself, wheezing a small laugh. 'Well how realistic are punching bags anyway? I need some real competition to go against.'
"Sure, I'll spar with you." Joey said, forcing the words out of his mouth. His throat was scratchy and low from dehydration and it made even talking seem like a chore. "I'm J.T., whats your name?"
He climbed into the ring, his exhaustion eating away at his usual confidence that he loved to show his opponents before a match.

"Sure, I'll spar with you."
"I'm J.T., whats your name?"
'Woah that's a cool name. Sounds like that paintball company.......uh J.T. yeah thats cool.' Antonio thought to himself 'Does he need a drink?'
"My name is Antonio. Do you need a drink J.T.? I have a whole box of bottled watter right over behind you. You can take as many as you want."
Antonio drank one of the waters he took from the box earlier on. He waited for his new friend to spar with him. He was going to wait and see what this guy said.

"Sure." Joey said gruffly, slowly climbing out of the ring and snatching a water bottle. Downing it, he felt the liquid rejuvenating his lungs as it went down his throat.
"How about I thank you by beating you to a pulp?" Joey said jokingly, sizing up Antonio as he did so. The boy was much shorter and much lighter than he. His age was a mystery, however, due to the fact that he wore a mask. 'He's sort of toned, but his height is a joke.' Joey thought to himself. He had fought some short opponents before, but this one took the cake.
'Either way, I know I'm in no condition to fight.' he thought to himself. 'Anyone worth their beans could probably beat me right now, but maybe I'll surprise myself.'
After slowly climbing back into the ring, Joey forced his large frame into a boxing stance. Every muscle in his body felt extremely weighed down and hurt terribly. He could barely stand and his chest felt as if it where aflame. But he knew that training under the roughest conditions was the only way to get his stamina and fighting prowess back where he wanted it.
"Whenever...your ready." Joey huffed, looking up at his opponents masked face. 'What am I doing fighting Nacho Libre?' he thought, a smirk escaping his lips.

"How about I thank you by beating you to a pulp?"
"Orange juice with pulp is ok as long as there isn't too much." Antonio fired back
"Whenever...your ready."
Antonio scanned his friend for any flaws in his movement. He saw a boxing stance and he knew this could be risky. But this guy would not have too many kicks or none at all considering his stance. His reach with his arms is insane enough and if he could kick with his legs his reach would be even greater. Antonio wouldn't have a problem considering he fights grown men in their 20's, 30's, even 40's.
Antonio didn't prepare with any stance. He might surprise his opponent with the way he prepared himself.
"Ok Im ready. Someone sound the bell."
A person from near by stopped whatever they were doing and sounded the bell. The fight went underway and Antonio moved forward without a guard or stance. He waited for his opponent to make the first move.

Through the pain consuming his attention, Joey could vaguely hear the sound of the bell as the match began. 'Looks like this one is gonna try to come at me without any real fighting stance, cocky little guy.'
This was different. At this point of a match was usually when Joey looked over his opponent for any open areas that were left unguarded, but with Antonio everywhere was open. 'Looks like some sort of obscure way to keep his hands open for counterattacks.' he thought. 'Whatever. Let's see if I'm right.'
As Antonio neared, Joey sent a right cross to the boy's face. A strong punch. Easily capable of knocking someone of his opponent's weights to the ground. He was lucky that he had enough fuel to let out that one, but from how it felt Joey wasn't sure how many more like that he had in reserve.
'I'm gonna have to lay him out quick if I want to win.' he thought as he readied his left arm to intercept any counterattacks, pushing his muscles to the limit as he did so. This fight had already become a torturous experience and his opponent had yet to send out a single attack.

Antonio saw a right cross coming. But he wasn't concerned. It had so much power behind it that the speed was almost nonexistant. It would knock him out if it hit but he wasn't going to let it hit him. As the right cross was coming from J.T.'s rear hand in attempt to try to connect with Antonio's face, Antonio ducked to the side and ran past the cross and J.T. before the strike retracted. J.T.'s left hand wouldn't even have a chip shot at Antonio at this point. Nobody would think about throwing their left while their right was still out.
Antonio quickly evaded J.T. and bounced to the ropes and charged towards J.T.'s legs with a flying baseball slide, hoping to knock him over if his back was still facing Antonio or damage his kneecap if he did turn around and not react quickly enough. If Antonio missed, it would leave him in a difficult position.

