As Martin was brought over Grey's shoulder he knew that the throw was a success. Martin went flying quite a few feet away from Grey, but as soon as his body hit the floor he launched himself up and ran back at Grey for a counter attack. Grey was plenty ready for anything that the kid had planned for him, and the move that Martin decided to do just made Grey smile even more. Martin had ran with great speed toward Grey, and right went he came within striking range he went to slide underneath Grey's legs.
As he slid through Grey's legs, Grey simply brought his legs together to try and lock his feet on both sides of Martin's neck. This proved unsuccessful because of the speed in which Martin had been sliding, but with his feet now together he had a new plan of action. Unaware of Martin's punch that was aimed toward his the back of his ribs, Grey bent his legs so that he was crouched and spun to his left by pushing forward on the ground with his left foot. When he was about halfway spun Martin's punch connected with Grey's left should and slid across his chest, doing little to no damage.
Right after the attack had skimmed Grey he had spun all the way around so that he was facing Martin and he decided that he would just do a simple move. He quickly let his right leg go down to his side as he sent his left leg straight toward either Martins skull or face, depending on which was closer to the ground. The attack was simple, yet if it connected would do some damage to either his face or his neck from the impact. If he decided to get up during the kick Grey would quickly turn it into a leg sweep by spinning himself with his hands pushing off of the ground.
After either attack he would simply roll backward in a somersault and then midway push with his hands to propel himself into the air. He would land on his feet and await what Martin had planned next for him. "No more monkey attacks for you kid. This time I won't be going easy on you anymore." Grey simply stood with his eyes focused on all of Martin's movements so that he could fully counter the next attack, if there was one. Grey didn't look over at him, but he got the feeling that their "Ref" was enjoying the front row seat of this fight.

((ooc: hey I didn't quite understand your post, so If this is hard to understand let me know and I will change it.))
Martin had connected but it wasn't what he wanted, had he hit the chest, and it wasn't even that effective, he was down low and Grey was coming down fast. Martin thought fast.
'Cant get up, can't try to block... lets roll.'
Martin dropped down to the dirt and rolled to the left out of the way of the stomp.
'No more monkey attacks for you kid. This time I won't be going easy on you anymore."
Martin stood up and looked at Grey and raised an eyebrow.
"It's about damn time, okay, neither of us will hold back."
Martin got back into his stance, waiting for Grey's attack.

(OOC: Yeah I know my attack wasn't really well written so sorry about that. It wasn't supposed to be a stomp, but we'll just go with it. Now back to our fight... finally.)
As Martin rolled out of the way of Grey's attack he simply smirked. He still did his little acrobatic maneuver to put some distance between the two of them, but he was now actually enjoying his time at Hircine. It was like he was finally getting the life that he lost back, and he was filled with so much energy because of it. Martin was obviously trained in some sort of martial arts, but Grey didn't really no anything about them so he couldn't tell what type. All he could tell right now was that Martin's style relied a lot on his hands and arms and very little on his lower body, but that could soon change if he was wrong. If he did start to use his legs then the fight may prove to be even more fun for Grey.
After Martin's little roll to the side he got to his feet and got back into his stance. He replied to Grey's words of not holding back by saying that neither of them will hold back. Grey didn't care if the kid was holding back or not because in the end it really wouldn't matter. In Grey's mind he had already won the fight and he was just prolonging it so that it would actually be enjoyable for him. The referee continued to watch their fight as it progressed without saying a word, which made Grey feel even better. A fight where it seems like the only two people are the combatants was the best kind that there was. After waiting a few seconds it seemed that Martin was waiting for Grey to attack instead of taking a shot at it for once.
Grey's smile got slightly smaller at the realization that his opponent was most likely a pacifist. "You don't really like to fight, do you? That's kind of disappointing, but I guess that the word has to have people like you so that it doesn't fall into complete chaos." With those words Grey rushed at Martin once again to start the attack. Since Martin loved to use his arms in a fight, Grey figured that it would only be fair if he did as well. When he came within arms reach of Martin he began to punch wildly at the higher points of his body. (See avatar for example) He would alternate from the head, the chest, and the shoulders until Martin figured out a way to stop the barrage of punches that were coming at him. Even if Martin moved Grey would follow and continue his onslaught until the kid did some sort of counter attack.

