No rap from this guy...he's the crooner type. Sings R&B. Oh...I'll pretend I know what crooner means As for R&B, I personally think its the worse music ever, EVEN worse than country. But, I won't rag on your tastes too bad. Feel free to diss metal if you'd like. Wait... so you're saying you don't like country? What's up with being 'cowboy' tyler than?

Exalt for bringing up Trail of Dead. Smite later for bringing up Destro. Hard Rock? They're the hardest softies this side of France. [it means that I hate their lyrics] So, I welcome you to the board dude. The majority of us don't have AIDS. A few of us are actually good at poetry. I'm not included in the few. We also roleplay occasionally.

I was gonna talk about Explosions in the Sky, too, but I figured nobody would have heard of 'em.
Also, don't get to thinking that I like the Destro. They were just REALLY big around my area. While they're credited with being from Dallas, Texas, a lot of the band is from Denton, and a few guys even come from Gainesville, which is literally RIGHT next to the town I live in. I don't much like 'em, but they are local boys, so I gotta support 'em.
Also, fun fact: Pantera used to play a lot of shows in my immediate area, too. Some of my older friends knew people who'd dated the lead singer and other bandmates.

Why in the name of any and all of the gods on heaven and earth are you so interested in bringing the topic BACK to that?

No need to look back now.

And Martin, just because he infected you doesn't mean you should betray your man like that. That's cold. *Sobs* You don't know the half of it, he won't even look at me during... I'm guessing you're talking about that blow up doll that you taped my picture to. Speaking of which: Martin Blow Up Dolls: Get em while they're hot. Unless you're Dante. Edit: Ok, back to the subject slackers. So! Welcome to the board. Anyone who brings up any other topic gets a toaster beating.

I can guess in one shot. That picture you have is of Chris Brown. If anyone didnt know that......SHAME ON YOU!!!! *Stamps F on everyones head who didnt know" I knew but didn't care. Why? R 'n' B isn't real music. It's pretentious noise invented to give some sense of empowerment and 'ghetto flava' to suburban youths who haven't ever seen the 'bad side of town', whose parents don't like them listening to 'That nasty Mr. Dogg and that Dre fellow, who I seriously doubt is a real doctor. Where did he study, by the way?' Real, gritty urban music doesn't sing about the shit you hear in common R 'n' B, and you'd better fucking believe it. Sorry, my rant is over. Just can't get my head around why something that sounds almost exactly the same as every other song of its genre is so popular. And for the people who will call me a 'hater', I do in fact like a good portion of Rap and Hip-Hop (or whatever you youngsters call it these days). I'm funky, I'm fresh, I'm....uh, home with the downies...?