(OOC- Sorry for the late reply. i was away the last few days.)
'Damn. My muscles are too tight right now to put any good speed behind them.' he thought, turning around slowly. Just as he turned around he saw Antonio diving at his knees.
'This kids roudy.' he thought, grinding his teeth.
As Antonio was about to reach him Joey let his legs go limb so that he would be already falling as he was tackled, effectively saving his knees from getting injured. This would also cause Antonio to end up tackling his upper body rather than legs. Once on the ground, Joey's grimace would turn to a grin as he saw his opponent laying on top of him.
With both of his arms he would summon all his strength to grab around Antonio's arms and body and bear hug him as tightly as he could. Even with his extreme exhaustion, Joey's strength would still be far superior to his pint sized opponent. Holding Antonio in this positon until he gave up would be a simple task, all he had to do was wait...

(OOC- Not a big deal. Man I have to think of something because you pretty much outsmarted me.)
Antonio saw that he was in a bear hug. He struggled to get out but he did this to make his friend feel as if he had an easy match. The struggling continued, and finding out that J.T. only used a bear hug on the upper part of his arms, he couldn't get the most important part of Antonio. His legs, and now he has a chance to escape.
Antonio rolled J.T. over so quick that two rolls took place and Antonio was on top again. With haste and impact, Antonio snaked his arms in between the loosened bear hug and they squeezed through. But his body was still in the bear hug. Antonio grabbed the right collar of J.T's shirt with his right hand and the left collar with the left hand. Now Antonio has J.T. in a cross lock which will choke him out if J.T. does not do something. Now he was waiting for when J.T. would either lose his grip on the bear hug and let go so he could escape or he would wait for J.T. to choke out or tap to say he is done.

'If this is coming down to a game of endurance then I can't lose.' he thought to himself. In an attempt to get control over the situation, his opponent had gotten his arms out of Joey's grip and grabbed onto his collar, now trying to choke him.
Living a life highly involved in endurance sports had given him very strong lungs and holding his breath for a little bit wouldn't be terribly difficult, though his exhaustion was definitely still taking its toll and he wasn't near as prepared to ride this assault out as he normally would be.
With the comfortable amount of time that he could still go without breathing, Joey decided to take full advantage of his opponents attempt at a counter attack. With both of his massive arms he began squeezing as tightly as he could on Antonio's small frame, leaving absolutely no room for his opponent to squirm out of it. He still had plenty of air in his lungs and wasn't giving out mercy today. If this stalemate went on any longer Antonio would leave the match with a body full of broken ribs. The only other foreseeable end would be for his opponent to give up and declare Joey the winner.

Antonio saw now that this could go either way. J.T. could crush his ribs, but how was he resisting a choke that should have him tap out in less than 10 seconds. J.T. would run out of air but J.T. was not targeting Antonio's lungs, he was targeting the ribs. He could only hold on for so long so Antonio had to think of a way to get out.
'Ok I still have my arms I can use. I really don't want to deal cheap shots to this guy, but the way I am, I have no option.'
Antonio finally found weakpoints. J.T. could not have been guarding these spots with his hands tied up. Antonio stuck his fingers right in J.T's eyes as a double poke while they were still vunerable. J.T. would now have to try to guard his eyes with his hands. Otherwise Antonio would now use the side of his right hand and press down on the space between J.T.'s nose, and mouth. While proceeding to put his whole left arm and push down on J.T's neck at the same time. Then since he was stomach flat on his opponent, Antonio picked up his left leg and drove it down into well you know...........
Antonio waited to see if his friend J.T. would pass out or eventually loosen his grip. If the grip is loosened, Antonio will push up while on J.T's neck and roll out of the bear hug on the ground to stand up.

