I'm really new to Hircine High, and I sometimes have trouble deciding where I should stick my nose into the plotline to be assimilated properly. The (open) or (plot) or (character specific) labels are helpful, but it may also be of use for the title screen to list how many people are in a given thread. That way, when you're sifting through all the different stories for one to enter into (especially as a newcomer) you could say, "Hey, there's already 3 or 4 people in this one. I'd just clutter it right up." Then if you see there's been 8 posts and still just two people talking, you might know that there could be an opening for you. I'm actually not sure if you even really like for there to be more than 2 per thread, but feel free to respond however you wish to this idea. I'll take no offense.

Generally speaking, there's no limit to how many people can join a thread, unless specifically stated otherwise. The only reason people are hesitant to have more is that some people don't post often enough to keep the thread moving.

Well, one, I have no idea if there is of a code that would actually allow for others to know how many individual people are involved in that thread alone, and so that would require the only way for the idea to work would be to require thread creators to post on their title just how many people have joined thus far. And in all honesty, that's a bit cumbersome and unnecessary, and considering it wouldn't take long to skim over the identities of posters, then I see no reason for it.
Unless there is such a code, I'd imagine this suggestion isn't real viable.

Between the "Started By" and "Views" column in a forum, click on the number in the "Replies" in order to see which people posted in the thread and how many posts they made.

Always trust Valencia to teach us new things. She taught me how to love. She told me to learn to be evil.

Yay! My first snide remark in a while...
Oh, and she taught me to ignore my evil side.

She taught me throwing confetti around without cleaning it up could result in the sudden appearal of tanks...
Anyway, that's a handy dandy thing I did not know about pro boards... We should make a statue for her now.

It seems like such a neat community you have here, with the higher ups being very talented writers. You're running a pretty tight shift, it would appear. I'm having a hard time wedging myself into that. Kyukaku Tyler Scott is a dude at my school, he's the one who got me into this. Just trying to work on in here now! I check every day and would post often, so feel free to read my bio and see where I might fit into a plot you're thinking of. I'd appreciate that a lot.

Right now, Cale, it seems you're doing an impressive job of throwing threads out to get yourself involved, keep your eyes on the ball and I don't doubt you'll do well.
Also, Tylers a damned good writer here. You'll learn off that dude. I like to think he picked up a few things from us as well.

Tyler's literally too cool for school, man I think you meant to say that Tyler is too "special" for school Dante, that'd explain things a bit better in my view. ;D
