I really like how you portrayed her~ Especially her original hair color beneath her dyed hair since that's pretty much how it is whenever I envision it~
The thoughtful look is also nice~

So, how's your skill of drawing when portraiting a fight, rather than people who just stand/sit/lie, actually try to capture motion? Would be fun to see a drawing of the fight that goes down in the principle's office

The scene-like pictures on the previous page aren't bad, so why not have more of a good thing? (Ha. Here's my addition to the "art request quote tower".)

Hmmm Ill have to hunt your guy's ref pics down Ill have to see what I can do might be a challenge since perspective isnt one of my best qualities. edit: Hey for those that did not have their picture done yet, post the request in here. I have misplaced a couple requests. I have adens info and the two for the principle and Shuya thingy but other than that I cant remember who else I was sopposed to draw. (Lack of memory and the loss of my flash drive is to blame) Thankies

Ok I tried my best and its still a work in progress...and its out of my comfort zone...way out of my comfort zone cause I dont do these things often.... but I put the names on the characters just in case no one can figure it out. I figured I would do the opening to the thread since well three characters just sketching alone took me 4 hours.. that and it seemed to be the starting point of the fight. and liam didnt want me showing him getting his butt kicked lol so yea...sorry if I didnt do a good job, i tried my best..hopefully it will look better when its colored... -bows head down in shame of drawing-

For something drawn outside of your comfort zone, it's not too bad. Sans the colors, I'm getting this feel that Tiao is going to launch a kick at the camera, so to speak.
(In a good way. Think: 3D)
With that empty space between Darren and Tiao, I can even see the thread name showing up like in an episode freeze-frame where the title appears hidden somewhere.
Anyways, this just my brain talking after waking up on a Friday morning, so I can't wait to see the completed result.

You shouldn't be ashamed for trying something new that's out of your comfort zone. In my opinion, you've done just fine. ^^ The only things I could ''nitpick'' are Darren's head compared to the rest of his body (possibly because half of it's hidden by the big high-backed chair ) and MacMillan's size, overall. And something seems kinda funky about the way Tiao is positioned (taking another look at the picture, I think it's the foot on the desk, how it's more at an angle than to the side)...but all these issues aren't really ''big'' in terms of how the picture looks. BUT! That doesn't mean it's not good--it's great, to be honest, and I applaud your job well done on it. =D --- Your anthro picture... Perhaps because it's not coloured (either that or the pose), looks like she'd make a good statue/fountain. It looks cool. ^^

Coming back to the foot, I'd been talking it over with Liam, and it doesn't look quite so awkward; it would have depended on the way Tiao stepped/jumped onto the desk. So don't worry about it, it works either way. ^^

Weeeeeell....Lessee. Big comment coming up. Firstly, I owe an obvious kudos for the very groovy Taiku/Kira picture, the pose is pretty much spot on for what I'd imagined it, though I second the 'giant boobs' thought a little. Not complaining of course, giant boobs are great. One awesome superboob would be even better, lol. Can't say I'm shocked at the 'Waitress Vic' picture. Those boots must be welded on, at least, I'd have thought so until I saw the cocktail dress one a little later on. An interesting picture, but I'm forced to admit it seems so out of place. Not for the artwork, which is equally good to your other stuff, but because it's Vic. In a dress. That's...just weird to see. The background fits really well though, I'm liking the effect you've given it. The anthro, believe it or not, took two looks at before I even noticed it was an anthro. Surprisingly 'human' for your work in that department, but pretty cool all the same. I'm sure when you go to colour and shade it'll take more of a feel to it. Lastly, the Let it Bleed scene. Now, that I'm really surprised at how well it's been pulled off. Obviously the lack of colour/shading detracts from it a little, but the scene itself is just spot on. Really. My only quibbles with it, I'd say, is that to me, MacMillan seems just a little too short. Though I'm probably looking at it improperly considering Tiao IS standing on a desk and all. Also, the size of Darrens head seems just a little bulbous, but as people've made mention of, it probably is just the chair obscuring some of his midsection. Looking forward to the finished effort there, seriously. Big thumbs up. ^^ ~Liam

ok last of the nitpicking before i color it lol I made darrens head a bit smaller, showed a lil more back, i think i fixed the foot problem with taio and the short problem on liam lol so if there is anything else SPEAK NOW OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR PEACE heh I like saying that... Heres an anthro gold bubbled eyed fish that i was commissioned to do. Do ask she really loves her fish and when one dies she commissions me to do a picture -shrug- but his name is jack (I didn't name him) and he wants to be a pirate...

Wow, I totally missed this whole thing. Shame on me.
Anyways, jumping on the gravy train with what everyone else said, its really good for being out of your comfort zone. The only two real things I can say are one, Tiao's leg might look a little more natural if you extended it out more from the knee. Otherwise the first thought in my mind seems to be some weird yoga stance. Two, I see no monk braid! I suppose it could be hidden just by his back, but with the whipping motion of the kick it would probably come out to the side, which would also suggest that Tiao's kicking rather than squatting.
Other than that, Sweetness.

I draw pictures of my fishies whenever they pass away... Not anthro-fied though, since I have no idea how to fishify a human or vice versa.
Everyone else already touched upon what's needed to be said. Meanwhile, I'm back here marveling over how edits can be made to something so detailed-ish...