Joey smirked as Martin rolled to avoid Grey's leg. It occurred to him that Martin seemed to be more of a defensive fighter especially in comparison to his opponent, who seemed much more aggressive. 'If Martin doesn't stop being so conservative he won't stand a chance in this fight.' he thought to himself.
After Martin's roll there was a short pause in the action as they exchanged words pertaining to not holding back anymore. 'Ok Martin. Time to show your aggression and get the first hit in.' he thought, hoping that Martin would get his act together before this fight ended abruptly. He didn't want to waste his time watching Martin dodge and deflect Grey's attacks. He was here for a fight and if he wasn't given one than he would be forced to start one himself.
'Come on kid, let's see what ya got.' he thought as he watched Martin do the exact opposite of what he wanted. Grey came at him in full force, sending a barrage of punches to Martin's whole upper body. If he didn't do something drastic to change the flow of the fight, it was obvious that Martin would be a gonner.
"Get it together Martin, he's tearing you apart." he commented in a bored voice.

Martin stood in position. He hadn't put any connections on this fight. Then again he wasn't that hurt either, just shaken up.
'Yeah keep telling yourself that Martin.'
"You don't really like to fight, do you? That's kind of disappointing, but I guess that the word has to have people like you so that it doesn't fall into complete chaos."
Martin had often thought about that. He knew that deep inside he enjoyed the fight, he enjoyed it way too much. He always tried to stay as the peace maker but that idea was dieing out.
"Tell you the truth, I try not to like fighting, but who couldn't get a kick or two out of it eh?"
Now Grey was charging at him with his arms flailing at his upper body. He was going fast but Martin can always go faster. The attacks came and he did his best to keep dodging them until he noticed he was getting close to the end of the roof. Martin ducked down just as another punch came about a hair from his head. He was crouched down on his feet, now he pushed down in a jump like a spring. He was heading in an angle toward Grey's chest. If he got close enough he would start firing off as many attacks as he could at Grey chest and stomach.

Grey was surprised by Martin's speed, but it wasn't anything that he hadn't seen before. Martin dodged Grey's barrage of attacks until he was right next the the edge of the roof, which was exactly where Grey wanted him. What Martin didn't know was that Grey hadn't planned to actually hit him with his punches, he just wanted to strategically make the kid move toward the edge of the roof. Now that Martin was cornered he needed to act fast or else he would actually get hit by Grey's punches.
It seemed that one of the punches would connect with Martin's forehead, but he ducked just in time and Grey just hit the hairs of his head. After missing that hit he stopped his onslaught and watched as Martin launched himself at Grey's chest with a crouched jump. As Martin came at him, Grey simply moved a little to his right and spun ninety degrees to his right so that he would be facing where Martin was launching himself. As Martin began to fly past Grey, he would stop Martin's flight by grabbing his shirt. The shirt was torn slightly as Grey brought Martin back to him and put him in a choke hold.
His right arm was around Martin's neck while his left arm was pulling on the right arm to create pressure on his neck and cut off his breathing. Grey's smile was as large as it could ever get as he held the kid in his choke hold. He moved his mouth up to Martin's right ear so that he could whisper to him. "If you can't even beat me then how to do you expect to accomplish your goals? Unless you become stronger you will remain an insignificant person in this school, and no one will ever want to follow you."
And with those words of both wisdom and criticism Grey let Martin out of the choke hold, but it wasn't the end of the attack. Right after Grey let him go his left leg would come around and send a powerful kick directly at Martin's gut. The kick would have enough power to send Martin flying far enough so that he would fall off of the school rooftop. As Martin would go flying Grey would laugh hysterically as he watched. "Remember what I said, and take it to heart. You really are pathetic right now so become stronger."