(OOC- That was exceedingly dirty, I finally got a taste of my own medicine. Now how can I send you to the hospital for it? ;D)
Joey heaved as his opponent shoved his fingers into his eyes. In all his years of fighting he had never had to deal with eye poking. It seemed to be one of those unspoken rules of things that guys didn't do in a fight.
Nevertheless Joey continued to hold on, the adrenaline from his eyes getting poked temporarily causing him to lose control of his strength. His squeeze was finally too tight for Antonio's body and several ribs began to crack and break. He could feel which ones had broken in his arms, two on the left side and three on the right.
'Thats it. He's done.' Joey thought, feeling relatively triumphant. This was a hard fight and Antonio had really given him a run for his money.
In contrast to Joey's first reaction, broken bones didn't seem to be something that held his opponent back. Even after having his chest crushed, Antonio went on to both elbow his throat and kick him in the gnards.
This attack was successful in defeating Joey. Using all the strength he could muster he let go of his opponent's midsection and pushed him off of his body. Hardly a moment later the pain caught up to him and he lay motionless on the ground, unable to use any of his muscles. 'Who is this guy to kick another man there?' he thought, slightly offended. That was the number one on the list of cheap blows and he was amazed that a man would ever be desperate enough to do it. 'You got him back...' he assured himself. 'At least I don't need a stretcher to get out of this ring.'

(OOC: This match wasn't really what I expected in terms of a fight. Sorry it had to end that way. Maybe we can give it another run sometime.)
J.T. let go of Antonio. As Antonio got up hanging on, J.T. was on the ground, thinking to himself. Antonio sat down next to his friend and said to him:
"J.T., sorry about that, in all my wrestling matches and fights I have been in this school, I have never ever did what I just did. The elbow to the throat was intentional, the poke was more than enough, but I needed to draw your attention away from your bear hug some how. That was also intentional, but I never had to do it ever. I actually thought I was going to hit your leg from the way I was, and I didn't hit you 'there' on purpose."
Antonio waited to see if J.T. would respond, and he kept talking to him.
"This whole thing, didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be really. I was hoping I could use my lucha libre wrestling against you, but it just turned into a brawl. Let me help you up........ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
Pain shot through the ribs of Antonio. Antonio's pain was felt just then, and there. But he ignored it the best he could. He brought a stool from outside of the ring, into the ring and put it in a corner, similar to a boxing match, when a cutman sits his figher down in a corner. Antonio helped J.T. up, walked him over to the stool and sat him down.

'What is this guy's deal?' Joey thought to himself as he watched his opponent stand even after having 5 of his ribs broken. 'And why is he talking to me like nothings wrong. Those bones won't heal for months, he has no reason to be acting so sweet.'
Despite his thoughts, he allowed Antonio to help him onto a stool. Of course, he didn't have much choice. He was barely able to stand at the beginning of the fight and getting thrashed like he did wasn't of much help.
"Heh...you owe me a lunch" he mumbled to Antonio as he sat down. Right now his mind was more on getting rest than food, but he figured he would let the boy know that he hadn't forgotten and that he was going to hold him to what he said.
As the minutes passed Joey's breathing became steady and he soon regained control of his body. As he got up pain seared throughout his body. Not an inch of him escaped the severe pain and it was a difficult task climbing out of the ring. Managing to make it to the door, he looked back at his opponent. "Next time, your dead." he said in monotone. He guessed Antonio would think that he was joking. Joey hadn't decided himself whether the threat he had just made was to be taken seriously or not. But he figured he would sleep on it once he was home.
With this, he turned and headed out the door. 'Same time tomorrow.' he thought to himself, dreading the stiffness that would overtake his body the following morning...

"Heh...you owe me a lunch"
"How does subway sound?" Antonio said in a happy mood, ignoring the pain. He was happy, but in pain at the same time. One could tell by the look on his face. He saw Joey get up and his friend said to him:
"Next time, your dead."
'Guess I will leave him alone for now.'