Martin was confused for a second, one moment Grey was moving the next Martin was in a choke hold. He was also at the edge of a roof, and wallish- Grey was holding him down. No where left to dodge.
"If you can't even beat me then how to do you expect to accomplish your goals? Unless you become stronger you will remain an insignificant person in this school, and no one will ever want to follow you."
'I wanna smoke.'
Next thing he knew Martin was off the roof. He could have grabbed onto the ledge, but then Grey would just smash his fingers. Besides, on the ground below it looked empty enough to smoke.
"Remember what I said, and take it to heart. You really are pathetic right now so become stronger."
Martin blinked he noticed that falling off a roof would hurt. Alot. Then he noticed Grey had just won the fight.
"Rematch you bastard!"
Moments later Martin was on his side in a bush. Being a bush it broke his fall but the limbs gave him some cuts and scratches. He pulled himself out of the bush and against the wall. He looked around and at a quick glance he saw there was nothing stopping him from smoking. He pulled out his lighter and when he tried to pull his box of cigarettes he noticed one small detail... his other arm was broken. He screamed to the heavens.
"Nooooo! Damn you Grey! Damn you and your...uh... throwing people off of roofs fetish."
Martin staggered up and began his long walk to the hospital.

Joey watched as Grey released his chokehold and flung Martin cleanly off the roof. Before Grey would even be able to glance toward him, he was already at the edge of the roof watching Martin's drop. 'This is not going to end well for him.' he thought to himself, hating the rush of excitement that was pumping through his veins.
Martin landed hard and fast onto a bush down below. Although glad that he wouldn't have to endure the hassle of bearing witness to a murder, he couldn't deny that he was displeased when Martin seemed to only have received minor injuries. "Nice throw...I guess this makes you the winner." he said, tilting his head toward Grey but not taking his eyes off of Martin.
Just then he heard Martin look up and begin yelling. "Nooooo! Damn you Grey! Damn you and your...uh... throwing people off of roofs fetish." It sounded to him like Martin had been hurt by the sound of his voice, but it was still far too strong for someone who had just fallen so hard. "He's the luckiest person I've ever met for even surviving that." he commented, shifting his attention to Grey now that Martin had begun limping off, grabbing his arm in a fashion that said it was broken.
"Have you ever done anything like that to someone before?" he asked casually, thinking back to all the nightmarish acts that he had commited. Many of which made throwing a boy off a roof look like child's play.

As Martin went flying off of the roof, he screamed that he wanted a rematch with Grey. The smile on the blue haired student didn't change even after hearing those words. He just watched as Martin fell down into a brush and yelled something else toward Grey, though this was both hard to hear and blocked out by Grey's short attention span. The only thing that mattered now was that Grey had come out the victor, and his life had once again gained a meaning. Everything seemed to be clearer now that Grey was finally out of his darkness, and he figured out that he didn't need to follow anyone to live his life to the fullest. All that he had to do was what he wanted to, and everything would eventually fall into place. As Grey finally snapped out of his little trance he heard the other person talking from not too far to the right of him.
Grey looked over to see the excitement in the guy's face, even though his attention seemed to be directed toward Martin. He simply stated that the throw was a nice one and then seemed even more pleased when he heard the pain in Martin's voice. Now he shifted his attention toward Grey and said that Martin was lucky to have even lived after falling so far, and Grey simply laughed and nodded in agreement. Then a question came from the student that made Grey's smile grow only slightly. He asked Grey if he had ever done anything like that before, and Grey had to think about it for a second. "Have I done anything like that before... I'd have to say no. But I have done things that people may consider to be a little worse than throwing someone off of a rooftop. I was part of a violent gang that was known all over my little part of San Fransisco."
Grey then stopped and looked the guy up and down to see if he looked like the type of guy to rat someone out, but from what Grey could tell he seemed like a decent guy. "I was recruited at a fairly young age, but climbed to the higher ranks very quickly. That gang was like a family to me. We used to take out other small gangs in a flash, and afterwards there would always be a great party. Even though we killed people it seemed like a nice place to be, but that was until one fateful day. Only about a few months ago I was attacked by who I thought to be a rival gang member, and so I beat him to a pulp. He managed to run away from me, but I followed him all the way back to our hideout which confused me a first. Then when the assassin took off his mask I saw that it was one of our Generals that had been sent to kill me."
Grey stopped again because he just couldn't hold in the laughter anymore. The story was just too rich for him not to laugh at. After he regained his composure he continued. "I found out that they believed that I was too powerful and that I would one day try and take the gang as my own, but they were completely wrong. I liked following my leader, and being one of his Generals I thought that he trusted me. Once they saw that I had seen and heard everything the entire gang came at me with all of their might. I took out most of them, including the General that told my leader that I was too strong, and then my leader wanted a one-on-one fight with me. I couldn't deny the challenge because it was one thing that I had been looking forward to since I entered the gang, but I never intended to fight to the death."
Once again Grey bursted out into laughter. 'I never knew that I was so good at telling stories, even if these ones happen to be real. Maybe I should right a book or something.' He stopped and once again continued on with the story. "We fought with all of our might, but my leader seemed to have the upper hand on me the whole time. Then as it came close to its end he somehow got behind me and thrusted his dagger right into my back and even pulled up all the way to my shoulder. When I woke up I was in the hospital with my grandfather by my side. He said that our neighborhood was too dangerous for me to be living in, and then he told me that he had been saving money for some time so that I could go to a better school. He saved enough for me to finish up my senior year over here in Hircine, but it looks like the whole 'Out of danger' thing didn't exactly work out now did it?"
As Grey finished his story he looked off into the distance and smiled as he saw Martin's body limping to the hospital. "You know what though? I find it funny that I told you all of this information without you ever telling me your name, but then again I'm not even sure if I told you mine either. Well anyways my name is Grey Grimmjow, and I'm gonna be doing whatever makes me feel alive while I'm in this school. Let those damned Pillars come after me. Hell they can beat the shit out of me for all I care, I'll get right back up and continue doing what I want. There isn't a person in this world that can keep me down, and I intend to keep it that way." Then Grey glanced over at the guy with a closed eyed smile. "Maybe you and me can cause some ruckus together? If you're down for it than I'm willing to let you join me in the festivities.

Joey listened as Grey told him all about his past involvements with a gang. It seemed like a fantastic story, but he figured that he wouldn't call the boy out as a liar before he got to know him. As he listened, he wondered exactly how good this person was at fighting and if he had been even trying very hard when he soundly beat Martin.
Joey made note of the fact that Grey had a grandfather. If he ever needed something to hold over this boy's head, he would know where to look. He decided he wouldn't make a similar mistake and made sure not to mention his family as he spoke.
"Yeah but I'm sure your in much less danger here then where you were." He then nodded toward the direction Martin had gone. " I mean, look at the type of fighters around here."
He then looked back at Grey as he sat on the edge of the roof. "I've had some gang involvements too pretty recently, mine didn't end sour though. Back where I'm from, I joined a group called The Hand of Fate. It was a pretty big deal over there and I was one of its main members. It did alot for me and I don't regret being a part of it, but sometimes I wonder what it turned me into. I mean, before I joined I was more of a vigilante than anything. But once I started hanging out with them they showed me the wonders of inflicting pain in others, no matter whether they deserve it or not."
He continued to wonder exactly how tough Grey was and if he matched Joey in fighting prowess. It would be nice to have a strong ally to replace Tank, a friend of his who seemed to completely disappear.
"But that part of my life is over. The leader was arrested and I haven't heard from the gang since they broke up shortly after. I've actually been trying to live my life legit, but it hasn't been working that well for me."
"Maybe you and me can cause some ruckus together? If you're down for it than I'm willing to let you join me in the festivities."
"Let me? You aren't gonna let me do anything. But yeah I think I deserve a break from this nice guy lifestyle. What did you have in mind?"
